If I being completely honest, I really think this fandom really forgets what kind of a person Ted is supposed to be a lot of the time. Especially when writing/talking about the kind of relationship he has with Pete. Ted is literally self described as “not a good person”. I think the way people characterize him a lot of the time doesn’t line up with how he is in canon. Nick lang literally describes him as a lonely, pathetic man. But like the way some people characterize him makes it seem like he’s just a guy who’s horny and not someone who is fully ok abandoning someone he’s known for probably years if it means he’ll escape right after promising to be a good person. He’s willing to spend his whole life pretending to be a little ape if it means he can get laid. Same thing in Hey Melissa where he’s literally willing to pretend to be a dog. He has a sad backstory but I feel like especially in fanfics, they really lose the pathetic nature to him.

Hmm, how might it go if Tinky was somehow involved in Ted and Hidgens' Woolyfoot scam? Like would he be in on it somehow or be actively trying to sabotage it? I imagine him and Ted being involved with eachother, a few things would probably play out vastly different.

Oh, it's been a while since I last watched Hatchetfield Ape Man, I don't remember much. From what I do remember, I don't think Tinky would be very keen on it, mostly cuz he wants to keep Ted all for himself. But I did have a silly thought of "what if homeless Ted was the original Ape Man?" Again, it's been a while since I watched the episode, so it might not fit tineline-wise, but I think it would be funny if that was why the researcher (I forgot her name) was so ready to believe Ted was the Ape Man.

But yeah, Tinky would 100% NOT be on board with the idea. Like, "No way! I know how this one goes! I saw that timeline, and that is not happening here!!"

Emma mentions that the hospital, which we later find out is called St. Damien’s, is downtown, in The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals

The Hatchetfield Ape-Man tells us that Hatchetfield has its own airport, and that Hidgens lives in Witchwood Forest

Bill and Alice drive north through Witchwood Forest to get to Watcher World (in Watcher World)

We learn more about Starry Cove and Oakley Park in Jane’s a Car

I know this was improvised, but it’s in The Guy Who Didn’t Like Musicals, so it’s canon

In The Honey Queen, we learn where the Honey Festival is, and we get the EXACT ADDRESS of the Starlight Theater.
