I had SO MUCH fun playing Vol. 3 with my friend! She is amazing at doing impressions and gave YouTube and Twitch the perfect voices, I couldn't ask for anything more. But enough about her since she prefers to remain anonymous, today I am here to present my favorite screenshots from the latest release of Cloutchase!

First thing I absolutely loved was that Twitch is so expressive! The facial expressions were all so delightful. ALSO. CLUB PENGUIN. AND WIZ101. And of course Webkinz, Animal Jam, and Neopets are in the background as well hahah, love that too!

This minigame was SO AMAZING omg I am OBSESSED with these character costumes and the fight animation too. Love all the cameos but this Strife content was so awesome!!!! The buttons were a little non-responsive at times but I managed to beat Twitch first try heheh

This is a pretty awesome frame and I'd like to shoutout AJ who I'm pretty sure drew it but I don't have the time or computer charge to reopen the game credits to check. If I'm wrong lemmie know but AJ deserves a shotuout anyway

I love how the subs are sub-sandwiches and I love the design of the camera and chat

I love how complex Twitch's route was. It was very compelling and definitely something I think most streamers need to hear. Swell job Team Timesync! Swell job indeed

I could shout about filmscore and the ghostie crew but instead I'm gonna scream about the google floor lmbo look at it I love it

Peak good end, now I know how to tie a tie. I actually really liked YouTube's route as it was cleverly designed and I love all the many different endings. It was kinda like wading through YouTube's recommended section where you'd save each different possibility of choices in your Watch Later and visit them all when you have the time (which is usually never). So many options but what to pick? I picked them all!

So when I got to this point I started laughing because my friend does all the voices and I only play User and Miss Blog Runner so she was carrying this entire section of the playthrough... AND THEN-

AND THEN THERE WERE FOUR! SHE HAD TO VOICE ALL FOUR OF THEM HAHAH! AND SHE DID AMAZINGLY! I kinda wish she wasn't anonymous cause I wanna give her a shoutout, but maybe when all the routes are released I can convince her to voice them all in a fandub (well not them ALL but definitely Kik and YouTube)

SWEET SWEET REVENGE HAHAHAHAH!!!! Totally deserved as long as they're done here hahahah. I do hope they can all tolerate each other again tho but I love this ending

This volume was long but a lot of fun! I love the Strife minigame and kinda hope it comes back in the future with more mechanics. Maybe an entire spinoff game like Smash Bros idk. Everything was so well written and I love how complex the characters are

Another fantastic entry for a fantastic game! Remember to recommend this game to various streamers to give it the attention it deserves (but not too many, don't wanna overwhelm our fav indie creators!)

I saw Crimson Peak on your list and got excited because Charlie Hunnam's character often gets overlooked! I wonder if you'd have some little fluff about him (fall/gothic aesthetics would be most welcome)

I'm so glad to find another Alan fan! He's really an underrated character in the film. I'm a little brain dead due to some health issue flare ups at the moment, so hopefully a list of headcanons is okay:

Alan loves your spooky/gothic aesthetic when it comes to your clothes. Even though other people thought it made you stick out like a sore thumb, it was one of the things that drew him to you in the first place.

When fall rolls around, he 100% helps you go all out with the decorations and proudly wears matching cozy sweaters with you (were sweaters a thing in his time period? Not sure, but we're gonna roll with it).

I'm not 100% sure when Halloween became close to the thing it is now, but it's my fav holiday, so again, we're gonna roll with it. He loves watching you put so much care and love into either choosing or making a costume and loves to match you once the holiday approaches. He'll help you dress up the outside of your house or porch to draw trick or treaters, dresses up with you, and loves helping you pass out candy. In between trick or treaters, he's so happy to just sit on the porch and talk to you.

If you'd rather throw a costume party, he's completely on board for that too. He's helping you hang the decorations that go up high and insists on lifting anything heavy for you. If you're a handmade decoration/costume kind of person, he's showering your work in compliments and will be over the moon if you make something for him.

Speaking of costumes, he lets you go all out on any spooky facepaint/makeup that will complete his look.

He loves taking fall walks with you and thinks it's adorable when you purposely walk on the fallen leaves to get that satisfying crunch and will do it with you. Anyone watching might think you two are being childish, but you're too busy having fun crouching leaves and giggling with him.

