Hello guys, gals, and my non binary pals! I have a quick lil update for you all about where I've been recently.

In the last few weeks I've been rereading all the wonderful comments and reblogs on all my work as of now and I cannot say enough thank yous for everyone's support! Unfortunately though I am announcing I'm taking a Hiatus to focus on my mental health, my job in the active military takes a toll on your body and mind and I'll admit, having two heart conditions while working a physically demanding job is NOT fun. I will be working on the next few chapters of “The Pack” while I'm gone, I'm not leaving yall hanging I promise.

But with this all, just a simple friendly reminder to check in on people, weather they are friends, family, or just mutuals you randomly follow because of your favorite himbos be sure to check in and see how they're doing. It may not be much but it does go a long way I promise you!

Once again I love you all who have supported my writing, listened to my late night ramblings (that means you K, Del, and Space Mom) and have loved my fics so far, I'll be back and ill be bringing the spice~

Runaway paladin AU x Twinverse: Akira runs into the Voltron group right after Keith goes awol. Is torn between insisting he isn't who they think he is, and keeping his own identity secret.

Akira is SO confused.

Why are there humans in space? Why do they clearly know his twin brother? The one his mom left back on Earth with their dad? Are those Alteans?

He doesn't know how to tell these people that he's not who they think he is without revealing his identity as a Blade. He's pretty sure his cover will be blown anyways, because these are the paladins- which means Keith is a paladin- but the red lion apparently also accepts him? Kolivan tells him to keep up the act for now, while they try to fin exactly where his brother went and what he's doing.

Akira just pretends that he hit his head when the red lion crashed, so his memories are kind of shaky right now. He gets away with it purely because even the one person who knows Keith has an identical twin brother (Shiro) doesn't expect to find him in deep space. Meanwhile, Kolivan's Blades actually manage to find Keith, and bring him back to base, where they learn he lost his ability to shapeshift and is stuck in Galra form.

They 'resolve' this issue by letting Keith join the Blades in Akira's place, while Akira stays on the Castle of Lions and continues to pretend to be Keith. What they don't expect is that eventually the paladins will show up at their base, asking for an alliance.

Hey, I kind of wanted to rant about something that's been on my mind for ages. Sorry if your not doing asks, I didn't see anything saying you weren't. If your not, you can gladly ignore this. TW:Sewerslide :((

I feel like my mum and step-dad are embarrassed of me for who I am. Btw I am autistic. I do this really weird thing were I eat sandwiches and burgers, were I kind of, deconstruct it? So like,I eat the ingredients in order of what it's made in. I have tried eating it with all the ingredients,but I just feel like I'm going to be sick. They always have to remind me to eat it normally, and make me feel like I'm a burden. Technically, I am eating it normally, because it's going into my mouth, I'm chewing it, and it's going into my stomach 😂 and I just end up eating the burger when I get home, because I'm scared my stepdad is going to shout at me. Nearly every holiday we go on I always do something to get shouted at about. Mostly because of tone. Sometimes my brother does things that really annoy me, like stealing my things, like just now he's stolen my cat laser and is trying to blind me with it. My stepdad was mumbling, "Why isn't she smiling?" And earlier he was blatantly asking my mum why I was sulking when my brother called me dumb and was kicking me for no reason. I'm constantly afraid I'm going to ruin a day out with me feeling sad because of something. My stepdad in the past has made me develop body issues, saying I walked like a boy, I walk weird, my dancing and singing was horrible, and that I ate like a pig. And my mum does nothing. Once he shouted at me for something really fucking dumb and I tried commiting Sewerslide in the bathtub. I'm really sorry for being negative but I feel like I'm just boring my gf with how many rants I'm giving her 😂.

You express a lot of the struggles other autistics, neurodivergent otherly disabled or mentally ill people go through on a daily basis. You have my compassion for that. It's not easy.

You are valid just the way you are.

Too me, nothing you do seems particularly weird - well, I am considered weird too (outside the fact that I'm a literal turtle mutant). I could tell you A MILLION things that I do that allistic people would consider weird, crazy or stupid.

Let me tell you something:

If people get upset by you being your natural self & tell you you ruined their day - then they are not worth your time. It's THEIR fault for not accepting you & your autistic traits.

I know by default that our autistic traits can be difficult to face (outsiders & ourselves). That's why autism's a disability.

Your uniqueness should be celebrated. That counts for everyone reading this.

It's really sad that your mum doesn't support you & what your stepfather did to you was unacceptable.

I am incredibly sorry that it made you so miserable.

so i started this drawing several months ago... but! its done now!!!

the inspo for this was the new monster high show and doll line, i wanted to make some character designs for some minecrafters if they were one of the mosterhigh monsters, then i looked at the new heath design and decided to... not do that anymore LMAO. I took reference from the new clawd and heath designs, and the old gina fire and heath designs. my guess is that hed be a fire spirit(or whatever tf heath is) and wear-cat hybrid

I made the shoes as a mix of heaths new shoes and gina fires heels #i did simpler folds with the lineart than i woukd normally... and ended up adding in those folds again when i rendered anyway (woops) #i made the cuffs more pronounced on his gloves #and gave him a high pony tail instead of the low pony i normally give him to add more flamy shapes in the hair #a lot of inspo from the old 2d heath design for that one

I'm so glad you enjoyed Gorilla Twins, it's such a fabulous book.

So, this is kinda hard to find because nO ONE'S FUN ANYMORE!!! (lol this was a HUGE trope in daytime soaps back when I watched them, and I'm sure it still is, and I imagine it's more common in older romances... but not as much today, sadly). But try:

Notorious Pleasures by Elizabeth Hoyt. Not only is this a book where the hero steals the heroine away from his brother (and to be fair to him, the engagement is not a love match, but the heroine fully intended to marry the brother and was fine with it), it's a book where everyone thinks the hero did that... before? Which is very funny to me. They're like "THERE HE GOES AGAIN". And that's not the full story, lol, but it's still hilarious to me.

The Next Best Fling by Gabriella Gamez is a contemporary out in July where technically there is no "stealing"... But the heroine used to date her best friend and has been carrying a torch for him for years, right? And then the BFF gets engaged to his longtime girlfriend. And at the engagement party, the heroine overhears her BFF's brother practicing a speech where he's going to confess his love to the brother's new fiancee... So the heroine intercepts this and ultimately begins a friends with benefits type relationship with the brother. And the BFF is NOT happy when he finds out.

The Chasing of Eleanor Vane by Sierra Simone. NOT a stealing his brother's girl book, but it is a "stealing his nephew/ward's girl" book. The heroine is engaged to this guy, but has a spark with his (significantly older) older uncle. Shit happens. It's very hot.

I know that Say Yes to the Marquess by Tessa Dare has this, but (despite having it on my shelf) I haven't read it yet. That said, I super want to and I generally really enjoy Tessa Dare.
