Energi Nexus
As with the weekly return, referral commissions are also paid in NRGY tokens. Returns are paid in NRGY tokens, which cost NRGY’s admin nothing to create. With the MLM niche being the cesspool that it is, you’ll typically have a hard time getting to the bottom of who’s behind what. If you are at an office or shared network, you can ask the network administrator to run a scan across the network looking for misconfigured or infected devices. Lend at Hodl Hodl - Non-custodial P2P Lending, Borrow Crypto Instantly & Anonymously!
NEO stakeholders are also responsible for voting for their governance council – a 21 member council. ERC stands for "Ethereum Request for Comment," a programming standard developed in 2015 that creates and enables smart contracts on the Ethereum network. So anything that can run on Ethereum's $405 billion blockchain can run on Energi's blockchain.
Perhaps that is why staking-as-a-service providers are becoming more popular. We will be highlighting some of the most popular SaaS providers later in this article. These services help offload the stakeholder’s burden of having to deal with the technical requirements. A majority, however, make it mandatory to hold a minimum balance of the native token.
Energi NRG basics
” button at the bottom of the page, and you will be given detailed steps to help get you staked. You will have 25.5 NRGY staked after the 25% that goes to Community https://cryptowatcher.info/ Builders, if you stake 34 NRGY. Once you stake NRGY through the Community Builder link provided to you, you will generate your own link to share with others.
These steps are a bit daunting especially when you are waiting to buy an asset but just like any other financial institutions, Coinbase is regulated in most countries such as the US, the UK and the EU. You can take this as a trade-off to using a trusted platform to make your first crypto purchase. Good news is that the whole so-called Know-Your-Customers process is now fully automated and it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to finish.
How do you run Energi Masternode?
click on Masternodes.
you can enter your Energi wallet receiving address to check the status of your node.
click on Collateral on the left side menu.
enter your Energi wallet receiving address and click on Deposit Collateral - if it is greyed out you do not have enough NRG (need 1000)
login using your keystore file.
In October 2018 the coin began trending higher after masternode payments began, and reached levels over $1 as November began. This rally is much earlier than the Bitcoin rally and the end of the crypto bear market for the broader cryptocurrency space. The CEO and founder of Energi is Tommy, also known as TommyWorldPower from his Twitter and YouTube accounts. He is a well-known blockchain evangelist and educator within the blockchain space. His understanding of how blockchain functions and its prospective uses were the inspiration and foundation of the Energi platform.
We will review how to create a Keystore and import it to your server soon. This splits the guide into three paths, based on the Operating System you are using, refer to the official Energi Gen 3 guides for each OS below. The other options are using your own Windows computer, or your own Mac, or your own Linux server you have deployed yourself. We have tested staking NRG on all three options and found that Linux was the best option, followed by Mac, and then Windows for running a full node. It will return true if the wallet was successfully unlocked for staking.
Looking for more ways to participate in the cryptocurrency ecosystem? Consider running a Bitcoin full node on your Raspberry Pi. Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency, will soon be adopting the Proof of Stake consensus mechanism. This means that as long as you hold a certain amount of Ethereum in your wallet, you can participate in the process of validating new transactions in exchange for rewards.
Check out step by step guild how easy Rapids RPD staking is:
So the amount you see already has the 25% taken off. It’s just that the video in the middle says there will be three fees when signing up which isn’t correct. He says a fee of around 10 dollars for the Market Maker Contract (one-off fee), a fee of around 10 dollars for setting up the Community Builder Smart contract and a fee for the gas. However on top of this you pay 25% of your stake to the Community Builder. All good I just wanted to be clear because there are more than 3 fees.
It even explains some of the scams so you can avoid them.
We have split our list into staking-only platforms and leading crypto exchanges that also offer staking.
Choosing which coins to stake is a lot like choosing which ones to invest in.
You will have to first buy one of the major cryptocurrencies, in this case, Bitcoin .
The biggest bank in Brazil, Itau Unibanco, is going to start offering cryptocurrency trading services Pro-crypto Itau Unibanco Holding SA, the biggest private lender in...
On the other hand, you need a minimum of 32 ETH to participate in the staking process. At the time of writing, 32 ETH will set you back a cool $40,000, so it isn't exactly a low-bar for entry. Making money from the cryptocurrency market has been possible ever since Bitcoin introduced the concept of mining. Bitcoin’s transaction validation process, known as Proof of Work or ‘mining,’ is universally regarded as the gold standard in security and decentralization. The downside, however, is that the network is not infinitely scalable. This is because Bitcoin utilizes a computer’s processing cycles to validate transactions.
Proof-of-Stake requires network participants to stake the network’s native asset to achieve distributed consensus. Block rewards are attributed to stakers using a combination of random selection and the size of the stake that have been provided. If you want to earn stake rewards you need to be connected online all the time with your node, therefore a node on a server is much better for this purpose than having it at home. Please note that this analysis is purely base on NRG's historic price actions and is by no means financial advice.
I'm planning to write another post on how to roll-up and compound your rewards, let me know in the comments if you are interested so based on the responses I'll prioritise this. Here are some gotchas since I started my journey with an Energi staking node. The earliest trading data for https://www.evernote.com/shard/s382/sh/d35757d2-270f-1ad7-73be-a4d14b0f4b06/7afd9f873cb860a389a667f5c86e3b8e ENERGY is on February of 2022 . Over the last 24 hours, a ENERGY is worth -1.14% less.
Want to join the NRGY community?
Both exchanges have their own fee policies and other features that we will go through in detail. It is recommended that you try both of them and figure out the one that suits you best. Energi was founded in 2018 by @TommyWorldPower with the goal of being the first cryptocurrency to drive truly global adoption. Tommy has been involved in cryptocurrency since 2012, starting out as an early-adopter and trader.
Tumblr media
Not only are users rewarded for staking on the network but they can also generate further regular revenue in the longer term , from DApps running Smart-contracts on the NRGY network. If the above sounds interesting please continue reading below, this may be an opportunity you really don’t cryptowatcher.info want to pass by without further consideration. It is reasonably time critical – the minting of coins only runs for 100 weeks from mid February 2021 so staking rewards. With a limited coin supply each week, as more people add liquidity to the pool, the fewer coins there are available.
Why have I been blocked?
Ready to earn returns on your crypto investments by staking? Keep reading to find out how to stake and which coins are the best for staking. Staking not only lets you squeeze out maximum returns on your cryptocurrency investment but also enables you to contribute to the network's security.
But before we explore the breadth and depth of its other offerings, let's dig into Energi's smart contract functionality. USD Coin is a stablecoin, a cryptocurrency whose value is pegged to that of the U.S. dollar in order to provide a less volatile option compared to other cryptocurrencies. It runs on the Ethereum platform and can be used to pay for Ethereum smart contracts. Avalanche is a cryptocurrency designed to be used for creating smart contracts for Dapps, and to pay transaction fees. Energi’s interoperability is a major selling point, with users able to access a vast number of cross-chain tokens.