He's always making sure you bundle up enough - he is a doctor after all and wouldn't want you to catch a cold. But of course if you do, he's there to the rescue and insists on taking expert care of you. If you don't have or didn't bring a good enough coat, he'll offer up his (never mind the fact that he's risking a cold himself; "don't worry, I'm a doctor, I'll nurse myself back to health in no time").

He becomes an expert hot chocolate/tea/coffee (whatever your preference is) maker just for you and will make the coziest set up by the fireplace with hot drinks, blankets, and whatever books/hobbies you two enjoy together.

I can totally see him also being the type to plant some apple trees in his backyard pre-relationship specifically so he can learn to make cider and bring it to you as a way to impress you.

If you know how to knit or crochet and make him some gloves or a sweater for the incoming cold season, he gives you the biggest puppy eyes when you give them to him. He'll treat them like gold and hardly ever has them away from his person.

He never knew much about the gothic aesthetic before he met you, but is fascinated by it once you introduce it to him - especially if he visits your house and it's designed/decorated in that style - and thinks it's gorgeous.

If he sees something in a shop that he thinks you'd like that would match your love of all things fall and/or goth, he'll buy it for you without hesitation and be so cute and bashful about giving it to you.

He won't hear a word if anyone tries to insult your style and reminds you he thinks you're the most gorgeous person on the planet.

I also haven't seen the Batfam series that I see bouncing all over Tumblr, so I really have very little knowledge of the Batman family you are referring to.

Virgil caught the elevator down to the hangars, ignoring the chill in the air as he strode out with a fist full of fabric. He stomped past the hulking mass of the ‘new, more effective’ Thunderbird. Slim, black as midnight, and decked out in all the stealth tech they had. She no longer even sounded like a Thunderbird…now more a creature of the silent night.

But he could paint it any colour he wanted, the rocket plane was still Thunderbird One.

As always, the thought of Dad clenched his heart. The reasoning behind all of this…this stupidity…was understandable and clear.

It just made it harder.

He jumped down the few remaining stairs and strode down into what had once been a storage cave.

The glow of electronic equipment outshone whatever darkness had originally been there.

A silhouette sat in the cacophony of electronic read outs.

Virgil set his feet down hard and straightened his spine.

“Scott Carpenter Tracy!”

The silhouette rotated slowly on the office chair he had designated command central. Blue and green lit up a face shadowed by life and tragedy. “What do you want?”

“I’m not wearing this!” He threw the fistful of fabric in his brother’s face.

Scott didn’t even flinch, letting the material hit his face and drop into his lap. Calm eyes, ever so dark, looked up at him. “Why not?”

“Because it’s stupid!” He gestured around the room. “This whole thing is stupid.” He drew in a breath. “Do you think Dad would have wanted this?”

Scott shot to his feet far too smoothly, belying the weight the man had lost rotting down here in his ‘batcave’. “Dad wanted to save people. And they killed him for it.”

“So, you’re doing what? Skulking in the dark, sneaking around, seeing threat everywhere? For what purpose? What do you hope to achieve except losing your family.”

“He took our family! He killed Dad and with that…everything!”

“So we don’t matter?”

His brother stepped closer, his voice dropping into a whisper, his hand reaching up to cup Virgil’s face. “Of course you matter. You’re my brothers.” An indrawn breath. “I’m doing this for you. To protect you. All of you.” His voice caught. “I can’t lose any more.”

“But we can lose you?” His own voice broke. “We never see you any more. You’re distant with Allie, you argue with Gordon, and we’ve all lost John…he’s almost as bad as you, disappearing into the darkness. Scott, it’s all falling apart.” A steadying breath. “Dad would never have wanted this.”

Scott turned away, silent a moment while the room flickered dark light over his features.

He slowly bent down to pick up the crumpled fabric off the floor. “I wanted you with me, Virgil.” He turned, holding up the costume in one fist. “This was me offering you a place at my side.”

“As what? A vigilante? In tights?” He had tried it on. Tight was an understatement, he might as well parade around naked. That outfit wasn’t hiding anything. “I thought I always had a place at your side. That is where I’ve been all my life. Do I suddenly need tights to prove it?”

