today i packed a picnic blanket and a gay little bag of books in my bike saddlebags and biked over to seal point park and hung out there reading for four hours. and then @combat-epistemologist brought me boba + additional books and we talked about doctor who and naruto until we got too cold and windblown to hang out any longer. and i gotta say, i think it has fixed all my mental problems

Anyway, I believe I'll be able to post the final results either next monday or tuesday. I'd wanted to have it for this weekend but at the moment I'm in the middle of moving apartments, which means I have to Pack My Computer and Move It to its new place before I can continue.

Doing the whole ‘writing at a coffee shop’ thing for the first time since before the pandemic started. It’s interesting how it feels like things haven’t changed, yet I know everything has changed since the last time I did this. I’ve missed it, but there is a bit of cognitive dissonance that I’ve been gone but the universal constant of writing in coffee shops remains and has remained regardless.
