Honestly I'm kinda mad that I have six of these horses because they aged like milk. They have a bad case of resting bitch face, which is only fun for a little bit before its annoying. Their idle animations are weird the only gait I like is the the slow gallop, and overall I do not like this breed, which is sad because the actual breed can be stunning when bred well. Hopefully the next gen of these guys are better.

Spring Update

Hello lovelies!

Happy spring! I hope everyone is doing well. I just wanted to update my followers about my coding plans for the rest of this year and possibly the beginning of next year. I recently switched my degree program from software engineering to graphic design with a focus in web design. Why am I sharing this you may ask? Well, because I am much more familiar with the material in my new degree program and therefor I don’t require quite as much time to complete school work. So I will have a bit more time to work on coding going forward. I appreciate how patient everyone has been, especially those who have been waiting on the Wicked Template set. 

First, I am almost done with the Wicked templates. I have five templates to finish and I’m hoping to have that set finished, tested, and for sale by the end of this month. I will only be releasing one template set for this skin. I never intended to make any templates for Wicked, but requests for them changed my mind. There will be 14 templates in the set and it will cost $40 (USD). This set should cover all of your basic template needs. 

Second, you may have noticed that all of my prices for my current work have decreased by 50%. I have decided that from now on once my work is about two years old, I will drop the price by half. I feel like this helps me to get paid what I feel I deserve, but also gives a wider range of people the opportunity to purchase my work once the prices drop. I will ALWAYS offer support/help for any of my purchasable work, no matter how old it is. I may adjust the timing for this later, and potentially add further decreases when more time passes.  

Lastly, I am in the process of re-branding this little coding side business I’ve created here. I would like everyone to know that I intend to change my name. I feel like I have outgrown the moniker of Littledove and it does not really fit me or my aesthetic anymore. I have a name in mind but I will save that reveal for when everything is done. This re-brand will also come with updates to my shop and my tumblr, including my policies. I also intend to make a Discord server for support. This way I have one set place to offer help and we’ll have a place to report and offer fixes to common issues with my skins and templates.

"Core" Lortober 2022 prompt

Glacierthorn’s hulking form marched through the mountain snow. Each day, before getting to work, she would patrol around the mountain. Most of the time, this was simply a pleasant way to keep fit, taking in the beautiful surroundings. The actual purpose of these mountainside rounds was to look for any fumaroles which were actively spewing lava, which would indicate that an eruption is imminent.

Each day, she would explore a different section of the mountainside, with the last in the cycle being the route taking the whole day and most of the night to get to the other side of the mountain and back. Glacierthorn hoped that they wouldn’t have to uproot just to recruit more wolves into their pack, but this current system was less than ideal and no other wolves had passed by since they had settled down. She didn’t want to take Littledove’s help for granted and risk pushing their limits. They were a priceless resource, but their help was a privilege, not a right.

She had finished the first half of the patrol when she noticed that the ground was slightly different to when she had last visited. She carefully turned around to search the surrounding area. She quickly found a spot where the air was hotter, and there she found a small crack in the ground where hot, orange lava was escaping. She turned tail and ran.

She had to get to Amberwind, and fast! They would need to alert the neighbouring pack and evacuate alongside them, so she couldn’t slack. Their lives were on the line!
