If June Egbert does become canon in Homestuck 2,

can we at least give respects to Dad Egbert before he becomes villainized within the story and nu-fandom? It ain't a trans John unless it involves daddy issues, like how others try to project the characters as the reason why they change gender. Dad Egbert was the best guardian and father to John. No, his letters he left for John was not trying to force masculinity onto John. The guy genuinely cared about his son. And he died and got replaced by Dad CROCKER, who is not the same as him. I miss Dad Egbert.

Technically it is still called Homestuck^2: Beyond Canon. At least according to the tabs that still have that in its name. Perhaps someone on the technical side of things forgot to update it.

But I can't imagine James Roach doing any better. Art slightly looks better. But at this point, you are better off canning this whole thing in general. Don't mind me as I wait for more Deltarune news from Toby Fox. I trust the dog more than the roach.

I've been thinking about homestuck again and have a question. In HS 2 (I know, but this is importent) Dirk and Rose fly to a new planet to "Start a new Sburb session". But... can they even enter a new session after already playing one AND godtierung? In HS they "hop" sessions but not downright creating a new session as new players. Is that even possible? I'm pretty sure it's not, which would be pretty funny for dirk to find out after all his planning (if the comic ever continues) but it would also mean he would need some new people that haven't played the game... and that rules almost everybody relevant to "the narritive" out besides the candy kids in the other timeline as far as I'm aware. Please correct me if I'm wrong or missunderstood/ missed something???
