"Space Shuttle Challenger waits on Launch Complex 39A at Kennedy Space Center before its first mission, STS-6, launched on April 4, 1983. Originally built as a test vehicle, in 1979 NASA issued a contract to convert it to a fully space-rated orbiter. It became the second operational Shuttle, delivered to Kennedy Space Center in July 1982. Challenger was destroyed shortly after lift off on her 10th mission, STS-51L, on January 28, 1986."

During Which Months Did Persona 1 And 2 Duology Take Place?
It’s well known among fans of the series that the later entries take place during an entire school year, however the same can’t be said about the earlier games. The only confirmed information about the time frame that P1 and P2 occur is the year, but dialogue present in these entries and the characters’ birthdays allow us to stipulate a more precise date of when they took place.
Before starting, it’s important to be aware of how the school year in Japan is divided (I’m not Japanese and all the information I got is from the internet. So if you are more familiar with the system, feel free to correct me or to just talk more about it): The academic year in Japan starts from April and ends in March, having summer vacation in August (normally going from July 20 to August 31) and winter vacation in the end of December to the beginning of January (normally going from December 26 to around January 6).
-Obs: All of the dates that I have just mentioned are related to 2023/2024. I wasn’t able to find anything about it in 1996 or 1999. So take them with a grain of salt.
Persona 1:
List of the main cast birthdays + their ages:
April 09, 1979 - Yukino -  17
June 04, 1979 - Maki - 17
July 11, 1979 - Mark - 17
August 18, 1979 - Reiji - 17
September 21, 1979 - Eriko - 17
October 02, 1979 - Nanjo - 17
December 24, 1979 (it's a complete nonsense) - Protagonist IN THE MANGA - 17
January 01, 1980 - Brown - 16
March 03, 1980 - Ayase - 16
Analyzing the age of the characters, it can be assumed that the game takes place at the end of 1996 since Nanjo is already 17 when it occurs. However, the birthday date of the protagonist in manga, generates some inconsistencies: if taking this date into consideration, the game would take place between December 24, 1996 and December 26, 1996 - since, after that, the winter vacation starts. It could be hypothetically possible for the game to only last two days, however, considering that there are two routes and that most people believe that P1 happened during a whole week, I’m ignoring this date. With this, we can conclude that:
Persona 1 Probable Time Period: Between October 02, 1996 and December 26, 1996
Persona 2 Duology:
List of the main cast birthdays + their ages:
April 09, 1979 - Yukino - 20
February 14, 1982 - Jun - 17
May 04, 1982 - Lisa - 17
June 13, 1967 - Baofu - 32
July 04, 1976 - Maya - 23
July 27, 1981 - Tatsuya - 18
September 21, 1979 - Eriko (P2:EP) - 20
October 02, 1979 - Nanjo (P2:EP) - 20
November 15, 1982 - Eikichi - 16
November 30, 1974 - Ulala - 24
December 30, 1973 - Katsuya - 25
-Obs: If you want to know why I only used July 27, 1981 as Tatsuya’s birthday while ignoring August 21, 1981 (present in the SMT Wiki) as a possible date, there’s this post explaining it.
Let’s begin with Innocent Sin. Besides the age of cast, there’s another variable that needs to be taken into account: when the Grand Cross happened. In real life, this event occurred on August 18 1999 and, while, in Eternal Punishment, many NPCs mentioned that the Grand Cross had passed during the summer, we can’t be sure if it happened during this specific date due to one small thing: rumors becoming true. It could be very plausible that the Grand Cross in IS took place in a different time because it was influenced by rumors, while, in EP, the actual Grand Cross occurred as normal. That being said, I’m using August 18 1999 as the day that this event happened (only because I can’t even think of another date) since I don’t believe that the creators would change it.
Well, we found out the period of when the game ended so finding when it began should not be that difficult, right?... Oh, is August 18 during the summer vacation in Japan? And are there characters attending class both during the beginning as well the end of the game? Well… things just got a little bit more complicated.
In front of this adversity, I have two prepositions. The first one depends on the assumption that the summer vacation in Japan used to happen during a different time frame in 1999 than the one we have now. With that, we can guess that the game starts around July 27, 1981 since Tatsuya would already be 18. On the other hand, the second one regards the vacation period of 1999 as the same one as the one of now. In this hypothesis, we can guess that the game began some time before July 20 as well that the Kasugayama School Festival happened on the last day of class. Personally, I’m putting the latter just because the former’s time frame is also included in it. With this, we can conclude that:
P2:IS Probable Time Period: Between July 12, 1999 and August 18, 1999
Finally, we can get into Eternal Punishment! After the many contradictions present in Innocent Sin’s time frame (Nyarly would be proud), discovering when EP takes place is going to be way easier and this is only possible due to the main cast’s birthdays along with their dialogue.
First of all, it’s been confirmed by the creator that EP occurred some months after the Grand Cross, more specifically, during the autumn 1999. With that, we can take a closer look into one dialogue said by Nanjo in Parabellum a bit before going into Mt. Iwato: “Ms. Amamo, he is still a minor. I do not feel it wise to bring him to this kind of establishment… NO, I’m not being tense!”. For those unaware, the drinking age in Japan is 20 years old. Based on that, Nanjo becoming tense could be interpreted as him being nervous since he’s just recently turned 20. With that, it’s possible to presume that the game takes place after Nanjo’s birthday.
Another series of dialogue to take into consideration are of Ulala’s. During the entirety of the game, she is always stressing out that she’s turning 25 soon which indicates that her birthday has still not passed. With this, we can conclude that:
P2:EP Probable Time Period: Between October 02, 1999 and November 30, 1999
And now, we can say that this analysis is finished! Remember that this is only a personal theory of mine, done only because I couldn’t find any posts exploring the subject. Feel free to discuss your own opinions on the matter and to correct any errors I’ve made.

