What do you think was UT first reaction and how did he find out about the Phantomhive house on fire? Did he see it on fire? And what the hell was he even doing during the time the twins were being held captive? How did he found out about the place they were? (because he rescued the RCiel at point)

Undertaker's whereabouts

There are just too many things we don't know. Too many gaps to fill in, and I don't think it would be all that wise for anyone to try and fill too much of it in... just yet. I do expect to get canon answers to a lot of this, but I'm not sure how to form headcanon or even theorize too much about it.

However, I can break this down into the individual questions and give you some ideas I've been considering. A mix of headcanon, theories, and (probably) pure fantasy. Conjecture, basically.

What was his reaction when he first found out -- and how did he find out -- about the (attack and) house on fire? I see two major possibilities here.

Either he was shocked and wished he'd been there when it happened, so he could have tried to stop it, but his plans were to show up during the party and just enjoy their 10th birthday without bringing too much attention to himself. He might have ended up scaring the twins, like before (the day the photo was taken), but it's not like he was going to reveal his true identity or anything like that. He shows up as he'd planned to do and sees the fire has already consumed Vincent and mostly ruined the rest. He searches for the remains of the children but can't find any. Even though he's initially shocked, he gets over that quickly, the queen's watchdog position being what it is. Then he starts to question whether the whole thing was planned by someone who knew what he is and knew he wouldn't be there yet. And where are the twins? So, he starts gathering as much information as he can and starts the search.

Or he has been expecting something to happen, and might have even been tipped off somehow about when and where, but he's physically delayed from getting there in time. By the time he arrives to the scene, he's way too late. He has ideas who's behind it, but he cannot confirm much of it, because the only victims not completely consumed by the fire were killed without even seeing it coming. Vincent and Rachel would have had valuable information in their cinematic records, but they've been burned to ashes. Whoever did this must know what Undertaker is. He can't find remains of the twins, so now he has to search for them.

Did he see the manor on fire? Possibly, but the major damage would have been done by then. I theorize that the fire was started with Vincent's and Rachel's clothes (or something) or at least in that room. Madam Red is shown arriving while the fire still blazed. I don't recall whether Lizzie shows up in time to see the fire; I know Paula tells her about it while they are still at the Midford's estate. I want to say Lizzie got there before the fire was completely put out. I don't know if Undertaker can handle a fire that's already collapsing the building; the only time we've seen him enter a burning building is when he collects real Ciel's body, but that was not long after the fire had been started. In this case, he either arrives when the fire's too widespread, or it has already died down... just embers perhaps still glowing here and there. I imagine him arriving once most of the flames are out and walking around among the burning embers, ignoring the heat and smoke and the soles of his boots starting to melt. Looking for bodies. Looking for clues. Maybe even looking for other things worth salvaging.

What was he doing while the twins were being held captive? Simply put, I think he was trying to find them.

How did he find them? Figuring out where our earl and Sebastian are going to go (once they had made their contract and moved back into the manor) is one thing; he can follow them around or keep tabs on them pretty much as he pleases. At least when he actually has the time and energy. But some people that he's maybe seen, if he was lucky, in some damaged cinematic records? Does he even know where to start? I suspect he had to keep his eyes and ears open for any hints about twins (or even just children) popping up somewhere. Since the cultists had conducted sacrificial rituals on more than one occasion, it's possible that he was able to figure out that reapers had made collections of children's souls from the same place over time, perhaps on a monthly basis, like coinciding with full moons. But it would be difficult, since he no longer has access to the death lists. Perhaps he interrogates people in the ranks of the Evil Nobles, since some of them seem to be involved in that demon cult, and some are definitely into the occult. Maybe he even confronts the human traffickers who sold the boys. But then, once he figured out that's probably where they were, he still had to get into the place. He might have had trouble getting into the building. Again, someone might have delayed him. Particularly if that mystery person in ch137 is John Brown or anyone else who might not want Undertaker to have access to the twins (or even access to their bodies). The mystery person disappears, and I'm pretty sure the demon didn't kill then, so where did they go and what did they do? They might have gone outside and confronted Undertaker. Or they might have simply left to make their report... to whomever. Even if no one physically blocked him from getting into the building sooner than he did, he still had to figure out where to go, and that might be why he was so late.

