gonna word salad in your ask box about Glenn close <3 also just realized you haven't seen the post I made a bit ago about Glenn being transmasc and amab so I can go over that shit again >:] OK ! so !! in my silly little headcannon , Glenn is amab , but also spends every second of his gay little life fucking with gender . I think in like . his late teens-20s he went by she/her and she was super feminine and she absolutely loved every second of it . I don't think she got any surgeries , but she definitely went on estrogen and I think she probably stays on it even after "detransitioning" . but I think then probably in her later 20s/early 30s she realized she was more of a gnc guy than a girl at that point . so in my oh so humble opinion , bringing my beloved wife Morgan into this , Morgan is a lesbian , please and thank you , no I am not taking further questions (I absolutely am please send me Morgan questions I'm begging you) anyways , so personally I think Glenn was probably fem the entire time her and Morgan were together , i also have many thoughts about Morgan's gender , but were not talking abt her rn <3 anyways ! Glenn ! so methinks that around the time when Nick was born glenn was starting to lean more into the nonbinary side , probably using she/they while Nick was like . 1-4 ish ? and then after that it was they/them for a few years and then after Morgan's death they kinda just ... gave up and decided they didn't need to be bothering so much with gender , he needed to be a good father to his kid . one thing about me is I love thinking about Glenn close , the og repressive guy <3 I think after Morgan's death Glenn didn't really notice all the small joys he dropped because of that . he tried to swipe it all under the rug of just things that happen and obviously it has nothing to do with his spouse's death no-siree :D anyways , after Morgan's death Glenn didnt really let themself find joy in many things . he decided he needed to start becoming at least a little bit more of a "normal parent" . he stopped being comfortable expressing the more feminine parts of themself and it absolutely did not help her through morgans death . methinks Morgan was a lot of the reason Glenn was comfortable experimenting with their gender , and now that she's gone , their feminity just reminds him of her , and as Glenn does , she immediately tries to distance himself as far as possible instead of actually dealing with things <3 I do still think glenn stayed on estrogen bcs they were afraid of change (or at least that's what she tells herself) , and also keeps his hair long . bcs of the rocker vibes (no it's bcs of the transgender spotlight aimed at her constantly) but doesn't really allow themself to dress super feminine , cause they're a dude . honestly . for real . 100% a guy . no girl here . but also . sometimes someone will just see them from the back and ask "ma'am?" and Glenn feels her heart skip a beat bcs *yeah that's me I'm maam* but then instinctively stamps it down with a "nah, but dont worry about it , its chill" i think it probably takes glenn a really long time to be comfortable honestly expressing themself again , but I think eventually she does . it's probably when he gets back with Morgan tho , seeing her again and even before they actually get together honestly . I think they were probably just friends for a while when Morgan was still with Jodie , but even being around her made Glenn more comfortable being herself again <3 Glenn is a very genderqueer to me , I think once they're comfortable wirh themselves again they use all pronouns , but traditionally feminine terms still give them that little jolt of euphoria , even if she's still fine and comfortable with other pronouns as well . there's just nothing to him like wearing a dress and being called pretty , that's all <3

Well, needless to say, I can't say I'm a fan of Jo at this point. It's a bit frustrating, because it's very clear (to me anyways) that her characterization is the result of some annoying tropes. I can get behind the idea of her wanting to be like her father, and maybe being a bit reckless, but the treatment of her is just... idk. Really frustrating.

I probably would have been a lot more sympathetic if it weren't for that weird turn around at the end. I understand Helen seeing John in the brothers and having issues with that, but Jo? After surviving all that with them? I can understand feeling conflicted, but the way it was presented... hrgh. Irritating all around.

At least this episode had concrete truck. Keeping in theme with the TMA references, Adelard Deckard would be proud.

