I had a thought last night, and even though the only canon bat source I've had is WFA, and I've only *just* started getting into fanfic, so characterizations may not be accurate/have been done before, but IDK. I need this to exist out there.

Timothy Drake-Wayne writes fics sometimes.

It started off with the necessity of creating so many fake IDs. One thing led to another and Tim was coming up with backstories for all the Johns, Marys, and Joes that he invented while doing his Gotham digital surveillance. After all, he was trying to make these people's fake IDs look as real as possible, which meant more than just a name on a couple of sheets of paper.

It means creating a fake digital footprint. For each one.

So, on the rare occasions when things are calmer, and he's not immediately needed, he sits on his computer and types out head cannons for each of the OCs he has created. He spends a lot of time doing research on different cultures, neurodivergencies, physical abilities, and backgrounds to try and 1) paint accurate pictures and 2) learn. He hides the world building tidbits in a secret folder that he's taken so many measures to hide from Oracle (she already knows, but she doesn't actively look after finally figuring out what the folder of names, complete with physical descriptions, life stories, and preferences is out of respect for Timothy). (Also, all this writing knowledge actually comes in handy for crime-solving things, but he doesn't fully realize it at the time).

Tim even went as far as to make social media accounts for some of his favorites and posts bits and pieces of the head cannons to make them, again, seem like real people. Just in case. As a precaution. You never know.

Jason finds out somehow, in a freak accident and collision of siblings that so often happens. Tim is sweating bullets, trying to steel himself for the endless teasing. He is fully prepared to delete every single file that's in that folder and deny that it ever exists for all eternity.

Except Jason doesn't. Jason's too much of a literary nerd (granted, he prefers more classic literature than social media fics, but this is another thing he can connect with his little brother on- he's *excited*) to tease Tim about the writing. He kind of persuades Tim to take more time for his hobby because Tim has some markings of talent in his very specific creative niche. Tim may have also convinced Jason to try it exactly once, to create a fake Twitter profile for Mr. Darcy and create shitposts from his point of view. He has a great time with it once, and then he moves on (but sometimes he creates other accounts for other characters that Tim doesn't know about).

They make a pact between the two of them not to tell the others; they'd ask too many questions and make it less fun.

But every once in a while, Tim would walk into Jason's place to crash for a bit, steal all of his Red Bull, update Jason on his writing projects, and get writing advice.

✨Damian Wayne Headcanons pt 3✨

Okay last part I promise-

Damian walks his dog every morning and every night. A stroll around Gotham, Bruce knows Damian has the training to defend himself. Thing is… Damian got comfortable with his routine so he isn’t as alert as he used to. He got kidnapped one time and the way they found out wasn’t with a ransom call. It was Titus that ran back home and barked at the door until someone opened. They eventually found him looking unamused and bored out of his mind. Needless to say the kidnappers didn’t walk out without a scratch. They may or may not have gotten a broken arm. Damian thinks this is overkill but whatever. Now someone walks with him when he walks Titus until Bruce gains enough trust in Gotham to take care of his son.

There are moments where he gets an art block and he gets so frustrated when that happens. Anything he draws will be torn up and just cry probably. He will walk up to someone who isn’t busy so they can give him ideas on what to draw. Usually it’s Jason cause he’ll give him book characters to draw based on the description and it’s fun to draw them while Jason reads. Sometimes it doesn’t work and Jason takes him somewhere so he can take a break and calm down.

Jason is such a good brother to him and they met in the league. I will die on this hill

Jason was one of Damian’s trainers in the league. He only took on this job so he could take care of Damian while he was little and he wouldn’t train him that hard. But it didn’t work because Ra’s found out and replaced him. Jason begged for his job back and had to be harsher in order to keep it. He’d make it look like it was rough but it wasn’t that bad as the other trainers. He still had to hurt Damian and the cries is a sound that still haunts him to this day. So that’s why if he can make Damian laugh or something that isn’t crying, he will gladly do it.

