rare sneak peeks from the chrollo series that's decomposing in my google docs
Tumblr media Tumblr media
yeah every single time reader calls chrollo, he makes bedroom eyes while he talks. at first it was "I need to keep a close eye on her until I can steal her ability" then it turned into "I need to keep her close because I like her" which later turns into "I need her in my basement"
he is not doing okay.

Feitan x Reader: Much better
Hi guys, this is just a quick drabble I finished today 🥺 I thought it would be nice to write Feitan like this for once. It's just a soft and fluffy story. The beginning's a bit angsty , but nothing too serious 🤍
I'm also working on your requests of course 🥺 the next one will be another part of the Noble Reader series 🥰 . Enjoy reading!🤍✨
Word Count: 2145
‘P-please, I-I don’t know anything. M-my dad would never talk about work’, tears streamed down your cheek. You were scared, so scared. You already crawled to the wall, being there is no other place to run or hide.
You never imagined, not even once, that you would end up as a hostage. Especially not at the hands of the Phantom Troupe. Your dad always made sure there were at least 5 bodyguards with you, and every single one of them was the best of the best. He should’ve known though that they weren’t a match for the Phantom Troupe, and he probably did. He just didn’t care enough to keep you safe.
‘Let’s just kill her, it’s not like that old man is going to pay us any money for her. Greedy bastard’.
He’s got a point. The protection your father gave you was more out of concern for his public image than to protect you anyway.
‘You really think our boss would be okay if we killed her? You’re an idiot, Uvo’. ‘Not again’, the blonde sighed into his palm, ‘Uvo, Nobu. Now’s not the time for one of your petty fights. Solve it later’.
‘H-huh?’, you batted your eyelashes when you saw a strange figure hovering over you.
Red hair, a tear, and a star… He looked like a magician with the card between his skinny fingers.
‘Maybe not strong enough for my liking, but you would make a pretty little plaything’. ‘P-plaything?’. ‘Hm, I’ll even teach you a trick or two, if you behave’. The strange-looking man squatted, his eyes studying every part of your body.
A shiver ran down your spine when one of his cards greeted your cheek.
‘Bet I can arrange something with Chrollo… Or maybe not. Either way… You caught my att-‘.
‘Phinks may be busy with fighting idiots, but I’m still here’.
‘Relax, I’m just playing’.
‘Move’.
Honestly, what was even going on? Two men were fighting, one running behind them to stop them… Then there was this magician who called you a ‘plaything’ - whatever that means -  and lastly, this dark-haired mysterious figure who barely talked.
‘Get up’.
‘Let me go! I told you I don’t know where he keeps his money’, you desperately tried to break away from the dark figure.
‘Hm’, Hisoka chuckled when he saw the way you fought back like a hopeless little deer, making it even more amusing for him to watch.
---
Was that the first time you met Feitan? It had to be… but it felt so long ago.
‘Boss called. Be back in the evening’. ‘Can’t wait to clean after you in the middle of the night’, you pushed the plate of food further from you. ‘Care to repeat yourself?’.
Ah, there it was again. The cold edge of a knife against your throat. It used to faze you, to scare you, but not anymore.
‘Do it’, a trembling wish you had for the past months, was just within reach. ‘Won’t kill you, you know that, but that doesn’t mean I can’t hurt you. Remember what I told you’.
Oh, you remembered. How could you forget? ‘Disobey me and your family will pay the price’. Right, blackmail 101.
You flinched when you felt his hands tangle in your hair, his lips brushing over your ear, ‘Can still give you to Hisoka. Bet he’s worse than me’. You didn’t respond. The thought alone had you shaking. You didn’t know why, but you’d rather be Feitan’s prisoner than that magician’s.
‘J-just leave’. ‘Hm’, Feitan smirked, a devilish look in his eyes, ‘You’re lucky boss needs me’.
Finally. A sigh of relief once his hands moved away from you.
‘Get up’, he roughly pulled you away from the chair you were sitting on, ‘Room, now’.
Room? The ‘room’ he kept you was barely large enough to fit the bed he’d got you. At least he had the decency to get you some books to read. Every now and then he would get you a new one - if you behaved, of course.
---
You grunted when you heard him opening the front door.
3.30 AM? Great.
You sighed at the thought of cleaning up the blood from his floor, praying he didn’t bring someone to torture in his basement. You couldn’t take it anymore, the screams.
You pulled the covers over your head. Maybe if you pretended to be asleep when he unlocked your door… It worked before, once. If you were lucky…
‘Home’.
Tell someone who cares.
‘Y/N?’, his footsteps drew closer to your bed.
Don’t tense up, he’ll know you’re awake. Relax.
‘Hm’, he softly hummed when his hand gently grazed over the sheets, as  to see if you still were where he left you.
A smile on your face once you heard him close the door. You could relax, go to sleep again, and escape the hell you were living in.
‘Hm?’, you drowsily looked over your shoulder once you could feel someone laying down next to you. It didn’t take you long, however, to jump out of bed once you realized what was going on.
‘What?’.
‘What do you mean ‘what’? Get out of my bed, Feitan!’. ‘Your bed?’, he chuckled, ‘If it weren’t for me, you’d been sleeping on the ground’. ‘If it weren’t for you, I’d still be at home, with my mom and sister’.
Not again. You didn’t want him to see your tears, to see what he did to you.
‘Wrong. You’d be begging Hisoka to keep his hands to himself’. ‘Am I supposed to be grateful?’, you shrugged in disbelief, ‘Get out of my bed Feitan’.
‘It’s me or Hisoka, you can choose’.
‘Fuck you Feitan, I’d rather be with Hiso-‘.
‘Won’t tell you again’.
Your eyes widened in fear when you felt his body against yours. It was only now you realized that he wasn’t wearing a shirt.
‘Bed, now’, he easily tossed you on the mattress, his aura angrier than ever.
‘Why? Why do you want to sleep here?’. By now, your voice was barely a whisper, your heart racing with adrenaline.
Did you even need to ask? You knew why he wanted to sleep in the same bed as you. You knew this day would come. The day your tears and pleas weren’t enough anymore, when he didn’t enjoy breaking a finger or two, or running a hot needle over your stomach.
‘Why?’, you repeated yourself once he sat down on the other side, his back facing you.
‘Curious’, he sighed before laying down underneath the sheets, ‘Never slept in bed with someone’.
Great, now you felt sorry for the psychopath that tortured people for fun.
‘If you touch me-‘, ‘Won’t touch you’, Feitan replied before laying down on his side, his back facing you.
You hesitated before laying down next to him. He didn’t say anything, he didn’t move. Your mind started to race. You didn’t trust him. What if he was going to kill you? You didn’t dare to close your eyes, let alone go to sleep.
It was around 7 AM when Feitan finally got up, when you finally could breathe again. You felt so scared this night that you didn’t dare to make a sound or lay in a different position, but neither did Feitan. In some way, it felt as if he was just as scared.
---
Weeks passed, and somehow Feitan made a habit out of sleeping in one bed with you. He never touched you though, not even on accident.
‘Strange’, you frowned when you saw the time, ‘4 AM? He never stays up this late if he isn’t working’.
Were you seriously worried? God, you were a mess. You weren’t only worried, but somehow it felt strange to see his side of the bed cold and empty. Was it because he wasn’t as much of a jerk over the past couple of weeks? He did get you a nice, fluffy blanket…
‘Shit’, you laid on your back, staring at the ceiling, ‘Can’t believe I’m doing this’.
You angrily threw the sheets off you. You were mad at yourself, so unbelievably mad.
‘He isn’t out, so the door should be unlocked’, you tiptoed to your door. Your heart jolted when you felt it was, indeed, open.
Within seconds, you were standing in front of the door next to yours. Since all the lights were out in the hallway, you knew he wasn’t ‘working’ in his basement, or showering for that matter.
Your hands were shaking. You shouldn’t do this, you shouldn’t be out of your room without his permission… but you were worried, right?
That’s what you told yourself anyway, but you weren’t worried. You knew he didn’t leave the house. For some twisted reason, you just found it hard to sleep without him lying next to you.
You carefully opened the door, a thin stripe of light greeting you. With one eye, you scanned the room.
Reading? He was… Reading?
‘Didn’t tell you to leave your room’, he lazily flipped the page without looking at you.
He didn’t sound angry or threatening, giving you the courage to fully open his door.
‘I-I know, I j-just-‘, ‘Stop stuttering, don’t waste my time’.
You looked at the ground, cheeks burning in shame.
‘C-can I sleep here?’.
‘Huh?’, Feitan widened his eyes.
‘Got used to you lying next to me… I guess’. ‘Fine’, he placed his book on his nightstand, already laying down on his side.
Feitan’s room was a little bigger than yours, but just as plain and boring. He did, however, have a soft light burning, a light that radiated warmth and safety. Not the cold, harsh light you found in hospitals and schools, and in your room.
‘T-thank you’, you quietly replied before laying down next to him. In response, he turned off the light, covering the room in darkness.
You didn’t know what was happening, but without thinking you scraped your throat, preparing yourself to talk.
‘Which book are you reading?’.
It took a moment for Feitan to respond, as if he was debating whether he should.
‘Dictionary’. ‘A dictionary?’, you frowned. ‘Want to improve my language skills. First language is Chinese’.
That explains why he talks in short sentences.
‘O-oh okay’, you were too scared to ask anything else.
You were cold. Why was his window wide open in the winter?
‘You’re shaking’. ‘Sorry, I’ll go sleep in my room’, you replied, not wanting him to get angry. ‘No, you can have this’.
You didn't move to look where he was going when he got out of bed.
‘Here’.
You froze when Feitan pulled the sheets away from your body.
‘Soft and warm’, he gently placed another soft blanket over your body before pulling the sheets back over you.
You tried to stop yourself from smiling, but the gentle gesture wasn’t something one was used to from him. A sad feeling filled your chest when you noticed he once again was laying with his back to you.
‘Feitan?’. ‘Hm’.
Stupid. You were stupid, you knew that, but you wanted this.
‘Would you mind holding me?’. ‘H-huh?’, now Feitan was the one who froze. ‘Please?’.
Why? Why were you asking someone like him to hold you? The solitude he put you in must have gotten the best of you. That must be it, right?
‘Okay’.
He slowly turned around before awkwardly laying an arm on top of the blankets.
‘You can touch me. You don’t have to place your arm on top of the sheets’, you smiled at his innocence. Who knew someone like him could be this squeamish about holding you?
‘Okay’.
It took him a while before pulling up the soft blanket he gave you and letting his arm rest on your waist. Almost immediately, you shuffled closer to him, already melting underneath the warmth of his body. It has been ages since you felt a kind and human touch.
You hummed when you felt his bare body against yours. ‘T-this not hurting you?’.
His voice sounded kinder like this. You shook your head, already tired of how relaxed you felt.
‘Never held anyone’, he whispered, ‘But feels nice’.
Yes, you definitely pitied him. You couldn’t agree with the choices he made, or what he called ‘work’, but was it strange to be like him if you never felt the warmth of an embrace?
‘Hm’, you smiled, intertwining your hand with his and bringing it to your chest, ‘It feels nice, Fei’.
Fei. You were the first, ‘normal’ person to call him that, and it sounded so much better when you said it.
Feitan closed his eyes, a content smile resting on his face. He loved your scent; sweet like honey.
‘Can get used to this’, he whispered, too quiet for you to understand, ‘Much better than the scent of your burnt flesh’.

