Imagine Jamie Reyes Insecure About Khaji Da In His Back

Imagine if Jamie ended up getting insecure about his back do to Khaji Da being in his back.It’s imbedded so deep but at the same time, looks so shallow on his tan skin. It spreads down his spin, it’s so unnatural looking.

It almost looks to be horrifyingly painful to the naked eye as well. Every time he has to look at it in the mirror while he dresses his stomach turns.

To him it’s almost body horror.

Reader doesn’t care, she doesn’t see it like that. It was scary at first yes. Seeing weird technology sprouting from his back. Dig deep into his flesh. But after finding out he wasn’t in extreme pain from it she felt better.

She doesn’t want to admit it out loud but she actually finds it enchanting.

She won’t tell him but some nights when she sleeps in his bed, cuddled into his back. She sees the faint blue glow of the beetle. For a while he try’s to wear t-shirts to bed. Wanting to cover his back. But that doesn’t stop his girlfriend from gently pulling his shirt up in the middle of the night to see it. It’s a faint blue glow, it lights her face as she just stares at it. Sometimes she feels lucky that it doesn’t seem to alert Jamie that she’s doing this. She feels like a creep looking at her sleeping boyfriends weird alien thing. But she can’t help it.

She finds it so fascinating and beautiful.

The way it lingers over his straight spin.

How it fills into almost every small curve and slop of his nice back.

How it protrudes from his soft tanned skin ever so nicely.

She can’t help but to run her fingers over the skin. Barely touching the tec, just the very edge’s of where it spills from out of his skin. She cuddles harder into his back until he rolls back over to her. In his deep sleep he pulls her closer. Wrapping his arms around her and pulling her into his chest. She smiles and stuffs her face into his collar.

The whole time her fingers still playing with his back and shoulders.

Summary: You and Jamie have your first new years kiss.

Music was blasting at the Reyes family household. Everyone was dancing, The food was amazing, everyone was having a great time celebrating the new year coming in. This was you and Jamie's first new year together so you were a little nervous that anything could go wrong and ruin it.

Let's hope nothing did.

"5 minutes til new years everybody!" Rudy shouts over the music as he laughs loudly then takes a swig of his beer. You snuck away from the crowd and headed towards Jaime's room for a little breather. You walk over to his mirror and start fixing your hair a little.

"Hey there you are babe" Jaime says as he walks into the room and shut the door, quieting the chaos that was happening. "Hey handsome" You said as you walk over to him and began fixing his collar. "Hi babygirl" He compliments back, hands resting on your hips.

You smile at him before leaning forward and start kissing him slowly. He places a hand on your cheek and began kissing you back slow and sensually. "Mmm" You moan a little into the kiss and he pulls you closer to him, one hand in your hair and the other on your ass.

"Fuck princess" Jaime groans as he breaks off the kiss and began kissing along your neck, leaving hickeys in the process.

I feel a sort of blood rushing towards-

"Stopp" Jaime says annoyed and you look at him with a confused look. "No not you, definitely not you" Jaime tells you assuring you while he gives you a gentle kiss. "Countdown is starting everyone let's go!" Rudy shouts then starts counting down with everyone.

and personally, I've been found xolo maridueña attractive, my mom watched cobra kai the minute she realized it was a karate kid spin-off/story continuation, so he was already a household name/face for me, so I was already super glad to see him take on the role of jaime reyes and knew he would do well.

also-also-also, it was amazing to see his character be brought to life because I remember being tiny and having the fattest crush on jaime after watching justice league vs. teen titans, so I felt the way I felt then, now, all over again😆. also, once again, the representation?! *french kiss*💋 spectacular. they were right when they said it was practically the black panther for latinos lmfao.

also, once again, I found myself deeply relating to the main character, his job/life struggles and the way he was feeling all of that pressure coming down on him so fast from all of these outlying forces,,, yeah🥲.

unlike me, though, his family was his support system. and I so deeply loved that for him and watching his bond/connection with his family on screen was so heartwarming and refreshing (especially for dc lmao we know how they be, traumatizing their characters💀), and then basically adopting jenny kord😭💜.

lord, and when the dad, alberto, died...I felt that in my chest bro, I was crying, like, milagro screaming out for her mom, dude...

💔...like truly...

also, miss susan sarandon, hello ?!? I know she was evil, but as usual, she ate down💅🏽. if you know me, you know I will root for speed racer's mom no matter what role she's in, like, susan did that fr, she plays evil so damn well, I almost hated her😭.

but yeah, all in all, super cute and fun movie, I loved it a lot, and I definitely can't wait for the dceu to expand on jaime and his family and superhero life, especially knowing he's basically the start of the whole dceu reboot thing. james gunn, do my boy right or I swear to god, I'll re-write and re-cast the entire dceu myself and do it better. that's a threat and a promise🥰🫵🏽.

anyways, jaime reyes will be added to my list or something like that soon, and when I do that, I'll happily take requests for him cuz wheeew...! fine ass man😻🥴✨️💙.
