I’ve been having thoughts about parallels and I want to talk about them.

In Season 1, we know Enderian didn’t talk to Icarus. Mostly because they’re Fable’s child. And she didn’t ever really talk to them directly.

While now, in Season 3, Fable talks to them. He wants them to talk to him. He doesn’t want them to talk to anyone who disagrees with what he’s doing.

And yet, they both had the same goal. Both Enderian and Fable wanted and wants Icarus to feel alone. They both wanted Icarus to feel isolated, like they aren’t good enough. To push them to do terrible things to get that validation they crave.

And it’s working.

Icarus blew basically everything up in Season 1, also killing Haley, to try get Enderian to talk to them. To get her to tell them what she wanted. And now, Icarus has killed Momboo and Jamie, and blame themselves for Centross’ death. All because they want Fable to give them validation, not to mention that he does. He validates them when they do something ‘right’. He gives them that attention.

I just think it’s really neat and I wanted to ramble about it.

malitae making a sculpture and/or quilt for quixis that already looks odd and mismatched so that they don't need to worry about wacking it when they touch it

awwwhhh,, i hold them so gently, at every aspect of that, (a sculpture that specifically from Malitae has such care embedded in it, in the meaning, and wanting them to see and enjoy it, not worry about accidentally 'messing it up' and maybe even inviting them to change it, encouraging them to use it as their form of expression should they ever wish)

(and the image of M making Q a quilt,, fitting as many patterns in it as possible, just to try the techniques out, and because even if it changes he thinks Q would like it, would find the design as cool as M, even if for just a moment, and wouldn't it be fascinating to see what the squares and shapes of fabric become? and wouldn't Malitae hate to send Quixis back to the cold too-colorless place they described without a blanket for warmth and a pop of color? (it would be nice for when they do have to leave, to send Q back with a reminder they don't just ruin everything, because even if the blanket decays- even if Quixis is worried it will just shred into pieces unnaturally to its little-use and they'll lose the kind effort Malitae put in, Malitae will just make them another one- different and unique and with many flaws that xe expertly puts in, because they like making things for people, even if its only used for a short time, becuase at least it was used))

(and maybe quixis would ask for materials and try and return the favor, and its not the same quilt as it was when they started, but it would be something for the two of them to stay on the island, always something to go back to, and Malitae would treasure the thing that was given to them, another addition they didnt make to the island, and they find it wonderful)

"What if I just don't wake up..."

Characters: Ajax and Rondeal from End of Days SMP Tw: suicidal ideation, self-harm? Plot: What if the beds poison anyone who truly tries to sleep, and what if Ajax was okay with that.

"What if I just don't wake up…" they say calmly. The thought had run its course in his head many times, but they'd just never voiced it till now. It wasn't like Rondael would hear them either way; he was far too busy looking and getting way to ansty. The world around them heard, but they would do nothing.

They lay down on the black bed, hearing slowly how the world falls asleep, but they can't, the air is too thick, too hard, too harmful? They hadn't realized when they started taking the damage, just that they were now down to 3 rows of hearts. They don't move. Ajax doesn't know why they don't, at least not consciously. They want this event to end. They want to go back to their normal. Not this weird event where they can build homes and make actual connections.

2 rows now. They just lay in silence, letting this odd pain go throughout his body. This was probably another method that God had put in to stop people from sleeping.

One row left. They laugh a little, no one would be here to watch them perish. But they would be. They get to finally die by their own means not someone else's idea of fun, but their own.

3 hearts left. Gods were they pathetic, they've played all these events and they just wanted to stop. Stop everything. To not wake up.

1 heart. This was it, one life down the drain because Ajax couldn't get up. What a way to die.

Half a heart.

"Ajax!"

Rondeal had pushed them out of the bed. They would live.

"Ajax What the fuck, you could of died there" Rondeal says with pure and entire worry for their teammate. This wasn't the normal amout of concsern for your team mate, this was more, more then what Ajax has seen in a long time.

"I-"

"Don't speak, you idiot, eat a gapple first, or I'll make you. " Ajax just nods. They grab one of his many golden apples and start to eat it, feeling the energy heal them. They were okay.

"I'm sorry" Was all they could say to the man before him.

"Your a dickhead, you know that, but you don't need to be sorry. I think everyone has gotten in their own head once and done something real stupid, you're no expection to that. Now are you ready to kill some fuckers"

How do you think the relationship between Lorena and Suzan will change? Since Suazanna did say she will not help Lorena, which did kind of upset me :(

If the redstone that appeared around Icarus was Quixis ('Unlocked') and if the multiple block glitching that happened when Iacrus started to freak out was potentially caused by Icarus ('Your Potential')...

Could that mean in 'Unlocked' Quixis was doing the red, following Icarus and when their wings glitched and it switched to multiple blocks, Icarus unintentionally took over?

Quixis started it and Icarus triggered the new type of glitching in a moment of panic. And maybe that's why Quixis - in their own way - was trying to stop Icarus, contain Icarus from making it spread and maybe trying to get them to stop doing it?