Frozen uncontrollably
Hisoka Morow
Tumblr media
🃏As petty as this may sound, Hisoka is huffy about this entire situation he finds himself in and partially with you as well. Why you may ask? Because what a waste, oh, what a waste of talent, of power this is. What he wouldn't give to fight his darling for once, to experience their power, stunning and deadly at the same time. Mere snippets of your ability are alreadly as capturing as it is, just imagining what you would be capable of if you weren't restricted by your emotions. He could obviously force his s/o, he could choose to not care. In the end Hisoka still finds himself doing exactly that, not to mention that what he would currently get isn't what he seeks in a fight, especially with the person he loves, even admires. The experience of being in control of one's Nen ability and the joy of a fantastic fight are things he would love to introduce his darling to.
🃏Even if he is not exactly someone who possesses teacher material, he ends up doing exactly that. His own emotions are confused about his newfound infatuation with s/o so it's open for discussion if he really is the right person to help his s/o with her fear and how to circulate her feelings the right way, let him try his best though. Whether he likes it or not, most likely not, Hisoka finds himself having to grow more thoughtful about his every action. This leads to him toning his overall attitude down, he's not leaving this world nor will he give up without having tasted the ice-cold honey in a fight with s/o. If his darling is ever going to learn how to control her powers, he will find himself pretty much laying at her feet, ecstatic and utterly in love with her ice powers and the darling herself.
Chrollo Lucilfer
Tumblr media
📖Chrollo is a Yandere who informs himself well about his little spider darling and the whole Phantom Troupe is going to help him with this. Loyalty is a trait shared among all of them after all, alongside with respect for their boss. But we all now what kind of guy Chrollo is under that friendly, charismatic and gentlemanly mask of his, don't we? Gaslighting, controlling and possessive and if something starts causing troubles in regards of him having his s/o, he won't stop until he has removed said problem. But with you holding such an utterly terrific ability which you can't use properly, problems start arising which can't be as simply solved as just killing someone. Obviously Chrollo can adjust himself better to your situation than Hisoka can, Chrollo simply has learned what people need in regards of emotional support to feel safer, to calm down.
📖He does not mind this at all, if he were to become an emotional pillar, the sole one, it would give him an immense advantage. There's probably no need to worry about too many other contacts besides him as well, it would be safe to assume to avoid hurting or endangering others, you already chose to stay somewhere without many people around. If he could just steal your ability, everything would be fine. He would gain a mind-blowing new Nen ability, could finally take you and you would be free from your constant anxiety and fear. It's an option, coaxing you into willingly giving him your powers, to do everything to fulfill the conditions he needs to steal someone's ability. It must be painful after all, living with the knowledge that you might hurt innocent people, people you care about simply because you have a power you can not control.
Feitan Portor
Tumblr media
☠️Oh now, this is going to be interesting. How would Feitan deal with this, a short man who is a literal sadist and goes through a pure stage of denial which would normally end with him kidnapping and torturing the soul out of you? He's pissed, simply just pissed and he rather ends up blaming it on his s/o since they're literally always at fault for everything regarding his confusing emotions. His logic, don't argue with him about it. Feitan collects his fair amount of informations and data on you through a longer time simply stalking. A problem as huge as yours can't possibly be hidden from him and his predator eyes, it's pointless. What exactly irritates him though? Maybe because emotions were never his to begin with, he remains apathetic to the only reason why you are not able to fully control your powers.
☠️Weak, it's pathetically weak in his eyes, your reason not stable at all for him. Feitan also hates his darling being difficult and causing him hitches of any sort and this is a rather huge hitch. And it's literally the only reason why he hesitates to abduct his darling, able to rationalize the immense dangers that are destined to occur with him as her Yandere. He would love to be just like "fuck this shit, I'm out of here", but it's not as easy as that. He doesn't even know how to help, the only thing he ends up doing is keeping people away who could end up being potential trigger. Other members might notice the worse mood surrounding him, it's up to question whether he'll answer if someone asks him though. Eventually he realizes that he has to do something though, so he swallows his pride and ends up asking someone who can help for advice. No qualms if Chrollo would be interested in taking your power.
Shalnark
Tumblr media
📱This man is going to be thoroughly with his research on his darling as soon as she has managed to fully earn his interest. Despite sweet appearance and equally sweet behavior to his s/o, she should not be fooled. Shalnark is devious and gaslighting, his intentions everything except pure. He's hypocritical, his own delusions letting him believe the complete opposite of what is the truth. His poor and cute little angel has to suffer daily from her Nen ability which she is able to control, has to resort to living all alone to avoid hurting someone and rumors only add fear and suspicion to people when they see her. This situation is something that elicts anger from Shalnark's side since he loathes when someone hurts you, but if it serves to his advantage he tends to be only the tiniest bit merciful. With his sudden entrance he will look out to present himself in a bright and kind light, be only loyal and kind to you.
📱 All whilst manipulating and gaslighting you into believing that you only need him. Other people around him will be used as puppets to increase his influence and manipulation, to force you to run back to him so he can keep you safe mentally and emotionally from an outburst. The blonde guy is smart and that will help him finding a good solution, he is not as dumb as to risk having himself frozen if he were to kidnap you and drugs will only go that far. The best option is removing your ability and he's positive that his boss would have an interest in taking your ice power, problem is that there are some conditions required to snatch your special strength away. Shalnark is persistent though, you need him to protect you after all.
Phinks Magcub
Tumblr media
👊The first one to have actual pure intentions to help without any sinister plans in the back of his mind like everyone before him so far. Phinks simply is going to be worried sick, less for his own safety than for his darling's safety and her well-being. Your Nen-ability might as well be a curse for you, you might even see it as that. Your powers are beautiful, he has seen that, but they're a double-edged sword at best as long as you haven't mastered them. Phinks is protective which is steaming from his own past and his current business, he wishes for darling to live a peaceful and quiet life. Instead you have to go through anxiety to hurt someone, constant isolation and on top of that you might have to deal with citizens who fear you, see you as a monster who could kill all of them.
👊How much he is seething with rage when he hears such cruel words yet when accompanying you he will have to hold back in order to not push your buttons and trigger you. He's sort of clueless how he is supposed to help the right way, being someone to guide you to your inner peace isn't his thing either. He doesn't avoid it so strictly like Feitan does at first though, he wants to help s/o after all. Give him his credit for trying to constantly cheer you up, searching for ways how you can learn to master your emotions in order to master your ice ability. Letting Chrollo take your powers is not an option for him, he would feel safer with the knowledge that you can always defend yourself in emergencies and your ability is far too stunning to give up on. As someone who won't be coaxed into kidnapping as long as nothing happens, Phinks can fully concentrate on working on different paths to help his darling.
Pakunoda
Tumblr media
💘Pakunoda is a rather sane Yandere who also shows great care and love for her s/o so that's what she seeks out given darling's situation. Even upon meeting her for the first time, Pakunoda never showed any hostile or terrified reaction nor did she pressure her darling when noticing that she was a bit iffy, maybe even scared. Pakunoda gains her infatuation in a more "normal" way if you can call it that, she often met up with you and was also willing to do what she can to help you with your emotions which you couldn't stop from influencing your powers. Pakunoda is gentle and patient, you may call her a saint in your life, someone who isn't petrified of you because of your Nen abilities. Obviously she is no real angel, she took a few lives but at the very least for you, her dearest, she wants to do somehing good. She's, surprisingly or not suprisingly, good in what she does.
💘She has patience, calmness, soothing words and her gentle nature to help her darling learning how to keep emotions and ice ability separated from each other. There are no ill intentions in between her actions, her only goal being helping her darling leading a life without being chased by constant fear and having the means to protect herself. There are multiple things she has to worry about after all whenever she is away on missions or with the Phantom Troupe. Her as a spider staying in contact with you already endangers you, your abilities which either can cause people to fear you or to want to use or steal your powers only adds more flavor to all of this. She'd never let her paranoia get the better of her though, she's fairly reasonable and wants her s/o to lead a normal life unlike her own.
Machi Komacine
Tumblr media
🪡Machi has her rough edges that are often shown, but she is not heartless at all and she proves that to you on multiple occasions. It already starts with the fact that she never truly feels scared of her darling or would call her a risk for everyone around her. Sure, she's the type who can pick up a sharper tone and harsher words right alongside with it, but she never does something that can end up triggering her darling. Instead she strives to assist you with your lack of control and like some other in here, she never has a hidden plan in mind. You know that she wants only the best for you, under her shell Machi truly hopes that you will be able to live your own life, free from fear lurking around in your mind. She's aware that she already endangers you with her presence if someone were to find out.
🪡She worries just as much about other people deciding to kill you for your powers which can serve as a catastrophe or to somehow make you a tool for their own plans. It would be from an incredible advantage if you could wheel your ice powers without lashing out and freezing everything and everyone around you. Her worries tend to always sit in the back of her mind, especially when she's away from you and wouldn't know if something would happen. She won't admit it that easily, but she respects and admires what you can do with your Nen, it's a gorgeous ability to have and she'll tell you when you feel like you're cursed because of it. Literally everything can be dangerous if it's used the wrong way, but if it's used the right way it enables someone to protect those they cherish. Similar to Pakunoda, she won't kidnap s/o unless something went very wrong.
Uvogin
Tumblr media
🧠Uvogin...has good intentions for the most part as well, it's rather the way he decides to act that can lead to commotions and troubles here and there. Uvogin can be more overbearing if he feels like it and he remains somewhat oblivious to the possible discomfort that might do to you. It does not lay within what he intended to do, it's just the way he is and it could lead to s/o being pushed closer to losing the grip on her emotions. It wouldn't be as much of a problem if s/o would really live somewhere all alone to prevent casualities and death, but a real problem arrives the moment she lives near people and interacts with them. Uvogin is possessive, he's jealous and aggressive which is horrible because he won't really hold back to turn physical.
🧠Especially if people are aware of your abilities and decide to call you out in a negative way for it, they will successfully turn his wrath towards them. And I do have my doubts that it'll be ideal for your nerves if he were to start showing violent tendencies in public, it's the complete opposite to tell the truth. Even if he does it with the need to protect and avenge you, this will backfire terribly if you end up snapping. He has the purer spirit to help you though, whether he's good in what he does or not. But maybe the knowledge that you have someone who supports you and loves you is already good enough, love is a effective medicine after all. Actually would be willing to ask other spiders for advice, though in a more indirect way rather than being straightforward at first.
Nobunaga
Tumblr media
🗡️He's quite similar to Pakunoda if someone were to ask me, both share quite a few things in common. The greatly caring aspect, the ability to not gain a wrong impression from rumors, people or your own claims to be dangerous and much more. Nobunaga only really wants his darling to be safe and to be happy with herself and possibly also him. Kidnapping her was never something that he really ever let his mind cross, he's opposed to the entire shape of the idea. His s/o should stay as far away from his own life and his business as she can, to heighten the chances for her to stay alive and have the normal life he seemingly was never destined to have. Nobunaga, even if still a criminal, is actually a good fit for a darling like this simply because he's sharp, learns fast which scenarios will trigger you and will act fast to keep such situations away from you.
🗡️And patience, his patience is something remarkable, he's prepared that the process of helping you might take a bit since feelings are a part of the human that can't be controlled as easily as some may think. It's not like he wants his s/o to turn into a professional fighter like Hisoka, her simply learning how to keep her powers under control and being able to use it for defense is enough. Frankly spoken, he enjoys your powers a lot, visually and in other aspects. He's patient enough to give people he sees as a risky company to have a good warning to stay away, to not harm you in any way. If they're smart, they'll stay away. If not, remember that Nobunaga won't be merciful if it comes to darling's safety.

