After Sakura won the race, the CEO of Piffle Princess Co. forced her and her entire family to do a commemorative photoshoot: it’s their first Purikura experience, and Sakura would say it was unforgettable!

This was a collab with @zuzu-draws!! She drew Syaoran and Fai, and colored Kurogane and Sakura. I did the opposite. Can you guess who drew and who colored Mokona?
This was an absolute blast to do, please, I beg you all, go follow @zuzu-draws , she’s a treasure and her art is fantastic. Now that it’s over, I feel empty inside…. We both miss and love the Tsubasa gang so much…

Something something on the surface Fai and Sakura are deeply similar people, but in the Kurogane flashback he draws very direct parallels to her, and looking from there it is very easy to find similarities in their personalities and relationships. Both of them take on the burden of saving Fai, for example, but while Syaoran and Kurogane both have witnessed those similarities via flashback and may be able to understand the overlap in Kurogane and Sakura’s attempts, neither Sakura or Fai ever have the deeper understanding needed to understand these similarities, and thus Sakura refuses to let Kurogane into the situation she is in for Fai’s sake, relying on him to focus on Syaoran instead because she can’t look deeper into his behavior and Kurogane refuses to admit that he has these softer personality traits, and so she sinks deeper into the situation she is in with Fai, choosing to let go of her Kurogane-esque personality traits.
