The gravesite of Chris Cornell, who passed away on this day in 2017… words cannot express how heartbreaking that day was for all of us who grew up on Chris’ music. I still look back on that day and feel the heaviness carry through the years. His music brought me lots of comfort and empowerment through my life and to this day are some of the most defining songs of my journey through music. When I visited Hollywood Forever Cemetery I was able to finally pay my respects to him, I was alone there hoping to release thoughts and prayers upon his soul. That it may have found peace away from this world as his spirit lives on through every song. We miss you Chris 💔