💌Acting Naive (?)💌
Tumblr media
Type: Shalnark x reader
Prompt: 14—Love potion + 7—Innocent/Corruption Kink
Author Note: Ah! @pastelbear12 I hope you like your request! I made sure it was really good for you! Especially as a fellow writer and Shalnark stan! Enjoy💕💕💕!!
(Valentine’s Day Masterlist)
Tumblr media
Blue, Pink, Purple, Green, Blue…
…Round, cylinder, was that a square?
You just couldn’t fathom all the potions this clan of witches had hidden in their basement. Hell, You bet your boss, Chrollo, didn’t even realize there was this much when he sent you guys out to steal them.
“Hey (y/n). How many do you exactly think there are?” Phinks questions, gobsmacked at the amount just as much as you are.
“I don’t know…” You mumble out, looking around the room, “Honestly, Phinks… I’m not even sure how we are going to transport them out of here…”
“Wel—“ “Oh wow! That’s a lot more than expected.”
You flinch as a familiar happy go lucky voice is heard by the doorway. You thought the boss put him on another mission.
“Oh hey Shal!” Phinks shouts out, just as surprised as you were, “What are you doing here?”
“The boss wanted me to come join you guys since I finished gathering information for him early.” Shalnark explains, walking up to you two. However, even as Shalnark begins to chat with Phinks, you could still feel his eyes flicker to your figure ever so often.
It wasn’t that you hated Shalnark, you just… particularly didn’t like him. Mostly due to the fact, he didn’t give you the best impression when you showed up as a replacement number 4.
According to him, he didn’t understand why you should be the replacement member. You were “cute” and “naive”, not the best fit to replace the former number 4. He also thought your ability wouldn’t work well with the members you were designated to work with.
Honestly, You could have understood where he was coming from, all Shalnark wanted was to make sure the Troupe succeeded. But, you also believed he didn’t have to say all this in front of the whole group with you in the room. It embarrassed you so much, you nearly stormed out of there.
Naturally, of course, this event created a rift between you two. A general dislikeness to the other person.
“(Y/n),” Phinks suddenly calls out, catching your attention, “What did you think of the plan?”
“What plan?” You questioned. Slightly scowling as you see Shalnark’s lip slightly twitch up a little as Phink responds with a sigh. Cheeky Bastard…
“The plan is that I’m going to go grab Fei’s group to come help us. But, In the meantime, You and Shalnark can start taking count of the potions.” Phinks explains, already putting on his pharaoh helmet to get ready to leave.
“Wait. Wouldn’t it make more sense to grab Machi’s group? Feitan’s group is a traveling distance of 3 days away while Machi’s is only 1 day away.” You question out, thinking it was a logical conclusion. However, you were only met with Shalnark letting out a small chuckle. Almost as if what you said was a hilarious joke to him, “What’s so funny?”
“Well, I find it so funny that you are practically rushing to try to get the mission over with. What’s with that? Do you have some sort of date you have to get to for Valentine’s Day?” You slightly flinch as Shalnark happy expression turns much darker; mockingly in a way, “That’s pretty irresponsible of you. You do realize troupe activities come first? Oh wait… You likely don’t care because—“
“Shal,” Phinks barks out, stopping his friend from finishing his sentence. As Phinks comes closer to stand in front of you, you now notice Shalnark has gotten much closer to you than before, “Fighting or attacking troupe members isn’t allowed. You should know this.”
“What are you talking about? I wasn’t going to,” Shalnark responds with a lighthearted pout. However, you see a ever so slight twitch in his fingers that contradicts his previous statement. It seemed that he was practically just itching at the chance to stab you with his antenna.
Woah, that’s new….
Shalnark has never before given a hint that he hated you that much. Sure, he messed with your missions or denied helping you sometimes but even that was never enough that could possibly hurt or kill you.
However, that seemed to be the least of your worries right now. With Phinks being here, you could at least avoid Shalnark insults or possible attempts to attack you, especially since Phinks can step in to interfere as an older member as well. But if Phinks is still set with trying to leave to go grab Feitan’s group then… you are in big trouble.
“Hey Phinks. How about I just go grab Feitan’s group?” You ask cautiously as you interrupt their conversation (Well, more like bickering). About to explain your reasoning when Phinks cuts you off.
“No, neither of you two are going anywhere. This little feud between you two has escalated way too much. We are going to solve this problem right here and now.” Phinks grumbles out, sending a slight glare Shalnark's way to tell him not to even try to rebut. “Also Meaning, you two are going to allow each other to talk in order to solve this.”
After Phinks stops speaking, a thick silence settles over the room. Neither of you attempted to start to talk to the either and it seemed, from your perspective, that Shalnark wasn’t happy about being forced to participate in this bonding event at all. Well technically you shouldn’t judge as you weren’t happy about this either but, at the very least, you were willing to participate if it solved this petty problem of you two.
“Well…,” You started, breaking the thick silence, “I first wanna know what I did to get you to dislike me so much.”
You watch as Shalnark rolls his eyes in slight annoyance. He wasn’t planning on answering you but a hard swift slap to the back by Phinks makes him think twice about that decision.
“It’s that fake act you do.” Shalnark grumbles out, winching slightly as Phinks puts his hand up again, “I-I mean I don’t like how you act towards us.”
“Pardon?” You let out, accidently. Quite confused at what he was referring to. You’ve never acted a certain way specifically towards Shalnark or any of the members in that matter.
“Don’t act stupid—“ “Shal…” Phinks warns out, cutting Shalnark off. However instead of backing off like before, Shalnark continues.
“You know it. The one where you act all ‘I’m miss innocent and cute, I don’t know things~’. That stupid ass one.”
However instead of understanding what he was saying, you get even more confused. You will admit you can be a little naive at times but you’ve never acted or played into it.
“I still don’t get it. I don’t specifically act—“
“There it is! That.” Shalnark shouts out suddenly as he points his finger accusingly at you, taking a step forward also. “You just titled your head to the side slightly as if you were some confused puppy!”
You can’t help but feel heat suddenly bloom up to your face. You hadn’t even realized you did that sort of thing. God, you must have looked like a fool, an idiot—
“And there’s another one! You just tried to hide your face behind your hands.” Shalnark exclaims again, pulling your hands down and away from your face.
“H-hey. I-I don’t get why all this matt— Oof.”
Suddenly, as you take a step back to keep some space between you and Shalnark, You don’t realize how close you are to the shelves and hit your back hard against one. It creaks for a second and you think nothing of the sound. Well, nothing of it until something hard shatters on top of your head, dosing you in some sort of strange sticky liquid.
“Shit.” Phinks curse out, both his and Shalnark’s eyes blown out wide as they look at you. “(Y/n) are you okay?”
“Y-yeah. Just my head hurts a little…” You mumble out, pulling your hand away from your head to see it was covered in a little bit of blood. Uh oh…, that wasn’t good. That could only mean the potion got absorb into your bloodstream…
“Welp…, it seems like she’s going to die.” Shalnark says matter of factly, making you snap your head up to look at him. However, instead of yelling at him, your words suddenly felt stuck and clogged up in your throat. Ever so slowly as if a fog came over you, your mind starts to grow fuzzy, unable to make you think clearly. What was going on? Was the potion only now taking effect?
However, unaware of your current predicament, Phinks had started bickering with Shalnark. Angry at not only his bitterness towards you but also his unwillingness to help you out just as a fellow teammate.
“Shal, Dude. Her thing isn’t an act. The boss has been over this. She acts this way even towards Kortopi, who, I’m sure you can understand, wouldn’t benefit her in any way.”
“Well, she might be still trying to get on his good side so she—“
Phinks cuts Shalnark off by grabbing him by the collar. Pulling his friend so they were face to face, Phinks speaks again. This time in an extremely serious tone that tells Shalnark there isn’t going to be any more of these ‘if’s’ or ‘buts’ from out of him.
“Shal. Just stop. If she had the choice to attack or use one of us, she would have done it by now. Chrollo has allowed her to guard him alone more times than I can count, just to see if your suspicions were correct. And, in all those times, she didn’t show the slightest bit of desire to get information out of him or attempt to try to fight him. So, Cut. It. Out. This is not only hindering our mission no— Shit.“
Phinks suddenly let go of Shalnark to grab you, who from the corner of his vision was wobbling slightly.
“(Y/n). Sit down.” Phinks mumbles out as he helps you to the ground. As he crouches down to look at you, he can’t help but grow even more worried. You didn’t look good, at all.
So bad, he knew they needed to race to go find Shizuku right at that very moment. And it didn’t reassure him any better that he was the fastest one out of you three at the moment.
“Shal.” Phinks calls out, making Shalnark snap his head to him, “We need to go grab Shizuku from Machi’s group now and since I’m the fastest I need to go. Don’t give (y/n) a hard time and you better try to help.”
Without attempting to hear Shalnark’s response or possible rebuttal, Phinks has already raced out the door. Leaving Shalnark alone to try and take care of you. Something he honestly has never imagined doing.
“S-Shal…” You suddenly stutter out, breaking the man’s attention from staring at the door. Shit, you seriously didn’t look good.
“Yeah?” He questions, still apprehensive to try and help you as he crouched down. Shalnark can’t help but feel a shiver go up his spine as you looked up at him. A hand hiding the front of your mouth told him you were embarrassed. A thing he’s seen you do many times before when you weren’t sick.
Perhaps,... Phinks was correct and the cute things you do aren’t actually an act. You would have definitely dropped it by now with the horrible condition you were in.
“C-can…Can you kiss me?” You suddenly beg out, nearly making Shalnark have to do a double take.
“What…?” Shalnark lets out, unable to stop his surprise at what you were saying—suggesting—for him to do. Have you gone fucking insane?
“P-please.” You mumble out, your words slightly slurred and incoherent as you move yourself, “I’ll do anything.”
Shalnark goes to speak again to quickly deny your request but suddenly feels himself choke on his own words. Slowly, He had to put a hand up to his mouth to check his jaw hadn’t dropped and he hadn’t started drooling. Especially with the position you had moved to because, Holy shit…
With your arms stretched out forward, hands slightly opening and closing to urge him to come near, it looked like you were innocently begging him for a hug. Well, it would have been considered innocent if your legs weren’t opened up as well. With you wearing just a skirt, it gave him a clear view of your underwear that was already dripping in your arousal.
Oh, all the things he was imagining to do to you right now…
“S-see. I’ll do anything you want. I just need you close to me-e.” You beg out, seeing how Shalnark’s gaze was trained on your lower half. Your pleas clearly worked on Shalnark as he can feel himself starting to harden more in his pants. “I-I love you. I need you. Please—“
You can’t help but let out a little gasp as you are suddenly tugged forward by your ankles. The cold feeling of the cement basement ground leaks through your sweaty skin and clothes as you fall backwards, making you also unconsciously arch your back closer to Shalnark.
However, your attention towards the uncomfortable cold stinging the ground produced is short-lived as you feel one of Shalnark’s hands push your underwear away. You let out a small whine as Shalnark rubs your clit, the intense pleasure shooting like fireworks throughout your whole body. It was so much for you, almost painful in a way, making you quickly wiggle away from his touch.