Heather Cox Richardson, May 15
Yesterday, an 18-year-old white man murdered 10 people and wounded three others with an AR-15. The shooter traveled more than 200 miles to get to a predominantly Black neighborhood, where he put on heavy body armor and live streamed his attack as he gunned down people grocery shopping. Eleven of those he shot were Black.
The Buffalo Police Commissioner, Joseph Gramaglia, said, “The evidence that we have uncovered so far makes no mistake that this is an absolute racist hate crime. It will be prosecuted as a hate crime. This is someone who has hate in their heart, soul and mind."
Before his attack, the shooter published a 180-page screed on Google Drive. It is mostly a list of his weaponry, but in it he also explained his belief in what is known as the “great replacement theory,” embraced by white nationalists. This is the idea that white people are losing economic, cultural, and political power to Black people and other people of color. The name is usually associated with a French agitator who argued in a 2011 book that immigrants were destroying European culture, but the theory that an “other” is destroying traditional society has roots stretching far back in European history. In the twenty-first century, that theory has launched right-wing political parties and shootings around the world.
But the Buffalo shooter’s ramblings drew not only from the European theory—although there is plenty of that in his 180 pages of racism and anti-Semitism. They also drew from America’s own version of a theory of replacement.
That theory comes out of the 1870s and was explicitly connected to voting.
In 1867, Congress began the process of recognizing the right of Black people to have a say in their government. In the Military Reconstruction Act, it called for conventions in former Confederate states to write new state constitutions and permitted Black southerners to register to vote to choose delegates to those conventions. White supremacists scoffed at the idea that formerly enslaved people and those white men willing to work with them could produce coherent constitutions.
When their constitutions not only were coherent, but made adjustments to give more representation to poorer white men than the prewar constitutions had provided, white supremacists set out to make sure voters did not ratify the new constitutions. Needing to avoid the U.S. Army, still stationed in the South to protect Black people and their white allies, the white supremacists dressed up in white sheets to look like dead Confederate soldiers (no one was fooled) and tried to terrorize voters to keep them from the polls.
It didn’t work. Voters ratified the new constitutions, which guaranteed Black voting. Congress readmitted the southern states to the Union, but not until they ratified the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution. That crucially important amendment dissolved the state laws discriminating against Black Americans. It established that Black people were U.S. citizens and guaranteed that the U.S. government would see to it that no state could take away the rights of any citizen without the due process of law.
In 1870, white politicians in Georgia tried to undermine their new state constitution. The American people then ratified the Fifteenth Amendment protecting the right of Black men to vote. Congress also created the Department of Justice to enable the federal government to enforce the Fourteenth Amendment, which it promptly did. Attorney General Amos Akerman, a former Confederate who had become a Republican, oversaw more than 1000 cases against the Ku Klux Klan.
With the federal government holding them to account for their racist attacks on Black Americans, southern white supremacists began to argue that their objections to Black equality were actually about voting. By 1871, they argued that Black men voted for leaders who promised roads and hospitals and schools. Those social investments would require tax levies, and since the Black population was poor almost by definition after enslavement, those taxes would fall almost entirely on the white men who owned property. In this telling, Black voting was essentially a redistribution of wealth from those with money to those without, from white men to Black men. It was socialism.
White supremacists began to say that they objected to Black voting and to the governments Black people elected not on racial grounds, but on economic ones. They promised to “redeem” the South from the profligate state governments that they said were bleeding tax dollars out of white landowners to provide services for the poor, generally characterized as Black, although there was no racial monopoly on poverty in the post–Civil War South.
In 1876, the “Redeemers” took over the southern states, thanks partly to the rhetoric that made them sound reasonable to northern observers and largely to the violence that enabled them to keep Black men from the polls. The “Solid South” would stay Democratic until Arizona Republican senator Barry Goldwater, running for president on a platform that called for the federal government to leave states’ racial discrimination alone, won five deep southern states in 1964.
The violence of the 1876 election, along with fears of what their lives would look like in its wake, led Black Americans to leave the South in a movement known as the Exodus. In 1879 and 1880, about 20,000 Black southerners went west to Kansas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. “[T]he whole South…had got into the hands of the very men that held us slaves,” one recalled, “and we thought that the men that held us slaves was holding the reins of government over our heads…. [and] there was hope for us and we had better go.”
About two thousand of those migrants went to Indiana.
Indiana was a contested state in which the Republican and Democratic parties traded power. In 1876, it had gone to the Democrats by a few thousand votes.
When Black Americans began to come to their state, Indiana Democrats immediately howled that the Republicans were importing Black migrants to shift the state back toward the Republicans in the 1880 election. Their clamor was loud enough to cause a Senate investigation. The Democratic majority on the select committee concluded that the Republicans must have induced the Black southerners to leave their region because there was well-paid work and no violence in the South; Republicans retorted that if they were really trying to flood the electoral system, they would have left Black Americans where they were.
But the conspiracy theory took root. White Hoosier Democrats met Black migrants with showers of rocks and vowed to “clean out all the g–d d– –n***ers in the county before the [1880] election.” After a political rally in Rockport, Indiana, Democrats attacked local Black inhabitants, shouting: “Kill them, kill them.” After they shot Uriah Webb, one rioter stood over his body and said, “One vote less,” while the others cheered Democratic presidential candidate Winfield Scott Hancock.
Racial hostility kept the Black population of Indiana small, but it also fed the cultural and social discrimination that made Indiana the beating heart of the resurgent Ku Klux Klan in the 1920s. Under violent con man David Curtis Stephenson, who raped, mutilated, and murdered a female state employee, the Indiana Ku Klux Klan developed the idea of “100% Americanism,” which argued for a hierarchy of races in which the white race was uppermost. Immigrants and Black Americans, that theory said, were destroying traditional America.
That argument has poisoned American politics since the 1870s. Yesterday, the Buffalo shooter echoed the modern European great replacement theory, but he also echoed the racial “socialist” argument of the U.S. He railed against Black Americans, whom he wildly insisted take, on average, $700,000 apiece from white Americans. He urged those who thought like him not to pay taxes, which he said would be wasted on such people. Then he warned white Americans not to become a political minority because minorities are never treated well.
Today’s Republican politicians, including Elise Stefanik of New York, the third ranking Republican in the House of Representatives, have pushed the great replacement theory for years and even after yesterday’s massacre have refused to denounce it. That theory is based in racial hate, but it is not only about racial hate. It is also about politics, and today Republicans are using it to create a one-party state.
“I know that the left and all the little gatekeepers on Twitter become literally hysterical if you use the term 'replacement,' if you suggest that the Democratic Party is trying to replace the current electorate, the voters now casting ballots, with new people, more obedient voters from the Third World," Fox News Channel personality Tucker Carlson, who is one of the country’s leading proponents of the great replacement theory, said on his show. "But they become hysterical because that's what's happening actually. Let's just say it: That's true."
It was not true in 1879, it is not true now, and people making this argument have blood on their hands.

Coming Soon
Wolfstar Games 2021 is coming soon!
What is it? A prompt-based fest where participants are split into teams to engage in some fun-spirited competition as they create
How does it work? Each team member will create a work, either fic or art, inspired by a prompt, for their team
Is there a theme? Yes! The theme for this year is NATURE. The Teams are LAND, SEA, and SKY
When is this happening? Sign Ups begin on June 14th and run through June 27th
How long do I have to create something? Works will be due October 24th
And if I want more information?
Just keep reading below!
The Basic Rundown
There will be three teams based upon the fest theme. Participants will be given the chance to request a team upon sign up, but we make no guarantees that you will receive the team you requested, as teams need to be at least relatively even for voting purposes. This is, in fact, a competition, but only in the spirit of pushing each other further to create better works for this ship we all love so much.
Each participant will create a work, fic or art, based upon not only the theme but a prompt. Details on the prompts as well as how to claim them will be revealed after the teams are solidified. Then, those works will be revealed and voted upon in a blind vote to determine how each team did.
During the creation time there will be both team and inter-team activities. These will all be low key and completely optional. They’re just a way to spend some time with your team/fest participants and have a little fun to keep tensions low and promote a friendly sort of competition.
Once posting begins there will be a poll attached to each work, which will be posted anonymously, for readers/viewers to vote on how well the piece fit the theme of the fest as well as how well it fit the prompt. Those votes will be averaged for a total team score at the end of posting. Please keep in mind that these works are not in direct competition with each other. The voting is not meant to compare works. There will simply be a representative work from each team. Please be aware that team participants and mods will not be allowed to vote, for fairness purposes!
As this is a scored fest please keep in mind that all works are to be anonymous. We understand that this is slightly difficult for artists as style may be recognizable, but please do your best. This means that you may not share any snippets, anything more than very vague ideas, or any pieces or bits of your creations until after the reveals when the work is wholly yours to do with as you wish. We do understand the concern about posting unsigned art, so we will be providing a Wolfstar Games watermark for any artist that wishes to use it. And if you have any concerns about this please contact a mod and we will see what we can do for you.
Just remember, Wolfstar Games is about having fun and creating more content for our favorite boys, not about winning or losing. And most importantly, it’s about having fun!
Theme: NATURE
This means any way you want to interpret nature. It could be a story about taking a walk through nature, or about mermaids living in the ocean, or playing a Quidditch game in the air. There are lots of ways to interpret the theme.
Time Line:
Sign-ups begin on Wednesday, June 17th and last through Sunday, June 27th, ending at 11:59pm Eastern time (GMT-5). Sign-ups will happen via google form, so please watch this space for that to go live.
Teams will be announced on Friday, July 2nd. so please watch this space for more info.
Prompts will be available for viewing only on Friday, July 2nd.
Prompts will be available for claiming on Monday, July 5th and will close at 11:59PM EST (GMT-5) on Sunday, July 11th. Prompts will fall into three categories: Word based, Image based, and Audio based. Each prompt will be available only one time per team, so the sooner you make your selections the more likely you are to get the prompt you want. If, for any reason, you are not available during any of the claiming period please contact a mod and we will make accommodations for you.
Works are due by 11:59 PM on Sunday, October 24th EST (GMT-5). As always we want this to be fun and low stress, so if there are any problems with finishing please just contact a mod and we will work with you to see what we can do. As this is a team competition there may be a small points penalty incurred for late works, however, so please contact a mod as soon as you can if there are any difficulties. There will be check ins along the way to see how everyone is doing and make sure there are no issues, but if something arises please don’t feel the need to wait for a check in to talk with a mod. That’s what we’re here for.
Posting begins Monday, November 1st and runs until we run out of works.
The winning team will be revealed once posting is complete and the mods have had a chance to tally the votes. Keep watch on this space for more information on that further into the fest.
Rule & FAQ
What sort of content am I committing to if I sign up?
For fic, the minimum word count will be 1000 words. There is no maximum, however, please keep in mind that ease of reading, which unfortunately sometimes includes length, will have an impact on how the voting goes. We would never dare to stifle anyone’s muse, so please write as the whim takes you, just keep that in mind when you’re creating.
There is no minimum size for art, but we would request that the maximum size be something that is easily viewable on a single screen. Again, we don’t want to cramp anyone’s creativity, but for voting purposes it’s helpful to be able to see the entire work at one time.
What sort of artwork is acceptable?
All art must be visual, original art. By original art, we mean that the final product must be an original product of the artist. Using photos for reference is fine, and you can use whatever traditional or digital medium you require, so long as the art starts and finishes as your own product. Photo manips are not allowed. Hit up the mods if you need clarity on an idea.
Can I use a work that I’ve published previously, or that’s been sitting in my drafts?
For this fest, we need all original content, none of which has been published previously. Since this is a theme and prompt-based fest, all creators should plan on starting new projects so they can be fully inspired by their chosen prompt.
Is there an age requirement to participate?
All ages are welcome! However, if you are under 18, your creation must be rated G or T on AO3.
Are there any other restrictions on creations?
This is a Wolfstar-centric fest, so we do ask that your creation focuses on Remus and Sirius’ relationship, though other pairings are welcome. All fics must be properly tagged with the appropriate content and trigger warnings on AO3. All fics must be edited, beta read, and legible.
Will I need to be signed up for any specific platforms to participate?
You will need an AO3 account for posting purposes. All fest info will be shared on Tumblr. A Discord chat system will be set up as well. All of these platforms, other than AO3, are optional.
Can I share snippets of my work on my social media?
Since this is an anonymous fest, we ask that absolutely no snippets or hints be shared during the run of the fest. Once the fest has concluded, you may post whatever you like to social media.
I can’t sign up, but I still want to participate, what can I do?
No worries, there are lots of ways for you to help support WSG! Follow us on Tumblr; reblog, comment, and share our posts to spread the word. We’ll also be asking for help with beta reading, pinch hitting, and other cool ways for you to get involved!
I’ve got more questions, help!
No problem, we’re happy to hear from you! Ping us on one of the social media sites above, or email wolfstargamesmods at gmail dot com.

