All those WIPs sound so good. I would love to hear more about GlazKan fake couple and the Vampire AU 👀

The GlazKan fake couple thing has been halted for... years, at this point 😅 Mainly cause it's a multichapter and I don't have the brainpower to stick to that. Basically, it's set on the very early days of Rainbow, when just the pathfinders were there, and these two are sent to a honeymoon resort where the White Masks are using as a front for their operations. Glaz and Kapkan barely know each other at this point, and don't get along great, but by the forced close-quarters and posing as a couple, things get heated, iykwim.

The vampire AU is an idea I've had for ages and re-wrote several times. I love the idea of Glaz as a vampire and Kapkan as the monster-hunter sent to investigate in the area and who ends up befriending (or more) vampire!Glaz to the point he willfully ignores all the hints about Glaz's true nature. Problem is, I'm never satisfied with what I write for it.

3.screenshot or description of the worst take you've seen on tumblr: i don't have a screenshot but, its something from a loooooooooooong time ago where people fetishized Jager and paint him having big tiddies... like, how do you even see that under all that clothes and a massive vest??? man that was some wild times.

7.what character did you begin to hate not because of canon but because how how the fandom acts about them? Lion, I disliked him already but his fans were fucking unhinged. they shipped him with doc and the way they did it made me want to commit war crimes. as for cod, I don't hate anyone... yet.

17. there should be more of this type of fic/art: i dont delve into siege or cod fanarts that much, i only reblog the ones that comes up on my dash (i should tho, some artists are cracked). more slow burn, angst, tragic fics please, those shit are the best. (i have few ideas of my own, maybe one day i will get it on paper who knows)

25.common fandom complaint that you're sick of hearing: i havent been in siege fandom in a long while so i wouldn't know what they're complaining about. for cod, people need to stop complaining about SBMM. now that i think of it, i've been barely in either of the fandoms lately lol

I have a couple, but I'm only going to do the one I'm actually currently working on, on my lunch. This is actually for something I'm starting for my buddy @tokillamockingbird427 you requested Cuddle bug Keegan fic, I sort of did it! What this is a part of is a surprise, but I am working on it! Lol

Keegan P Russ x Logan Walker

The warmth around Logan's waist shifts, squeezing him softly and then tighter, pulling the younger man closer to the man pressed against his back. 

"Hmm..." Logan hums, leaning his head back to rest on his lover's shoulder. "You're nice and warm." He turns from his side and onto his back, burrowing into Keegan as much as possible. "Hey, babe..." He whispers, breath fanning over Keegan's exposed neck and bare chest. He reaches up, brushing Keegan's dark hair from his still closed eyes. 

"Hn..." He grunts. "kid..." The sniper groans, bumping his forehead against Logan's gently. "I'm trying to sleep."

A low, throaty chuckle escapes Logan's lips as he stares at his boyfriend adoringly. "It's after eight, Keeg." He whispers softly, cupping Keegan's face now, lifting his head as the older man's crystal blue eyes meet Logan's hazel ones. 

"Fuck." He grunts, nuzzling closer to Logan while burying his nose in Logan's neck. "Elias won't miss us."

Logan snorts at the older man's stubbornness, snuggling closer himself. "Yeah, seeing as we're the ones being sent on today's mission, I think he'll notice."

Keegan looks up, a surprisingly attractive frown on his face. "Damnit." 

"Yeah.." Logan sighs. "As much as I'd love to stay in your bed, we're gonna get our asses beat." He cups Keegan's face once more, pressing their noses together with a gentle smile.

"You know, usually I'm the one getting you up." Keegan teases, his lips brushing over Logan's as he speaks. 

"Crazy." Logan chuckles.

It’s a hot take, but Joseph is my fave person in the series. He intrigued me so much from the very first trailer and I love all the little bits of real life cult leaders they dropped into creating him. It’s too bad fanon takes on him are so rancid compared to the other Seeds.

oh he absolutely was there watching everything go down 😭 i think he might've tried deescalating the situation but inevitably goes along with graves once alejandro lunges (might've been the one to knock him out instead of graves too oops)

Do you plan everything out before you write or do you sit down and go with the flow?

I'm more of a go with the flow writer, my plans consist of a few random sentences and scenes ideas in a discord channel that make no sense out of context but they are things that I want to see added in. The more I work on something the more I do eventually plan out major plot points and keep consistency.

Is there a certain type of character you favor writing over the others?

