Davis Factor in mostra a Beverly Hills.

Al primo di dicembre é stata inaugurata a Beverly Hills la mostra delle opere fotografiche di Davis Factor.

Una raccolta di ritratti realizzati dall'artista nell'arco di più di 39 anni di attività.

Scatti che ritraggono alcuni degli attori e delle celebrità più importanti dell'epoca: un'istantanea del glamour hollywoodiano.

Nel 1990, Davis Factor e suo fratello Dean, pronipoti di Max Factor, fondarono gli Smashbox Studios a Los Angeles. “Volevamo creare un luogo di contaminazione culturale. Non solo uno studio. Non volevamo escludere nessuno. Volevamo piantare un seme in modo che le persone potessero crescere e questo significava che tutti erano i benvenuti".

Il nuovo studio divenne rapidamente un punto di riferimento per fotografi, attori, modelli e musicisti di fama mondiale. Nel 1996, Davis e Dean debuttarono con la Smashbox Cosmetics e iniziò una nuova era. Successivamente hanno fondato l'Agenzia Photogenics Model Management e nel 2003 la Mercedes Benz Los Angeles Fashion Week, che si svolge agli Smashbox Studios.