Damian probably got branded and when the others found out they got sooooo mad. Damian is just confused because he thought that everyone had one to show what family they belong to.

He also believes that he is expandable. He was raised to give his life for the mission and Bruce didn’t really… teach that out of him. So any dangerous mission comes up that could possibly end with suicide he will volunteer. The others can try and talk it out of him but like it doesn’t really work. He fully believes that it’s okay for him to die in order for the mission to be successful.

The first time Jason Todd witnessed you go mute, admittedly, he freaked out. Maybe it was what he said? That joke probably wasn’t funny.

Or maybe it was the gaping wound in his side, possibly the flay in his shoulder. Whatever it was, you were silent in the part of taking it in, the mere shake of your hands shattering his heart. Jason hastily covered the spots your eyes lingered on, only stopped when you took hold of his hands.

“Gorgeous, I can take care of it-“

You swiftly shook your head, fighting the low tremble of your hands as Jason was ushered to the bathroom. Mind astray, you pulled the first aid kit from breath the counter, flicking a hand for Jason to remove his shirt. A quiet groan and you were at his side, eyes hard on ones glazed in pain.

“Listen, I’m really sorry about that, and that.” He made a circular motion around his chest. “You have the entire right to be mad at me for getting blood all over your carpet, but please. Talk to me?”

You bit your lip at his plead, the shake of your head making his face drop. He watched as your hand rose up, tapping at your throat and opening your mouth to try and convey, “can’t speak.” A flash of understanding crossed him, and he leaned back, allowing you to work at his wounds in silence.

Steady hands held pads of cotton soaked red, distraught at each notion of pain, whether audible or a simple shift of the leg. You could feel yourself in an all too similar well of anxiety, feeling as though every move was sloppy, inadequate. Yet, you weren’t a nurse, and a grateful smile was still sent your way upon closing up the red box with a thumbs up.

You were slightly ashamed. Jason loved hearing your voice, reveling in each and every word you had to say every second possible. The silence was frustrating to you, the quiver in your chest impossible to solve. Still, Jason pushed himself off of the counter with a soft sigh, pulling you into his arms and peppering an all the same kiss onto your skin.

And just like that, he was carrying you around on his back.

“Christ, I’m starving.” A quick glance up. “You in the mood to order out?”

Prophecy of Seven + Nico and Reyna!

Some notes I’d like to point out under Read More

✧ All Greeks are facing right. Romans, left. Got that idea from Final Fanatsy Dissidia.

✧ Official artwork aren’t historically accurate with how their weapons are drawn. While researching ancient weapons, I found out Hazel’s weapon Spatha is a Roman long sword. She has the largest weapon in their group. Annabeth, Reyna and Piper uses dagger (and spear for Reyna). Short sword for Percy, Nico and Jason (and later Annabeth with Drakon bone sword).

✧ In short, Hazel is bad ass. She’s probably physically the strongest in the group after Frank.

✧ I designed Nico’s Stygian Iron in a way that can “hook” the enemies. Since the metal used in the sword sucks the life out of their enemy, I thought it would be appropriate to have that kinda design.

✧ Speaking of swords, I noticed Roman swords tend to be straight forward, while the Greek’s have curves. You’ll notice just by looking at Percy’s Riptide (xiphos, standard Greek short sword) or kopis (which I use for Nico’s Stygian Iron sword) with Jason’s later weapon, gladius or Hazel’s spatha.

✧ People seem to think Armillary Sphere = Archimedes’ Sphere (One of Leo’s weapon). There is no known design for Archimedes’ Sphere but a scholar predicted what it looks like, that’s what I based it on.

✧ A nickpick about Leo’s toolbelt. It should be worn at the back and doesn’t have “cover”

✧ I was confused with Reyna’s description of her armor. I feel her accurate armor is a Lorica Hamata with medals hanging on it, but I went with Lorica Segmentata since it gives more protection and mobility. Yeah I know I shouldn’t have added those strap stuff on her sleeves, but it looks kinda cool on her.

