‘i can’t leave you ryo. i love you way too much’ you sniffle, new tears threatening to spill so you go back to huddle against his neck.

god. he knows you mean it. and that’s what makes him feel like a dickhead.

‘me too, i- i lo-’ he struggles, just as your palm reaches up to cover his mouth.

‘i know ryo, i know’ you whisper, placing your forehead against his, both of you basking in the quietness of the surrounding.

geto suguru ‘fuckin-! ah shit! some insane grip you have on me baby. can’t move if you clench and lock me up like that’ he smirks against your neck.

‘and a bit quiet today ain’t ya? you sure had a lot to say to satoru earlier heh’ he remarks.

‘we were just catching up suguru, nothing-! nothing more’ you whine.

‘catching up you say? does catching up require smiles and touches? do they angel baby?’ he raises his eyebrows.

‘no..’ you avert your eyes away from his.

‘that’s what i thought. so for that, now you pay’ he pulls out suddenly, and pushes all the way back in making you yelp out loud.

‘sugu! ah fuck, i don’t think i can go another round baby. s’too much!’ the pressure was starting to get to you and you were starting to lose stability.

his face lands on your chest, thanking all the gods and the stars out there for giving him another chance.

he’ll never screw up again and that’s a promise.

(okay i was going about my day yesterday but i really couldn't get the merman au out of my head😭😭 i just imagine for a while somehow geto managed to sneak satoru into the palace and then it's a whole ordeal trying to hide him. panicked geto and oblivious gojo and really for all that image is stuck in my head i still have yet to write a proper interaction w them but!! it's not proofread so sorry if there are mistakes and it's a bit scattered but i had to get this one scene out that was brewing in my mind so🥺 ignore this if you want❗️❗️)

From the mezzanine, everyone looked like ants. Suguru had to squint to make out familiar faces in the crowd, and even then, the only person he could identify was a distant aunt of his that he had never really liked. Usually, he'd have been able to pick apart anyone of significance; he'd have known their name, their title, their interests.

Suguru would've known, he always memorises the details before public events — he spends days in his room at a time, talking into the mirror and telling his reflection things about these people who he has never met. Perhaps, lately, he'd been busy with Satoru.

Suguru smiled. He didn't feel as guilty as he thought he would.

A hand clapped on his back, and he jolted. Shoko beside him, cocking a brow. “What's got you looking like a dumbass?” Her voice was flat, eyes busy scanning the crowd and Suguru knew who she was looking for.

He cleared his throat. He couldn't really tell her that he was keeping a siren in the little pond in his private garden — well, it wasn't exactly little, but that information held no relevance anyway. Shoko was his dear friend, and he knew she would always support him, but he had to keep Satoru a secret, more for her sake. Suguru bit his lip in thought. If only Satoru didn't have such a strong taste for human flesh.

“Is meat more nutritious than fish?”

“What?”

“Nevermind.” Suguru winced at the look he was being sent. He didn't mean to blurt the question out, but he'd been thinking about it for days. The salmon that he'd been feeding Satoru probably wasn't enough to sustain a creature his size — especially when he was so active — which would mean he burnt through a lot of calories very quickly. “Utahime is on the balcony,” Suguru pointed in the general direction, giving Shoko a pat on the shoulder, “good luck.”

From his peripheral vision, he could see Shoko roll her eyes as he walked away, but she muttered a small 'thanks' before she turned to find the other woman. He was glad she finally had someone to open up to other than him — he saw how happy Shoko was with Utahime, and with the burden of inheriting the throne giving her sleepless nights, it was all Suguru could want for his closest friend.

He turned his attention back to the winding flight of stairs before him. Now, to find some meat.

MAYBE suguru just thinks gojo is in need of lots of food, but actually gojo just likes to eat bc he enjoys the food, but doesnt neccessarily need it?(he is also a mystical creature, so in that sense anything is possible really xD) I ALSO LOVE HOW SUGURU JUST RANDOMLY ASKS SHOKO ABOUT NUTRITIONS AND SHOKO IS JUST LIKE WHAT, i adore that ; u ; <3 AND OMG gojo lives in a pond in his private garden??? HOW CUTE!! so that makes me wonder (pls indulge with me) why would he bring this technically "monster" into his home? generally i would think maybe that a creature like that needs its space and would need their freedom? so MAYBEEEEE smth has happened? maybe gojo got hurt, maybe even when he was caught in the fishernet situation? MAYBE suguru needs to take care of him until he gets better and maybe gojo, the curious creepy creature that he is, enjoys the change of environment and the new feeling of being cared for?? its exciting for both! what do you think ?? 👉👈 maybe you had a different idea?? im so excited to hear your thoughts!! - notes. heavily inspired by few vids from the old vsfs (i... this is a self indulge work i admit sdjmsdkfj) but i DID think of writing the guys as the performers for the next hc but i’m... not sure if i should? i think i might do it if i get asks on it >< anyways enjoy!