“What’s wrong?” Shalnark mumbles out, his words hardly heard as he presses small wet kisses to the sensitive skin of your neck. Trying to hold himself back from completely and utterly wrecking you once he sees how you were helplessly trying to escape from him. Why did he hate your cuteness again?
“I-I’ve never been touched there,” You answer back, making Shalnark’s hand freeze in his ministrations, “Too much-h.”
“Have you ever been touched…?” Shalnark finally asks out after a long pause.
“N-no. Never.” You whine out, gasping as Shalnark snaps your soaked panties back into place. Using the back of his knuckles to rub the fabric against your sensitive folds, only to drag them down and off your ankles seconds later. You are confused as to why he doesn’t choose to throw them to the side until you hear a zipper being undone, “Shal…”
You can’t help but cross and rub your thighs together as you look down to the thing that was between his legs. It sounded childish but you couldn’t help but wonder how that was even supposed to fit inside you.
“(Y/n)... Come here...” Your attention snaps away from your thighs to Shalnark at his sudden call. Oh, so that's what he was using them for…
You gulp as you slowly crawl over to Shalnark, your eyes trained on his hand that was smothering the wetness of your panties onto his dick. As you sat in front of him, you can’t help but shakily reach one of your hands out. As your hand touches the warm flesh, you feel it twitch under your touch. You hesitate for a second before enveloping your hand around it. Unconsciously gulping as you realized you were unable to wrap your hand fully around the shaft due to how thick it was.
“G-good.” Shalnark moans out, his body slightly shaking as he attempts to keep his cool as you add your second hand. Fuck, Your hands were unimaginably soft, driving him insane as they worked their way around his length. And the pure fact you clearly had no idea what you were doing and was clumsy trying to give him pleasure, for some odd reason, turned him on even more.
Damn, you were so cute and innocent. Naive to the point you didn’t understand what he could possibly do to you at a moment's notice. How much he could easily just slip inside of you and turn you into his whiny little thing. Slobbering and drugged up on the pleasure he would continuously induce upon you. Making you beg for his every touch and word until your throat hurts. Begging for him to pump his load in you, to be his pretty little obedient toy.
“Fuck.” Shalnark murmurs out, catching you off guard as he pulls your hand off his length by your wrist. You let out a small whine in rebuttal, wanting to touch him more, until you see that ever so slight lustful haze over his eyes.
Happily you allowed the blonde man to move you around so you were positioned on your hands and knees; your back arched and butt stuck up in the air just for him to see. Honestly if he wasn’t craving to be inside you right now, he would have definitely taken a picture. The sight would have made a perfect new background for his home screen.
As he lines himself up at your entrance, he hears your breath suddenly hitch. Testing to see how you do, he slowly slips only the head of his length in. Woah. Instantly a shiver goes up his spine as he feels your walls squeeze and unsqueeze around his tip, your body struggling to accommodate the sudden intrusion.
He really wanted to go slow. After all, he truly felt bad for how he had been treating you before all this. But once you tilted your head to the side to look up at him with those doe-like eyes of yours, it was as if all his patience had suddenly snapped.
“Shal!” You yell out, your hands balled into fist as you had nothing to hold onto, to possibly ground yourself.
“It will feel g-good. I promise.” Shalnark mumbles out incoherently. Lost in pleasure as he continues to piston in and out of you. His top half eventually draping over yours as he attempts to get even deeper inside you; pressing small encouraging kisses to the back of your shoulder blades as you continued to take every inch of him.
Eventually, Shalnark was right. It was as if things suddenly clicked and everything felt just oh so good. You thought you were in heaven with the amount of pleasure you felt rushing through your body. Even though the man inducing these feelings upon you could hardly be considered a heavenly being. Then again, with what you have done, you weren't much better than him.
“Ah! R-Right there. Please, Please, please!” You cry out, feeling an even intenser flash of pleasure come upon you as he hits a specific spot. “S-Shal!”
It only took a couple more hits to that pleasurable spot to push you over the edge. Turning you into a dazed and drooling mess as you couldn’t stop yourself from whining out how good Shalnark made you feel and how you loved him ever so much.
“S-shit.” Shalnark groans out, his arms wrapping tightly around your waist as he suddenly feels a hot flash of pleasure come over him as well. His hips methodically grinding against your hole as he works his way through his high. Slightly overstimulating you in a way as his ever so warm white ropes of his cum start to fill you up. You never thought you would enjoy such a primal feeling of being filled up by someone’s cum. Honestly, you could have cummed again from just that alone.
As you feel Shalnark lean his forehead against your back to catch his breath, you slowly feel your mind becoming clearer. As if a strange fog has been lifted off of your senses. However, you honestly wished it stayed as everything that has happened while under that strange potion has suddenly come crashing down on you.
You didn’t know what to do, what to think. Actually, would anyone know what to do if they suddenly realized they had sex on Valentine’s Day with a teammate that hated their guts and couldn’t even stand being in the same room before now?
Then again you should have known that, even in a situation like this, Shalnark doesn’t exactly fall into the category of the average person.
“H-hey!” You choke out in surprise as you feel Shalnark suddenly lift one of your legs over his shoulder, forcing you to lay on your side as he starts to move his hips again. His dick already hardening back up to where it was before.
You wanted to rebut. Wanted to tell him to calm down and to talk this whole strange situation out. But, then again, why would you?
With him already plowing into you deeper than before, mixing and pushing his cum deeper inside you and creating this dangerous cocktail of pleasure. How could you possibly tell him to stop when you wanted to continue?
Especially when he had just referred to you as his good little girl.

Why Hisoka decided to kill the troupe ?
Analysis in two parts:
1- Hisoka's pre-fight personality
2- Hisoka's post fight psychological change
Part 1 -
Let us make a point on Hisoka's character.
Hisoka's a character who takes pleasure in fighting strong opponents, it's his reason for living, it's like a drug in the proper sense of the term. If he doesn't fight for a long time, or if he's about to fight and - for whatever reason - the fight doesn't start, he'll kill anyone to satisfy his need and calm his excitement. This happens, for example, during hunter exam after meeting Kurapika and Leorio (= satisfying his need), or after Illumi's meeting with Killua and Alluka (= calming his excitement).
Other than that, he carefully chooses his opponents and will even refuse fights if he judges that the person isn't worth it.
Hisoka's incredibly patient. In order to fight Chrollo, he'll put in a lot of effort. He joins the spiders - which already isn't an easy task - and waits for three years that an opportunity presents itself, so that he finds himself alone with the leader and can fight him. The other members don't interest him - except maybe Machi to a much lesser extent.
After Chrollo lost his Nen, Hisoka assists the troupe in search for the exorcist. Shizuku assumes that Chrollo promised him a fight in exchange for his help. It's not known how long Chrollo's deprived of his Nen, whats certain is that several months go by.
Abengan's Nen works like this: he invokes a Nen beast whose shape and size varies according to the curse's power posed by his user. The stronger the curse, the longer that will takes time- and you can be sure that Kurapika's chain was far more powerful than Genthru's bomb.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Later, we learn from Gitarakuru that after recovering his Nen, Chrollo fled. During this time, he returned to Meteor city to prepare his fight and steal various capacities - in particular that of the dean, Shalnark and Kortopi. Finally, after all these waiting years, Hisoka's finally rewarded and they'll fight in a place - that Chrollo himself chooses, as floor master : Celestial tower.
I'll not describe the fight, I can only advise those who haven't read the manga to go and find out for themselves. If I could sum it up in one word, it would be 'disappointing'. But not for us, readers, for Hisoka.
Chrollo used sneaky methods, avoiding to maximum close contacts with Hisoka, while sending his puppets to fight for him, waiting for opportunities to hit him critically. Warning! This isn't a criticism, I'm not saying it's something bad, these are just the facts.
We know that Chrollo's calculating and that beyond his extraordinary physical abilities, he distinguishes himself from others by his intelligence. For me, this fight is the very reflection of his personality, calculated like music paper and orchestrated by Chrollo as master of ceremonies.
It's also a nose thumb at the relationship they've always had. Hisoka spent more time killing puppets with no interest to reach Chrollo, rather than fighting him. He finds himself in the situation where he has always been.
At the time of his 'death', Hisoka made a pact with the Nen to bring him back to life. By using condition and oath - his death being the condition to be fulfilled - he wish that his heart's functions and his lungs will be restored. And from there, the troupe will have big problems.
Part 2 -
Spiders made several mistakes. When they inspected Hisoka's body, they were negligent. When Shalnark testified to Hisoka's death by asphyxiation, no one found his hands position strange. By that I mean they're seasoned Nen users, cold-blooded killers, they know that Nen gets stronger after death.
An important detail is that you can revive a suffocation victim - it shouldn't last too long of course, but it's not as if his head was cut off. And that's exactly what Hisoka will do.
He probably used Ken to absorb the explosion, surrounded his heart and his lungs with his Gum, then practiced a cardiac massage to resuscitate himself, - I pass about after-effects that his brain would normally have undergone, which is an ease logical scenario.
Tumblr media
Machi said one interesting thing: '[Hisoka] still paid me in advance.' This means that she was in contact with him before, and Hisoka asked her to stitch up his wounds after the fight. Machi probably understood it as 'if I win the fight, can you heal me', but for Hisoka there was probably a double meaning: healing his wounds if they were too serious so that he do himself, or if he hadn't been in fit state to do it.
Biggest mistake spiders have made has been to underestimate Hisoka.
Towards fight's end (chap 355) when a puppets horde rush towards him, Hisoka has an angry expression. Hisoka's neutral facial expression is a mischievous pout, or in fights where he has to fight seriously, he has a concentrated expression.
It's extremely rare to see him angry, and I think his change of mind manifests himself at that time. Hisoka's face takes half a page's place and is a terrifying blackness, it's an important moment. All accumulated frustration since years literally explodes during this bitter taster fight.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
When he wakes up, we don't immediately notice his change of mind, but when he speaks it's clearer.
'Reality knows how to wake you up.' Hisoka realizes - if not already done - that he'll not be able to defeat Chrollo with his usual methods.
A little higher, I said the trio had underestimated Hisoka but I also think of Chrollo. During the fight he was arrogant, explaining his abilities, inviting him to flee and then, telling him that isn't to taunt him - you can't make me believe thats true.
'If you've learned your lessons from this, then next time make sure to choose your opponent and the location you fight.' Machi's words complete Hisoka's decision, it was clearly not the thing to say to him at this precise moment.
This how Hisoka's change of mind worked for me. Hisoka's an irrational person but he killed with a certain consistent logic - strong ones who deserve his attention. His death - more precisely, circumstances of the fight leding to his death - played a major role in his transformation. He's no longer undefeated and has been ridiculed, Chrollo practically whistling when he sent his puppets against him.
'No matter where they go and who they are with, I won't stop until I kill them all' It's revenge.
His actions are no longer directed by the will to fight strong adversaries, they're guided by the outright brigade eradication.
Strangely, he leaves Machi alive. Don't tell me thats because he just wants she getting her message across to the other members, there were a thousand ways to warn Chrollo and the others without leaving her alive - and considering the awkward position she was in, he could have kill her without slightest concern. - In an interview, Togashi says that he didn't want to kill her at that time because he has other plans for her.
Tumblr media
Kortopi was visibly relieving himself when he was killed. He was a pointless opponent for Hisoka, especially considering the situation in which he found himself. This proves once again his change of mind, it's a method of murderer.