✧ I purposely made Piper’s cornucopia that big. Idk how Pineapples can come out of that without sizing it up ahah.

✧ Despite the inaccuracies, I still like most of the official designs! <3 Do tell me if you see any errors in my artworks tho.

i’ve recently had a major epiphany but i have no clue if it’s accurate.... i feel like people sometimes say that tim was “made to be robin” and that’s why he can’t move on and then everyone’s like “yeah dude so were the first two”, so i think why that is is bc tim wasn’t really set up to be anybody else until red robin began?....like dick and bruce fought and so did jason and bruce while they were still robin but tim didn’t really. fight? like that? like the major fight i can think of is his 16th birthday and as far as i can recall that was just pretty much smoothed over by the end of the arc? (i could be totally wrong i read this like last year) but in rr tim is fighting with dick about being robin and what the next step is, which he didn’t really do with bruce in the same kind of all-out argument way. like even damian and steph had their own conflicts with bruce, and dc didn’t really have that much trouble shuffling them out of the mantle.... i guess tim just needs to start yelling at bruce to get to age past 17..... anyways i could be completely off base here and forgetting something major so sry for the essay

LMAO no need to be sorry, I get that logic!! I definitely think that plays a part of it.

My personal take is that the biggest factor in Tim’s current perma-Robin state is just how bad the reboot fucked with things. Because before the New 52, Tim as Red Robin like... it was way more distinct from the Robin role than it is now! He had an actual reason he had to stop being Robin (Damian becoming Robin, thus Tim getting booted from the role), like the previous Robins had had reasons to stop (Dick getting fired, Jason dying, and also Steph was fired) and he was trying to re-establish himself and figure out who he was separately, and he was like... doing it! He was making his own base, he had his own kinda connections of people outside just the immediate fam (Lonnie, Pru, Tam his social relationship kinda fell apart with but work wise she was still there) he was still trying to figure out the direction at the very end, sure, but he wasn’t stagnant how he is now. He was very clearly on the path to grow into his own thing but it just got cut short.

When the New 52 first happened they had established that ‘Red Robin’ had been what he was first, that he hadn’t even actually been Robin originally! That he chose to go by ‘Red Robin’ out of respect for the Robin role having died with Jason (until Damian came along), that was the reasoning they gave. Even though Rebirth fixed this and re-established Tim having been Robin before Red Robin, the damage was still kinda done, because the New 52 treating Red Robin like that kinda... turned Red Robin into really just being Robin 2 instead of how in the pre-reboot world it had been something Tim was making into it’s own independent role. And then with the memory resurfacing things and the YJ relaunch they just straight up were like ‘fuck it its Robin time’ with him again, which I totally understood bc it made sense for a YJ nostalgia thing, but like, putting him back like that as a ‘forever’ thing just... not only is it making him stagnant it arguably borders on pushing him backwards as a character. 

Which is why I think at this point he needs a new separate identity, because Red Robin is too directly tied to the Robin role now, way more than it had been before the New 52. And if he just stays in this Robin/Red Robin zone, nothings gonna... happen with him. He is not going to develop more, DC doesn’t know what to do with him there because while yes with a lot of roles there can be multiple people having it, if one Robin has an ongoing solo they’re probably not gonna be promoting much with a second Robin too. He needs a new identity to find a more unique space in the family for himself. And, based on the description for his Urban Legends story, “seeking a new purpose” feels like they could be starting to finally set this up.

Drake was the right kind of idea, just with a stupid name and a not great costume, but honestly the bigger problem with it was there wasn’t a real motivation for it beyond ‘evil earth-3 me said this thing.. ooooo’ like that’s not... quite enough. I think I’d agree that a conflict either with Bruce or someone else in the fam would be a much better source of that motivation, like, it needs to be something where he feels pushed to the point that he can’t be Robin/a Robin equivalent anymore, either by choice or because he got fired or something. It definitely could be something more internal, but it just would need to be handled better than the Drake thing was LMAO. 

idk if that makes sense in response to what you said, but I def don’t think you’re wrong or anything, that definitely plays a part in this. I think just... in general... DC is kinda lost on what to do with Tim right now and I really hope they figure it out soon.

