Sanji hates wasting food. It’s his nature. And you the exact opposite. It wasn’t like you liked not eating or purposely making meals inedible, but your brain really was the most unhinged of places one could be trapped in.

He felt like crying once he caught wind of it.

It was a lazy afternoon, and whilst you were taking a shower, your period cramps ensuring you were holed up in bed all day, meant that the cook had taken it upon himself to bring you meals and snacks along with frequent checkups. He found the cold plate of the food he’d bought for you around an hour or two ago laying idly on your vanity dresser, seemingly pushed around but untouched nevertheless.

He smiled, happy that you at least took the plate from him so as to not be rude. Even when you were sick? Poor angel…

He set down a fresh cup of tea for you before picking up the cold plate and taking a little bite from it but was stopped heavily in his tracks.

“Eugh!” He hacked, coughing up the small vegetable he’d just tasted. Was the food that bad? Impossible…

Sanji cocked an eyebrow before sniffing it. It smelled good. Not food good though. It smelled like a girl’s room, or the scent that would waft by when you’d walk by. “Perfume?...” He wasn’t sure what to say so he said nothing. He walked back to the kitchen, seemingly defeated.

You were on his radar after that. He’d analyse the way you’d pick at food. The way you’d always give meals away to Luffy. And he dreaded what you did behind closed doors.

my parents are going food shopping, and in my house we have really weird dynamics, I’m mostly in charge of the type of American food that we get (my parents tree are immigrants)

I’m so excited because I can’t wait to just fill the house with strictly fruits and low-calorie snacks

i’m ecstatic right now, i can’t wait to go and pick out only healthy options, ik my moms gonna ask if i want to get pizza (we shop at sam’s club iykyk) and i can’t wait to say no💅🏾