For the 'Prospect 69' exhibition in the Kunsthalle, Düsseldorf, Haacke drew up a concept he elucidated as follows: 'A telex machine installed in the Düsseldorf Kunsthalle prints all the news communicated by the German press agency DPA. The printouts will be put on display for further reading one day after being communicated, and on the third day the rolls of paper will be labelled and dated, then stored in plexiglass containers.' Baudrillard, by contrast, suggests we are no longer immersed in the society of spectacle that is governed by images shaping reality but in the ‘contagion of the virtual’. I would argue that images can no longer be explained or apprehended using the mirror formula to offer a clear distinction between reality and phantasy. Their overwhelming presence in mass media, virtual reality and social networks shapes identities and the perception of the self. However, individuals are not merely passive consumers of these images. They have also become active spectators, interacting with images and using them to perform their identity.

Around this magical time of the year, Brad Troemel used to post an Instagram advent calendar of his most popular memes. He doesn’t do that any longer but does regularly post carousels of found stories that are a brilliant portrait of our present and a rich resource. I also enjoyed, and was moved drunkenly to tears one night by, the closing montage of his “Cloutbombing” report, made by Jak Ritger, perhaps because I appear in it myself. I also enjoyed Crisis Acting’s carousels of found videos, which form a more uplifting image of humanity and the world – it’s amazing that they’re able to find and put these out every day – and their longer edits with music too; I like this one ascendant, completely illuminated cut of Hyperballad, made I don’t know by whom; and another cut of an old German comedian lying in a shallow stream while Aphex Twin plays, which I’ll probably never find again; and this video of Chinese musicians, found via Sean Tatol; and these guys that play ambience on the street across Lower Manhattan; and this clip from Connor Clarke, with Ice Spice.

The first two years of its service life would see it being assigned to several Naval Air Stations on the West Coast, such as Tillamook from June 1946 to October 1947, Santa Ana until March 1948, and San Diego until October of that year, when it was transferred to Marine Fighter Squadron 225 (VMF-225) at MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina. June of 1949 would see 97388 sent to join VMF-212, which was in Japan at that time. Though the aircraft’s recorded history with VMF-212 contains no specific dates or locations for which exact bases in Japan it served at, the squadron would become involved in air operations at the outset of the Korean War. In the first two months of the conflict, it is highly probable that 97388 took part in combat missions launched from Japan to stem the tide of the initial North Korean advance into South Korea. Its time in combat would be cut short, however, as the aircraft would be sent back to the US in August of 1950 for overhaul and maintenance at NAS Quonset Point, Rhode Island before it would be reassigned to Fleet Air Service Squadron 3 at NAS Norfolk, Virginia. The following month, on September 14, BuNo 97388 would be assigned to VF-42. This posting would see the Corsair flying from NAS Oceana and NAS Jacksonville before being taken on a tour of the Mediterranean aboard the light carrier USS Saipan (CVL-48) from May to June of 1951, before being sent to NAS Cecil Field, Florida two months later. After a final deployment with VF-42 at NAS Oceana from November 1951 to May 1951, 97388 would undergo maintenance and overhaul at NAS Quonset Point until January 1953, when the aircraft was used primarily for reserve training at NAS Olathe, Kansas and NAS Grosse Ile, Michigan. In June of 1956, the aircraft was sent into storage at NAS Litchfield Park, Arizona before being decommissioned the following month.
After sitting outdoors at Litchfield Park, the aircraft was purchased by aircraft trader and pilot Bob Bean on November 25, 1957, who registered the Corsair as N5211V. One year later, Bean would later arrange for a trade between himself and the Honduran Air Force (Fuerza Aérea Hondureña, FAH) where 10 Corsairs (including 97388) would be shipped to Honduras in exchange for four P-38 Lightnings and four P-63 Kingcobras. In the FAH, 97388 would be identified as serial number 610, and while other Honduran Corsairs would later see combat in the Football War against El Salvador in 1969, FAH 610 had been struck off charge at the FAH Air Base at Toncontin International Airport in the capital city of Tegucigalpa, serving a source of spare parts to keep the other Corsairs flying.