So, I have audible and I use it like all the time. Its not that I don't like just reading books but I don't have the time anymore. I'm always doing one thing or another and don't usually have the time to just sit down and read. At work, in between phone calls I have my headphones in listening to the narrators tell their stories and type away at my keyboard. At home, I will listen while doing chores, or cooking, feeding and cleaning my animals, etc.

I have just used one of my credits to get 'The Silver Eyes' audiobook by Scott Cawthon and some other lady I don't feel like looking up right now. And I've heard about it, I've played FNAF, I've watched countless videos on Game Theorists, Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, NateWantstoBattle and other channels about this game.

I'm only on Chapter 7, and holy shit. I obviously know it's a horror/thriller novel, and it's going to have some thing or another to do with creepy animatronics and missing kids, but just...I guess I wasn't expecting this much? I think this book is canon, too. Like a part of whatever convoluted story is all behind the franchise.

There are spoilers ahead if you wanted to read or listen to the book yourself. You have been warned.

So, there's Charlie, for the most part, she's the main character. I don't remember if her last name was mentioned or not. She's come back to this town of Hurricane to attend a sort of memorial/scholarship giveaway in the memory of her childhood friend Michael. Who was one of the five kidnapped and missing children. and then the story goes on from there.

I just wanna note a few things I have noticed in association with the games.

First the five missing kids. We all know the suspected backstory to the first game. Five kids were kidnapped and killed then stuffed into the animatronic suits. So, that was...interesting.

Then, Charlie's childhood home...I could be wrong but for some reason it gave me serious Fnaf 4 vibes and I'm not sure how accurate that is.

The creepy thing that was in the corner of her father's workshop where he built the animatronics. It sounded kind of like an exoskeleton, and the design reminded me of Ennard, from FNAF 5. But then she made the realization that that exoskeleton was put into the Foxy suit, so it didn't add up anymore. But who knows.

The yellow bunny. Before FnafVr came out it wouldn't have meant much to me other than just the creepy guise the killer used to capture not only those five kids but also Charlie's twin brother Sammy when they were toddlers at the Fazbear Family Diner. It reminds me HEAVILY of Glitchtrap, and I don't think that is a coincidence.

Evidently, Charlie's father started the whole Fazbear franchise. The Diner, then the pizzeria, and the others as well. I have no idea about fnaf 3 or 2 or five, but there are strong connections to at least 1, 4 and the fnavr game

The Freddy Fazbear's Pizza is described to be the same one from the first game, suggesting that during the timeline, that game came before the events of the book, but after the children's kidnappings and murders.

Dave, this "security guard" is def the same dude who wore the yellow spring Bonnie suit to kidnap and kill those kids, but Dave could just be an alias. He's a relatively new character to me still because he was only introduced a chapter or two ago.

Same topic but a little less observational of the story.

I obviously know that bad shit gonna happen because the book is centered around fnaf and knowing fnaf something bad always happens.

If ANYTHING happens to Jason, I will literally kill everyone then myself. Because he is a young child and Fazbear Entertainment and children are not a good combo, bad shit happens.

Charlie, though she is the main character is kind of weird to me because she literally grew up in a room of animatronic like toys. And I do NOT gel with that shit at all. I hate hate hate hate hate freaking animatronics and have long before fnaf was a thing. Charlie was unnatural in her fondness of them and I do not trust those who are not at least wary of things that act alive but aren't.

Jessica's character may just be written this way on purpose but I kind of wanna introduce her face to a brick repeatedly. I don't like her much.

Marla is almost as bad but not in the same way. I wouldn't smack her with a brick but maybe my hand. Who in their right mind as an older sibling would let their younger brother or any younger sibling into an abandoned building where one of their friends had been kidnapped and never seen again???? Like this bitch needs a slap hard across the face for even allowing that shit. What kind of big sister are you to bring your kid brother into possible danger like that?

