Happy New Year, everyone! I hope you're doing great, and keeping cozy! I was definitely quiet here on IG over the holidays ... decompressing from the past few months and enjoying mornings without an alarm clock. Small pleasures, aaaaaaaah! 💕 But, as to be expected, I was still busy behind the scenes... most notably setting up a @zendesk Chatbot and ticketing system! If you've visited justthegoods.net in the past, you know it's bursting at the seams with helpful info about products and more. While answers to many frequently asked questions are present on product pages, or accessible via the search bar, I've learned that presenting a more formal FAQ navigable by an AI/tagging system is actually more helpful 😊 So, yay! That's now live with more topics being added as I copy/paste from my big pile o’ notes in Google Keep. And, if your question doesn’t have a FAQ article yet, you can use the same form send email resulting in a reply that I'm pretty sure won't be spam trapped (🤞🏼) since a lot of my replies do seem to get spam trapped *😬* Anyway, nerd that I am, I'm pretty excited by this, and I hope you find it useful! The other things I got up to were very behind the scenes, aiming to make each day run a little more smoothly... including getting ahead on the spectacular number of orders that arrived after the year end shipping deadline. WOW!! Ummmmm... no joke, I couldn't even take a picture of all the order bins yesterday because they were all over the place: on the ready-to-ship shelves, stacked in the production queue, in piles all over my work space. There were, like, a lot. So, thank you, truly! 💖💖💖 We're excited about getting these out to you asap 😊 And now I’m off to begin production… make 18 L of face wash for normal/sensitive skin, then 8.5 L of toner for normal/sensitive skin, then 13.5 L of facial moisturizer for normal/sensitive skin, and if I’m lucky I’ll be able to start hand/body lotion today, fingers crossed. Wow!
