Watched I Am Nobody so here is my really niche content for people like me who believe that Feng Baobao and Xiaoge should have the opportunity to bond over being immortals with memory loss and superior strength and a random little guy they really want to protect despite the fact that said little guy super from a terrible instance of main character curse. They should also bond over how immortality combined with memory loss make you so disconnected from the rest of society that all of the bonds you manage to create are the most precious and fragile thing in your life and how susceptible it makes you to be used like a tool without you even knowing it.

Anyway they would be besties without even needing to talk. They would just sit and look at rocks together, maybe sleep sometimes, and it would be one of the strongest friendship ever known to mankind.

The reason to watch this drama was solely this scene 😂

And after that I just got hooked. This was well edited story wise, considering how vastly the donghua and manhua story line is.

Loved all the characters in this drama all the actors did an exceptional job portraying their characters.

Shout out to my eternal bl couple (even though nowhere its been implied) in my heart these two are a couple and will be in any other drama they in!.

Argh! Almost ALL the I Am Nobody drama posts I’ve seen concentrate on Hou Ming Hao’s character and have nothing to do with the main leads. Yes, he is a nice-looking young man, but WTF!! He’s not the main.

Episode 5, Zhang Chulan gave up on all the Outsiders, but every faction is still trying to rope him in. In the end, he realises that Baobao has been there for all of this weird sh*t. Nicely, or not so nicely. But Baobao also realised her mistake and came to the rescue. But one stupid mistake leads to this:

He did tell her to stand still and this was the result. Luckily she can be saved. But he doesn’t really understand the supernatural world he’s entered at all.

so i cant help but notice that two (2) times, twice, when Zhuge Qing and Wang Ye were shown, it immediately cut to the only real prominent established couple in the show -

In a manner somewhat exceeding my expectations, the day of the finale has arrived so quickly. I am truly incredibly honored to have had this chance to play the character of Baobao. I am also extremely thankful for this chance that the director gave, as it allowed me to participate in, experience, and properly tell this story  - and allowed everyone to, once again, experience this world of “yiren” in the drama. At the same time, I am also very grateful for everyone’s love and encouragement; I hope that my performance did not disappoint you. While watching the drama, I seemed to relive Baobao’s story with her once more, and gained a certain kind of strength. This character of Baobao is incredibly precious: she is void of selfishness, utterly sincere, wholly pure, and possesses a lot of wonderful qualities. I was always incredibly happy during the time in which I lived with Baobao’s identity. I imitated Baobao’s uncomplicated mentality, simplifying the complex, without overthinking. The person I am most thankful to is the director. The director not only gave me the chance to act as Baobao, but also helped me to enter Baobao’s state. He taught me to meditate, to practice calligraphy - and how to let my heart settle and calm. Under the director’s guidance, the atmosphere of our entire crew was incredibly joyful, like a big family. To dramatize it somewhat, during the filming period, I practically blocked out almost all outside disturbances, focused on the present, and lived meaningfully and happily every day.

Speaking of the world of “yiren,” our director has also said many times before that “yi” (other; 异) is the designation for different; it has represented how each and every one of us are entirely unique. So I hope everyone can accept themselves; we are the masters of our own worlds. I’ll share a line from a poem I really like: “I know not for whom the moon’s reflection in the river waits¹.” In truth, every single one of us is somebody for whom this world has waited². Everyone has their own meaning and purpose for existing. I’m very glad to have accompanied everyone through this period of time. I hope everyone can gain strength from within our drama! Attached is a group picture, a photo of my first audition, a photo of my mid-trial audition, as well as photos of my first day of practicing calligraphy and of still needing to work hard even later on.