I hope that helps a bit. I really don't know what will end up being canon answers, though.

At night all the Hashira goes to an altar with your picture on it when they saw they picture all the Hashira smiled even Giyuu. with a lot of offerings on it. It can be roses or your favourite things. All the Hashira were very devoted to you and they all have there reasons for it. “Let’s pray for our loving Goddess!” Gyomei said all the Hashira nodded.

“Dear divine thank you for making us live another day. Without you we wouldn’t feel any emotion we hope we can forgive us for all the sins we did and if you can’t we promise we do anything for you to forgive us”

After the Hashira were done praying they got the gifts they got you and they placed it down on your altar. “I wish one day our divine one could come to Earth” Giyuu mumbled but yet all the Hashira could hear him. “I hate to agree with you but I want her to come down to Earth to” Sanemi said glaring at Giyuu rudely. They were about to go home until..

Someone dropped down from the building and fell face flat! It left a hole in the wall and the Hashira were mad and wanted to kill you for destroying your altar. The person taught they were a demon as they had black horns. “This demon destroyed our goddesses altar. We have to kill them brutally” Muichiro muttered madly. “I’ll make sure to torture them with a heavy poison!” Shinobu smiled in a menacing way. Obanai was about to stab you until you woke up. They looked at your appearance and you had star pupils? Only there divine one has star eyes! And you also have black horns? Do they think your there goddess? NOPE! They think your a copycat! “This copycat had the urge to copy our divine one appearance!“ Obanai madly said. “These are the people I helped when they were in a rough time. I remember but I don’t blame them for thinking I’m a identity fraud I wouldn’t believe myself either” you taught to yourself. “Wait I’m actually not a fraud!” You said! You were not scared as you were immortal. But not to your surpriseyou were “lying” that you were the God they worshipped. “You have guts to lie that your our divine one your nothing but a demon” Sanemi said smiling in a menacing way. You we’re going to defend yourself until Mitsuri’s blade scratched you. “That’s what you gets for disrespecting our God! >:(“. Gyomei about to finish the final blow until your Black blood was shown. All of them were thinking “Wait I taught demons had Red blood like us? Wait! That means!” They all went down all their knees immediately after they realized. “Please forgive us our divine one we were foolish and mistaken you for a demon and a fake” Gyomei said while crying. “It’s ok guys I forgive you all! You guys can stand” All the Hashira signed in relieved and they stood up. They wouldn’t know what to do if you didn’t forgive them they were grateful that your such a forgiving and nice God.

“Our divine one we are so grateful you ascended to earth!” Rengoku said coming one step closer to you. “I hope we will be of worth to you!” Tengen said. Meanwhile every Hashira was already thinking of a way to kidnap you. “Would you like to come with us. You don’t hav a place to stay..” Muichiro curiously said. “Oh don’t worry I’m good! I can just Uhm use magic to make a building” all the Hashira was mad at that! They needed there Goddess to stay with them! So Gyomei knocked you out and you were bleeding a little your very strong but physically weak. Sanemi went to go check on you “Lets hope she will still forgive us..” wiping your Black blood away.

Headcannons

Remember it’s platonic

• Some of the Hashira didn’t worship you in the beginning but after you went into there lives they couldn’t find a way for you to get back out.

• Sanemi didn’t worship you and often ignored the posters of you until after he killed his mom. While we was walking home still sad about his moms death he started to cry until he saw a poster of you. He felt happier? But why did he his mom died because of him. Until it clicked he felt happier because you felt pity and sadness for him you wanted to be his new mom. And he accepted that rather quickly. When he was still a kid and was killing demons by tying them up he said some lines such as “This is for [Name]” or “[Name] is proud of me” and after he kills the demon he says “I know your proud of me my divine one” or “My divine one are you proud of me? Why am I even saying this I know you are..right?” Sometime he kills people for sacrifices to you surely you enjoy the things he does for you?