So hear me out on this John Moore Headcanon-
Tumblr media
John Moore with a gaggle of daughters?
#dadlife #girldad
Imagine him coming home and BOOM! A large collection of daughters of various shapes and sizes pounce on him just as he slides into his chair.
“Come on please, girls, can you let an old man like me at least sit down first?” His plea would be one made in laughter.
John’s sitting there with Laszlo and one of his daughters runs up to him and he’ll keep talking but he’ll fix her braid/her bow/pick her up and place her on his lap without missing a beat.
John would 100% be okay with his daughters wearing pants because “it’s more practical anyway.”
John showing up with one his daughters to Laszlo’s institute, tries to enroll her. Laszlo refuses:
“why not!” John protests.
Laszlo: “SHES THREE MONTHS OLD JOHN!”
John: ‘SHE’LL GROW I JUST WANT HER TO GET AHEAD IN LIFE!”
John finding out one of his daughters is gay/bi: “oh thank god, you’re not going to marry a man.”
The daughter: ??? What ???
John: oh we’ve known since you were a baby practically. That being said Laszlo was under the impression you weren’t going to come out until after university. The old man owes me twenty dollars excuse me I have to go brag I mean make a call
Forehead kisses for dayyssss even if one of them was taller than him.
One day John’s teaching his daughters how to paint. The next- how to punch.
John would 100% support his daughters going to university.
He does not support the day that one of his daughters announces she’s going to marry Laszlo.
God forbid one of them actually tries.
John would 100% carry pads/tampons on his person and would 100% hand one to Laszlo accidentally.
Laszlo would accept it because he doesn’t know what else to do.
John would 1000% support the Right to vote and punch out people who would suggest that they weren’t capable of voting.
No seriously. It gets to be a thing at society events.
Laszlo makes so much money off of “how long till John punches out someone for making a sexist comment to their face?”
The longest was twenty minutes.
Every single one of them has John Moore wrapped around their finger for exactly different reasons.
He would also 1000% not support arranged marriages/society matches.
Not because he doesn’t think any man isn’t good enough for his little girl, but because he wants them to have options outside of the blue blood world he grew up with.
Just wait till it’s WW1 and Laszlo finds himself experiencing Anti-German discrimination and John Moore decides to take Teddy’s ‘speak softly and carry a big stick’ line SERIOUSLY because THAT IS HIS HUSBAND AND YOU WILL SHOW HIM SOME RESPECT.
Is he going to be the dad who brings out the shotgun for the daughters prom? Well yes, he’s wants them to know if they hurt his daughter he will hunt them down- provided his daughters don’t show them whos boss first.
*cough cough* Alice Roosevelt, likely one of their MANY babysitters kept a small pistol and a copy of the constitution in her purse at all times and her father was quoted as saying “I can control Alice or I can run the country I cannot do both” *cough HACK cough*
Also John Moore is probably going to be the type of Dad who cries as he walks his daughter down the aisle. Not because he thinks he’s losing a daughter, but because it means his daughter is all grown up and he thinks she doesn’t need him anymore.
Overprotective Papa bear yes please.

How to get Diamonds in Love Nikki.
Tumblr media
Each checkmark is a place where you can get Diamonds.
We'll work top left to bottom right.
Sign In:
You get daily rewards for loyally signing in. Each month there is a new Unofficial Suit available plus extras, such as Diamonds. 6 times out of every 30-Day Sign In calendar, you will be given Diamonds. That is 500 Diamonds in total, free, every 30 Days.
Stylist Arena:
Every day, you have 5 free attempts in the Arena. While you can typically do them immediately thanks to the [Done] button, the first time you should always click on the [Start] button and do the challenge manually with the [Best Score] option instead. At the end, your score and percentage will be displayed and an option to Share for 5 Diamonds pops up. You will also have an option to Share for 3 Star Coins. If you skip this and select [Done] the Share options will not pop up.
Quest:
Daily you have the option to collect 65 Diamonds for free by completing Quests for Activity points. 150 in Activeness unlocks all the boxes.
Competition:
While you can vote in the Competition for a chance to get Diamonds(Gold, Stamina, and Crystal Roses too), you can get 2 Diamonds daily in the wardrobe. Select the [Change] button like you would when making your Competition entry, and at the bottom right will be an option to Share for 2 Diamonds. You can do this every day so long as you press the [Back] button so you don't lose your current votes for your entry.
Don't forget that at the end of each Competition your reward is based upon how high of a percentage you got to for your entry. So the amount of Diamonds you get depends on percentage. Anything between #1 and Top 5% is best.
Starry Corridor:
Voting in the Starry Corridor can get you Diamonds though it is often unreliable.
Event:
Daily, in the Long-Term section, you have the Daily Lucky Draw. You can potentially get Diamonds from this, and Sharing on the top right gives you a second go. If you've accumulated 100 Luck through loyally Signing In daily, your reward doubles, so you get twice the amount.
Recipe Workshop:
In the [Decompose] section, you can select items to Decompose for Lost Caskets. A Lost Casket need 100 Energy to be unlocked. It's best to Decompose 100s-1000s at a time in order to unlock multiple Lost Caskets at once. The more that are ready to be unlocked, the higher your chances are of getting Diamonds in return. I've found that Decomposing over 2500 items at once usually gets me at least 50 Diamonds back.
Free Dressing:
Select this and at the bottom right is an option to Share for 2 Diamonds. Do this daily.
Start Journey:
Select a level, Princess or Maiden. Fail it manually. At the end you should be given a Share option as a pity offer as [Help].
Select a level(perhaps the same one) and Pass it manually. At the end you'll be given a Share option for 2 Diamonds. Additional Shares can give you a few hundred Gold as well. If you select the [Done] button, the Share options will not pop up.
Go Home:
Select the Home option and on the bottom left will be an option to Share for 2 Diamonds daily.
A second way to get Diamonds is to host a Tea Party in the Community tab at the specified time available. You will need more than 1 participant. You'll be given a puzzle to solve with hints provided by the game. ln.nikkis.info has the answers for you. You have 10 minutes to complete the puzzle. 20 Diamonds for correct answers, 10 Diamonds for incorrect answers. You get extra Diamonds for each participant.
The final way is in the Home Stylist Competition. It's a bit tricky and takes dedication, but if you manage to get at least 10 Praises a week, you can guarantee yourself 50 Diamonds and 50K Gold as a reward. Making the Top 3 of the competition gets you even more Diamonds and Gold as well as Heart Tickets.