“Virgil-“

“I love you, Scott. More than you know. You are the centre of my world. I will follow you into hell itself. You know that.” A shaky breath. “This is me asking you not to go there.” He swallowed, so much hanging on this. “Please.”

“It’s just a costume-“

“You’re kidding me, right?” Grief fought with anger. “You’ve disassembled Dad’s dream, warped it beyond recognition-”

“How?! We’re still saving people!”

“No! I’m saving people. You’re playing judge and jury! We are not the police, Scott!”

“He’s out there! Someone has to step up and stop him! To save everyone, to save you, he needs to be stopped!”

“If this is what you are saving me for, then I don’t want saving.” There was such bitterness in Virgil’s voice, it chilled even him. “Please, Scott.” Please. “Come home.”

His brother turned away and Virgil’s heart broke.

“I have to do this.” It was little more than breath.

Virgil swallowed and straightened again. he knew he would follow his brother. He meant it when he said he would follow Scott into hell.

Didn’t mean he wouldn’t fight to save his brother with tooth and nail.

“Dad said everyone was worth saving. Even Gaat.”

His brother snarled. “Get out.”

“Scott-“

“I said get out!”

Virgil stood his ground. “Make me.”

It was a play on trust, one Virgil was terrified he was beginning to doubt. Scott had never raised a hand to him, ever. But this man, consumed by his obsession with Gaat, was not the man he had grown up with.

When Scott didn’t answer, a glimmer of hope sparked in Virgil’s heart.

But then his brother turned away and sat back down at his parade of monitors and simply refused to engage. He ignored Virgil as if he didn’t exist.

Virgil’s heart slowly sunk into his belly. But he stood there for a long time, desperate for a glimpse of the brother he knew.

But the silhouette just sat staring at the monitors tracking activity across the planet, waiting for a sign to launch.

For a situation.

For a signal.

Eventually Virgil turned and slipped away, the battle lost for yet another day.

But there would be more days and more battles, and as long as Virgil lived, he would fight.

To save his brother.

Because that is what he did.

Everyone was worth saving.

Especially those he loved.

And especially from themselves.

Here’s my story about growing up on MLP

The show started when I was 6 years old, but i didn’t get pulled in until I was 7. I remember it was a McDonald’s Happy Meal Fluttershy toy that did it (I still have it today and it sits on my dresser like a trophy). She had a brushable tail but no comb and a whole bunch of stickers. I looked at the box and my mom, who’d known about the show and remembered the original 80s version from her childhood, but she said she never really watched it or owned any of the toys, but I guess really wanted me to get into it. I still remember the first episode I watched was Read It and Weep (the one where Rainbow Dash gets into Daring Do) which today I find hilariously ironic.

This started a full-blown OBSESSION with the show. Soon I was collecting the blind bags, Beanie Babies, Happy Meal toys, I had FatHeads of all of the ponies on my bedroom wall, I had a My Little Pony lunchbox, a My Little Pony backpack, I wore My Little Pony underwear, I had My Little pony pajamas, I made a Twilight Sparkle Halloween costume one year, I had a My Little Pony birthday party one year. My mom compared me to Pinkie Pie but Twilight Sparkle was my favorite. I was an extroverted kid (the pandemic is what turned me into an introverted adult) and I started hoping I’d meet five friends I’d spend my whole life with just like her. I was a silly kid. I actually got bullied for being obsessed with the show unfortunately… this led to the loss of my first My Little Pony lunchbox.

And I wrote fanfiction! And I drew cringeworthy fanart because I was like that (my fanart improved over the years). When Equestria Girls came out, I started wondering if high school would be like that.

No, I never got to dance on cafeteria tables in school spirit wear. Sad.

As an adult, I think the show has definitely shaped me as a person who believes friendship, while not magic, is one of the most important things in the world. As for G5, it’s okay in my opinion. I haven’t watched any of the episodes after the Netflix movie, but I like the characters and I’m happy to see the next generation of kids gets to grow up on it too.

