I saw the Akari Arceus aspect, and it's very cute! Love that Akari gets to have a little buddy. Having the fourth starter option as God would be cool. In the au, what are the others' reactions? Does any of them get more suspicious of Akari? Does Volo recognise her new cool looks? Does he start screaming yelling crying etc when he finds out? I'm very curious over the degree of mental breakdown he'll have over this situation. Thanks!

Oh yea it would be really fun, especially since absolutly no one would have a clue what pokemon fraction Arceus is. Not even Akari.

Which would be an issue, Akari and a strange person just fall from the rift and later Akari gains aspects of said pokemon when only the Wardens are supposed to be able to do that? There's a lot of extra distrust from Kamado especially early on.

Though I can see someone, maybe Ingo, comparing fraction Arceus to a deerling he vaguely recalls some merchant guild member describe years ago.

With a conclusion that Arceus is most likely just some regional varient, ancient extinct evolution, or far future evolution of a deerling the total fear and mystery surrounding it fades to normal levels of distrust in Akari and her partner. Especially when it get's it's own entry in the pokedex

Volo on the other hand, likely still has his suspicions.

Upon realizing though, ohh I can see him absolutely loosing it. Maybe even thinking that if he killed Akari and captured Arceus then he would inherit it's favor thus it's aspects and power.

Would anyone be interested in a pokemon cryptid batfam Au?

Like, Pokemon just being a Gotham thing thanks to all the magic curses, the many, many, chemicals everywhere, the canonical reality warping and all of that. Like the local plants and fauna just started mutating and evolving like that.

And Batman was originally seen as some sort of cryptid or living shadow sort of creature. So with the rapidly changing flora and fauna going around in Gotham, someone is eventually going to put forth the idea of some sort of mutated person or creature.

And I am just saying, Bruce has a weird sense of humor. He would probably find such rumors hilarious. He might even say, lean into them. He might say, commit to the bit.

And then forget to mention it to anyone else once the League is formed. It might completely slip his mind that they're not in the know like the batfamily members

The Tale of the Poisoned Peach

(Origin tale for Pecharunt, specifically for my Kieranrunt AU)

In the center of a small village stood a peach tree. It was their main source of food and, to show their thanks, they showered it in their gratitude and praises.

The tree was happy to be of use to the village, but it always yearned for something more. To be loved not as a provider, but as the same as the humans in the town.

It sang it's wish day and night, hoping one day the loneliness in its heart would be cured.

The legendary Pokemon Xerneas happened to hear it’s mournful cries and stumbled upon the tree. Seeing how it gave its fruit to help those in need of it, Xerneas decided to grant it the gift of life.

The tree sprouted a giant flower, from which a special peach would grow.

This peach, engulfed by the gift, was to grow into a small human boy. He would go around, spreading gifts of love and nourishment, a protector of the living. Forever as an emissary of the giver of eternal life.

However, Xerneas’ opposite, Yveltal, had thought the boy would be an unfair advantage the other would have, throwing their natures off balance.

Angered, Yveltal doomed the tree to wither before the boy could mature, poisoning it.

The deadly substance coursed from the tree’s roots to its every branch, killing it and every fruit that was to grow.

But the peach refused to give up its life. From the fruit emerged not the boy, but the poisoned pit.

The creature was intoxicated with the malice of Yveltal’s intentions. Instead of enriched food, it gave toxic treats. Instead of giving love, it charged for it. It seeked full attention and care from everything around it, the poison in its heart never letting it feel fully loved.

Seeing their tree dead and the poison Pokemon next to it, they assumed it was the cause for their loss. They grabbed their weapons and prepared to kill it.

Trying to make peace, the Pokemon offered its mochi to the villagers. To its surprise, they all seemed to fall under its command once they had eaten it. The creature could make them love it, even if they hated it deep down.

So it selfishly used the villagers as puppets, giving it the gifts and attention it felt just.

