Was thinking about my two idiot children (affectionate) and doodled them on my lunch. But ahhh, sticky notes kept curling up so I pinned them to the office wall and um, think I'll just keep them there LOL

For anyone who wanted to watch the Tales of Symphonia Festival 20th Anniversary stream from a few weeks ago, but couldn't get the ticket, I decided to record the entire thing and put it up on g drive. It's been split into different sections and is unsubbed. So, here you go! (This may or may not stay up forever, depending).
Starts off with two character skits, then a concert, the main scenario, some free talk with the VAs, more concerts plus a fan showcase, and a final skit that one day I'm going to translate because it was so adorable and sweet.
Some highlights of the main scenario in particular include: sassy Genis and Raine banter, Presea being precious, Regal teasing a flustered Sheena, Lloyd getting a mini heart attack from Colette, Noishe's dog whines in real time (you won't guess who voices him), a trip down memory lane reliving all of the party members' traumas, cute Flanoir and Altamira deluxe suite reenactments, the audience choosing whether Zelos lives or dies, Colette's VA doing a fistpump of victory for her special scene, Sheena and Zelos sharing one brain cell, extra Mithos dialogue, and actual closure?? between Lloyd and Kratos, all written by Symphonia's scenario writer.
Anyone can feel free to translate, or wait until the DVD is up for preorder. But I had a lot of fun watching this, and think other people will too.

Also, joke's on that guy. The only way that could have been more fun is if it was multiple denominations of coins. "Sort giant container of coins into small piles and total up the contents" is one of my favorite activities and part of why I loved closing the register and counting tips at the coffee shop.

i got self-conscious about the last m*a*s*h update post having so many bullet points SO the answer is clearly to post more often so i can be self-conscious about that instead
"the consultant" has three of my favorite things this show has to offer: competence, trapper's naked (wet!) chest, and hot lips fawning over Some Guy in front of frank
i'm really enjoying frank lately! larry linville must be the single most charming dude in real life for frank to be sooo insufferable in every single way the writers can come up with, while also being so likable to watch
"house arrest"!!! i laughed out loud so many times
i was so surprised that hawkeye actually punched frank that i went back to rewatch the setup, and that whole scene is GOLD
hawkeye genuinely deserving a smackdown, margaret begging frank to pick up a clue, trapper and hawkeye gleefully watching them argue (please tell me someone has giffed them snuggling at the sink), the ceremonial passing of towels, the surprise punch... top shelf
every combination of m*a*s*h characters is funny, but the scenes with just the four squabbling kids are on a level of their own
also in top form in this episode: Beleaguered Dad Henry
something about how every single one of them is pathetic but each in their own special way 💕
by the end of the episode margaret really deserves to throw a punch or two of her own, so she probably should have just punched hawkeye herself in the opener. imagine the reactions to THAT
i want to point out that it's a real shame that some of the dvds don't play because this box set is so lovingly put together!!
every episode has a title card with a carefully chosen screencap and and unique themed graphics for the play options, it's really a work of love
which i bring up now and then took a photo of my tv because LOOK AT THIS
I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON HERE BUT I ALREADY LOVE IT

I miss the simplicity of downloading songs onto windows media player and then burning them onto cds...... now they took away that function on windows media player & computers don't even have the capability to play cds :(

One of my fave bits of Everything Everywhere All At Once is in the theater when the rock scene first hit and it was just. Silent. For the first time in the movie it was quiet. Peaceful. And then we the audience started reading the dialogue and it was still silent, but we were giggling at it, because it was two rocks and they were talking and arguing and laughing and it was all silent and ridiculous. It was quiet, and we found joy in it

if they make another Quiet Place after the prequel, I need it to just be 2 hours of Emmett being a surrogate dad and holding Evelyn and Lee's baby. The cuteness would be so off the charts
YES 😭 Someone please get this anon on the phone with Hollywood. Who needs "a plot" when you could have this?