FAH 610 would remain at Toncontin until 1978, when it was one of seven Honduran Corsairs returned to the United States by George Heaven & Jim Nettle of Hollywood Wings in Long Beach, California. By this point, the airframe was more a collection of parts then an airplane, and would require extensive restoration work to bring back into the skies. It would be stored in Long Beach until 1981, when it was purchased by Earl Ware of Jacksonville, who then kept the fuselage remains in his backyard, along with three other incomplete Honduran Corsairs (These being FAH 611 (USN BuNu 97382), FAH 617 (BuNo 97059), and FAH 692) until it was sold in 1982 to famed warbird restorer and pilot Gerald “Gerry” Beck of North Dakota, who would go on to spend the next 16 years meticulously returning 97388 back to airworthy condition at his shopTri-State Aviation in Wahpeton. When completed, 97388 emerged from the workshop in the markings it wore when assigned to VF-42.
After making its first post-restoration flights in 1998, Beck and 97388 would appear at EAA Airventure later that year. Over the years, 97388 would make appearances at numerous airshows and was a regular at the Fargo Air Museum in Fargo, North Dakota during the offseason, though it would later become a yearlong resident of Fargo as Beck focused on his “homebuilt” P-51A “Precious Metal II”. With the tragic death of Beck in 2007, his wife Cindy retained the Corsair and would ferry it back from Fargo to Wahpeton for refurbishment. Once completed by Tri-State in December of 2016, 97388 would be displayed at the Wings of the North Air Museum in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and was a feature of museum events such as AirExpo. With the unfortunate news of the museum’s public closure and ongoing search for a new home, Cindy and Whitney Beck have now decided to loan the Corsair to the Fagen Fighters WWII Museum. Given the wide variety of aircraft at Fagen’s expanding museum, it is indeed fortunate that 97388 has a secure home to continue flying the Midwestern skies. HISTORY
Born in Barcelona, Anzoátegui State, Venezuela in 1982 to a Venezuelan farmer and a Colombian seamstress. He is the oldest of two kids.
His family moved to the states, Miami, Florida specifically when he was 13. His father opened a small convenient store and his mother began working for a well-known tailoring company.
His music career kicked off at 16 when he self-wrote and self-produced his first album, Comenzare.
He was signed to a label within the next 3 years and another album was released.
Over the next two decades, Javi would go on to release a total of 12 albums and 26 singles, several ending up on the billboard top 100s and winning several awards across various different award shows.
At 24, Javi married and a year later welcomed a daughter with his wife. Another 3 years and his son would be born. Unfortunately, with his demanding acting schedule and the stress of having a toddler and a newborn his marriage would begin to crumble and eventually end.
At 33, one of Javi’s flings wound up pregnant, giving birth to his second daughter.
Following his divorce, Javi wound up with some major commitment issues to anything that wasn’t his career or his kids. He’s determined to be a good father, or at least the best father he can be while juggling his acting and music career.
Though he has commitment issues and prefers flings, he is known to get into relationships every now and then and when that happens he is intensely loyal but also jealous and possessive which is normally the downfall of those relationships.