Where the bountiful tree once grew, now sat a shrine of offerings.

they say a man is coming. a man will be coming to hisui, with a voice such as thunder, loud and booming, with eyes the color of a stormy moon. he will rage once, and when it hits, it hits as a lightning strike, harsh and burning and uncaring of who is in its path. they are told to beware his arrival, but do not cast him out- for where his arrival foretells disaster and chaos, his presence will lead to the solution, preserving the Clans.

with the man will come a child. they will not look special. their arrival is the second warning, the calm before the storm. they will fall, from heights unimaginable, and in their palms they hold the power of the very stars from which they came. they will face an untold darkness, an evil none will know, but their light will burn brighter than any darkness that may befall them.

some versions disagree. many will tell the story as the man having a brother, others will claim that neither are human, something unknown and beyond belief. some will claim that a dragon will come, others claim a god.

the myth has dwindled, told only as it is viewed- a myth, a bedtime story for children.

the sky twists, bends, breaks.

a man falls from the rift, silver eyes wide and confused and lost, voice too-loud for survival and too-sudden. he is silent when he walks, moving as if he takes more Space than he does- yet if you look into his eyes, it's as if lightning streaks across his irises.

three years pass. one night, a comet streaks across the sky.

a girl is found, on the banks of a beach. she knows nothing, yet when you look into her eyes, they shine as the stars would, bright as the sun. no one in the village next to this beach knows of the myth, yet all can agree... something is off about her.

I never get to post about this AU so this prompt had me PUMPED!!! This is Emmet from my Stelleret AU, where he made a deal with a star weaving, soul eating, spider Ultra Beast in order to find Ingo. He gave up his physical body for Stelleret's interdimensional/time travelling powers on the condition that he would continue to feed it. So they fused and now Emmet's a weird monster thing trying to manage the hunger of the other soul in the vessel and also find Ingo, wherever he is. There's more but I don't want to bore the audience rn ^^* if I have time I might post doodles/sketches, since this is one of my favourite AUs I've written but also very tedious and longwinded to explain. The initial War between Reshiram and Zekrom was Bad. They did not get along at all during that time, and genuinely hated each other. It took almost leveling the western half of the continent, as well as their Heroes going mad, to realize what they'd done and that hatred wasn't the way.

Truth is what Is, and What Was. Reshiram was Focused on preserving the values of what was the present. Truth is tied with tradition, and Tradition is slow to change.

Ideals are What Could be. Marching forward towards the future, often with little regard for What Came Before. Ideals change easily-and yet, one might say they're too quick to change.

So yeah, the initial War was bad, and it left them

Even though the Dragons have reconciled and are now living out their lives as Ingo and Emmet, the War left them with a lot of baggage that they've never really worked out.

When they have nightmares (and they do, almost every night), they don't talk about them. It hurts too much-and even though there are still things they should iron out between them, they Don't. There's too much horror and trauma entangled with that part of their lives.

Reshiram is an unbending god. He is Truth, he is Certainty, and he is what Is. He is everything that is absolute and set and stone; as magma flows so does his almighty Truth through time.

Zekrom is a god that changes as quickly as the clouds shift. He is the writhing storm, the Hope, the Goals, what Can Be. He is everything that looks forward and flows with the unending sky; as lightning forks so does his almighty Ideals through time.

Reshiram, as steadfast as he and his Aspects are wont to be, is a stubborn flame. Despite the love he holds for his brother, he is resentful of the change that his mirror brings. Hope for the future means change in the future. A summer storm means erosion of igneous rock until the landscape is shaped by the rains.

Zekrom can't help but resent his brother for holding him back - certainty is like a shackle, making clouds heavy with rain. Ideals can not move forward when the Truth is stagnant.

It took a long time for Reshiram and Zekrom to realize the balance needed between the sun and the storm. Without change, the Truth would become a stalwart lie. Without certainty, Ideals would simply be unactionable pipe dreams. The war ravaged the lands not only with storm and flame, but with the split in the very certainty and hope that held Unova together. When Truth and Ideal are able to work in tandem, Unova can keep its traditions and yet continue to grow and develop as a nation.

Some days, that echo of resentment chases the brothers even as close as they are. Emmet is too stubborn. Ingo is too optimistic. One tugs back and one tugs forward. However, their humanity tethers the dragons; even in the greatest of disputes, they could never even consider tearing each other apart, let alone Unova. The mere idea of hurting each other haunts their memory-dreams even still. The ferocity of such gods is incomprehensible to man.

Anyways, thanks for the ask! It's been a while, but I think I'm ready to work through these and give them proper answers now.

RIGHT?? originally i was using the captains but i thought the top aces would be better (especially since i had ushijima as the champion, it all just kinda went together)

for hinata, he's kageyama's rival! or like, he considers kageyama his rival but the feeling isn't mutual. he's not particularly skilled but he is very enthusiastic and he has great bonds with his pokemon!!!

unfortunately i haven't done any like... team building for him rip. he won't specialize in any type but i do want to lean a little towards flying-types for... obvious reasons haha. i also think i want to try and choose pokemon that people might underestimate? like they see his team and think "lol his pokemon suck" and then he beats them. very rough ideas! i wanted hinata to be kageyama's rival from the start but i haven't done as much thinking about his team as i have kageyama's which is... unfortunate.

