One thing I will never miss about being in the swiftie fandom is gaylor swifties obsession for basically creating a whole ass headcanon for Taylor about why she’s queer and that her lyrics prove that she’s in fact bi or gay. Never mind the fact that there is plenty of proof she isn’t gay/queer, it’s very strange & fucked up that a lot of gaylors think this would be the proper thing to if she was???? Like even if she was gay, it’s not your right to out someone or even speculate their sexuality.

It hurts to still see people finding reasons to hate Karlie after 8/9. She was clearly there on purpose, as 1989 TV was announced and Karlie was a huge influence on that era. And Taylor was clearly fine with Kar there since she kept looking up at her, even seeming happy about it. It's completely fine to not believe they’re still together or ever were, but why are people bending over backward to make this woman out to be some crazed stalker? That sounds more far-fetched than anything else. A stalker would be those men who broke into Tay’s apartment who could've hurt her, not a woman going to a concert. Harassing someone for 6 years over a rumor that was never confirmed, as if Taylor herself hand-wrote a letter to you telling it was true, isn't cute. Declaring you wish you were at the tour on 8/9 just so you could yell hateful things at a very postpartum woman isn't cute. It's ugly as shit. If you’re one of those people saying things like that, get offline, step back, and ask yourself if, not just Taylor, but any sane person would think that your behavior in this situation is okay. Confront that part of yourself that is being so awful and question why it’s there. Taylor doesn't need or want her fans to fight her battles for her. All she needs of for her fans to support her, her career, and her music. This isn't even a battle. What will it take for people to see that Karlie and Taylor aren't enemies? What will it take for people to be kind? Go shit on someone terrible who clearly deserves it. Let go of hating this woman based on a rumor!

EDIT: By The way, average swifties (non-gaylors) can definitely reblog this. In fact, I really want you guys to, because all types of swifties should also support not bullying Karlie Kloss, or anyone, and spread that message. This shouldn’t be something that only gaylors are concerned over.

Gaylors getting mad at the 1989 TV prologue is so funny to me because why did you think you were special just because you didn’t sexualize her male friendships? She’s not targeting you, and she’s her own person who has thoughts and feelings and didn’t want to feel like no matter who she was with it was romantic.

Female friendships are such an important part of girlhood, which Taylor literally said she had them for, and the way y’all tried to still find a way to take that from her is crazy. Let her live. Shes allowed to hang out with her female friends, she’s allowed to hang out with her male friends, she’s allowed to have relationships that aren’t scrutinized by the public constantly which gaylors are always amazing at doing. Seriously, let her live.

Also- stop saying real people can queerbait. Friendship comes in so many shapes and forms and really if you’re only following a celebrity because you think they’re queer, or hinting at it, that’s on you. The posts talking about how Gaylors want Taylor to be gay because we "don't engage with queer art" is so wrong. A vast majority of the musicians I listen to are queer. Almost all the books I read are by queer authors. I have gotten uncountable recommendations for queer movies, books, music, and media from other Gaylors who also consume majority queer media. It's not enough for them to make fun of us, they have to come up with bullshit untruthful reasons why.