Timelines in Paradise
I spent the last few days working out the timeline for Strangers in Paradise and if I had a printer it would’ve been a full on Pepe Silvia moment. There is never a solid date given and the only ages that are really mentioned are Francine’s.
Katchoo is the only birth year given, 1976. She met Emma when she was 17, so that would be 1992. The year before the series was printed.
Francine says she’s 26 in Vol 2 #4. Both Katchoo and her were in the same grade in high school, so she was born 75~76 since she’s a little older. Which would set the date at the future of 2002, from it’s 1994 release date.
Meaning both were 25 in Vol 1 and 15 during the Strangers in Paradise play which was 10 years before the start of the series, 1991. Vol 1 being set in 2001
In Vol 3 #69, Francine says she’s 28, putting the in comic year at 2004, starting to match up the the release, being January 1, 2004 for said issue.
David is 19 22 at the start of the story, I don’t remember where I read it, but I put it my notes and forgot to list the source. Anyway, that would put his DOB around 1982 at .See Edit.
That sets the time between Vol 1 #1 and Vol 3 #69 at 3 years.
Vol1 - 2001 - Katchoo and Francine (25) David(22)
Vol2 - 2002 - Katchoo and Francine (26) David(23)
Vol3 - 2003 to 2006 - Katchoo  and Francine (27-30) David(24-27)
Strangers in Paradise XXV and Five Years are set back to back and Ashley and Koo are probably 5-6 years old setting those two series in 2011. Putting Katchoo and Francine at 35 years old. Those comics were released between 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 respectively. It has a date listed for the following years as March 4th 201*,a thumb obscuring the last digit.
And now the adjacent stuff. Mostly speculative.
The end of Echo is referenced in XXV as if it had happened recently so probably in 2010
Samantha appears in XXV, her hair having grown a little from the End of Motor Girl, so at least it was only a month or two prior.
When Katchoo visits the town of Manson from Rachel Rising it’s winter again and since little has changed except for the grave markers it’s probably the following winter
I don’t know when Serial is set because Zoe hasn’t aged but they have smartphones. But it takes place after Rachel Rising.
And if you’re wondering, in 2022, Francine and Katchoo are 46, and their kids are 15.
Also, yes, you should read all these comics.
January of next year will be the 30th anniversary of issue 1.
EDIT: Not 5 minutes after posting this I got to the Las Vegas marriage certificate. Katchoo’s DOB November 19 1976. David’s DOB is January 16 1979. I wish I could find where I read David being 19, because he’d’ve been 22. I’ll go fix that.
EDIT 2: Vol3 #83 is 2006, Francine says she is 30. Bump the timeline forward a bit.

File this one under "Museum Pieces." Once upon a time when vinyl records were the musical currency, music, and audiofile magazines wanted to find ways to provide readers a sort of audio supplement to go along with the visual experience their publication provided. So the "flexi-disc" was invented. What is a flexi-disc? Wikipedia defines it this way:
The flexi disc  is a phonograph record made of a thin, flexible vinyl sheet with a molded-in spiral stylus groove, and is designed to be playable on a normal phonograph turntable.
And they worked, too. My favorites were a series of 27 titles to be found in subscriber-only issues of Trouser Press magazine, debuting in issue #69, dated January 1982. Adam Ant was the cover boy, and the first disc was by Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark. They're collectibles now, and, who knows? With the resurgence of vinyl, who's to say we won't one day see the flexi-disc return? Assuming, of course, that there are any magazines left in which to put them.
Here's the complete list of Trouser Press flexi-discs:
#1   1. New Stone Age 2. Bunker Soldiers – Orchestral Manoeuvres in The Dark

#9   Personality Crisis – David Johansen
#10 1. Get Up and Go 2. End In Tears – Positive Noise

could you make a list of the rogues bday's and birthyears?
I sure can!  Bear in mind when I write Lawfulverse it usually exists around Jonathan Crane's most active years, that's from his 2011 dismissal from Gotham University (at 28) to his quasi-retirement in 2019, following his rather tragic relationship with John Constantine (at 36).  I do write content beyond those years but 2011-2019 are the primary dates we're looking at.  Waller's Gotham Files, for reference, are from 2015.
Secondarily, bear in mind that these birth years are not the same for the Gotham Rogues Kids AU, which I'm still workshopping.
Here's the full list, under the cut for ease of reading:

Name of Obligation: Trendy Warfare 2 comes out later this month, however there is a shock that many potential gamers did not see coming. In response to a web page on Battle.web, Trendy Warfare 2 gamers shall be required to supply a telephone quantity related to a sound information plan. Moreover, VOIP and pay as you go numbers will not work. This determination is seemingly a part of a company-wide initiative at Activision Blizzard to battle poisonous conduct in its multiplayer video games. We noticed the coverage in motion final week at Overwatch 2’s launch, which led to controversy.