I did not hate Season 9. The later seasons I agree were not as good, but I never hated the School of Friendship or Cozy Glow (I actually love the idea of adorable child villains). The introduction of Scootaloo’s lesbian aunts warmed my heart, along with LyraBon getting married and implied AppleDash (though I think RariJack would have been better, just saying). I don’t hate The Last Problem either. Once again, a bit upset Rarity didn’t end up with anyone though because she deserved to have a happily ever after (and Gallus and Silverstream ending up in different places. I think those two should have gotten together)

Pony Life is bad. The introduction of Pinkie Pie’s brother makes no sense and opens up a lot of plot holes, even more than Maud never having been in The Cutie Mark Chronicles flashback. I never got behind Sparity. Rarity is too old for Spike and to be honest I think Spike and Sweetie Belle should’ve.

One thing I never understood was the hate on Flash Sentry and Timber Spruce. I think they’re both charming and both good for their respective Twilights. No no no. I ship Sunset Shimmer with EG’s Rainbow Dash, not Sci-Twi. No hate on Twiset, though!

My favorite episode of MLP, or episodes I suppose, are still A Canterlot Wedding, Parts 1 and 2. Queen Chrysalis will always be my fav villain. I love two-parters. Twilight’s Kingdom and To Where and Back Again are my others. I HATED The Mean Six btw. I found it a pathetic return for Queen Chrysalis and extremely anticlimactic. It’s the only episode I genuinely hate. There are some I dislike a bit but that’s the only one I hate.

A large inspiration to how Poisoned Lipgloss sounds is PrinceWhateverer. I love his music and I admire him greatly.

Ive been on a call with my brother for over 4 hours (he says hi tumblr) and we’ve just been joking around and laughing at everything. We even started talking about creepypastas and drawing how smile dog would look like with those hot dog costumes (the next image is what my brother drew and then mine)

,, my dads friend said i looked like an goth chick earlier and then my dad started talking about hookers and bars..

I don’t exactly know why, other then that its been really quiet for me lately, it feels weird. Ive also been so upset lately. Last night i fell asleep to rain sounds and cuddled 3 stuffies (my fav plush, my preacher pluush, and me and my boyfriends plush). I wrote around 2 poem(.?)s the other night too, ill likely post them on here

Okay, so I wanna go on for a bit here.

In the Dragon cry sketches, we actually saw Mashima draw a suit as Capricorn's SD which was actually perfect for his taste and clothing choice. AND his own personality. But Mashima also drew another SD, which was most probably a Draco constellation dress, not sure. And I'm most definitely sure he merged the two designs to come up with the current one.

Personally, as a dress I love the design of the current one but as a SD of a spirit like Capricorn, it is awful and doesn't make sense at all. Like I agree that the dresses are to reflect the personalities and choices of the spirits themselves. Capricorn choosing a outfit like that doesn't sit right with me.

Ofc Leo's would be a gorgeous gown, Aries' would be a cute and soft and fluffy dress, Taurus' would be a sexy one(tho I'd have loved if Lucy got a jacket with the bikini top), Saguttarius' would be a beautiful green shooter-type(I actually love how the anime added extra black leggings), Virgo's would be a maid costume, the Aquarius one being bikini makes sense, Cancer's is the most amazing with Lucy having twin blades to counter the enemies(and I'd have loved to see Cancer wield big scissors instead of the small ones). AND then the Gemini and Scorpio designs are my most fav ones (as SDs). A badass hairtyle like Scorpio and a red scorpion tail to top it off. The Gemini one actually goes with their magic type since it's actually a lot like real magic, how they copy people and transform. So the magician-ish dress is perfect!

But did you see the AxS design, I hate it even more than the AxG one. The design makes even less sense than the recent one. It looks like a nonsensical costume that seems like can do heavy lifting but actually can't. Lucy has literally no use of those robot-ish parts of the mix. It was used as a way of adding some unwanted fanservice. And with the recent mix, I have lost hope of getting proper outfits. At this point I don't want any, literally any SD to merge with Aquarius. It'll inevitably ruin the dress.

The most modest ones like Scorpio's and Gemini's unique outfits turned into a sturdy bikini and the other one a glittering bikini made me give up hope. I don't even look at outfits now, only consider her achievements. I've talked about it many times how ridiculous it seems for Lucy to suddenly loose her clothes in a battle. I'm tired of it now.

