Today was Chest and Triceps!
I don't know about you but I need help with my triceps! So every time I do a move, I focus on the body part it's working so I can get more out of it.
If I feel like I can do a couple more reps of a move, I bump up my weight the next time! Sometimes I have to go back down to keep proper form or maybe my arms are just burned out by then but I try to never let my ego get in the way when lifting weights.
The main thing when lifting weights is be patient with your progress! ;)
