- but Han stops her right there with a sudden hard kiss and a hand that begins to slide into her loose-hanging hair, and suddenly the middle of nowhere is exactly where Leia wants to be.

I like to think that part of the reason Vader didn’t manage to shoot Luke down above the Death Star is that Obi-Wan’s Force ghost was sitting behind him going “anakin anakin anakin anakin” in an attempt to distract him

Omg i love her so much too--but yes, I don’t think it’s going to go well for her post 1509 (but eventually she will be back!) I think @mittensmorgul first said that maybe she was Chuck’s unknowing device, and that may be possible, but if not then, then maybe she becomes one now (weaponized against Sam) OR she’s going to be Thanos snapped away? Idk what’s going to happen to her! But regardless, at least she will be back by the end.

I started watching live in s10, and by the end of that season, I only kept watching because I was convinced that s11 would be be last one. I wanted a proper goodbye, even if I felt burned.

s11 won me back. to this day, I’m not sure what it was. but I think watching Mary walk out of the woods ensured that I’d stay until the end, whenever it was.

I always said I’d be delighted when the end came, and I am! I’m so excited that the cast and crew (and fandom!) know what’s coming.

this has been a labor of love for a while now. and I really think it’ll get the sendoff it deserves.

for writing prompt! Obi-Wan, Padmé, the desert

She blends in somehow, as if she were born and raised in the Tatooine desert, her brown hair glinting underneath the headscarf she wears to protect her face from the rough winds and her soft hands covered with workgloves.  

She had laughed when Obi-Wan had told her his thoughts, saying I feel free here - like I never have to be anyone other than who I am, ever again; he remembers that moment, because it had been the first time since they had arrived on Tatooine when he had allowed himself to place his hands on the side of her face and kiss her with no reservations. 

Padme throws open the door and blows inside their small home along with the fierce winds, her market basket in her arms and with two sets of small hands clinging to her skirts, and Obi-Wan catches a glimpse of her smile, almost hidden by layers of dust-covered cloth, as she begins to unwind her scarf.