But I've seen many people say, "Lucy did nothing except get naked" or "Laxus did all the work" or "she's JUST fanservice and no might" and I do think they're the vocal Lucy haters. But in general, people complaining about the dress mix aren't them. And I share the same feelings.

Capricorn’s SD is really sad to see. I begrudgingly admit it’s kinda cool as it is, not going to lie, love the glasses and the braids and the sexy mature cut on the dress, it manages to set itself apart from Loke’s despite both being off-shoudler dresses, but it just... why, Mashima? Why? Capricorn would never approve of this! Where is the super serious butler that respected Layla? Layla (and Anna, now that I think about it) are some of the most modestly-dressed women in the show, so I definitely believe Capricorn would want Lucy to dress like them simply because he knows she’ll look good in it. 

Yes! the base star dresses all look beautiful. I do think some of them could be better or more developed to the spirits (Cancer and Sagittarius are a bit strange because they don’t match the spirit appearances at all, but eh, that’s details), but as single designs, they are all wonderful for what they are, Capricorn aside. I love Aquarius’ the most because it’s a bikini, but it’s at least more functional and comfortable than panties and a bra. It’s a really good balance between fanservice and genuinely something I’d want to wear if I had the assets to pull it off. I love that some of them gave Lucy more combat abilities as well (Cancer, for example). I do kind of wish Loke’s was a bit more functional though, since his main thing is close combat. But it makes sense for him, so it’s fine. The concept of the dresses is just so fun. I could talk about them, both positively and negatively, forever. 

Oh dear I agree. AxS is awful. There was way too much robot against the stupid swimsuit and it just looked bad. But I at least appreciated the creativity, you know? Honestly, I feel we could have found a balance with a thinner tail or shorter glove/boots, Mashima just didn’t try too hard since it only showed for a panel or two. It needs to be reworked so badly. 

AxG was just a swimsuit. Just a swimsuit. They couldn’t even retain any of the magician/clown parts of Gemini, that seriously annoys me! And Aquarius’ contribution is even worse, does Mashima know that mermaid-cut dresses exist? MERMAID? Aquarius can be something other than a typical swimsuit, geez! And they can be ASYMMETRICAL and layered, too! It’s perfect for a Gemini fusion! 

I think it’d have been great if the fusions weren’t literally mixing them together, but the product of “what would both spirits give Lucy?” Honestly, I think among the spirits, Aquarius and Scorpio are totally the type to give you crap about your fashion sense. Aquarius is a very girly girl, and Scorpio is a rockstar! Choosing what to give Lucy as a fusion star dress would be like, a funny way to actually give these two depth in their relationship. Like, their first time ever having a disagreement. 

...I wish the spirits still got personality exploration... I’m sad now...

As for your final point-- you know what? You’re right. Haters gonna hate on that regard. Love to see Lucy finishing a battle on her own, and it’s sad that even after coming this far and going as far as using the spirits’ powers, her achievements are still credited to the damn guys around her. People who think that way are never going to change their minds, they’ve already decided what they think about it.

Ok i would LOVE TO but for once I don't have inspiration for a friggin oc for this fandom. Normally my oc inspiration comes from "you know what would be a neat way to make the canon characters lives even MORE torture? (Ex: Sydney picking on the animatronics, Sneep Snorp with. Well. Yknow) but this show. It does it for me. Its so satisfying tbh but also that means I don't do it for em. 3. what ideas come from when you were little? i've always loved designing clothes like i was like 6 and i had a notebook full of shirts that i drew because i thought they would b cool to wear and then when i was a bit older i loved watching movie bonus features about costume design and now i cosplay and sometimes make my own clothes so i think costume design comes pretty naturally

4. fav character/subject that's a bitch to draw? i would never stop drawing levi if i didnt have to put six times the normal amount of work into his face to get him to look right. this would be easier if i knew why he was hard to draw but i actually have no idea why he's so difficult for me

10. favorite piece of clothing to draw? button-down shirts maybe because i wear and draw a lot of them. i also like drawing ancient robes and tunics, like the ones that are just big squares of cloth pinned and belted to make clothes

