So I'm rewatching the Secret Saturdays and this screenshot has thrown me for a loop.

They're flipping Ben 10 Villains.

And for those not in the know, Ben 10 has a crossover with The Secret Saturdays in Omniverse.

As a kid, I just shrugged it off and thought "weird IP crossover but cool." I didn't expect this to be another "Gorillaz and Power Puff Girls share the same world."

Me: can we please actually write something for one of my Pokemon Anime AUs for once?

Brain: Ben 10 crossover time fuck you.

Anyway AU where Ash is the wielder of the Omnitrix and Pikachu is also the wielder of the Omnitrix but for animals.

But isn't that just the Neme- Azmuth made a second Omnitrix for nonsapient species fuck you and your idiot crab.

Because Pokemon are a weird grey area they're in both databases, because it would make more sense for them to be in the Omnitrix wielded by an actual Pokemon but given that Meowth, most Legendaries and Alakazam exist they also absolutely have to be considered sapient.

The capsule drops in the woods just outside of Pallet Town about a month before the Journey begins

Pikachu's Omnitrix messes with Pokeballs so he's technically wild but between the fact he can't be caught and Professor Oak manually inputting his information into the League Files to avoid potential issues everyone assumes he's Ash's and nobody in the know sees any reason to challenge that assumption.

Delia, Oak and Gary are all in the know because they were there that night.

As always, first actual Villain is Animo. You'd think that having Pokemon to work with instead of ordinary animals would give him an advantage but then you remember that everyone else has Pokemon too.

Professor Oak and Agatha used to be Plumbers

Gary may or may not be part alien as a result and I might give him an Omnitrix knockoff for the sake of The OG Rivalry.

Team Rocket takes forever to figure out that Ash and Pikachu are the alien heroes who keep wrecking their plans.

Other Nintendo franchises are canon but only as other planets so I can use their species to fill out the roster. And occasionally include guest cameos.

What episode of original Ben 10 would not play out in your au? (Because of all the differences)

The episode that wouldn't work in Shape Shifting Ben is Dr. Animo and the Mutant Ray. The reason? Since the Omnitrix is broken and all the DNA is gone from it, wouldn't make sense that Animo would know about it since Ben transforms without it. But that's how I feel about it.

As much as I love Ben 10 I cant deny that it can sometimes suffer from simplistic writing, especially in it's villain department.

Like, it's clear why Kevin was the fan favorite villain ; he's developed and has more traits than just evil, he is an in depth and interesting character. Vilgax is cool but what traits does he have other than sadism? He is evil to everyone he meets and negotiates with nobody, because he is one track minded and all he can think is "I want my Omnitrix and I want it now so I can rule the galaxy". Who is Vilgax besides evil? I won't deny, being willing to dissect children slowly or being a world-conquering war lord who is very okay with causing genocide on Tetrax's home planet (with Tetrax's unwitting assistance and subsequent abject shock and fear) is fucked up and I love that, but my god I wish his traits were developed more.

Even though I'm also a huge Dr. Animo fan, he hasn't many traits beyond being an entitled terror upon society and animal lover, but I enjoy his progression of being power hungry and desperate for more ever since he gained any power from a fraction of the Omnitrix, whereas Gaxy boy over here never progresses : send in the drones, get the assassins, beat up the 10 year old and get fucked up after saying "GIVE ME THE FUCKING ALIEN ROLEX TENNYSON I AM SO SICK OF ASKING" 78 times. The Big Tick did more of a number on earth than Vilgax ever did, and that thing lasted one episode and was destroyed by Cannonbolt alone.

The Forever Knights did just about jack shit too, as it always felt like they were stopped before their plans even began. Ben would stop them at step one most of the time, save for when they got to the sword past the God in that ancient temple, just for their plan to fall apart (literally) as the sword crumbled. Their biggest time as a threat was when they put ben into a dream to get the omnitrix, for once their plan actually progressed and they posed a true threat.

Even then, the Forever King shows up and does literally nothing after hiring every other human villain which only subsequently proved that Animo is the most effective villain of them all. The Forever King made everyone do the work for him, picked up some power thing, did almost nothing with it and was destroyed by Upchuck.

