This recipe of preparing rasam powder is easy to make and healthy too, try it, store it and enjoy!
Ingredients:
1. Methi seeds - 1/2 tbsp
2. Jeera -1tbsp
3. Coriander seeds - 1/4 th cup
4. Red chillies -15-20
5. Curry leaves handful
6. Turmaric powder - 1/2 tbsp
7. Hing powder - 1/4 tbsp
8. Black pepper - 1 tsp
9. Coconut Oil/Ghee - 1 tsp
Method :
- On low flame roast red chillies with little oil/ghee and set aside.
- Now roast other ingredients till a pleasant aroma. Let all these ingradients to cool down.
- Now blend all to a nice powder, store in a jar.
- Rasam powder is ready which will stay fresh for 3 months.