Hi Jess :) I just had a conversation with my v anti-monarchy dad where we discussed the issues of becoming a republic right now. I don't know about you, but i don't really trust that our current PM/government would do a good job of creating a new system, and not replacing the monarchy with something else forefronts the existing issue of how well our government is held to account. I feel that cutting to a Swedish-style 'royal house' of 8 people might work, but i would love to know your opinion!
Hey anon :) prepare for a long one lol. So I might be wrong but I don’t personally think that the royals would ever be removed under a government like the one we have now. This is why I laughed at the idea the interview would end the monarchy. In amongst all the chit chat, people seem to forget how incredibly Conservative the U.K. is. I’m from Scotland which is probably the most consistently left wing part of the U.K. I’m from perhaps the most right wing part of Scotland but was still shocked to see how Conservative England was when I moved here. People get very caught up in what their Twitter feed says and forget it’s an echo chamber. Every single election I see my left wing friends being absolutely gobsmacked that the Tories won because “everyone on their Twitter said they’d vote Labour.” If my Twitter feed had reflected the U.K. political sphere Jeremy Corbyn would have led a huge majority in parliament for the last 4 years and we’d be in the EU but in reality he was completely unelectable and we’ve left. I know people might claim that younger people are more left wing so that will change but U.K. studies around this suggest that people become more conservative with age not due to generational differences but because of the psychological impact of the ageing process (x). Older people consistently vote more and are more likely to be conservative.  And the thing is Tories will all vote to keep a monarchy whereas Labour would probably be split - Keir has had to pretend to like the Queen to win back lost Labour voters - so I personally think until the government has been led by a comfortable socialist majority for a couple of elections we probably won’t see it be an option. Again I might be wrong and we might remove them next week but I just think people do the same thing every time anything political happens and never learn that Twitter doesn’t equal real life. Boris Johnson killed thousands of people during this pandemic with his shitty decisions and would still win if we had an election this year! (x)
So with that in mind I genuinely think that a government which would be providing us with the end to the monarchy would be a left wing, socialist administration and whether I trust them or not would depend on who was in charge!! I think they would certainly face a difficult process but difficult doesn’t mean you don’t do it. The difficulty for us is just that we don’t have a single written constitution, we have hundreds of laws from across 1000 or so years of the monarchy which are highly complex to unravel. I think we’d have to institute a formal constitution and most likely have a second referendum on the form of government we’d want to take. It would take a long time and we’d have to have a huge amount of trust in the person leading the process. I think it can be beneficial to have a non partisan head of state. One of the only beneficial things the monarch does provide in the U.K. is a way to curtail abuses of power by politicians. We couldn’t have BoJo issuing an executive order like Trump because the Queen signs everything. By her having that power it means someone else doesn’t. I think that person should be elected rather than an inherited role. DNA doesn’t make you suited for a job and it’s baffling in the 21st century to think that it does. But many would disagree because having it vested in one person for decades limits the likelihood of a populist president.
In terms of having a “slimmed down” monarchy I can definitely see why you would lean towards that as it’s the direction every royal family has been going but I don’t know how well that would work. The reality is the Queen is head of state for 150 million people across the world and so having too few people would probably be impractical. If the U.K. splits up or the Commonwealth Realms leave then I could see it. It might also work if they have a system of abdication like the Dutch monarchy as we wouldn’t have a system where the monarch is almost 100 and can’t visit any of the countries she reigns over so has to hand it out to family. I also think it would be hard to make it consistent. Only a small handful of monarchies have the Royal House vs Royal Family divide which remains consistent across the generations and all of them are much much smaller in population so they can say easily that just the monarch, consort and direct heirs should work. But what if George only had one child and William and Charles passed away young? His child might not be old enough to do duties so it would make sense to have Charlotte and Louis available as possible workers. Or what if there was another Andrew type situation and someone was cut out of working? I would love to see some kind of Royal House and Royal Family divide because it makes a lot of sense for the countries that use it: it removes personal feeling - Sverre Magnus has a lower title than his sister but it’s just the way it is, it’s not personal - and also provides clarity for the public. But there are downsides when you’re dealing with a much bigger, much more active institution so I think there would be snags that might need to be worked out or the definition of who is in the House might have to be a bit broader/more flexible

Why Do Republicans Lie About Everything
New Post has been published on https://www.patriotsnet.com/why-do-republicans-lie-about-everything/
Why Do Republicans Lie About Everything
Tumblr media
Which Came First: Republican Hate Or Gop Misinformation
Do Honest Republicans Still Exist?
Hate is a great motivator. All political parties have used it to get out the vote. Generally, those who seek elected office shape information in a way that helps a certain voting block hate their opponent. Thats how we elect people in America. That is a sad reality we just have to accept in order to fix it. Hope doesnt fix it.
Whats unique and new about negative politics in the post-Obama era is that we have this thing called the Internet and dare I acknowledge itSocial Media. ;Social media has completely isolated the Republican Party base. The Internet and social media have created hard-edged, isolated buckets of information where facts dont matteragreement;and emotion matter. For republicans, agreement with their own bias is considered fact, whereas disagreement is a lie they literally transform reality to support their own opinion: the Post-Truth Era. In order to maintain that alternate reality, they have to hate those who dont agree, otherwise their reality bubble starts to break apart.
This is the case on both sides of the aisle, but the hardliners have taken it to a new level, which is why they seem to hate everything. Theyre even taught to hate things that help them like the ACA, unions, and public education.
Social media and 1000 cable channels dont increase the information we receive they focus the information and repeat it 1000 times more often. Anything can become the truth when its repeated enough times.
The Big Lie Is Gop Gospel
Cheney is not alone in suffering consequences for challenging Trumps allegations.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who defended the states counting process against Trumps attempts to interfere with it, was stripped of his voting power on the State Election Board as part of Georgias new voting restrictions law.
In a special House election in Texas held on in early May, the Trump-critical Republican in the race Michael Wood got 3 percent of the vote.
In January, Michigan Republicans removed Aaron van Langevelde, a GOP attorney who broke with the party to certify Bidens victory in Michigan, from his post on the states Board of State Canvassers.
At the Utah Republican Partys convention this weekend, Sen. Mitt Romney perhaps the GOPs leading Trump critic was booed and called a traitor.
At the same time, Republicans who have embraced falsehoods about the election have been elevated.
Rep. Elise Stefanik , who appears likely to replace Cheney in the No. 3 spot, backed Trumps anti-election efforts to the hilt. Most egregiously, she falsely asserted that there were 140,000 illegal votes in Georgias Fulton County alone which would amount to more than 25 percent of all the votes in the entire Democratic-leaning county. The breakout Republican stars in the House of Representatives, Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert , both egged on the January Stop the Steal rally that culminated in the attack on Capitol Hill.
Why Do Conservatives Soak Up Lies
The evidence that conservatives crave lies is abundant.
Conservatives loved George W. Bush’s and Dick Cheney’s lies about “Saddam’s weapons of mass destruction” — loved them so much, that the researchers who wrote “‘There Must Be a Reason’: Osama, Saddam, and Inferred Justification” surveyed 49 conservative Republicans, during October 2004, who admitted that they still believed Saddam Hussein had caused the 9/11 attacks, and these researchers found that 48 of those 49 extreme conservatives were entirely impervious to the overwhelming factual evidence that was provided to them by the presenters contradicting this false belief they held. Then, a showed that when Republicans were offered the official 2004 Duelfer report that had concluded Iraq hadn’t possessed any weapons of mass destruction for years before the United States invaded it in 2003, the percentage of Republicans who believed that Iraq did have WMD immediately prior to the invasion shot up, instead of going down . Even all of the exposés that had already been published about Bush’s faked WMD “proofs” didn’t persuade Republican voters that they’d simply been deceived by the people they trusted and supported. They didn’t resent it at all; they just asked for more, from those same discredited liars.
So: why do conservatives sop up lies, on topic after topic?
They do it because, if they didn’t, they couldn’t be themselves; they couldn’t be conservatives. Lie-lovers is whom they are. It’s their identity.

Don’t Miss: Have Democrats Tried To Impeach Every Republican President
The Gop Elite Gave Us This Party
This dire outcome was not inevitable: The best evidence we have suggests that the rise of the Big Lie is the direct result of strategic choices by Republican leaders.
A new paper by Dan Hopkins, a political scientist at the University of Pennsylvania, analyzes data from a panel survey, which looks at roughly the same group of people over time, running between 2007 and 2020. The survey asked people to rate the fairness of the US electoral system on a scale of 1 to 5, and tracked the changes over time.
What they found was a striking consistency: Support for the American system is both high and reasonably stable when assessed via this measure, Hopkins writes. Though there are some fluctuations, with partisans evaluating the system as somewhat less fair when the other party is in power, generally theyre small.
Hopkinss last survey wave was in October 2020 which means the results dont reflect the false allegations lobbed in the aftermath of Bidens victory. The stability documented here was very likely shattered by Trumps post-election actions, Hopkins concludes.
Other data confirm this supposition. A report from the Voter Study Group analyzed Pew surveys, conducted after every presidential election since 2004, on whether voters thought their vote was counted fairly. You see the same general stability documented in Hopkinss paper, with a majority of voters in both parties saying they were very confident their vote was counted accurately in every year except 2020:

Our nations preeminent bipartisanship fetishistsJoe Manchin, Susan Collins, and Lisa Murkowskiare deeply disappointed that they cant get Republicans to back an investigation into the January 6 attack on Capitol Hill. Indeed, they seem outright baffled that their efforts at compromise have fallen short on plans for a bipartisan panel. There is no excuse for any Republican to vote against this commission since Democrats have agreed to everything they asked for, Manchin said in an angry statement on Twitter. It would be so much better if we had an independent outside commission, Collins, a moderate Republican, told reporters Thursday. Is that really what this is about, one election cycle after another? added Murkowski, blasting Mitch McConnells anticipated filibuster. Or are we going to acknowledge that as a country that is based on these principles of democracy that we hold so dear, and one of those is that we have free and fair elections.
I kind of want that to endure beyond just one election cycle, the Alaska moderate Republican told reporters.

