I'm the kind of person who likes things even when I don't understand them idk For eg in art whether it's modern or classic, I may not be into the genre that the creator made but I may still admire the technical work behind it or the thought process of the art piece and what it represents, so in a way I'll always sort of admire the artist for their work ? I can think of plenty of people whose work I find remarquable but who I despise with all my petty heart because they're a dick though, but not so much the other way around