• Even through he is colourblind he can see you in colour

• Tengen’s clan worshipped you so he was forced to worship you but he didn’t pray to you or participate in any religion related stuff since he didn’t participate in any religious stuff he taught you hated him. But after his clan died he felt lighter in his body and he felt Happier when it was raining he didn’t have an umbrella but an umbrella flew his way untouched and he taught you gave mercy on him. You still loved him you gave him a second chance he must make it up to you! He prays every night for forgiveness for 2 straight months. When he thinks he’s forgiven he does rituals. The rituals are that he kills people and puts their blood in a cup and prays hoping you will ascend to earth.

• Giyuu knew about you in the beginning but he really didn’t worship you he barley paid attention to you until his elder sister died he taught that was you punishing him for his ‘sins’ but he hated you he despised you after Sabito died he hated you more for not blessing him with luck until he ears a voice in his head saying “I’m sorry please forgive me” and he taught that was you. Why are you begging him to forgive you? Your the god not him but it doesn’t stop him from obsessing over you. Always praying to you and begs for blessings once in a while and you give them to him but not exactly.

• Giyuu is also the second one closest to you he taught you human things and took care of you. You see him as a dad. But he sees you as a fragile thing that needs to be protected.

• The day before Kanae died Shinobu saw Kanae having photos you everywhere the house and she was mad at her for this “Big sister! If [Name] was a really powerful god then why didn’t she save our family!” Kanae was smiling and just patted her head which made Shinobu rage intensify. After Kanae died Shinobu saw this as a warning to worship you and she did praying to every night but then she guilt tripped herself that you were her saviour and she convinced Kanao and Aoi to worship you to.

• Mitsuri didn’t worship you in the beginning as she didn’t know who you were but after her failed marriage courting she was walking and saw an altar she went in it and saw a picture of you. She saw how you were the most beautiful thing to exist she needed to worship you. She found out your name, your family member, your favorite things and your backstory she cries when she saw how you were so mistreated by your parents because you tried to go to Earth. she needed to protect you! And she did by killing people who spoke badly of you.

• Obanai was the first one to worship you while all the females in his family was worshiping the serpent demon he worshipped you. He had a dream of you and you were talking to him how he will escape one day. He woke up he didn’t want the dream to end. Before he met Mitsuri you were the only female he liked (Platonic) he kills people who dear disrespect the first women who helped him thru his trauma. He dreams of you 4 times a month and your the ones giving him dreams and you make sure to check on him daily.

• Muichiro didn’t really like you only because Yuichiro didn’t like you so he listened to Yuichiro but then after Yuichiro died he hated you more. Until he randomly started to forget things but why did he remember the hatred he has for you? Until it clicked. He only remembers you because you matter to him.. He’s happy he doesn’t forget you he prays to you daily and goes to your altar a lot.

• Muichiro clings onto you often when your in the basement no where to run.

• Gyomei Didn’t worship you as he worships Buddha but then one day we was walking past your altar he didn’t have any intentions to go in but he had a gut feeling to but then something unexpected happened. He acutally could see how you look like but he couldn’t see the people around him.. only your picture. This much be a sign he has to worship you! He worships you and prays to you daily. When he’s eating he always leaves a chair beside him as your sitting with him.

• Rengoku didn’t worship you in the beginning as he taught your the reason his mom died and his dad is an alcoholic until one day he saw senjuro praying to you. He didn’t like that one bit but he didn’t confront him but then the next day he saw Senjuro so much happier Rengoku knew it was your doing he decided to worship you. Whenever he’s in a conversation he always brings up you but if a person says anything rude about you ex: “She’s not the divine one” the only thing that will save them from death if there in another religion or they just say there joking and say compliments about you and Rengoku will join then into saying compliments.

After you ascended all the Hashira were so happy and they needed to kidnap you to make sure your ‘safe’ you can’t be rude to them its impossible for you to! You allow them to be clingy to you and kill people for you even though they disturb you. To make it even worse they are delusional to! They read all the scriptures about you they say no one can compare the worship we have to anyone else. They think you enjoy the things they are doing to you.

