It's difficult for me to make specific recs, since I'm not sure how I'd define the song's genre... but I think garage rock in general would be up your alley if you like the texture of super distorted guitars

As far as vibes go, I listen to a lot of Russian experimental stuff, which I think rubbed off on the song to some extent. The mixture of distorted guitars, low quality vocals (though rarely as harsh as my Anri ended up sounding) and weird drum loops with big tonal shifts is quite common.
