WAS THAT THE LAST CHAPTER OF YOUR FIC OF WILL THERE BE MORE

DW ITS NOT THE LAST CHAPTER !!! i know it's been a bit of while since I updated that one, I was working (procrastinating) on some other WIPS (hoping to get those out soon) but it is not the last chapter! far from it, i have 42 chapters in total planned (including two epilogues) for that fic, and Chapter 11 is currently in the works, gonna have it up before the end of this week (hopefully by tomorrow, ideally).

A little exercpt from the upcoming Chapter 11

Much to Jude’s relief, due to the insurmountable evidence, he wasn’t required to testify at the trial. He only had to write a short statement, in which he confirmed that the Brothers had indeed sexually and physically abused him at the monastery. Harold had left earlier in the morning, with the printed statement tucked away in his briefcase, ruffling Jude's hair as he walked out the door.

Julia had spent the day finding distraction after distraction, refusing to allow Jude’s mind to focus on the trial. She taught him new card games (And her secret tricks to winning them, of which he was to never divulge to Harold), made him finish puzzle after puzzle, and as the sun was pulled beneath the horizon, the sky filled with a bright, burnt orange, the two of them baked a chocolate walnut cake in anticipation of Harold’s return.