Yandere Emnu Headcanons

Warnings: Yandere behavior and forced dreaming(?).

Author Note: Thank you for this request! This was an interesting one to write!!

Enmu is sadistic, he enjoys seeing the pain in humans, seeing their eyes grow from enjoyment in their dreams to pure fear makes him have butterflies in his stomach. He enjoys seeing them suffer, and become weak and uncontrollable from the crying of a loved one.

If you get Enmu’s attention, you are considered a god; much like Muzan-san. He might’ve fallen in love with you depending on what you did; If you were a victim of his lovely dreaming, maybe he saw you trying to get away, break the spell while you were still asleep. Or, you were an observant Demon Slayer, immediately sensing that the train was infested with demons, which caught him off guard but intrigued him, pulling him into you with such loveable eyes.

Emu would kidnap you immediately once you’ve caught his eye(s), he doesn’t want anyone to woo you away from him. Once you’ve fallen asleep, he’d put you in a peaceful dream, a dream that would make you wanna stay forever; while you are in the dreams, he’d look at all your flaws, weaknesses, likes, and dislikes; trying to find everything about you so he can show you how good of a follower he can be to you.

If you by chance have any relatives, friends, or anyone important to you. They are mostly gonna suddenly disappear, find up dead in the most gruesome way, or be turned into demons, being found by former demon slayers.

Enmu’s yandere behavior is worshiping, sadist, guilt-tripping, and clingy; he’d treat you as a god, almost kissing the floor you walk on. He always lets you roam free, with him behind you, praising you for whatever you did, whether small or big. He worships you, loves to touch you in any way possible; even if it's a short touch, he'll hum softly and smile creepy.

The way he shows his affection is unpredictable, he can become very distant, fearing he’ll hurt you due to him being a demon to him holding you all night, kissing your face gently whilst telling you he cannot wait to get married in the future. He will give you gifts, mostly books, flowers, and written notes and poems he did whilst watching you sleep. He loves touching you, holding you in his lap whilst he plays with your hair, daydreaming about what it would be like to spend the rest of his life with you.

In the future, he will only turn you into a demon when he feel;s necessary, which is in rare cases. If you ever get sick, demand him to turn you into a demon, or at the verge of death; will he only turn you into a demon.

Punishments are interesting at this point, due to his unpredictableness, his punishments come at the same price. Some nights, if you do something he doesn’t like, he won’t punish you at all, however, if you do something else; he’ll punish you, with zero sympathy. It really depends on his moods(?)

If you ever use words, he’ll put on his puppy eyes, making you feel guilty. If you do decide to continue on with the words, he’d slowly put a creepy smile on, look you directly in the eyes and threaten to do something to your family, friends, or loved one. Afterwards, pretend nothing happened and continue on, as if he didn’t say anything.

If you're doing anything physical, such as kicking, punching, or pushing him away; he feels welcomed to those ‘harmful’ acts. He will gladly welcome them with a smile, saying thank you as he is sadistic and masochistic. However, he will slowly become annoyed, seeing as he cannot touch you as much as he wants. Though, this will take months, around (3) three or (4) four.

If you continue this up, he will put you into a terror nightmare, making you dream something that is not enjoyable at all and ends up making you wake up with tears, shaking from the thrill thought of it. Of course, he’s there, comforting you: “See what happens when you don’t listen? All I wanna do is help you. Please love, allow me to help you and love you.”

In the end, you’d fall under Stockholm syndrome, in the little ‘love land’ you two have, just where he wants you and where you want him.