I want to add on a bit more about the FoundFamily!Au on how/why Misty and Brock joined Ash and Gary on their journey

Misty finds Ash and Gary after having a particularly nasty run in with a flock of Spearow (plus a Fearow) trying to get to Viridian's Pokecenter but ending up taking a wrong turn leading to them both falling into the river that lead to Misty's campsite.She tries her absolute damndest to get both the boys and their pokemon (Eevee and Pichu) back to safety along with dodging Rocket Grunts patroling after hearing reports of Mew in the area but is able to get them to the Pokecenter in one piece.It wasn't even 2 hours after making it there that Rocket decided to break in (Jessie and James of course) along with a couple other grunts yelling about needing to "Take the Oak kid,he knows where Mew is",Misty is able to fight all of them off with the help of Joy (all Nurse Joys in this AU have mons for self defence) and realizes "Oh my god these two aren't going to get past Viridian Forest at this rate" and decides to join them acting as a mentor and a guardian being 4 years their seinor.

Brock on the other hand was found by Ash & Co via Gary sitting on what he thought to be a boulder but turned out to be a part of Onix's tail (she's a B I G snek) which got Brock's attention and oddly enough led to him apologizing and insisting that he was careless for leaving Onix out in the open like that (all three of them were slightly wierded out over his reaction),Ash eventually asked about the Pewter Gym and were he could find it and Brock of course giving directions but Misty did notice how quiet he got when mentioning it's Leader thinking it was a bit odd but figured it was because of his timid demeanor.After suffering quite brutal loses to the Pewter leader Ash and Gary decide to train near the waterwheel they found earlier that day and coming across Brock again who turns out was utilizing the abandoned shack by it as a shelter letting it slip that he's actually homeless.The boy's training was sped up signifigantly (week long period of time) with Brock and Misty assisting which resulted in Pichu evolving and both Pikachu and Eevee learning iron tail via Onix's teachings.During this time Brock let it slip once again that he used to in fact be the Pewter Leader but was forced to leave,Misty tried asking why he had to which caused Brock to completely freeze up and change the subject before she caught on (Gary asking about the braces around his left arm and ankle but got no actual response outside of "hiking accident").

The next day Ash and Gary won and got their badges but right as they were leaving they brought up the previous Leader and how they were actually trained by him which of course sent Flint into a rant about how "there's no way that failure could've contributed anything to your training" and "he should've been gone long ago",Ash and Gary were of course pissed off because how dare he insult their friend like that and at that moment Misty and Brock (who is absolutely terrified of being spotted) are both of course seen by Flint who just goes off saying "oh well guess the reject is back" and letting everything out about how Brock was kicked out and barred from his Leader position and that there isn't a damn thing that they can do about it.Misty now getting EXTREMELY pissed knowing how much work it takes to become a leader and is also a bit confused on how Brock was even barred in the first place absolutely lays into Flint (and not noticing that Brock had actually ran off after what his father had said).Ash & Co eventually find Brock near the waterwheel trying to stave off a panic attack (and some oddly harsh nervous tics) and asks if he wants to go with them,at first saying no but then quickly coming to terms with no longer being safe there decides to go with Ash's group for his own sake (and physical health not really being able to care for himself anymore),after going to the Pokecenter for one last checkup on the group's pokemon (and Brock making sure that he's able to travel plus picking up his allergy and pain meds) they leave Pewter never looking back.

Legendverse! Bianca is so fun to think about because f her approach to the entire situation with her friends. She does try to help, always willing to hang out or lend an ear. But she's also really hands off, not because she doesn't care or doesn't want to get involved, but rather she believes that it's her friends problems and they should be able to deal with it in a healthy manner. She's always there to support them, of course, but she's not going to try and fix their problems. Alexis, especially, is someone she would say " hey. Fix your shit, your being an asshole," but 1. Elliot is very adamant in her not saying that and 2. Much like Elliot, she can't help but feel like that would be too harsh given all the trauma that he went through ( not thinking that they all went through some traumatic shit and aren't acting like assholes).

I think that her decision weighs on her a bit, since she desperately wants her friends to be okay. Helping people or trying to help people and make them feel better is literally her Thing™. She can't help but feel like she's betraying them somehow. But she sticks to her gut, and keeps her distance from the conflict. She has full faith that things will get better and everyone is willing to talk things out and take better steps for the future. All she has to do is hope.