Same method when he sends Kortopi's head to Shalnark. At that moment, Shalnark grabs his friend's head - which is edifying of stupidity - to verify that it's him, and Hisoka punches him.
On several occasions, I've read some people would have liked to see a real Shalnark vs Hisoka fight. But we had it, and difference in strength is too great. At that moment, it's true that Shalnark couldn't use his Hatsu, nevertheless he could still use his Nen but he didn't even had time to defend himself with his Ten.
We don't know if Hisoka kills Shalnark in one blow, it's possible that he survived for a moment. However, this isn't what the staging seems to evoke. The fight literally takes a half page, speed with which Hisoka starts the fight and shock's power when he hits Shalnark leaves no doubt as to the fight speed end. In addition, even though Hisoka's Nen strengthened, he was seriously injured - he was able to repair his limbs in appearance, but he has no healing ability like Machi or quick regeneration like an enhancer.
The last chapter page sounds like a real turning point. We knew Hisoka was sadistic, he likes to torture his opponents psychologically (cf: Kastro fight, Goto), but we had never seen him at work physically. After his fight, he took the trouble to stage the Shalnark's and Kortopi corpses, tying Shalnark to the swing like a puppet, refering to his ability and his fight against Chrollo.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Chapter ends abruptly with a sentence / thought from Hisoka: 'There are 10 left.'
Number 10 is interesting. At that moment, members still alive are the following: Phinks, Feitan, Machi, Kalluto, Nobunaga, Shizuku, Franklin, Bonorenov and Chrollo.
That makes 9. I consider that - even if he didn't see her die - Hisoka is aware of the Pakunoda's death. He spent a lot of time with members at Greed Island and Chrollo, it's impossible that he didn't learn it.
The 10th member is therefore Illumi - reader learns of his membership in the troupe only 20 chapters later -, he was therefore recruited before Hisoka announced his vendetta against spiders.
Last point I wanted to emphasize: when Hisoka says 'there is 10 left', he includes Chrollo. This shows that he no longer puts him on a pedestal, seeing him as the head or someone important. It's simply a leg to be eliminated.
Hisoka's personality has radically changed, he has finished playing.

🎮👾Aʀᴄᴀᴅɪɴɢ Iɴᴛʀᴏᴠᴇʀᴛs👾🎮 (From my Wattpad)
FYI: F/N in this oneshot means "Friend's Name". I don't wanna choose the name because 1. that's restricting names of whoever you want, and 2. Im to lazy to come up with names every time. LOL- (Also, sorry if I kind of switch from 1st person, 2nd person and 3rd person randomly.)
Feitan POV:
"Hey Feitan! Go change, we're gonna go find an arcade!" Phinks yelled from the doorway.
"Shut up, you're, too, loud."
"Whatever, just change, we're leaving soon!!" Tch, that dude so annoying. Why cant I just read in peace? Finally found a good book, yet he just had to ruin it. Damn it. No point in fighting, him and Shal gonna drag me to arcade whether I change or not.
A/N: Imagine him in something like that hehehe, or whatever outfit you want him to wear if you don't like that one. :)
-------------
Your POV:
"We're finally getting a break, but if you keep taking your sweet time, were gonna be back in class before you can say, Y/N's a slowpoke!" F/N yelled in your face.
"Maybe if you get out of my face, I would go faster!" Even though you guys nagged each other 24/7, you guys were still the closest friends. You had known F/N since 4th grade, when you guys were partners for an animal project. At the time, you both loved lizards, so you both were excited to work with one another. Next thing you know, its college, and you guys both get into your dream school. (Insert college name) had been your goal for years, but its quite a lot of work. This was your first week long break, and you weren't trying to waste it on getting ready to go to an arcade. After you were finished with everything, you and F/N got into their car and drove to the arcade. They were blasting (Insert song name) and singing along, so you decided to record them.
"This will be funny to look back at later!"
꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂
After about 20 minutes, F/N parked and you both exited the vehicle. They stretched as if they've been in the car for hours, and you thought they were kind of exaggerating.
"Y/N, what if we find you a boyfri-"
"NONONONO I LIKE BEING ALONE NONO BOYFRIENDS NOO!"
"You and your social anxiety need to get out more!" You gave them a little "hmph" before heading inside. You guys played a couple dancing games, 2 player games, a 4D scary game, and some simple joystick games. After a while, you both decided to order some food at a bar, and sat down for a little break.
"What would you two like to drink today?"
(You) "Can I get a -insert drink- and a -insert food/snack- please?"
(F/N) "I'll have an orange juice with a cheeseburger!"
"I'll have your meals out shortly."
꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂꧁꧂
Feitan POV:
"Hey, look over there! Those people look nice! Maybe we should go talk to them!" Shalnark said. Man, socializing? No thanks. Just wanna get back to that damn book. Well, guess arcade has been kind of fun. I guess...
"FEITAN!!! EARTH TO FEI FEI!!!"
"Phinks, don't call me that."
"Whatever, come on let's go!" Why the heck they dragging me? Wait, why we heading to the people over there-
(You) "Uh, hello?"
"Hey! I'm Shalnark, and these are my friends Phinks and Feitan. We were wondering if you guys wanted to go play some arcade games with us!" Stupid Shalnark, being all friendly. Extrovert girl took fat bite out her burger and gave us a muffled "Sure, once were done eating."
Ew, messy. Guess their friends kind of cute though.. wait, WHAT?
-Small timeskip- also back to your POV :
After eating, you, F/N and the trio went off towards the multiplayer things, and you all decided to find some 4 player games. Each time somebody had to sit out, it would be one of the guys. Feitan always volunteered, but Shalnark made them all decide by flipping a coin. You and everybody else were starting to warm up to each other, when Phinks and F/N had an idea. While a 3 player game started, they both snuck off into a corner and devised a plan on how to get you and feitan to interact. Turns out both of you were quite introverted, and they both wanted you two to put yourselves out there and find a partner. After deciding on what to do, they went back to Shal, Fei, and you. You thought they were acting a bit suspicious, but you just shrugged it off.
"Hey Shal, F/N, lets go do something!" Before Feitan could join, reject, or even realize what was going on, Phinks was already dragging F/N and Shalnark in some random direction. Y/N and Feitan just stood there in silence.
"So uh, whhaaattss your favorite... game here?" Feitan just stood silent, staring at you. But, for some odd reason, the silence was comforting, and your thoughts eventually drifted off into the clouds... so much so that you didn't even notice him grab your hand and start pulling you throughout the arcade. Your body just continued moving though, and you didn't bother to question him. After about a minute of walking, you ended up in front of a little fishing game. (Imagine that game where there's that spinning knob thingy and you have to reel in fish with it)
"Wow, wouldn't expect the emo boy to like little kid games like this!" You laughed and gave him a playful shove, which he returned with a silly eye roll.
"Shut it shortie."
"WHAT? YOUR THE SHORT-" You froze. He moved swiftly behind you, lightly pressing his body against yours. He grabbed your hands and put them on the game joysticks.
"Stop, wasting time. Let's, just play, the game." Both of you were blushing, and you continued playing games and making silly jokes for a good hour or so. Little did you know, that Phinks, Shalnark, and F/N got so many videos and pictures of you two...
EXTRA: PHANTOM TROUPE GROUP CHAT ; ABOUT 1 WEEK SINCE ARCADE
Phinks: Hey guys, you won't believe what I have to show you.
Shalnark: Ahem, WE, and I have some too...
Shizuku: What? What's going on?
Pakunoda: Hm?
Hisoka: Oh, do tell~
Phinks: Feitan, you're here right?
                                                                                                        I don't trust you guys..
Phinks: You shouldn't
Machi: Are you guys going to show us or not? You got me curious.
Chrollo: Well, no point in making us wait. Please inform us with your "tea"                                               or whatever it is people say now a days.
Shalnark: Alright, prepare to get your minds blown!
~Phinks and Shalnark send all of the best photos and videos they got, and after a couple minutes of the troupe going through every single one, they started talking again~
Pakunoda: Wow, I didn't expect you to be the caring type Feitan!
Shizuku: I think they're cute together! (ᗒ◡ᗕ) ♡︎
Hisoka: Aw, shes so pretty, might just have to make her mine~
Chrollo kicked Hisoka from the chat
Chrollo: I'm so happy, Fei has finally found a girl 😊
Phinks/Shalnark: When's the wedding?
I'm giving you to count of 3.
I'm gonna torture and kill both of you. Skin you alive.
Shalnark: I have her number!
                                                                                                                                               No-

True Bloodlust Ch 10
The Hunt Begins
Finally, that violence and blood you've been craving is finally gifted. It's high time you show your true worth to the Phantom Troupe, and your worth to Feitan. (AO3)
Words: 1,770
Itching with anticipation, in unison Feitan, Phinks, and Nobunaga scooch to the edge of their seats watching everything play out on the plasma screen before them. Feitan stared at the television with ever-growing focus, his aura growing more intense by the second. Phinks and Nobunaga shared a glance at each other, smirking inwardly at how Feitan was losing his usual composure over you.
Back at the gala, you too were itching with anticipation. Fidgeting and unable to stay still, Shalnark slinked his muscular arm around your waist and pulled you near.
“You scared?” He whispered teasingly.
“Hell no! I want something to happen already.” You whisper screamed in response. Back at the base Chrollo shook his head, humming contently to himself at your words.
“Much like Uvogin,” he thought to himself. Down the hall the rest of the Spiders gave quiet commentary, making bets and guesses on your ability and its limits.
“I don’t care what they can do, so long as they pull their own weight.” Machi comments, attempting to seem uninterested in the little game her comrades were making out of this.
“Jealous already, Machi?” Hisoka purred into her ear after lifting a pink lock of hair out of his way. Machi swatted his hand away before returning her attention to the screen.
“I’m not jealous, jeez. I’m just not making a game out of something so serious. They’re clearly inexperienced when it comes to stealth.” Machi analyzed your body language, only an idiot would be able to ignore your bloodlust, you can’t even hold yourself still.
“Ooh~ I understand, you’re worried about your new friend?” Hisoka says, an air of delight melting into his words. He leans back onto his hands, stifling his giggles at Machi’s flushed cheeks and muttered words.
“Pay attention.” She spat, ending the conversation abruptly. Machi came to like you pretty quick, you were excitable, but still there was a weakness she couldn’t quite pinpoint about you. She’d hate to see you die so soon. You need discipline to make it in the Spiders. She hopes you aren’t as disposable as you seem right now.
Truthfully, many of the other Spiders, Phinks and Nobunaga including were having the same thoughts. Were you capable? Was the reason you were so quickly allowed into the Phantom Troupe because you were going to die on your first mission so it didn’t matter?
Yes, that was exactly what Chrollo figured would happen. In truth, the reason the Glam Gas Land Mafia are at the gala in waves this evening is because Chrollo Lucilfer himself had them hired. For if you and Shalnark are to fail, Chrollo still wins a check at the end of the night. He loses nothing from this bet. However, if you prove yourself, he gains the check and a new member strong enough to have earned their spot amongst the Spiders.
If this task proves too much for Shalnark alone, he’ll send Feitan and the others for back up and kill everyone in attendance, despite the initial call for no violence. Chrollo simply can’t lose a thing in this scenario. It’s entertaining for one.
“Well, you got your wish. Someone’s coming this way, act normal.” Shalnark warns inconspicuously. It was true, to you and Shalnark’s left was a large burly man, shaved head and a menacing ragged scar decorating his sharp strong jaw.