Possible crack-theory/ food for thought: How likely would it be for real! Ciel's soul to "be stuck"/ "hiding" in the Phantomhive ring and communicating with our! Ciel from there? The "earl" said once, he can still hear the whispers of the former Watch dogs. The scene of signing the contract was drawn like three times, adding more cruel details in the respective arcs - yet not one panel of Sebastian devouring the boy's soul (despite not shying away from "jokes" of eating "his master"). That idea would not clash with Ciel's state; the blood transfusions could keep him "civil"/ "sane" enough not to attack his brother. However, when it comes to the Bizarre Doll's first appearance in Campania, arguments might get weak. Though, it could be "traces of Sebastian's last meal", they are sensing. In the Circus Arc, Will observes the demon butler's behavior and concludes how he "must feel" from there. Shinigami were surprised by Sebastian's sight, so he must have "walked the Earth" before their rebirth. 100+ years ago. His forms after the ritual confirm. But: That does not mean, he took a break from hunting or concentrated solely on Britain. Especially with the amount of cults around. Open question so far, did they intend to summon one demon in particular or did they get a "random" answer? With how the concept of Shinigami seem to work, you'd expect to hear more about multiverse. If that fanon becomes canon... Shinigami won't be the only ones capable of time traveling.

Where is real Ciel's soul?

That seems to be the first question here. I'm a bit confused by this ask, but I'll answer what I can.

No, it's not in the ring. Even though we don't directly witness the demon devouring real Ciel's soul, it did. Sebastian says he's already taken/claimed/devoured real Ciel's soul as payment for "crossing" from his world into the human realm. When our earl later asks Sebastian what happens to souls he eats, the demon says "nothing" but then says they "disappear" by the time Judgement Day comes along. What I'm saying comes from ch139:

So, theoretically, real Ciel's soul could still be somewhere inside Sebastian's demonic guts, just like the ring was still inside real Ciel's guts. And it's just sitting there until it eventually disappears. It's unclear just how souls provide energy or sustenance for demons, but I theorize the souls they eat do have an effect on them. So, I do think that when this demon devoured real Ciel's soul and then took a human form, that form was partly based on what real Ciel (and our earl) would have looked like as an adult. This helps explain why Sebastian and Vincent have visible similarities. It's like Sebastian (in his current human form) is a combination of Vincent, Rachel and something purely demonic. The demonic part accounts for the pitch black hair, black nails, and eyes that change from human to demonic. He apparently cannot change his hair color or nail color. It also might be impossible for Sebastian to make his eyes look blue, like the twins' eyes. If you gave Sebastian the signature Phantomhive hair color with real Ciel's side part, changed his eyes to deep blue, and made his nails look normal, this is basically what a grown-up real Ciel might look like. And grown up "our earl" would just be the mirror image of that.

Real Ciel's soul also seems to affect the demon's behavior, as there are things Sebastian does... from time to time... that remind me of real Ciel, like: 1. Offering our earl warm milk and honey when he was at a loss what other food to offer and didn't want for his young master to go to bed hungry and 2. Trying to spoon feed our earl while he was sick; real Ciel also did that once when our earl was ill.

What was the demon doing before this contract?

That seems to be another question in your ask.

Apparently sleeping! Sebastian wrote the lyrics for the Phantom Five's songs, and one is from his perspective as a hungry demon, awakened by the aroma of a soul. He says sleep is a luxury for demons, and so he might have been taking a long pleasure nap after a previous meal.

When was that previous meal, you might ask? Probably back in the late 1700's, judging from two things: 1. One of the outfits he offers to wear while serving his master is from that time period, and 2. He says he danced the Viennese waltz at Schönbrunn Palace, and that dance didn't exist until the second half of the 18th century. He might have had a contract with a member of the Hapsburg family in Austria. Either that or with someone in their social circles. So, Sebastian definitely isn't a demon who only offers contracts in Great Britain.

What demon was the cult trying to summon?

I'm not entirely sure. The cultist calls the demon by a number of descriptions or sobriquets, with the licensed English translation saying "the devil", "lord of chaos", as well as many wordier phrases. From ch136:

Interestingly enough, one of those wordy phrases is "the nefarious beast who sups on spilled blood", and that might be what is happening in this image:

If that's the case, then the soul might have spilled out with the blood, and this image would be of the demon devouring real Ciel's soul in order to cross over into the human realm.