Gosh, I adore writing villains or morally complex characters. I'm always drawn to writing them from the characters I've roleplayed in the past, to my favourite characters in general. I just always have loved them.

What is one theme/storyline/idea you wish to write but never have?

I really want to write a storyline where the hero thinks they're doing good but it turns out they were the villain all along/doing things where they thought they were helping, truly thought they were good but it was making things worse. The road to hell is paved with good intentions and all that. also /reader fics, i can’t get my head around writing them for some reason they don’t feel right when I’m writing and I get easily frustrated with it.

GlazKan Undercover sounds interesting and fun?

That one is in a weird spot, pending a rewrite. The original plan was to have it set on the early days of Rainbow, they are sent to a nice winter retreat (on the Chalet map) to infiltrate a chemical weapons deal that the White Masks were doing there. Glaz and Kapkan wouldn't get along very well at the start, but grow closer and ofc end up banging cause hello it's me writing, ofc it would happen. But I was not feeling the plot and the idea of doing a multichapter was straining me too, so if I ever go back to it I'll need to rewrite a lot of it and rethink parts of the plot.

I got tagged for the WIP word tag by three people, so I'm going to do it all on one.

Hug

"Logan, my soul." He says in a language Logan doesn't recognize, taking the boy's face in his hands. His eyes rake over his blond hair, his familiar hazel eyes and strong nose. He remembers her face, noticing how much like his mother Logan looks.

Keegan buries his nose in Logan's neck, breathing in deeply. "My Logan." He hugs the boy to him, smiling. "We are one again."

Rain

Darkness, all consuming, never ending. A shiver violently shakes Logan awake where he sits, gasping for breath as warm droplets of rain pelt him from above, soaking his flesh straight to his core. He chokes, cracked lips and right arm lit ablaze as the water harasses his aching form.

Secret

“Why go behind my back, and have a child? Why hide in the shadows and avoid my gaze, when you know I shall uncover all secrets.” He glared at the seventh month woman before him. “Why?”

Her body trembled, and her lips were sealed.

“You know what will happen.” A young, collared servant, brought the King his sharpened dagger. He rose from his skeleton throne. His icy grey eyes made the poor servant collapse.

Safe

Arden’s eyes flutter open, taking in his warm surroundings. “Akira?” He pushes himself up, wincing as pain shoots up his right arm. “Damn.” He sets his arm in his lap, using his good one to keep him steady.

“Akira?” He tries again. Moving forward, he pushes himself off the bed. His feet hit the fur rug, and he stands there for a moment, balancing himself.

“You look well.” Arden turns to Dahlia, smiling over at him from her chair, with a book clutched in her hand.

“Where is Akira? Is he safe?" Arden steps forward, concern and fear rising in his chest.

Run

“There you go old girl, can’t have you dying of thirst now can I?” Maisie neighs to herself, continuing to munch on her food, which has become increasingly difficult to find.

“That run down Tractor Supply is running out of feed sweetheart. Might have to start taking longer trips.” He gazes to his old beat up Ford, a truck he’s hated since his wife first bought it, and realizes he’s also running out of gasoline.

When he had first stocked up, he had managed to get enough feed to last Maisie three months, and himself enough gas to last two, as he decided traveling wouldn’t be the best of options. Especially since everyone was dead.

(this is from a zombie wip which I no longer work on, but I couldn't find Run in any of my current wips lol.)

Red

I included some earlier bits of text for mild context

Elias relaxes slightly, finding an odd bond of trust forming between him and the older male. "Elaine, let me see Logan."

She clutches her youngest tighter. "Don't you touch my son you bastard! I won't let his kind taint him!"

A harsh slap echoes in the throne room, freezing everyone in place. Elaine sits there in shock, a red mark forming on her cheek.

Shout

“No, he is not.” Arden looks back down, spotting a woman dragging a man. “Dahlia!” He cries, hoping she would hear him. She continues to drag the body towards a cart. “Akira.” Arden sheaths his dagger, and stands. “Until next time.” He tears off down the cliff, ignoring his name being shouted to the wind.

“You’re a selfish, hideous, monster! You steal life and are confused when we revolt! You’re evil!” Avo screams, allowing her eyes to well with tears. Jade cocks his gun, readying it to fire.

“Oh sweet Dove.” Matthias holds out his gloved hand. “That is in no way close to why I chose you.” He turns to Jade. “And you, my boy, why do you think you were chosen?” Jade remains silent, minus a few protesting growls.