Then, Charlie again, this bitch legit got attacked by foxy on her second outing to this boarded up and hidden old janky place and decided it would be okay to go back???? With some sketchy dude named Dave???? Sure her friends were with her, but the bitch literally showed them all he knew a fuck ton more about that pizzeria and the operation of those animatronics than any rando property security guard ought to, and they didn't nope the fuck out and all leave?

Then, THEN. One of their friends gets fucking kidnapped right the fuck in front of Jason by Dave dressed in the Spring Bonnie suit and since Jason is apparently too fucking stupid to say that the Bonnie was yellow, Charlie nor John caught on even though both of them would have known what that fucking meant!!!!! Like Jason, my dude, I love ya, ur a cute fuckin kid, but descriptions are fucking important. You are 11, you are smart enough to figure that out.

Also, then Carlton's dad, a police officer just kind of invites them over for cocoa and claims Carlton is pulling a trick on them and will show up. Um bitch no. You're son is probs dead, and you are not even helping to find who is responsible right now. All you're worried about is that the door was chained and the kids couldn't have gotten in. Did it occur to you or your dumb as bricks co-officer Dunn that maybe just fuckin maybe the chains were put on in between the kids leaving to get help and you all coming back? Maybe like idk the kidnapper didn't want you to follow him or interrupt whatever sick and twisted things he's doing?

Anyways, I think that's it for now. I'm going to listen to more and hopefully not fucking give myself nightmares. Wish me luck.

Behind the names!

Idk the original reasons their creators gave them the names they did, but I’d love to see how they compare to what their names mean. Keep in mind that I’m only using two sites, and for how crazy different names can get sometimes they might not all be super accurate.

Heheh, isn’t that funny for a guy stuck in a game show universe. It’s sets some really tough expectations on the poor guy. I like how it could be either ironic OR fitting depending on his placement- oh, and all the power is in my hands to make it either way... or not. He could be in an underwhelming halfway. Who’s to say?

ALEXANDRA: defender

She’s more like a knight in shining armor, but have it YOUR way. She doesn’t do a lot of defending, but she is absolutely hardcore enough if she so chose to.

God what a long description- also, added her real/full name in because I thought the comparison would be fun! I suppose the first one is accurate if you stretch it a little. She is very pretty, and is certainly not about to conform. For the second one, rip Casper.

Weird! The name is often attributed to one of the wise men that visit baby jesus in the bible(or at least the OG ‘Jasper’ is). Casper himself is wealthy in, uh, I guess...... knowledge....? And, heck, for as much as he hates it, he sure gives it out a lot.

For Williams, if I really tried to connect this to his character, it would fit in pretty easy with his plans for the money and his brother. In essence, one of Williams’ biggest goals.

It doesn’t fit Young at all. He is the epitome of a neutral presence- he doesn’t help or harm anyone 99% of the time.

MARSHALL: a caretaker of horses

Ohh my god Marshall. Credit where it’s due, Marshall most definitely knows how to ride a horse and shit. But I don’t think he even likes animals that much. Unless if this is hinting at a more general ‘servant’-like role, that would really mix well with his slight victim-like tendencies and outcastment.

RAY: beam of light

I honestly chose this name because it sounded like the name of a bus driver. Not that he’s in any way a bus driver kind of guy, but I knew he needed a name that sounded like it (TIAG confirmed bus driver-ist). Technically he’s the only one of the cast that has a thing for a name, and that never occurred to me before. How could I not use this to my full advantage

I always connect her name with Aloe Vera, which I think is SUPER fitting to her character- attributing her to something that soothes burns (both pertaining to herself AND her relationships with other people). All in all, this meaning gives off a feeling of life to me, which matches her well enough.

YUKI: happiness; snow

Yes!! The first one is perfect! I don’t know if the snow matches as well, but maybe it would if she gets to play in it.

YVETTE: a skilled archer

This is the only definition that I KINDA got. She is skilled, certainly, but I wouldn’t put a bow in her hands any time soon. Perhaps a flute would suit her better.