He had to be just shy of Franklin’s height, you imagined. He trudged fourth, a stern look on his face. He’s what you would imagine a caveman to look like, strong brow bone, a permanent scowl. Intimidating to most but an intriguing challenge to you.
His hulking figure cast a shadow over your form, your eyes panned up to evenly hold his stare. Almost as if you two were testing each other’s strength though shared eye contact, but something about your eyes were so sinister and empty the stranger had to look away.
Your smirk spread just a fraction wider at that small win, Feitan’s smirk mimicked yours little did you both know. Nothing got past his keen eye, he noticed the way the Mafia man shivered under your piercing gaze, Feitan only wished he could see that look in person.
However, before he could have anymore lewd imaginations the man before you finally spoke, addressing Shalnark.
“You two don’t look like you’re from around here...” He says, cracking his knuckles to look threatening.
“We’re not.” Shalnark responds slyly, giving a soft smile that his big round eyes match perfectly. You smile as well, and it would look more genuine if not for your narrowed soulless eyes.
“Hm. Well, outsiders weren’t welcome.” He grunts back, nodding to his other men to come join him. Two more large men, nearly identical to the first circle around you both.
“How’s about we go talk in private?” The man asks smugly.
“Sounds lovely.” You coo, following after the man dutifully. The two of you are led away from the main ballroom and closer towards the back of the building, empty and abandoned corridors at every corner. Perfect for the job that lies ahead.
The further away you walked the more men you noticed filing in behind you both. Shalnark wasn’t necessarily nervous but he was beginning to understand that this job would become more difficult than he’d like to admit. You however, were feeling giddy. Finally, a real job, bloodshed, a fight, something you’ve longed for for so long. Only thing that could make it better were if Feitan were present. You wanted nothing more than to fight along his side, to impress him further.
But for now, tonight, you needed to focus and show your worth to your new Boss. Without stealing a glance behind you, at lightning speed your nailed sharpened with channeled nen and you sliced a small cut on the back of the Mafia boss’s neck.
To the untrained eye your movements were too fast to detect, simply looking like a trick of the light to the men following after you, if they caught that at all. You made sure to show the camera that was situated in your fake glasses the small drop of cherry red blood before ingesting it. You hummed at the flavor; it was sweet like candy.
You desperately wanted more from him.
Behind you, Shalnark has already stuck 2 pins in the men directly behind you. That leaves just ten men here that are free of being controlled for the time being. The Mafia Boss opened large double doors at the end of the hallway that led outside of the fancy hotel the gala was being held at.
The brutes filed out after you both and surrounded you and Shalnark. The boss rounded on the two of you, pulling a gun from out of his pants waistband.
“Do you want to die quickly or not?” He asked, not sparing you both a second glance.
“What about you?” You asked, rocking back and forth on your heels. Stifling your giggles through pursed lips.
"Childish glee," Chrollo commented to himself.
The man simply quirked his thick brow at you before stopping in his tracks and coming to stand in front of you hoping to use his height as an intimidation tactic.
“I said, what about you? Do you want to die quickly or be my toy for the night? Your blood tastes so sweet, I hope we can play longer–” You say flicking some dust off of his broad chest. He roughly swatted your hand away before grabbing you by the collar.
“I don’t know what you’re on but I ain’t dying tonight!” He barked lifting you by your collar until you struggled to keep yourself grounded.
“I don’t have the time to keep you, it has to be tonight.” You pouted, and before he could form words to respond back to you, you cut him off.
“Think about it a bit while I borrow your body.” With that you clasped your hands together and took control, gently the Mafia boss released your collar and set you back on the ground carefully. He pulled out his revolver, aiming it to colleague’s head.
Before the rest of the Mafia men could comprehend what was going on, you made him pull the trigger. Shalnark jumped out from the sea of men, pulling out his bat phone to begin using his subjects. The two of you used your three men to shoot and kill the other ten ruffians and subsequently the two that Shalnark was manipulating.
Tears could be seen streaming down the Boss’s ashen cheeks. His lip bobbed pitifully as he wept, unable to control his body and stop the casualties.
“Good job!” You exclaim, nudging Shalnark with your elbow playfully.
“Though, I’m sure there’s more guys inside just waiting on us,” the Boss’s eyes widened a fraction and darted towards you, fearful.
“Yup, that just about confirms it, let’s keep this one of course and take the dead one’s guns.” You explain, Shalnark allows you to take the lead given that this is your test and all.
You release the man, only for a moment as you massage your temple. Controlling your puppets in this manner causes immense strain on the mind, and you were sure to take more puppets along the way. The Mafia Boss ran only a few steps before you sliced a deeper gash on the back of his neck. So deep, he’d need stitches if he were going to survive this at all.
He barked in pain before his body went stiff in time with the clap of your hands meeting once again to regain control. The bond was stronger now, the more blood the better the control, yet the more strain on you in turn. But you didn’t mind, you can handle the excruciating headache later.
You turned the Mafia man around to face you once more, his face was blank but, in his mind, he was screaming bloody murder. The look on your face was sickening and horrifying, he’d never been more afraid. Are you human? That grin that for sure could split your face in half at any moment, the glazed look in your eyes, you licked your lips, traces of his blood dripping down your chin. You moaned at the flavor sinfully, causing Feitan’s pants to grow tighter around him.
“Tsk.” He sucked his teeth, evidently growing more frustrated that he couldn’t be out there with you enjoying himself.
“Let’s go have some fun.” You said, before both you and Shalnark reentered the venue with your puppet, ready to claim that prize check by any means necessary.

The Virtuoso / 3. Meteor City Part III
Masterlist
Previous / Next
I couldn't seem to distance myself from the Phantom Troupe. Every time I considered it I found myself somehow spending time with one of the members. It was strange. I had never wanted to spend so much time with somebody before, except maybe Killua; but even that was different.
At the time I was just concerned with showing him and everyone else that I was his superior in every way.
It wasn't long before they gathered new members. Only a few, and they helped lay the groundwork for the Troupe.
Shalnark and Phinks.
Phinks was ok. Pretty fun to mess with, actually. As far as Phantom Troupe members went, I'd say he was the most excitable. I mean, aside from Uvo. But he was a different kind of excitable. I spent a truly unnecessary amount of time bullying the man. Something about the way he reacted was hysterical to me.
He had tried to fight me, however. Luckily I was really good at evading. Plus Chrollo always had my back....even though he told me to stop harassing the man. I didn't though. What was he gonna do? Stop me? Please.
I hated Shalnark. I had no idea why. I just did. He was the worst. He was entirely too cheerful. He, however, was determined to be my best friend. Whenever I was doing anything he just turned up and started pestering me.
"Ivela!"
And there he was now.
I elected to ignore him, instead continuing to play my violin in a secluded alley.
"Look, I brought you a crown!" He exclaimed, carrying with him a ridiculous silver circlet with a red gemstone centered in the front.
My violin screeched. "What?"
"Look how pretty it is!"
"I hate you."
"Aww, but you're my best friend!"
Naturally, I took the crown. I had hopes that he would give me a different gift sometime in the future, but I always need more gifts. Gives me more things to summon.
Chrollo and I had already talked about every book he had, and now we had started sharing our own stories with each other. Only told orally, because there was no way we were wasting paper on that. Plus I blatantly refused to write on the dirty paper that could be found here. It was gross.
It was kind of fun to bounce ideas off of each other. These sessions usually ended in the two of us chuckling at the absurdity of what we had just come up with.
"Did you make yourself into a character?" Chrollo asked me one time.
I furrowed my eyebrows. "No, she's-"
"She's an assassin born girl banished from the family trying to prove herself worthy so she can go home." He deadpanned.
I paused. "Alright so I might have made myself."
He laughed at me, the bastard. I joined him a few seconds later. It was, admittedly, kind of funny.
My time spent alone was filled with, surprisingly, composing. It was something I had never really had much time for after Killua was born, but I had enjoyed the hobby tremendously when I was still the heir. I wasn't sure why I had started writing music again. It felt kind of nice. They were all little songs, though. I didn't think I had it in me to write a full length one. Or, rather I didn't really have the inspiration.
I tended to meditate a lot while I was alone too. Basic nen training, I guess. It was incredibly important that I get stronger. I wouldn't let myself fall behind the others- the members of the troupe. My nen prowess grew by the day.
I was worried I was becoming an alcoholic with the amount of time I spent drinking with Uvo and Nobu. It was a good thing they never had enough alcohol to keep me buzzed for more than an hour. I didn't think Uvo ever had enough, either. He was always talking about how much he wanted to get me to an actual bar so he could "drink me under the table."
Personally I thought that I would beat him in a drinking contest.
I had started sparring with all the members of the troupe when they were up to it. There was no better training than actual combat. Well, not really actual combat. None of them wanted to kill me. I hoped.
"Ivela!" Machi called to me as I was walking. Her tone seemed...clipped. I didn't like that.
I paused my gait and half turned to see her approaching me.
"Machi." I stated.
"Did you take my dagger?"
I paused, furrowing my eyebrows. "Why would I do that?"
"You said you liked it." She replied, her eyebrows twitching.
I nodded. "It is a nice dagger."
"So you admit it?"
"No. I have a dagger."
The conversation continued in this fashion for a few moments before Machi stormed off, still convinced I had taken the dagger. I had no idea why she assumed that I would steal from her, but I had been unable to convince her otherwise. I spent the next week on my guard, fully expecting some kind of violent retaliation. It's what Illumi would have done, and they were about the same age. It was strange, despite Meteor City being a place in which I should've always been on my guard in, I realized that I had been oddly relaxed here. It was jarring to go back to a state of hypervigilance.
The next time that Machi approached me, it was again outright. I was honestly expecting some kind of ambush, but couldn't find any signs of one.
"Do you need something." I asked her after a moment of examination. She seemed to be struggling with something.
Honestly her demeanor was terrible. It was obvious she was about to do something she didn't nessecarily want to do, like stab me.
"I..." She paused again. I sighed. I wished she would just get this over with.
"I found my dagger." She finally said. What? "It turns out I just misplaced it."
I narrowed my eyes at her. She was absolutely planning something.
"I uh, came to apologize."
My eyebrows raised practically to my hairline. "Apologize?"
"Yeah, I'm uh. I'm sorry I accused you."
I continued to stare at her for a minute. "Are you not going to stab me? Or....I don't know...try to set me on fire?"
"Not unless you stab me first!" Machi quipped before laughing.
.....Why.....was she laughing I was being completely serious.
"My hair has gotten longer." I noted. Chrollo and I had just finished discussing another ridiculous story when I brought up my hair in a lull in the conversation.
"That tends to happen." He replied.
I stared at him, eyes narrowed.
"Hair grows, Ivela."
"I hate you."
"Be that as it may," Chrollo said, smiling subtly. I hated it when he teased me. "Is there something wrong with that?" I assumed he was referring to my hair's length.
"Yes." I grumbled, crossing my arms.
"Do you want me to cut it?" He offered.
I stared at him blankly. "Have you ever cut hair before?"
"How hard could it be?"
He found that it was harder than he anticipated, as evidenced by the reflection staring at me from the water. The haircut was kind of choppy. It was actually a bit of a mess. It stopped at my shoulder, just as my hair had when I had first come here, but it wasn't perfectly sculpted.
"I'm sorry." Chrollo said from behind me.
