my plan ~` (under 550kcals!)

hello ! this is my written plan and what i will be eating for my weight loss, obviously random things like binges and purging will be thrown in at times but this is the main thing and over time i will likely made edits and additons! any tips and advice is welcome :3
breakfast|○ two eggs, either scrambled, sunnyside, or hard-boiled. and maybe a piece of bread or a piece of bacon :3
lunch|○ hummus with carrots or cucumber (or) 8 strawberries with 2 tsp of greek yogurt
snacks|○ low cal jelly (or) a 5oz can of water GV tuna (or) 1 serving size of jerky (or) an orange
dinner|○ none, or js alot of warm diet coke.

how many cals/protein in everything and added up:

70cals 6g in an egg and x2 = 140cals, and 12g
75cals 2.7g in a slice of bread
43cals 3g in a strip of bacon
…
25cals 1.2g in a tbsp of hummus and, x4 = 100 and 4.8g
4cals 0.1g in 1 baby carrot, and x15 = 52cals and 1.5g
45cals and 0.65g in 1 cucumber
40cals and 5.36g in 8 strawberries
…
5cals 1g in 1 cup low cal jelly
80cals 17g in a 5oz can of GV tuna 80cal 12g 28 pieces of jerky

all added up:

EVERYTHING, together is 660cals and 60.01g ( i think, im bad at math lmao)
319 cals and with just the eggs, bread, and hummus and carrots (minimum and probably all i will be eating, along with the additional snacks :3)
just breakfast (everything): 258cals and 17.7g
just lunch (everything): 237cals and 12.31g
just snacks (everything): 165cals and 30g

Mmk so I couldn't allow myself to just gatekeep these AMAZING snackies ♡
They are Jelly B. Drinkable Konjac Jelly, they r Korean and they r sooooooo good
They r super refreshing and it fills u up and satisfies sweet cravings
They r gluten free (100% in Australia and for US it doesn't have a warning against it), dairy free, sugar free, fat free, cholesterol free, nut free, halal, low carb, contain a bunch of vitamin C and a little calcium, and best of all EXTREMELY LOW CAL
There r at least 7 flavors (watermelon, apple, blueberry, peach, lychee, mango, and grape [the grape isn't American artificial grape where it taste more purple than fruity]), they r fairly cheap (especially if there r deals at the market), u can find them at ur local Asian market (I got mine at HMart and I think I got them for like $21 or $28 USD for 14 pouches) or Amazon (def more pricey)
Some of them taste exactly like the fruit while others don't rly but they r still rly good
Make sure when u drink it u shake it up real good, maybe even massage it a bit so u get bits of jelly rather than drinking all the juice and struggling to get the jelly out (I mean ig u could drink the juice and cut it open and eat the jelly with a spoon?) and they r best cold
I rly rly hope all of u who want them can find them bc they r SO AMAZING

NOVEMBER IS GOING TO BE MY MONTH FR.
i’m so sick and tired of binging and gaining and losing the same kilos over and over again, so i’m deciding that November is gonna be my month, i will get back on track i will lose all the disgusting fat and i’ll try to be more active here