In 2009 Republicans Predicted That The Economic Stimulus Package Would Only Make The Recession Worse And Cause More Unemployment
The results show they couldn’t have been more wrong. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 ended the recession after only a few months. Although 750,000 people were losing their jobs each month when Obama took office, after the Recovery Act was passed the rate of job loss immediately decreased each month and within a year the economy showed positive job growth.
Considering the severity of the 2008 economic collapse and the total opposition by Republicans to do anything at all to stimulate the economy, it is remarkable that the US economy recovered as quickly as it did.
Looking at the rate of job loss and job creation, its easy to see that the stimulus of 2009 was highly successful in stopping the job losses and turning the economy around.
Republicans Predicted That We Would Find Iraqs Weapons Of Mass Destruction Even Though Un Weapons Inspectors Said That Those Weapons Didn’t Exist
The Bush administration continued to insist that WMDs would be found, even when the CIA said some of the evidence was questionable. As we all know, the WMDs predicted by the Bush administration did not exist, and Saddam Hussein had not resumed his nuclear weapons program as they claimed. Ultimately, both President Bush and Vice President Cheney had to admit that there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
Don’t Miss: Who Is Behind Republicans For The Rule Of Law
Republicans Said President Obama Would Raise Taxes Sky High
It never happened. Income taxes for over 95% of Americans remained the same or lower than they were before Obama was elected. The only people whose income taxes increased were those who make more than $400,000 per year, and their taxes rose only 3%. For most Americans, taxes are still lower now than they were under Reagan.
In 1993 When The Brady Law And The Assault Weapons Ban Were Passed Republicans Predicted Increasing Rates Of Crime And Murder
Republicans Are Lying To Themselves About Trump’s Toxicity
Thankfully, just the opposite happened. While the rate of violent crime had increased steadily from the 1970s into the 1990s, it suddenly began to drop after 1993 and continued to decline for more than ten years. What could have happened in 1993 to precipitate such a sudden and prolonged drop in crime? Thats the year Congress passed the Assault Weapons Ban and the Brady Law, which mandated background checks and a waiting period to buy a gun.
Despite Republican predictions to the contrary, the Brady Law and the Assault Weapons Ban were followed by the most dramatic reduction in violent crime since the FBI started keeping statistics. The graphs below, based on the actual numbers from the FBI Uniform Crime Reports website, show how the rates of murder and violent crime in the US dropped suddenly after the 1993 Brady Law and Assault Weapons Ban were passed.
These charts show the rate of murder and violent crime over 35 years based on numbers from the FBI Uniform Crime reports.
Recommended Reading: How Many Republicans Voted For Obamacare In The Senate
Here Are A Few More Things Republicans Have Been Wrong About:
Republicans said that Obamacare would have death panels to decide who would live and who would die. Wrong. No such death panels were ever proposed and nothing of the kind ever happened.
They said the 2009 laws to improve automobile fuel efficiency standards would kill the US auto industry. Wrong. The new standards were followed by a resurgence of the US auto industry enabling them to hire back tens of thousands of workers.
They said environmental protection laws requiring companies to clean up their pollution would create an undue burden and kill businesses. Nope, it never happened.
They said Ebola would spread across the country because President Obama allowed American Ebola patients to be treated in the US. The outbreak never happened. Only three people contracted Ebola in the US and all three survived.
They said President Obama would open our borders to illegal immigrants. Wow, were they wrong about that. Under Obama, we set new records for most illegal immigrants stopped at the border and sent home.
They said Obama would drive up the Federal budget deficit. That didn’t happen. Obama cut the $1.4 trillion deficit he inherited by two-thirds.
While someone could no doubt find instances where Democrats engage in over-the-top rhetoric, nothing compares to the consistently false and erroneous claims made by the GOP in recent years. When a political party has been so dismally wrong about nearly everything over the past 30 years, that party should lose all credibility.
‘nothing There’: More Republicans Are Calling Out Trump’s Election Lies
WASHINGTON The more we learn about Donald Trumps baseless, false and discredited claims about the 2020 election, the more baseless, false and discredited those claims have become.
Just consider the revelations over the past week from Republicans:
In Michigan, a GOP-led investigation by its state Senate concluded that it found no evidence of widespread or systematic fraud in Michigans prosecution of the 2020 election.
Regarding Arizona, a report co-authored by former Kentucky Secretary of State Trey Grayson criticized the so-called audit of the election results in that state, saying it does not meet the standards of a proper election recount or audit, and that its being conducted by an inexperienced, unqualified contractor.
And over the weekend, ABCs Jon Karl writing for the Atlantic had former Trump Attorney General Bill Barr debunking Trumps claims about the 2020 election results. If there was evidence of fraud, I had no motive to suppress it. But my suspicion all the way along was that there was nothing there, Barr said. It was all bullsh!#.
Predictably, Trump lashed out at those GOP findings.
Michigan State Senators Mike Shirkey and Ed McBroom are doing everything possible to stop Voter Audits in order to hide the truth about November 3rd, the former president said in a statement, which even included those state senators phone numbers.
Even Bill Barr doesnt buy them.

Get Ready For Another Possible Crisis Like 2020
This is not the first time that Republicans have declared a Democratic president somehow illegitimate. They impeached Bill Clinton on flimsy grounds, after previously accusing him of crimes ranging up to murder; there was a widespread campaign to label Barack Obama an unlawful foreign-born president . These campaigns were effective: A 2019 poll found that 56 percent of Republicans still believed that Obama was born in Kenya.
Nor is this the first time Republican elites have ginned up suspicion of voter fraud for political purposes. After Republicans won a series of statehouse elections in 2010, they spent the next few years falsely claiming that voter fraud was a serious threat in order to pass voter ID laws that were nakedly designed to suppress the vote among Democratic-leaning minority groups. Research has found that, even prior to Trump, this convinced Republicans that voter fraud was a real problem when its exceptionally rare.
These earlier campaigns laid the intellectual groundwork for 2020. Republicans were already primed to believe elected Democrats were somehow illegitimate and to believe in widespread fraud in the American electoral system. Trumps innovation claiming that an entire presidential election result was fraudulent was pushing on an open door.
Paying Lower Taxes Hurts Taxpayers
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Less revenue means fewer handouts. Thats bad news for Democrats who lie obsessively year after year about how tax revenue never gets the job done in distressed communities because we still arent spending enough.
Why is it that even when the party is in power, when Democrats call the shots every single year like they do in Illinois, the poor stay right where they are most valuable in poverty?

Times Republicans Were Wrong
It’s no secret that politicians tend to use exaggerated political rhetoric to get people to vote for them. In recent decades, Republicans have repeatedly made very ominous predictions about the horrors that will result from Democratic policies while painting a rosy picture of what will result from Republican policies. Now we have the luxury of looking back over the years to examine those predictions and policies. Below, you will find twenty-one examples of times Republicans were blatantly wrong.
Most Republicans Said That President Obama Should Be Impeached Because Of The 2012 Attack On The Us Consulate In Benghazi
Their own investigations, however, proved them wrong. Every Congressional inquiry, including those by the Republican-led House Intelligence Committee, concluded that the Obama administration did nothing wrong regarding Benghazi, that there was no stand down order given, and that neither the President nor anyone in his administration lied about it. Each and every Republican investigation has reached this same conclusion, but Republicans continue to exploit this tragedy for political gain.

Lies Damned Lies And The Truth About Joe Biden
Saagar Enjeti: Media Lets Biden SHAMELESSLY LIE About Hunter Bidens Business Dealings
Joe BidenKentucky state lawmakers vote to scrap school mask mandate Arkansas governor pushes back against Biden’s vaccine mandate RNC vows to sue over Biden vaccine, testing mandate MORE. I know him, said the House Speaker authoritatively, and that was that.
Does Bidens record warrant such confidence? Not really. In fact, Biden has a long history of lying about himself, about his past and about events that never took place.
Democrats want the 2020 campaign to be a referendum on President Trump. Fine, but if this is to be a contest of characters, it is only appropriate that Joe Bidens history of fabrication and deceit often intended to bolster his intellectual credentials also be fair game.
Over the past year, Biden thundered that the Obama administration didnt lock people up in cages. He also claimed that, Immediately, the moment started, I came out against it. And I was always labeled one of the most liberal members of Congress. Politicos rating of all three assertions? False.
No one should be surprised. Lest we forget
A video is making the rounds in which Biden boasts at a 1987 rally, “I went to law school on a full academic scholarship ended up in the top half of my class.”
Biden also maintained that he “graduated with three degrees from undergraduate school” and was the outstanding student in the political science department.
That commentary holds up well, as today more than ever Biden blunders into conversational crevasses, with no way out.