"I love it..." I whispered, staring wide eyed at myself. It was so different than the ridiculously perfect bob I had been forced to have all my life. Mother was...insistent that I dress however she wanted me to.
"What?"
"This is the best haircut I've ever gotten. You have to cut my hair from now on!" I stood up from where I had been crouched by the waterside and rounded on him.
"H-hold on-"
"Too late, you're my hairdresser now." I was pretty good at reading him. He was secretly pleased that I liked what he had done.
"I-" He started, before sighing. I grinned for a split second, knowing I had won. "Okay." He relented.
It wasn't long before a year had passed since my arrival. It was honestly the best year of my life so far. But all good things must come to an end.
"We've done all we can here." Chrollo explained. "We have to branch out more."
"You'll come with us." Feitan said.
Paku shook her head. "Obviously he means we want you to come with us."
I glared at the ground while clutching the ends of my shirt. "I...can't."
"Why not?!" Uvo exclaimed, leaning forward. I could tell all of them were shocked by my admission.
"You know better than us that it's better out there!" Phinks yelled. It was nice to know that even he wanted me to come along.
"You can't really like it here." Machi stated.
I did kind of like it here, actually. But... "You don't understand. I can't leave." I reiterated. I still couldn't bring myself to look at them.
"Ivela, you're being stubborn." Chrollo sighed. It was as if he couldn't fathom the concept of me not wanting to go with them. He was right to be confused. I did want to go with them.
"I am not!" I shouted, looking up. "I....if I leave they'll..." I stopped, sighing heavily. I really didn't want to tell them.
"My family...they're...I'm..."
"They're assassins. You told me already. But what does that have to do with-" Nobu started.
I cut him off. "They're the Zoldycks." My admission was met with stunned silence. Even in Meteor City the Zoldycks were well known. We got all of our butlers from Meteor City. I looked anywhere but at their faces.
"The day before I came here, I tried to do something...unforgiveable." I didn't want to elaborate on what I had done. Especially not to people who were leaving. People I would never see again.
"They left me here, and told me if I ever left that they would kill me. I know they weren't just saying that. If I leave, I'll die."
The air was heavy. A pin dropping could break the silence.
Paku was the first to recover. "We'll just have to visit you then."
The rest of them were quick to agree.
I smiled humorlessly at them. "Then, I'll see you when you do." I didn't believe them.
I would never see them again. Of that I was certain.

❝four : the phantom troupe❞
Tumblr media
A week from then, you were out on the streets with Killua for his work study. The Midoriya brothers were together and they were somewhere in Hosu busing themselves.
While Killua spoke to the police about a criminal they caught, a beeping sound went off on the wrist band that wrapped around your wrist. You brought it up to your face, seeing that it said you’d received a new email. You clicked on it, the email displaying in the similar form of a telegram.
“I thought that activated your suit.” Killua said, looking at the black nanotech outfit layering your body featuring lavender lines that came from your neck, past your shoulders and hips, and all the way to your feet. Even the boots had their own hints of lavender.
“You forget Melissa Shield made this.” You responded, knowing he currently rolled his eyes. “Killua, I’m going to have to send you back to U.A.”
“What? Why?” Killua’s brows furrowed. “We literally just got here.”
“I know. But I have somewhere to be. I’ll talk to Nezu and try to get you out for my night patrol.” You placed a hand on his shoulder. Killua sighed, muttering a fine against his will. You opened a portal to the dorms. The white haired boy stepped through, sending a salute and wishing you good luck.
You sighed, rolling your neck.
“This better be worth my time, Kurapika.” You muttered under your breath. In the telegram like email, the chain hero said he wanted you to come to his agency. Kurapika named his after his fallen clan, the Kurta Agency. You never went inside or had even been invited by Kurapika to go in. You managed to teleport somewhere near it and walk the rest of the way.
Entering the large glass doors, people rustled around. Must be his employees, you thought. You trotted over to the receptionist, thankful no people recognized you right away.
“Excuse me ma’am.” She looked up. “I’m—”
“Ah! Copycat!” She cut you off. “Mr. Kurapika has you on his list. Follow that man over there with the white and grey suit.” She pointed to the back of a blonde haired man.
“Thank you.” You bowed your head, jogging in the direction of the mysterious man. “Pardon me sir, but the receptionist told me to follow you? Are you going to Kurapika’s meeting too?” His head jolted in your direction and plastered a giant smile.
“Why yes!” His thumb pressed the elevator button. “You’ll be going too I assume?”
“Yes.”
“Oh good! Go ahead.” He extended his arm out once the doors opened. You whispered a thank you, stepping into the elevator followed by the man. He pressed the fiftieth floor and placed both his hands behind his back. He kept his mouth shut, humming to the elevator music. “Wait a minute, aren’t you the number five hero Copycat?” You swore you saw stars twinkle beside his smiling cheeks.
“Uh yes. That’s me.” You beamed back to be polite. He was odd. But you knew you’d seen his face before. Was he even a hero? “And you are?”
“I’m Pariston Hill.” He placed a hand on his chest. “You might have heard about the Zodiacs? We also go by Zodiac Twelve.” He leaned his face down, attempting to make eye contact with you. The group name rang a bell, you couldn’t pin point from where.
“Sounds familiar.” You balanced yourself on the tips of your toes. The uncomfortableness grew but lowered at the same time. “You’re part of them?”
“Me and a few others.” Pariston said. “It’ll be an honor working with you if that’s the case.” He gave an eye closed smile, adding a soft laugh.
“Same here.” You faked a smile. ‘I should have just asked for the room and took the stairs.’
Pariston continued his questions. They were about Plus Ultra Agency, how it was like to work with Deku, how does your quirk work, and who was your role model. Things you really wished not having to answer. A ding indicated you’d arrived at the correct floor.
“Let’s hurry! Don’t want to miss anything Kurapika has to say!” Pariston held out his arm for you to take. Be nice, you whispered in your mind. You looped your arm around his and he patted your hand. Pariston’s shoes clicked on the glossy marble floor. A long narrow sitting room directed you and Pariston to the supposed meeting room. “Whose child is that?” He raised an eyebrow.
The child in a distance happened to be Gon. There was a tic mark on his forehead, anger radiating off him with his arms crossed. He let out a loud groan, throwing his head back and hitting it on the wall.
“Ouch!” He rubbed the back of his head.
“Careful Gon.” You smiled, catching his attention. He gave a meek wave, focused on his head to stop hurting. ‘That means Izuku must be here.’
Gon continued to say ‘Ouch, ouch,’ while Pariston held open the door for you. You stepped in. Several heroes sat at the stone table, the letters K and C carved in it. You scanned to find Izuku, who was nearest to the door. An empty seat on his right side while Todoroki sat on his left.
“I didn’t know you’d be here.” You told your partner. Midoriya’s green eyes met yours.
“I didn’t either.”
“Shoto.” You sent him a nod when you sat down. Todoroki did the same thing, saying you hero name instead. Sero, Kirishima, Bakugo, Kaminari, and Yaoyorozu were here too. You were surprised to see Bakugo in normal clothing. His cheeks were flushed red and it creeped up to his forehead. ‘Wonder if he’s okay.’
“I’m so sorry Kurapika.” Pariston’s voice boomed. He towered over the chain hero, “But Ging won’t be coming. He said it was too short of a notice and would like to be informed earlier next time.” At the mention of Ging, you and Todoroki saw Midoriya tense up. Including the not so sneaky glance Bakugo gave.
“Then I trust you will tell him this information. Ging is a valuable asset.” Kurapika responded. “Take a seat Pariston. We’ll begin shortly.” A couple of more heroes showed up to fill the empty seats.
“Are we all ready?” Kurapika clasped his hands together. Chords of approval made his next words, “Good. I’ve called you all here today because I truly believe you twenty can help me on my mission.”
He stepped back, reaching for a small remote and pressing a button.
“If you know me, you know my life long mission is to take down a gang called the Phantom Troupe.” Kurapika’s first picture was a man with a cross tattoo in the center of his forehead. His hair cascaded down his sides. He had a weird type of blue earrings, reminding you of a light bulb. There was a cut on his right cheek.
“So, they really do exist?” Asked Cheedle, a member of the Zodiacs. She had the appearance of a dog and her circle glasses suited her face.
“Many people claim they do not. But I can assure you, they can conceal their presence. Only a few have seen them and lived.” Kurapika answered. “I have never shared my information of the Troupe. For the longest, I convinced myself I could fight them alone. An incident that went on last week made me realize I couldn’t.”
Bakugo coughed, not in a way to catch attention but in a serious fever cough. Sero patted Bakugo’s back. Bakugo wiped his mouth with his sleeve.
“Keep going, chain freak.” He crossed his arms.
“Our first topic is discussing the members, what I know of them, and what they look like.” Kurapika motioned to the picture. “First, we have Chrollo Lucilfer. He is the leader. Chrollo’s quirk allows him to steal another quirk. He can use the stolen quirks whenever he wants.” You watched Bakugo tighten his jaw.
‘Chrollo must be the one who took Bakugo’s quirk.’ You thought. You took mental notes of what Kurapika said about Chrollo. According to Kurapika, his danger level was a nine out of ten.
“Next, we have Uvogin. Some call him Uvogin the Beast because he has enhanced super strength.” A picture of a man who reminded you of a werewolf. His skin tone was darker than Chrollo’s. He had side burns and full grey hair. “He is the eleventh member. Uvogin’s kills are merciless. He and Chrollo were at the incident of last week I briefly spoke about.”
‘Did Uvogin destroy the whole building himself or did Chrollo help him?’ You spun a little on the wheelie chair, knocking into Midoriya’s seat.
“On the danger scale, Uvogin is a ten. Next, we have Hisoka Morow. Alias, Hisoka the Magician.” A side profile of a man whose red fuchsia hair would be the center of attention. If his interesting make up didn’t exist. A pink star adorned his cheek. “His quirk is unknown. Hisoka is the fourth member. Danger level, ten as well.”
‘He doesn’t seem so bad. I should still listen to what Kurapika said.’
The next picture was a man with long black hair. Kurapika said he knew nothing about him, only that he cared a sword. He mentioned a few more names. Franklin Bordeou, Phinks Magcub, and Shizuku Murasaki were the rest who he had their full names. The ones where he only knew their first name were Feitan, Shalnark, Machi, Pakunoda, and Kortopi.
“Did everyone understand or do I need to go over again?” He said. No one chose the latter option. “Very well. Let’s continue on the second part.” Kurapika held two fingers up.
He shut the screen off and left the remote on the table.
“I have figured out what I want everyone to do or take part of. But, this all depends on you Copycat.” You heart beated against your chest.
“What?”
“Everyone else was easy to fit in a section. But your quirk makes you available for anything. I have four options.” He now held up four fingers. “I will tell you the four. You will choose one of the options. Which ever option you choose determines what the roles for everyone else here will be.”
You swallowed. Suddenly, you weren’t enjoying the attention on you. What if the option you choose ruined it all for the rest?
“Don’t worry. Each option has a one hundred success rate to work.” Kurapika said. “Are you ready to hear them?”

A Hunter’s Prey: Bruises and Realizations
The walk of shame back to the troupe’s hideout became a longer journey than it was to leave. Before, I followed Illumi’s bloodlust. Now, I have to notice my surroundings. The streets were bustling with people trying to get from one place to the other. The faces weren’t friendly as many of them lived in a state of extreme poverty. If I had any money to my name, I would have given a few dollars to the children that wandered the streets looking for their next meal.
