reasons to keep going!!!
• feeling confident when you are outside your home
• not having to be self conscious all the time
• looking pretty in even the ugliest dresses
• liking your body more
• not feeling like a fat pig when you have to eat infront of people
• not having to be jealous of other people (I'm actually soo much nicer to everyone when I'm starving)
• that euphoric feeling when you are hungry and not eating
• feeling proud of yourself when you achieve your targets and goals
• making the people who ignore and insult you jealous
• to have that glow up you wished for
• to wear cute dresses
• have a tiny waist and flat stomach that looks good in crop tops
• be that girl that makes everyone's heads turn when in public
• for the sense of achievement
• not feeling incapable and worthless
• not having to feel guilty everyday (for obvious reasons)
• actually having something to look forward to
• to look good in bikinis and feel confident at the beach
able to wear low waisted jeans
• sit on someone's lap and feel light rather than like i'm crushing them
• being proud to step on the scale

Something about ED’s that people don’t talk about enough is the constant feeling of being sick, tired, too hot, too cold, almost passing out doing simple activities, and the constant nausea.
It’s scary but you can’t stop.