ooop its a really long essay
A brief list of why the Tories is pretty rubbish
Before we start, I have a few things to say. As this is intended for UK audiences it might be a little difficult for people outside of the UK to understand the wording of certain topics, I will include somethings that need more explanation up here but if I do not include it here, please feel free to ask down in the comments.
Tory: someone who is a part of the conservative right
Anglicanism: the English church’s version of Christianity
This essay is a PERSUASIVE ESSAY this means its BIASED I hope you could tell from the title. This essay is from the view of someone who is white I am not trying to speak over people of colour on issue like race and I encourage you to look at non-white creators within the UK to get views on this matter.
I am pretty armature when it comes to my writing so do not expect something ground-breaking. And with that out of the way, let us begin.
1.       The tory party we know today was founded in 1834, you would think that would be plenty of time for its members to grow and shape the party into the best organization it can be. But with the tory party still stuck on the same ideas that Anglicanism is the only true religion, and that queer people should not have rights you would think that the party is straight out of the early 20th century, or still stuck on the same ideas the party was founded upon. It does not matter what side you are on and how your choice to view the tory party, people can agree on the prominent figures inside the tory party from old to recent. An example of a prominent tory of old was Winston Churchill a well know racist who also, coincidentally got us through WW2 when he was appointed by Chamberlin. He fostered such views that white people should govern over the “primitive” black and indigenous people of Africa and that Indian people “bred like rabbits”. To anyone who knows their UK history, 1983 was a very eventually year for politics and the UK as a whole. You now have to wear seatbelts in the front seats of cars, the dismembered victims of serial killer Dennis Nielsen are found in his London flat, unemployment was on a record heigh since the 1930’s and a general election found that Margaret Thacher was to be the next prime minister after a landslide win in the polls. Over the course of her 11-year reign of terror she periodised free-market capitalism and privatised public sectors including transport, railways and mines. Then because she did not like the Scottish government, she through a hissy fit and closed all mines in Scotland. Just like that she fucked up the economy, where in the big mining areas of the past are still experiencing the aftershocks today. I remember my granny telling me how she made up food packages for the miners around town and how it was so devastating to the town’s economy. Everyone was unemployed and starving, even my grandad. These examples really show that the Tories will support people who are the worst in British society if they have the parties’ interests at heart. You would think the tory party cannot get any worse but with modern polices such as pledging to get 50,000 nurses for the NHS while only giving them a 1% pay rise, which is only £7.78 for a low band nurse, by 2023. Or being “tough on crime” even though 96.4 crime were recorded by every 1000 people in 2019. You can see how tough they are about carrying out their polices. Let me tell you my favourite of the lot, Boris Johnston, our current PM, wants to limit immigration by 100,000 people. They want to only let in “the brightest and the best,” what a load of shite. Our immigrants are the backbone of our society doing everything people like the Tories would not even dream of doing. Imagen seeing Boris working in a McDonalds or in your local call centre. That fucker probably has not worked a day in his life. According to the migration observatory, migrants make up 50% of the low pay workforce. Either way you look at it, its abysmal. The government should do more for these people that letting them rot in a McDonalds or in a low paying job. If you have taken time to be a model citizen, train and get your qualifications, possibly learn a new langue to mover over to a shitty wet rock I do not see any problem with the government providing necessities to get you started in your new life. We have got the money.
2.       Can I ask you, what side do you think Boris Johnson is on? I will let you think for a moment. The Working class makes up more than half of our population according to the BBC’s class calculator. They say that a government is reflective of the people’s views and I think that is bullshit. Out of the working-class eligible to vote, who do vote, only three in ten vote conservatives. Do you want to know why people in the working class do not vote tory? Because under tory leadership since 2010, 6000,000 more children and their families were forced into poverty. The need for foodbanks skyrocketed 12.3% in the last five years and that is no even accounting for the pandemic. It is clear by now; I have given you enough time to think. “we know whose side Boris Johnson is on- the billionaires, the bankers and the big business.”- labour shadow chancellor, John McDonell. We know the conservatives are very busy committing acts of voter suppression and giving money to their friends instead of caring about you. They are buzzy introducing laws that make it mandatory to have voter ID in order to vote. If you do not make it free people will stop coming. The electoral commissions think 3.5 million voters just will not come back. this is all a part of, “takle[ing] every aspect of electoral fraud”- tory manifesto. It is well known that many rich people have been investing in the party for quite a while. Here is just a few: Anthony Bamford head of machinery in JCB, he gave £12.1 million since 2005. Charles Cayzer owns a shipping tycoon, he gave £480,00. Did you also know, Boris is known to be very generous when it comes to giving back. You’ve probably herd in the news about the conservatives handing out £3mil in contracts to tory owned covid PPE companies over the course of the pandemic. Some of that went to a MP, Nadim Zahawi who is a shareholder in SThree. SThree was given £1mil in contracts over the course of the pandemic. With all the evidence I have given above you’d think the government its rolling in it, I suspect they are but I doesn’t look like it from the outside. They have cut funding to courses drastically, as well as benefit schemes. Like cutting access for eighteen- to twenty-year-olds to the housing benefits. Yet with all the money they been cutting away from services and councils who desperately need it they still have enough money to cough up a commission for a royal yacht named after the duke of Edinburgh, costing over £200 million. Seems sweet does it, name a yacht after the ghoul of Edinburgh, right? You probably know the just of it now, your wrong. Not only is the yacht being paid for by taxpayers, but they are also naming it in honour after a racist. Or how the BBC would phrase his words as “memorable one-liners”. Here is a selection I find quite fitting: “The Philippines must be half empty if you’re all here running the NHS”- while meeting with a Filipino nurse. “If you stay here much longer, you’ll be all slitty-eyed”- he said to a group of British students while on a royal visit to China. My favourite must be “It looks like it was put in by an Indian.”- referring to and old-fashioned fuse box in Edinburgh. He is supposed to be the duke of the bloody place! I really like how one article what I read put it “[Prince Philip] screams out loud what other racists like him have learned how to conceal and camouflage in what they think and project as civilised demeanour.”- Hamid Dabashi.
3.       What I find absolutely astounding, is the Tories inability to show compassion to the people who have nothing. If you did not know the vagrancy act among other things crimeless the homeless and rough sleepers, which is by far a very bad mixture with the recent homelessness statistics, homelessness has risen 28% since labour was last in office and if the Tories continue down the path they are now, it is only going to keep rising. What you would find is most shocking is that there’s solutions for the homeless crisis right in front of us, what the Tories must to not be able to see. Layla Moran of the liberal democrats thinks they “must take a more compassionate and holistic approach, starting by scrapping the vagrancy act”. I think that would be a step forward and away from the old ways of prosecuting people for not being as fortunate as the rest of us, but there is something even more simple than that. Repossessing the 200,000 buildings that have been vacant in the UK for more than six months. Not only would that put a sizeable dent in the houses we need, but it also saves space. The UK is small collection of islands and I do not think the Tories can see that. We do not have the land available to just start building everywhere while leaving all those homes empty and unfilled. Its not a way to solve the housing crisis and its certainly not a way to save the money we supposedly need. Even the homes the Tories are building are left dormant because they are too expensive for the area, they are located in. With the way things are going the Tories will have to build more houses than they ever built before, because by 2041 homelessness is expected to doble. That is 400,000 more households if things do not change -a study by heriot-wat university. The evidence suggests that whatever the Tories are doing to end homelessness it is not working. Everything is not as bleak as I just told you though, the conservative has ended homelessness before. In the hight of the pandemic the conservatives got 90% of all rough sleepers off the streets and put them in hotels or hostels. This helped people apply for benefits, find jobs and get some more permanent assistance. People was helped during the pandemic, but when the funding ran out last July, homeless and the rough sleepers in the hotels and hostels where back out in the streets again. Alone and forgotten by the government that promised to end the very crisis they are apart of years ago. Theis shows that the Tories have the money to help the unfortune but they would rather sit on their arses chatting about what colour they should paint the walls of their house. More recently the Torie introduced a law what will fine people for sleeping in doorways. It really shows what the Tories care about, getting linings for their pockets. The Tories have the money to stop homelessness and when it was a danger to them, they stopped the issue what has been so recuing in our politics for decades. They helped the people who so desperately needed it only to chuck them back into the cold when covid-19 was no longer a danger to them.
4.       The conservatives fail to keep minorities safe in the society that they created. It is not surprise that the Tories are the most incompetent as ever. A study by BBC radio 5 found that hate crimes have doubled since 2013. An optimist would assume that is great, that there must mean that people have been reporting it more, right? Partly so. Although we have seen a rise in reports of hate crimes, the rate of prosecution has dropped down from 20% to just 8%. And that is just the tip of the iceberg, in a survey of faith-based organizations; the home office found that seven in ten of the employees surveyed has never reported a hate crime to the police where one happened. For a country where we are supposed to be the most tolerable it is no surprise that a big portion of the hate crimes committed are ones where the religion the victim followed played a big part. Our population, like many others, is influenced by our politicians. After Boris described Muslim women in burkas as “letterboxes” in an interview; citizen UK found that there where a surge in hate crime directed to Muslim women where the word “letterbox” was used. Again, continuing with the theme of hate crime against religions, Muslims made up half of the statistics in 2018 – 2019. The biggest spike we have seen in the last few years has been to Jewish people, where hate crimes against them have more since doubled. It is not a surprise since people seem to relate being a ‘good’ Jew to being a Zionist. Other minorities like trans youth under sixteen in England and whales now must go through everything that goes with puberty on top of not wanting to have the body you cuntly have all because TERF’s and conservatives do not think puberty blockers should be available to them.  At this point I genuinely think they want trans kids dead, how could you not see that the benefits of puberty blockers far out way the potential consequences. If puberty blockers really where the target they would have taken them of the shelfs completely, but they did not do that did they? They just restricted the rights of an already marginalised group more. Its not just trans kids but the fight for a third gender to finally get recognised is still waging on despite it being a battle since 2018. The government petition has been signed 136,000 times demanding non-binary finally be recognised as a valid gender in the eyes of the law. I hope I can get recognised as well as everyone else. It may not seem a big deal to some of you reading this but it is to thousands. Especially the people who want to go on hormones and medically transition. Because right now I and many other people are restricted and not allowed to get that service. If you are in the UK and you are of age, I urge you to signs the government petition. In other news the conservatives are just now getting to outlawing conversion therapy three years after they announced they would do so. It just shows how the party is not on target. On the topic of not on target let us talk about the increasing number of racial minorities becoming homeless because of lack of funding to their communities. Since the conservatives got into power in the 2010 racial minorities now make up 40% of all homeless despite being only 15% of the current population. It really shows how much they care about anyone who is not white. Yet people like my gran will continue to say they are doing enough for these underfunded communities.
the tory party really has nothing going for them, they are certainly not for the working class, they cannot solve homelessness and they do not give two fucks about minorities. To think anyone would vote form them is just amazing. Its fucking stupid to believe that they are anything but a bunch of rich shites dawdling around and thinking up ways to get more money into their pockets. To end this really all over the place essay, if you vote tory you are a massive twat.