(F/n is friends name) Y/n and f/n are browsing around town in search of any cute little shops. "Let's at least try ok! I'm sure in one of these shops is our future mans🤪" f/n says as they go on the search. "OMG. A BOOKSTORE!" y/n says as she points to this huge bookstore next to a crystal/insence store. "How about we split up then switch! I'll take the crystal store and you take the bookstore." F/n says. "Sounds like a plan!" And with that the girls split. As y/n enters the store she is greater by the warm air and smell of coffee. She looks around and notices the cutest guy she has ever seen. He's on the top of the ladder shelving books with a name tag saying c/n on it. Damn. She should have come here sooner. Thank you f/n for the idea💅🏼 while she is there might as well find this one book she has been in search of for a while. "Excuse me! Do you have Stone Blind by Natalie Haynes?" Y/n asks the clerk. "Yes! It will be in the Greek mythology section where the guy on the ladder is." What. Fucking. Luck. Y/n's heart is pounding as she walks over but the nerves change to excitement when she spots the book. She internally screeches as she has her hand finally on the book she has been searching for months. In all the excitement she fails to hear a voice call out. "WATCH OUT." With that Y/n sees dark. She is knocked unconscious. Later on she learns what happened. C/n was shelving books when one of the shelves broke causing all of the books to fall on y/n. In a panic c/n races down the ladders to see if she is alright. The clerk calls 911 when she realizes she is not waking up. C/n is practically crying. Not only did he knock out a person. But the cute girl he's had his eyes on since she entered. Once the ambulance arrived she is carried out on the stretcher and f/n then realizes it was y/n that was hurt. "Y/N! Oh my gosh! Can I go with her to the hospital!!! She's my best friend!" "Yes ma'am sit in front with the driver." Once they arrive at the hospital y/n is diagnosed with a minor concussion. When she woke up f/n tells her all that happened since she went back to find out what happened. The clerk told her everything. "The poor guy that dropped the books on you threw up since he thought he killed you!" "THE ONE WITH GLASSES?!" "Yeah. He was really cute but I think he's more your type lol." A blush appears on y/n's face and she feels bad since it technically wasn't his fault. "We need to go back." With that y/n tries to take out the iv's and tries to get up quick which only caused her to get a headache from the quick movements. "Easy Tiger. We'll go back to your future husband after you feel better." After 1 day y/n is free to go and the first place she goes is to the bookstore. As soon as she enters the clerk rushes to see her. "Dear are you ok?! I am so sorry for what happened! Any books you want I will give them to you on the house! Anytime and however many you want!" Y/n slightly giggles at the panicked face. "It's ok maam! No worries whatsoever! I actually came to buy the book I got and I will not be accepting it for free haha." The woman smiles and nods her head. "Absolutely not. I promise it's on the house." At those words rapid footsteps are heard and c/n appears. Both y/n and c/n flush as they stare at each other. C/n looks so much better face to face. "I am so sorry! The shelf caved in and all the books fell! I am so sorry ! I'll pay for any books you want!""c/n I already said that..." the woman tells him. At that c/n turns even redder than he was before. Y/n giggles at that and that smile is a sight c/n wishes to never live without. "Can I buy you a coffee instead! If not than that's fine! I don't wanna be creepy or anything. Oh my gosh do I sounds creepy. I am so sorry again!" At that y/n laughs again "a coffee would be nice!" And with that begins a new story to last a lifetime.

every frickin day i go am i really a dude am i really trans am i lying even though im out at work with my name and pronouns on my nametag that they asked me if i wanted literally about two seconds after i told them and i was like "... well this went far better than i hoped" and they have actively worked to change my name even if its not legally done yet on anything they can and have told me to come to them if anyone makes it an issue

today at work i asked a regular client if i could pet their dog and she said sure and as the dog kind of hid, she said, 'it's okay sweetie, go on over to her -" and then she looked at my nametag and just went, "i mean him" and i looked at her and i was like maam you are the absolute best thank you and gave her dog a cuddle and then spent the next hour telling EVERY coworker i could

it was the first time ever since i have started identifying as a guy someone besides my coworkers or a few closer friends have used my preferred pronouns like most of my family and friends don't use my name or pronouns still even after my asking them to if i had felt safe to come out and i dont want to cause a fuss so i just havent really said anything when they do it even though it rips me up inside and fucking christ y'all euphoria was real like you would not believe i still wanna cry im so happy it was like a wave of sheer joy just washed over me and i felt so... right for a moment and i wanted to cry

anyways i hope that lady who is ALWAYS so nice no matter how crazy hectic we are and she takes such good care of her pets has a blessed holiday season and i hope she gets everything good today in general

also a coworker said "yes ma'am" in an exchange with me yesterday and she came up to me today and was like hey im so sorry yesterday i said ma'am and i was like it is a-ok you are putting effort in and i see it and progress is progress even if its slow and like ... honestly shes one of the nicest people there and i hope she ALSO has the best holiday season this year
