Disney is not slick hiding the fact that the duet between Asha and Magnifico obviously started out as a love song between her and the Star Boy.
We almost had the second coming of Jelsa but without the copyright infringement.
The lyrical difference between the official song and the demo song is that the demo says “Love” but it’s replaced with “Promise” in the official version.
so as you might know, mickey's entering the public domain on january 1st
what if we did something really silly to celebrate?
i know it's really short notice but we can continue to do it even after the date because well, he's gonna be public domain! so what if...we all made "mickeysonas" and posted them with the tag #mickeysona?
kinda like how people made spidersonas and linksonas and sorasonas but more absurd, something that makes people think...why though
a sona is basically a representation of yourself, so in this case you'd be drawing yourself as mickey! or...mickey as you? minnies are also welcome :]
ANOTHER silly idea i had was to coin a term, a "mickey mouse", meaning an iconic or flagship character. like mario is nintendo's mickey mouse and pikachu is pokemon's mickey mouse. what if we literally just. started calling our main oc our mickey mouse. so show off your story's mickey mouse with the tag #mymickeymouse! will it catch on? probably not. but it would be really funny.
if you want to do either or want to see others do it, consider spreading this around!!
Okay, but Litho could totally thwart Wiatt's attempts to document the shady stuff Dreamworld and Watchful Eye is up to. He just needs to program a robot that follows Wiatt or anyone with a video camera and play heavily copywrited music.
What are you saying about Sara? I can't hear you over Let It Go blasting at 80 percent volume. Aaaaand Disney has forced the channel uploading the videos to either take down the video or remove the audio.
i had a dream where glitch had a spinoff of murder drones which followed a completely different plot than og murder drones. the only thing similar about them is that they both featured killer robots.
i think this series was the robots training for combat as kids cause there was a bigger threat of other robots(?)
i specifically remember one joke in the first episode, that being a girl trying to test her combat skills through a course and she did really well and the score was 1
out of a thousand
i also remember watching an episode reviewer on youtube and they said the original series was declining and they had high expectations for this series (that reviewer might as well have been me tbh)
law class got me overanalyzing if itd be okay to make a comic illustrating a poem i like. probably using its' text word for word? its' author is dead but it has not yet entered public domain. is this still "quotation law" or not etc etc what even counts as a "short work" etc. what about its english translation. so much to consider
dreamt I was shopping in a copyright-friendly not-ikea (only have parody rights and not trademark licences in my head, I guess) and stopped at the cafe, where a young woman and I got talking. I asked her what she'd bought so far, if it wasn't too personal (?), and she was like "aw.... it's kinda stupid lol," and I said "no no I wanna see!"
so she pulls out a stylophone? and I was like, wow, I had no idea they sold those here! what inspired you to get one? thinking, it's not gonna be they might be giants, but please I hope she says they might be giants. and she went, "they might be giants :)" so I was like YEAHHH I love those guys too! later we played bee of the bird of the moth with each other (she sang, I was on stylophone). she at one point said she has a tumblr, and I think the implication was we actually already knew each other from there lmao.
