Story:
Turtlepelt was a relatively normal kit. As an apprentice, he had a huge crush on Redpaw, whom he hoped would one day bear his kits, something Thornpaw was cruel to him for.
He didn’t like his name, thinking it uncreative, and hated knowing that his tortoiseshell fur would doubtlessly cause him some....issues. In spite of these misgivings, his life was fairly good. It got even better when Redpaw, now Redgaze, became his mate.
He was on a hunting expedition when he heard laughter. Following the sound, he spotted a group of loners through the trees and in a small cave. It was a family, parents with their kits. Kits that should belong to him.
What life could they live as vile rogues when they could live the life of warriors? Besides, surely a Clan cat is more deserving of kits?
His claws unsheathed.
His hackles raised.
He thought.
He sheathed his claws.
He calmed down.
He formed a plan. Wait until night falls, then kill them while the kits can’t see. He didn’t want to scare them. Watching them longer, he decided to wait until the smallest kit had grown a little. After four days, he waited until moon-high when the clouds blocked any light that could illuminate his deeds.
Moving slowly and quietly, he took the kits one by one by the scruff and carried them to the outside of the cave.
Re-entering, he started by suffocating the mother. The struggle woke the father, who Turtlepelt then had to claw roughly and viciously. He was panting, blood dripping on sticky ends of fur. Then something dug into his shoulders.
One of the kits had woken up. The oldest was big enough to hold his own, and he slashed at Turtlepelt’s shoulders, face, and eyes. The kit saw too much. Turtlepelt held him down with his still-bloodied paws, screeching as he did. “You will never speak of this, alright, kit?!” The cave echoed, drowning out any cries the little kit could make, too overwhelmed with grief and pain to properly call for help.
Turtlepelt sighed as he released his grip on the kit’s neck. He told the grey kit to go back to sleep, and he reluctantly did.
Turtlepelt’s life was normal from then on. He lied to the leader about saving the kits from their evil parents, who had blinded the eldest son. He took the kit, Bluekit, for his bluish stripe, to the medicine den, and the rest to his mate. Redgaze was happy to nurse the youngest until he weaned onto meat.
Turtlepelt became a senior warrior.
On one, peaceful night, a shadow cast over the den entrance, but Turtlepelt was too deep in sleep to notice as Bluepaw got closer. By the time his claws raised above his ‘father’s’ throat, it was too late for anyone to stop him, and it was too late to stop him from murdering Redgaze, who he knew had been in on it all.

--He doesn’t really know why he’s in the Dark Forest. Starclan held a trail for him and he was voted guilty mostly because an ex-loner was part of the trail.
--Thornpaw became Thornnose and died in a badger attack as a young warrior.
--Bluepaw became Bluestripe and is generally very grumpy. He doesn’t like the Clans much and probably killed at least one more cat in his life. He’s also edgy.

Characteristics of the New Clans:
Large-Lake: Large-Lake is a freshwater lake somewhere in the U.S.
Far Twoleg Place: A cat was once trapped on a Water-Sailer (Boat) and was trapped on Far Twoleg Place.
Small Twoleg Place: Small Twoleg Place is an island feared by all clan cats. Kittypets are not afraid of Small Twoleg Place.
Small Lands: The Small Lands are small islands surrounding Small Twoleg Place. RainClan Cats must swim to these islands before they can become warriors.
Large Twoleg Place: Not much to know. This is where most Kittypets and Rogues live.
Twoleg Barns: Eliza and Pack live here.
Ruined Twoleg Place: This was a farm until it burned down. Lightclan cats go here to practice rock climbing skills.
The Woods: The Woods are a place where LightClan cats hunt. RainClan also hunt there sometimes.
Clans Meeting Place: This is where the Clans meet every moon. There is also a small camp built here that a clan can access if their territory is unusable (flooding, fires, etc.)
I like the fact that they have a neutral safe place if a clan is in need.
Spring Twoleg Place: Twolegs come here in the spring and summer to camp in tents and RV’s. Cats think of this as a yearly invasion. During Greenleaf, they avoid this area.
The Dead Forest: This is a spooky place. It is told in myths that dark beings (most likely warrior ancestors who had caused the clans trouble) haunted these areas. One of the highest punishments a cat can be given is banishment to The Dead Forest.
Climbing Tree: A large tree AshClan apprentices train on.
Rapids: The Rapids are a small river that flows very fast. It flows inland towards the Starlight Cave. The Rapids are also a border for CodeClan and AshClan.
Starlight Cave: Starlight Cave is an old mine where Medicine Cats and Leaders go to speak to their Warrior Ancestors. This is where the half-moon meeting of Medicine Cats takes place.
The Mountains: The Mountains are a no-go zone for Warriors. This is another place where some cats are banished.
Large Pine Forest: This is the home and hunting place of CodeClan.
Alright, so not much information about the clans themselves and their culture, but it looks like you’ve put a lot of work into the allegiances and territory! I’d love to hear more about Codeclan, especially why they are called that!

Frogthroat - A ditzy and cheerful cat. Frogthroat tries to enjoy life the best they can, they do get a little distracted or confused sometimes but they always brush it off with a purr, they don’t like to dwell on things for long. Frogthroat has nothing but the upmost respect and admiration for Beetlesnap, and they adore them dearly, 14/10
Beetlesnap - A serious and courageous cat. Beetlesnap tends to get straight to the point, they done like to sugar coat things, they prefer to hear things for how they are. They will always stand up and fight for what they believe in. Frogthroat is the one cat who can get a purr out of Beetlesnap, that’s one of the many reasons they love them, 15/10
Redgaze - A reluctant and grumpy cat. If you ever wrong Redgaze in any way, they will remember it, permanently tainting their view of you, and they may seek some form of revenge if the betrayal is serious enough. They don’t hand out treatments lightly, and don’t expect them to offer you any sympathy, they’re here to heal you not to coddle you, 14/10

"Red Gaze" taken from our Iconoclasm album. This song was written using riffs by Peter and I and it's the closest one to the American school of death metal. We are the bad guys of the band. In the beginning, it was called Insignificanza (Meaninglessness in Italian), and it had lyric in Italian too. Once in the studio, we decided to keep it instrumental. In this one too I didn't make any change after the recordings. I'm not used to writing such personal things here but today is a special day: my father would have turned 74 if he were still alive. He never approved of me playing nor liked the music I did... yet today, after more than 15 years that he is gone... I wish that, wherever he is, he could be at least a bit proud of me and what I do.