I wish more Ben 10 villains had the depth Kevin had, as Kevin is a phenomenal villain, and is only proven moreso in Ken 10 where he is a fucking despicable person to his son and has only sunken further into his maniacal nature and urge for superiority over others rather than seeking self acceptance and forgiveness to himself, leading a side-villain to he more in-depth and interesting than the main bad guy.

While most would say you were unfortunate to land a job with Aloysius Animo, the psychopath who tortured animals. Yes, you HATED his work & ideas, but you enjoyed his company. Though insane, he was charming & incredibly cute. You never got the chance to tell him how much you enjoyed being around him. However, when he lost his temper after losing the award he wanted, his attitude scared you, so you left him. Years went by, then you heard about him using a transmodulator to mutate animals, starting his villainous path. After a long string of high-tech crimes that threatened the world, you had no idea where he ended up.

Finally, after so long, you were able to find out where he ended up. A place within earth’s orbit, the prison in Plumber Headquarters. Nothing very surprising, but you can finally see him again. Now, the tricky part; getting there. Luckily, you found out about the location from someone who fought Animo plenty of times, the only awkward thing was that this was a kid. Ben Tennyson.

“Why would you want to visit him? He’s insane, more so than he was years ago.” he wasn’t wrong.

“I know, but I miss him. I use to work with him, I never supported his work, but I enjoyed his company. Just, please let me see him.” you said, shocking the kid. After getting over the crazy part of someone actually wanting to visit Animo, Ben contacted named Rook Blonko. It took a while, but Rook was actually able to get you there.

It was certainly something, seeing an entire base unit of sorts in space, but at least you could see your old boss. Being brought through such a strange place was an experience you couldn’t quite get over. It was scary yet cool, but the reason for your visit came surprisingly fast. However, what you saw in that cell frightened you at first. Animo looked like an entirely different creature.

His skin was greenish, his fingers were clawed, his ears were pointy, & his teeth made him look like a piranha. However, the worst part was that he had clearly maimed himself for personal gain, his brain was exposed.

“Animo, you have a visitor!” Rook said. That’s when he looked up, his face covered with shock as soon as he saw you.

“Can I be let in & have some time alone with him?” you asked. Rook agreed & let you in to greet your old boss before leaving so you could be alone.

“(Y/N)!” Animo cried as he ran to you & wrapped his arms around you.

“Hey, Aloysius.” you giggled as you hugged back. The feeling of finally being reunited was incredible. Suddenly, you felt his tongue briefly caress your ear.

“I have missed you so much, dear. I thought I’d never see your beautiful face again. You meant so much to me, sweetheart.” he purred.

“Aloysius? Are you saying you had feelings for me? It’s crazy, I’ve had feelings for you for a long time.” you confessed. Your confession seemed to trigger something in him. He pulled you towards his bed & sat down with you on his lap.

Right as you were about to say something, he grazed his sharp teeth across your neck, the feeling sending waves of faint pleasure through you. The moment you let out a soft moan, he went feral & bit your neck, causing you to let out a louder moan. He growled & pinned you to his bed.

“Aloysius! Oh!” you moaned, prompting him to grind against you. In order to tease him, you rubbed your knee between his legs, but were shocked at how hard he was. He growled again & began undressing. He was rather scrawny now, but he was still oddly alluring.

You ran a hand across his chest before sitting up to place kisses along his collarbone. Afterwards, you began undressing, blushing as he stared at your body.

“You’re more beautiful than I imagined. I hope you’re ok with this, darling.” he said, shaking with anticipation. You tugged him down while kissing him, wrapping your legs around his waist to encourage him to continue.

Being surprisingly gentle, he slowly inserted himself inside you, claiming your virginity. It was painful, but he let you adjust to his insertion. His gentleness definitely surprised you, but you welcomed this tender side of him.

“Yes… Aloysius… continue, please.” your request was instantly answered as he began thrusting slowly to get you used to the feeling. As soon as you adjusted, he sped up & went hard.

You wrapped your limbs around him to pull him closer, to pull him deeper. To his surprise, you begged him to rail you harder. He never expected this kind of behavior from you, but he definitely enjoyed it. Soon, your legs were bent back as far as they could go, up & over your shoulders. Animo held you down while he went full speed.

“I’m about to… mmh~.” he moaned. You pulled him closer & eagerly kissed him hard. Suddenly, you pulled away to moan loudly as your climax washed over your hot body. Animo grunted at feeling your body grip him stronger than a vice.