I keep having political discussions with folks, and a lot of us are on pretty opposite sides of the aisle. A lot of people these days are making generalizations about things that I find a tad upsetting. (I know, typical liberal snowflake, right?)
A common go to for many conservatives is that people protesting injustice or demanding universal healthcare, etc. need to just “grow up and contribute to society” etc. and that they “only behave this way because they’ve never paid for anything like a home” and such.
And like... on the one hand, no. Just no. But on the other hand, a lot of us can’t. We literally can’t. The world we live in was built on much lower pricing, but the costs increased and income didn’t.
I’ve been working for 10 years. I’ve paid off roughly $60,000 in debt. But I can’t afford to move out of my parent’s house at 28. I pay my own bills. I cover my own expenses. I work full time.
We’re all just doing our best, and asking that we be given the same opportunities the generation before us had, and being told to “suck it up” when we literally didn’t make this mess.
We've had two full blown economic recessions in our lifetime alone. Cost of education has increased over 1000%, but we were told we had to have college degrees to make anything of ourselves. Now that we're all tens of thousands of dollars in debt for doing just that, we're being told that we were "indoctrinated" and that our opinions, our educated positions on various issues, and even medical science "doesn't matter", the reason for which is often because we're "children".
But most millennials are in their late 20s-40s. We're not children. We're (for the most part) held back by the world that was created before us and the rules that were enforced on us which no longer suit the agenda. I’ve told my boss during our discussions time and time again that the idea of being taxed to create a universal healthcare plan doesn’t scare me because I’ve spent my entire adult life paying towards something I’m never going to benefit from (social security, Medicare, etc.) so what’s a few more dollars to help everyone afford healthcare without going bankrupt?
My generation has never expected to have retirement, or even necessarily to own homes. We’re getting married later, having kids later, rarely saving for retirement because we literally can’t. Is it so horrible that we want to help each other where we can?
Since when does having compassion make someone an immature indoctrinated idiot?
I believe that Black Lives Matter, and that they matter much more than property.
I believe that property damage should not justify murder, but murder sure as hell justifies property damage.
I believe that as the "greatest country on earth" we should be able to provide adequate healthcare for our citizens that doesn't require them choosing between bankruptcy and their own life, or the lives of their family members.
I believe in medical science.
I believe that women should have autonomy over their own body.
I believe that gun violence is a major problem in this country, and that gun control (via universal background checks, mental health evaluations, two week waiting periods, and annual competency licensing and gun safety classes) is the solution.
I believe that all states deserve competent leadership, whether they are red or blue.
I believe that the police are not the best option for the majority of emergency responses, and that mental health advocacy and professionals are.
I believe in a lot of things.
Apparently, they make me an idiot.
Apparently, I'm a child.
Apparently once I "grow up" I'll "know better".
Well, this 28 year old idiot is voting for Biden.
Because I'm voting for my beliefs.

Today is 11/11 which marks 101 years of Poland regaining independence and I thought it is a perfect time to publish a post that I’ve been working on for a while.
Ferelden from Polish Perspective aka Why We Can Relate to Dog Lords So Much.
This is a sort of compilation of my own thoughts I had while playing the games and various talks with my Polish friends. It is not supposed to force any ideas or teach others how to interpret the game. I just thought it could be entertaining for anyone interested in history and culture. I was trying not to elaborate too much on the subject here but it still ended up being A Very Long Post TM. To make this post a little neater to read, I divided this post into 4 sections:
1. History
2. Fashion and Food
3. Politics
4. Relationships with Other Countries
I will be very happy if you find a minute or two to read some of my points. If you have any additional questions or comments feel free to leave me a message :)
And once again - enormous thanks to @aeducanka for proofreading. I would be a poor mess without you.
DISCLAIMERS
1. Yes, I know that Ferelden is based mostly on Anglo-Saxon England and I have no problem with that. True, I may be a little disappointed that the game includes references to so many European cultures and countries (France, Byzantine Empire, Venice, Roma culture etc.) and yet practically ignores Central and Eastern Europe completely, BUT this post is not meant to be a “Where is my representation?!” rant. If I wanted a game with Slavic culture vibes, I could always play the Witcher trilogy again. We are doing alright.
2. I am in no way an academic specialist on culture or history, even these of my own country. I did some research, but most of facts and figures can be easily found on wikipedia. You can treat this as just some observations and headcanons of a 29 y/o Polish woman, who has grown up and lives in Poland.
3. The main focus of this post is Poland in different moments of history. However, when talking about fashion and political system I will mostly refer to Polish culture between the 16th and 18th century. During that time Poland and Lithuania formed a dual state known as The Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. So, whenever I refer to this particular period, I will use the term “Commonwealth” instead of “Poland”.
PART 1 – HISTORY
The country’s name origin
Ferelden means „fertile valley” in Alamarri tongue [WoT vol. 1], Poland most probably comes from the Slavic word „pole” meaning „field”. They both refer to land that can be cultivated.
History of unification
Ferelden lands were divided between many tribes until they were unified by Calenhad Theirin. He fought and defeated other Alamarri tribes’ leaders, proclaimed Andrastianism as the new official religion of his kingdom and started the Theirin dynasty.
A similar story can be told about Mieszko I of Poland – the leader of the Polans tribe (one of many Slavic tribes of that time) who, by means of war and diplomacy, united many Slavic tribes and created the Polish country in 965. In the same year he was baptised, abandoning native paganism in favour of Christianity. Mieszko started the Piast dynasty which ruled Poland for over 400 years. He never officially became a king, though – his son, Bolesław, was crowned king in 1025.
Also, Ferelden is a relatively young country compared to countries like Orlais or Tevinter. Even if Poland has over 1000 years of history as a country, it has to be noted that some Western European countries have a longer history (eg. the Carolingian Empire or the Visigothic Kingdom). Polish lands have also never been a part of the Roman Empire.
Fun fact – the half-legendary sword of the first king of Poland, Szczerbiec, was stolen by Prussian troops during their invasion on Poland in 1795. Calenhad’s sword, Nemetos, was lost during the Orlesian invasion on Ferelden [WoT vol. 1].
Ostagar
Now, I will tell you a story. It is about a young king (in his twenties), a little reckless, wanting to be the leader who stood against the great invading threat to his country, a little blinded by the perspective of glorious victory. Just before the battle one of his allied forces betrayed him and did not provide the promised aid. The enemy army was too strong, too large. The king’s army was defeated, the king was killed in battle and his body was taken by the enemy. The king did not have children and his younger brother had succeeded him.
No, I’m not talking about Cailan, this is the story of Władysław III of Poland.
PART 2 – FASHION AND FOOD
Fashion
All cultures in Thedas have their own style and fashion. Ferelden is supposed to be this “We like fur and warm fabrics” culture, opposite to the extravagant Orlesian style. However, I have few problems with how Fereldan fashion is shown in the game.
1. It is too early-medieval looking. I know, it is a fantasy, you can mix ancient Egypt with steampunk and nobody should care. But we see, from cultural and technological perspective, that Thedas in Dragon Age is more renaissance/baroque than your typical medieval. Heck, some elements, like the infamous Formal Attire, look like clothes from 18th or even 19th century! In comparison, outfits like Arms of Mac Tir or Robes of the Pretender (though good looking) look like something from the Vikings era.
2.  We do not see many good looking Fereldan outfits in the games. I like Alistair’s royal outfit and some of Fereldan armors and clothes from DA:2 but remember this?
Tumblr media
Or this?
Tumblr media
Yeah, Dog Lords can do better :/
And that’s why I like to headcanon Fereldan fashion as something more resembling the Commonwealth fashion between the 16th and 18th century. It was an interesting mix of European and Asian influences and I think it would work perfectly with canon Ferelden because:
1. People LOVED fur elements in their clothing. Fur lining on coats, fur caps decorated with feathers, pelts of wild carnivores (lions, wolves, bears, etc.) on armour  - fur was everywhere.
2. It is simple but regal. The quality of materials and patterns were more important than volume and the number of layers. A typical male noble outfit consisted of a long garment (żupan), a long, ornate sash, one of two types of cloak (delia or kontusz) and a fur cap decorated with feathers and jewels. If you compare it with the baroque fashion from France it is less extravagant and more practical. No wigs, no flounces, no man tights.
Compare these two dudes – the older one is dressed Commonwealth style, the younger – in French style.
Tumblr media
The Deluge, 1974
Of course some wealthy noblemen who spent a lot of time in France or other Western countries tended to adapt their style, but from what I know it was not that common. Women, on the other hand, tended to dress more similar to their Western counterparts (especially when they wanted to look fashionable) but their everyday dresses were not that much elaborate. They also wore kontusz (though the female version was shorter) and fur caps when outside.
Below I post some more costumes to better illustrate my point. They all come from Polish movie adaptations of H. Sienkiewicz’s novels (I looove both the books and the movies).
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media