But ya I really like the ice cream back cover and I like some of the pics from the cd that I've seen. Some of those could maybe be better cover choices though. My sister pointed out that why was she wearing the same shirt from the sunrise cover on the back of the pink cover too..like the outfits don't match and I'm sorry..but it bothers me now! Other than that, yes I'm excited! I will admit that 1989 is not one of my fav albums. Sometimes the songs just blend together and one of the eras I felt kinda disconnected to her at the time and my old friends always hated her. I never stopped loving her but she kinda became like the popular girl and I couldn't relate to that even though I was also hanging out with my friends a lot during that time..but by reputation I was fully back in and also by that time all my friends had left me lol..so weirdly it did kinda like up with my life actually..which is why I'll forever love Taylor haha. Thats so cute..I think I found the Teardrops MV on someone's Myspace actually lol! I knew Our Song and maybe some of her other videos but never actually owned the Debut album. Fun.fact..i had the biggest crush on a boy named Drew in high school too..so I really relate to the song and gives me memories of high school. Ooh I connected Is it over Now? To her fame and career actually similar to the Lucky One or Nothing New but I didn't think of the slut connection! But I also saw a lot of people say is it over Now is probably a relationship..and as a closer, maybe it's actually pretty similar to Clean and that's my favorite song on the album so I'm kinda excited for that one now too. Also..I have never been out of the country so I think it's so cool that you came here from Hong Kong! I can't imagine what that would be like.

My favorite show was probably Wicked..cuz that was the first show I ever saw..and I had a lot of excitement for it. I didn't know the whole story and seeing the costumes and sets was also cool. Rent was another favorite, which I think I told you. I also got to see Darren Criss in Hedwig as the second show I saw. I liked Into the Woods cuz I got to see Gavin Creel and Stephanie J Block and her husband. I saw CATS and Lucky enough to be 2nd row and see the makeup and costumes up close and it was my 1st show back since the pandemic..so it made me really excited. I got to see HP and the Cursed Child and I never saw a play before but it wouldn't be my fav cuz it didn't have any songs..but still liked some music. Hadestown was cool cuz it's all singing and the effects and i wasn't as familiar with it either. It would be so cool to see that show without knowing anything about it beforehand.. Dear Evan Hansen is one of my fav shows as well and that was the last show I saw. But i never got to see Waitress or Hamilton and those would have been favorites probably. I'm still hoping for Les Mis next month too. What about you? How many shows have you seen overall or estimated?

For the books, it was a book called the Unfortunate side effects of Heartbreak and Magic..I just read the synopsis but it was a book about witches so that's why I considered it. The other one was called Running Past Dark and it was kinda a mystery and what happened to her twin sister. I read a snippet of it but was unsure cuz I think both of these books just came out too so idk. But that one seemed kinda similar to another book called Whistleblower that's on my list..I think I picked it for orange cover. It's just a maybe at this point though. wicked is SO fun live!!! the costumes and the set and choreo is just so good, it's just a show and i hope the movie will be similarly impressive. i don't know if i told you that i've never seen rent — i was supposed to see the ... 20th anniversary tour a few years ago when they were in seattle but also had bronchitis back then (funnily enough, wicked was also here that summer and i also had to miss seeing wicked that time around). i'm so so jealous you saw gavin creel, SJB and seb arcelus in into the woods — i wanted to see into the woods so badly </3 i've been very lucky to see a lot of shows but i've also seen a lot of things repeatedly so my number is pretty high! i think my favorite show i've ever seen live is either: hadestown, newsies (first show on broadway, very sentimental to me), marie dancing still, waitress, or come from away but i think i also have a lot of very fond memories associated with specific shows/performances — like i met one of my best friends at oklahoma!

i really enjoyed theatre camp! it was like, everything i love and hate about theatre people and i will admit that i cried a bit at the end!!! but i do cry at everything! i love molly gordon <3333 and noah galvin is very, very talented. did you like it? what did you think of it? and ooh! you'll have to let me know how those books are! i haven't been reading much lately but i have been watching some tv!! i finally watched season 2 of heartstopper, and then finished watching why didn't they ask evans? (i watched the first ep and then never finished but finished last night)! i'm almost done with my audiobook though, and then hopefully i'll feel up to reading something soooonish.