° — GOJO SATORU

usually when you walk down the runway, he doesn’t exactly show much reaction since most of the fashion shows he’d attend that you were part of are quite serious-ish

but knowing this clothing brand, where openings and closings are looked forward to, he could feel his heart gradually pumping louder and louder when the music starts and how the circus shaped cage spun slowly

so when the lights flicker on you, his heart just... STOPS AT THERE

in his mind he would go *GASP* and i think *speaks in commentary voice* he might have forgotten he was in a fashion show cuz man’s about to STAND AND CLAP (props to suguru for anchoring him down HXHSHDHIS)

suddenly when he remembers he’s in a fahsion show watching you, he sits back down and when your alluring eyes met his, he feels like he’s being drawn in from how powerful your opening is (sheesh toru 🙄)

as you walked and held onto his gaze, you pointed at him and then gestured to your heart and he just mouths back a big “I LOVE YOU” while watching you walk past him

as you went towards the end of the runway, he had a hand to his knee while the other clenched into a fist, ready for a tiny air fist bump

the whole time he bites his bottom lips while grinning, he couldn’t contain his excitement, really. the cheers, the come hither sign before you walked out of the cage — you were like a battle angel, and the arm swing to make the fancy designs of your sleeves fly — it was everything to him

it’s gonna take him a while to calm his excitement down but even then he is still very excited for each of your appearances and of course, the clothing designs throughout the show

° — NANAMI KENTO

ken might LOOK like a person that worries about NOW, but often times his mind would wander off to somewhere into the future, just before he quickly pulls himself back to the present — that’s how it’d always been

so whoever... WHOEVER made that arrangement for you to step out just as the performer reaches that high note, and with that piece of clothing you’re wearing- WOOHh 😤😤😮‍💨😮‍💨

he thinks that THAT PERSON deserves an extra raise for making his s/o have that wonderful entry (and for allowing him to instantly stop worrying... like at. ALL.)

as you walked, the performer accompanies you up until the middle and finally lets you go by your own, who he was thankful for for calming your nerves and allowing you to have some fun grooving to their music while walking

a smile immediately melts on his lips, watching as you walked past his seating area, he doesn’t mind that you couldn’t give him your full attention, given that you were distracted by the performer

but when you got to the end and strike a pose, HE WAS HAPPILY GRINNING, he could feel his heart being filled with the utmost pride for you, remembering how nervous you were the night before

“i’m a lil’ worried ken, the design was quite... WOW, it’s amazing but i’ve never worn something like that before...” you chuckled nervously

you were right, the cuttings seemed out of place, given by how randomly placed they are but both you and him know that it’s meant to adorn the piece beneath it

turning back, when you met eyes with him, you could tell his eyes were going like ✨✨ plus that grin? his reaction got you grinning like mad too!!!!

realizing the cameras were capturing his reaction, he subtly points at you, mouthing a “that’s my love!!” before turning back to you

when you disappear into the curtains, he sighs softly, the small smile never leaving his face as he begins to wait for your upcoming appearances

° — FUSHIGURO TOJI

if he was holding a drink rn, it’d either fall or be clenched tight because LOOK. AT. YOU. looking all fierce and breathtaking like that!!

the person sitting beside him knew you were his s/o the moment they hear him audibly sucking in his breath and paused, before letting out a sigh and a small “my god”

since the current runway theme is magic, the way the light follows above you when you step out from the backstage had him eyeing you up and down- RESPECTFULLY

with each step your feet leads you, you smirk to the audiences on the left — then on the right — then you’re smiling in shyness when you meet his gaze and THAT TEASING SMIRK

don’t get me and him wrong, he’s flustered! just... man’s a little emotionally reserved so he doesn’t show it too much, but deep down his heart is RACING, excited for you reaching the end of the runway to show off your designer’s piece

finds it very, very cute when he notices you lowering your head in shyness for a split second before you stop to spin the cane in your pose, he thinks your shyness mixed with your confident walk makes it all adorable

when your pose was done, you turn back to see him already leaning forward, his elbows on his knees giving you that flirtatious smirk

as you walk back your gaze automatically averts to his shiny green orbs, DARE HE SEND YOU A WINK ON YOUR WAY BACK TOO

at this point it wasn’t him being flustered, it was YOU instead

not to mention he secretly took a picture of you donning the smalllll magician hat, he finds it adorable especially when you found out he’d put it as his wallpaper

° — GETO SUGURU

“oh?”

with the familiar tone of your skin, it took him a second to confirm that the upcoming model was you from the middle seating near the long runway

his eyes grows a little wide, watching you as you walk down the platform in their new piece for you, noting how carefully crafted this piece is, his eyes travel slowly up from the tip of your baseball cap to your feet, his eyebrows raise at how you were able to walk in those (“what in the world???”) complicatedly designed shoes (honestly he thinks he might trip just walking in them)

so when you were nearing to where he was seated, his heart skips a beat when the two of you made eye contact, and you grin, watching how his mouth hangs a little open

seeing how awestruck he was, you just had to tease him further y’know! so to tease him further you shoot him a wink as you continued to walk to the very front (save him he’s SO IN LOVE)

out of nowhere he finally puts the pieces of puzzle from the last few days together, from his “what are you doing?” to your occasional playful bat swinging at him

so when you did just THAT, that subtle bat swinging, he turns into an ABSOLUTE fan especially with how the beat synced along to your casual hip sway after that pose

his mouth closes and he turns to look at satoru who wiggles his eyebrows back at him before turning back to you with his mouth a little open again (he’s just thinking of needing HELP FOR HIS HEART)

looks more forward — don’t get me wrong, he was ALREADY looking forward to your walks — but your memorable first appearance just amplified the whole anticipation he has for you
