your post re: a heartbreak tag: lol I have a “Things to Show My Therapist” folder on the Bublup app. I send it psychology articles and ted talks and sad posts that describe exactly what I’m feeling and tumblr memes that are relatable in a “hahaha oh no i am relating too much to this slightly comedic depiction of severe executive function” kinda way lol. I get your impulse.
honestly i've been wanting to put together a therapy playlist, as in. this song describes exactly how i am feeling, pls listen to it so i don't have to explain myself
though apparently the explaining myself seems to be half the battle unfortunately
i don't think i'm quite at "show my therapist memes" territory yet, i'm afraid, seeing as i only got her to laugh for the first time during this week's session. yes i consider getting my therapist to laugh winning therapy, no i will not be examining that at this time

Finally, it’s Monday morning. I love new beginnings and every day is a new one. What are you working on at the moment? Me?! I’m currently registering for a startup for the third time, and let me tell you— it’s always a lot of work! Luckily it’s a little easier this time around though, because I now have the @bublup app to help me keep ALL the info I need in order to complete the registration process without forgetting any steps. . The non-profit organization I’m registering here in the US will compliment the work that I have started in South Africa. And I am so thankful and honored to have these amazing people around me that are supporting the Penguins Pre-school project. .
