Winged beans, anyone? Our Municipal Mayor is keen on developing programs that will help young children gain a competitive advantage in life and of these programs is proper early childhood nutrition. Winged beans are one of the vegetables he's encouraging moms to grow in the backyard mainly because of its high nutritional value. This #happyhomemaker is fortunate to be able to grow these vegetables for her family and for the Mayor. He likes his blanched and dressed with French dressing (the @maidinblueheaven makes the best salad dressings in town) while ours is sauteed in #bukidnonbutter and garlic.