The Deluge, 1974

Fire in the Steppe, 1968
And I could not NOT to mention the wonderful interpretation of Fereldan armor and clothing for my OCs drawn by @ankalime - I still can’t get over how beautiful they look :3
Food
From what we know, Fereldan food is very similar to traditional English cuisine (lamb and pea anyone?), HOWEVER, I can totally see some traditional Polish dishes on Fereldan tables. Let us look at this part of Alistair’s banter with Leliana:
“Now here in Ferelden, we do things right. We take our ingredients, throw them into the largest pot we can find, and cook them for as long as possible until everything is a uniform grey color. As soon as it looks completely bland and unappetizing, that's when I know it's done.”
Dishes like bigos, flaki or goulash (mostly associated with Hungary but also present in various forms in Slavic countries) totally fit this description. Tasty and hearty but I know some foreigners see them as totally unappetizing :P
Poland is also culturally more into beer than wine  (high five, British Isles!), so Fereldan ale fits this image, too.
PART 3. POLITICS
When I first played DA:O and heard about choosing the new queen/king on Landsmeet I was like “omg, they have wolna elekcja!”
The canon Ferelden is a feudal country, however, there seems to be less focus on the king's absolute power – instead, the nobles can choose the king they like, the hierarchy inside this particular social class is also less striking than one can expect.
And this brings me to the concept of Golden Liberty. (I will quote Wikipedia here, I am not that smart to explain this well in English on my own).
The Golden Liberty was a unique political system of the Commonwealth – a mixture of monarchy, oligarchy and democracy. The most distinctive elements of that systems were:
- All nobles regardless of rank or economic status, were considered to have equal legal rights (and you did not have to own a town or two to be considered a noble – a large part of the nobility owned nothing more than a farm, often little different from a peasant's dwelling, and some did not even have that much). The rights were, for example:
-  Neminem captivabimus ("We shall not arrest anyone without a court verdict").
- right to vote – every nobleman, whether rich or poor, could vote. Of course if someone was rich, they could bribe others to gain more political influence, but it is the same as today.
- religious freedom – unlike many other European countries of the time, people in Commonwealth were legally free to follow any religion. The Commonwealth became a common refuge for people who were persecuted for religion in their homelands. The religious freedom was not restricted to nobility but to all social classes.
- rokosz - the right to form a legal rebellion against a king who violated nobility freedoms.
- the monarchy was elective, not hereditary, and the king was elected by the nobility. That “democracy” was not, of course, perfect, as only male noblemen had the right to vote and elect the king. However, it was still between 10-15% of the population who could vote. In comparison, “in 1831 in France only about 1% of the population had the right to vote”
The Landsmeet in DA:O is basically the free election (well, maybe minus the duel :D) and I would say the Fereldan nobility does not feel obliged to be obedient 100% of the time.
PART 4. RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER COUNTRIES
Orlesian occupation
We know from the game that Orlais invaded Ferelden in 8:24 Blessed and occupied it for decades. The Fereldan forces were rebelling against the occupant and finally, under the command of Maric Theirin, they won their freedom.
Again, it is a huge topic, so to summarize: Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth suffered a similar fate in 1795 as it was conquered and divided between Habsburg Austria, the Kingdom of Prussia and the Russian Empire. For 123 years Poles have been trying to regain their country, have started several uprisings and lost many lives in their fight for independence. Finally, at the end of WW1, independent Poland reappeared on the map of the world. Then came the WW2, probably the most tragic event in Polish history – the cities were razed to the ground, a vast part of national heritage destroyed or stolen, and over 6 million people (1/5 of the pre-war population) were killed.
So yeah, a country invaded and occupied for decades by its neighbour sounds way too familiar to be ignored.
Ferelden in the eyes of Orlesians
The Fereldans are a puzzle. As a people, they are one bad day away from reverting to barbarism. (...) They are the coarse, wilful, dirty, disorganized people [DA:O Codex Entry: Culture of Ferelden].
Yeah... this, unfortunately, sounds familiar. I fear that the stereotype of a drunk, stupid, poor, thieving Poles (and other Slavic nations), which originated from WW2 propaganda, is somehow still alive in the West. I will not dive deeper in this subject because I want to believe my followers have their own brain cells and I do not need to explain how hurtful and offensive those stereotypes are.
My point is – I could identify easily with a fantasy country that is located east from the “centre of culture and civilisation” and is unfairly believed to be more barbaric.
So – for all two of you who bothered to read the whole thing - thanks for coming to my TED talk.I really appreciate the time you spent here :)

did-two-serial-killers-meet-on-the-dating-game
Did Two Serial Killers Meet On The Dating Game? After having experienced the 1960s and 1970s during my childhood, I thought I had heard and seen just about everything on TV. U.S. presidential candidate Richard Nixon appeared briefly on Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In to help him secure the youth vote. The U.S. Communist Party held a fundraiser on TV and raised about $1000. Legendary singer James Brown performed one of his sexually-charged tunes doing a star-studded telethon to raise money for the Democratic Party. Brown must have really been into the song because in the middle of it he started taking off his pants! After a few seconds the camera focused in on his face and remained there for the rest of his performance. Afterward, the embarrassed hosts pretended like it never happened and moved onto the next act. Controversy was the name of the game back then if you wanted ratings, but the most outrageous TV event of all took place behind the scenes on The Dating Game without anyone even knowing about it. http://foxrungames.com/ The Dating Game was the brainchild of TV game show wiz Chuck Barris who also created The Newlywed Game and The Gong Show. ABC bought the concept and the show began airing in December of 1965. It became so popular that ABC created a prime time version in 1966. Altogether, the show ran from 1965 until 1999 with a couple of revivals and four hosts beginning with Jim Lange and ending with Chuck Woolery. Because of the show's popularity a lot of aspiring actors and performers wanted to be contestants for the FaceTime the program provided, especially after the primetime version began. Among those that appeared on The Dating Game before they became famous or at the very beginning of their entertainment careers were Michael Jackson, Burt Reynolds, Farrah Fawcett, Suzanne Somers, Lindsay Wagner, Leif Garrett, Tom Selleck, Lee Majors, The Carpenters, Andy Kaufman, Steve Martin, John Ritter, Phil Hartman, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Dusty Springfield, Maureen McCormick, Barry Williams, Sally Field, Richard Dawson and Paul Lynde. The show had a fun format. Three guys (Batchelors) would answer playful questions put to them by a girl (Bachelorette) who was separated from them by a wall. She could not see her suitors. After a designated period of time she had to pick one. Reactions varied, but at least the Bachelorettes could look forward to an awesome evening or three. The prize was a chaperoned date to some exotic location or an expensive staycation. The chaperone was a good idea in case you got stuck with a guy who was a little too touchy and feely. It was also helpful if you happen to be Cheryl Bradshaw. In 1978 Cheryl was a Bachelorette on The Dating Game. Her choice of three guys included Rodney Alcala who was Bachelor Number #1. He was introduced as a professional photographer that enjoyed skydiving and motorcycling as hobbies. Bachelor Number #2, Jed Mills, who sat next to Alcala later said, "He was creepy. Definitely creepy," However, he was a smooth talker and easily able to be affable when it suited him. Maybe that's why Cheryl Bradshaw chose him as the winner. As soon as Alcala walked around the wall and met her, he grinned and said, "We're going to have a great time together, Cheryl." Or not. After she had a conversation with him backstage, Cheryl later told a newspaper reporter that Alcala made her feel ill and she refused the date. Good move. In 1968 he was convicted of raping an eight year old girl. During and after his Dating Game appearance he was killing girls earning him the nickname, "The Dating Game Killer." One detective called him a "Killing Machine" during a trial in 2010. He may have been killing since the late 1960s. He was already a serial rapist and serial killer by that time. Alcala used photography as a way to get girls and boys to go with him, promising professional photos or a modeling assignment. He asked them to strip naked, or made them do so, then photographed and raped them. He enjoyed strangling the girls until they were almost unconscious, then reviving them. He did this several times and may have raped them each time as well until he finally killed them. He also photographed teenage boys nude and in various sexual poses. He tended to let them go. One survivor said he had several nude young girls at the session and liked posing them with teen boys.
Tumblr media
Still on parole for the rape and some pot busts, Alcala's parole officer inexplicably allowed him to travel to New York in 1977 for an alleged photography assignment. While there Alcala killed Ellen Jane Hover (23). She was the daughter of the owner of Ciro's in Hollywood. Her remains were later found on the Rockefeller Estate in Westchester County. Acala raped and killed in several states and the exact number of his victims remains unknown. He photographed hundreds of girls and teen boys. The identities of most of those in the photos remains unknown. He was sentenced to death in California. It's unknown if Chuck Barris was on the Dating Game set the day the episode with Rodney Alcala was taped. If he was then there is the possibility that two serial killers who murdered for entirely different reasons would have set an even more macabre record for a TV game show. The obvious question is was Chuck Barris a contract killer for the CIA as indicated in the book 'Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind'. It's a tough question to answer. Some of those close to the entertainment entrepreneur when he died at age 87 chose to weigh in on the controversy, but their opinions were split. The type of recruitment and assignments described in the book are actually somewhat Atypical of a covert government agency. On one hand it's not too difficult to find out about those procedures. On the other hand the book is written in a manner that makes the reader believe someone actually experienced those things. However, those situations could just as easily apply to an organization like the Mossad as it could the CIA. So that's another possibility. Watching the Gong Show exposes Barris as a moody guy experiencing emotions in a manner which says that things more important than the show were going on in his life. Those could have been family things given his tumultuous relationships and the drug and alcohol addictions that eventually took his daughter's life. While many believe that Chuck's CIA story was probably just him imaging another life, I say the jury is still out on the story until more facts or witnesses appear. Want more? Brown must have really been into the song because in the middle of it he started taking off his pants! After a few seconds the camera focused in on his face and remained there for the rest of his performance. Afterward, the embarrassed hosts pretended like it never happened and moved onto the next act. Controversy was the name of the game back then if you wanted ratings, but the most outrageous TV event of all took place behind the scenes on The Dating Game without anyone even knowing about it. The Dating Game was the brainchild of TV game show wiz Chuck Barris who also created The Newlywed Game and The Gong Show. One survivor said he had several nude young girls at the session and liked posing them with teen boys. http://poinq888.com/ Still on parole for the rape and some pot busts, Alcala's parole officer inexplicably allowed him to travel to New York in 1977 for an alleged photography assignment.

Want more?