Being alone didn’t bother me. I was able to get a fresh look at everything without the worrisome eye of the long-haired man. No. I would not think about Illumi. He left me. My hand absentmindedly went to the phone once again. I could easily call him. No.
I finally found a place that seemed similar. I followed the path to the back room. Inside there were the troupe as crazy as ever.
“Interesting that you would return,” said Feitan. He startled me and I jumped a little back. I turned to look at the small man in shock. His hands were placed inside of his pockets as a nonchalant gesture of uncaring.  “I thought your boyfriend would kill you.”
I rolled my eyes. “He’s not my boyfriend,” I shrug while walking past the dingy stack of boxes that still piled up to the ceiling. “And do you get a sick satisfaction from scaring me?”
Feitan finally smiled, a sinister, sadistic one. “Yes.”
I decide to ignore his haphazard attempt at conversation. Instead, I walk into the pit of spiders as if it was my home. They seemed to be having another argument about which Nen ability was the best; however, none of them seemed to show their own. Shizuku was the only one to bring out Blinky to prove her point.
My eyes caught Chrollo. He stood in the far corner watching the rest of the team. I would guess that his Nen ability far surpassed the rest of the team. He didn’t want to get in on petty squabbles that would easily be solved if he had joined.
I stood beside Machi as Shalnark defended Shizuku against Phinks. “So where do you rank?” I asked her.
“I won’t be the first,'' she said. “I would be higher than the majority of them though.” She paused while putting her hand on my neck, pushed away the hair from my shoulders,  and made me tilt my head. “Don’t tell me that you fucked him.”
“What do you mean?” I ask while pulling away and putting my hand on the spot she held her only a second ago.
“There’s a bruise on your neck.”
“I-I…” I stutter while looking to the ground. “No. We didn’t fuck.”
“You’re lying,” the pink-haired girl said while crossing her arms. This was her stance of disbelief that I had known too well after many, many different nights of binge drinking and going home with many different men. My embarrassment made me look at the rest of the spiders in hopes that they weren’t paying attention. They weren’t as their argument was too important.
“Fine. Yes. He’s not that bad.”
“You slept with someone that kidnapped you.”
“Sounds kinky,” replied a voice from behind me. Feitan, who I didn’t know was still sulking in the shadows behind me, was the one who said it. Before I could smack the sadistic smile off his face, he pushed past us and into the circle. “I would like to add that I won against the ants.”
“That’s because you picked the correct pathway,” replied Phinks while pointing at the man. “Plus it only happens when you’re angry.”
“Good thing you’re here so I always have a constant supply of anger.” Phinks lunged to strangle him but Feitan moved out of the way. Franklin and Shalnark had to step in between the teo’s playful fight.
My attention turned back to my friend. Her demeanor hadn’t changed even throughout the chaos. Her resting bitch face was terrifying in its own right.
“Fine,” I said while finally pulling away my hand. “Do you want details?”
“No. Are you alright?” Her question reached deep within my soul to bring up emotions that were pushed away for a few moments. My smile at the exchange between the troupe left my face. Machi loosened her grip. “What happened?”
“I don’t want to talk about it,” I said while looking back at the circle. Phinks was arguing for his Nen ability some more to the annoyance of the rest of the troupe.
“You don’t have to tell me,” she said while moving my hair to cover the bruises section. “Just know that Illumi would be lucky to have you. Make sure he knows that.” My attention turned to Chrollo who was trying to calm Phink. Machi looked where I was watching and back to me. “Also, Chrollo is just as bad as Illumi. He’s… a lot sneakier about his deceit.”
I nod my head as a sign of understanding. I was free to date whoever I wanted but I knew that Machi was right. My past was consumed with men that negatively impacted me with the thought that I could fix them if given the chance. The amount of times I’ve cried to her on the phone could not be counted on two hands. “So-” trying to change the subject- will you finally tell me about you and ponytail?”
Machi rolled her eyes at my comment and softened her stern look. “Fine. But not here. Feitan’s a sneak and a bitch.”
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Night time came faster than anticipated due to the rest of the team planning CHrollo’s actual strategy against an opponent that wants to kill him for sport. He’s supposed to meet this person at Heaven Arena within the next week. Chrollo refused to say his name for my sake but it seemed like the troupe was well acquainted with this battle that was happening.
Once the meeting had commenced, Chrollo made sure to pass me. He had passed me a note with an address and time. I was to meet him there and then for our ‘date.’
The time felt later than normal as I walked into a 24-hour coffee shop that doubled as a small library. Even though this wasn’t a real date, I felt underdressed. My change of clothes were lost many nights ago so I had to do with what I was wearing. It was stained and crinkled from time.
I wanted to order something but I remembered that my card was either at the Zoldycks or in my apartment. Illumi had paid for everything and taken care of my every whim. I didn’t have to think of money because he would know what I wanted even before I asked.
I found a seat in the back of the shop. Chrollo wasn’t there yet. By the phone’s clock, he was five minutes late. Since he was already late, my eyes wandered to the bookshelf that lined the back wall. I picked one at random and started to read.
“That’s a good novel.” My body, absentmindedly, turned to look at where the voice came from. It was Chrollo. He looked so much more normal or what his night look was.
“I started it while I was waiting for you,” I said while putting the book down. Chrollo sat down across from me. He placed his own book on top of mine. “What are you reading?”
“Nothing important,” he said. “It’s better I keep in beside me than anywhere else.” A few drinks were dropped in front of us. A black coffee for him and a speciality drink for me. “I ordered already. I asked Machi.”
I nod and take a sip. “So this is supposed to be a date?”
“No. This of it as a business deal.” Chrollo picked up his cup and took a deep drink of the pure, caffeinated drink.
“I thought you wanted to take me on a date,” I said with a fluttering tone. I would be the first to admit that in this attire, he was not bad looking. In fact, I’d call him extremely attractive. “Unless you want to go to the end of a good date.”
Chrollo chuckled while placing his cup down. “It seems that has already been taken care of.” My hand flies to my neck in a shameful realization that the bruises did not disappear in between my conversation with Machi and now.
“It’s alright,” I said. “We had some differences.”
“I could’ve told you that. People who don’t know the inner workings of this side do not couple up with those who do. There has to be an act of a higher power for the two to meet.”
I knew he was right. Illumi wouldn’t be the person that I would normally pick up in a crowd. Illumi was endearing but in the way a fly is attracted to the venus fly trap. However, once you get across the harsh mouth, there is a person worth love. No. Chrollo was using this against me. “You seem interested in me enough.”
Chrollo leaned in and placed his head on his hands. “No. It’s not enough. I’d love it if this was an actual date but I don’t steal an associate's girl.”
“I’m not Illumi’s girl,” I say. “Well, not anymore.”
“Then why did you ask Kalluto to come see you? Why do you seem so focused on seeing if he would come save you? Why do you now keep your phone on vibrating rather than silent like you did a few days ago?”
I clutched my phone a little tighter. “I need to hear my messages. Since someone stole my phone last time.”
Chrollo hummed while leaning back in the chair and taking another sip of his still warm coffee. “I wonder who would do such a thing to a pretty girl.”
“The one that would openly flirt with a taken girl.”
“So you are taken?”
His wordplay had trapped me. I stuttered before responding, “No. Not anymore.”
“What happened?”
“It’s not important.”
“Yes it is.”
I took a deep breath and sighed. I knew that he wasn’t going to leave me alone. “Fine.” I took a sip of my drink as a way of collecting my thoughts. “Illumi and I want two different things. I want to be treated like a person and he wants to treat me like an object. He wasn’t to hide me away and I won’t allow it.”
“An object? Interesting.”
“No. It’s not interesting. He taught me Nen so that I could save myself enough to not get myself murdered until he came to save me. He trapped me in a room for weeks. He brought me on a mission that I didn’t ask to be on. He asked me to marry him rather than answering any question that I asked. Illumi refuses to see me as anything but someone that is there. I am an inconvenience rather than a legit person. He’s marrying me because he thinks that I will be the perfect wife rather than he actually cares.”
My anger was starting to get overwhelming. Words were coming out of my mouth with registering from my brain. They were from the heart. “I can’t stay home with the kids. It’s insane how archaic his views of relationships fall. I’d rather him teach me Nen so I can join him. I don’t want to be a princess in a castle. I want him to fight for me. Illumi needs to be the one that wants this more than me and not leave when it gets too tough.”
“Why?” Chrollo’s voice interrupted my anthem.
“Because If I care for him so much, he should give me the same respect.”
“Sounds like you really like him.”
“No. I hate him.”
“I don’t care for the ones I hate.”
“Well that’s different. I want him to stay. I want to be able to touch him. I want to have full conversations. I want to feel as loved as the night he told me about his brother. I want to help him. I-I…” my brain finally caught up to what I was saying. “Holy shit. I do love him.”
Chrollo’s grey eyes finally matched the smirk on his face. “At least you’ll admit it. He’ll be at the match that I have with Hisoka in a few days. You can come along. I’m only taking Machi, Shalnark, and Kortopi. I know he’ll be there because Kalluto told me of a certain proposal that they made. You can tell him that he can join the team.”
“I-I love him,” I repeat. I hadn’t noticed anything that Chrollo spoke. My heart was still processing what my mouth had said. I worried so much about him that it was making me sick. He was the best part of my day even if I was angry with him. I wanted to be with Illumi.

✂ Pairing: Yandere! Chrollo Lucilfer x Reader
✂ Word Count: 1,8k
✂ Trigger Warning: Suicide attempt, mentions of kidnapping, slight violence, blood, depression, yandere theme
[Edited]

The tendency to live in an alternate universe where I’m the pitiful heroine inside my head has led me to write this one-shot. I’m not really familiar with Chrollo, but I hope I’ve caught his personality right. Well, as right as being a yandere can be...

“Did you really want to die? No one commits suicide because they want to die. Then why do they do it? Because they want to stop the pain.” - Tiffanie DeBartolo
Tumblr media
It’s funny how desperation can make you think the unthinkable. And sometimes, you even decide to act upon it.
You stared at the knife on your hand, glassy eyes narrowed in hesitation. The blade glinted under the light, mocking your weak resolution to end everything right here. You’d thought of this – many times, actually – but actualizing has always been the scariest part. But you couldn’t prolong this any further. One of the Spiders would be here soon and, depending on your luck today, Chrollo might be the one to approach you first.
Well, you just hoped he wouldn’t. You hoped that they stayed wherever they were for as long as possible.
But Lady Luck had long left you to rot in this hellhole. You couldn’t even remember the last time you’d been so lucky to spend more than a few hours without shackles around your legs. Yes, it was your fault for trying to rebel against him when he was stronger than you in most aspects, but you couldn’t possibly surrender just like that. You had dignity, for God’s sake! You had to fight.
 No, you needed to fight.
And fought you did. But you lost, just like what that little pessimistic, yet realistic voice inside your head had expected. Chrollo had disarmed you in the blink of an eye and trapped you against the wall. It was a loose grip, but you knew that he could easily snap your neck if he wished to.
Sometimes, you wondered why he didn’t do so the first time you’d tried to struggle. You weren’t strong, you didn’t have a Nen, and you lacked the skills necessary for combat. You were completely ordinary; neither pretty nor ugly, neither smart nor stupid (not as smart as him, obviously), and neither fast nor slow.
You belonged with the average people.
And yet, for some unknown reason, he’d taken an interest in you. He’d said that you’d helped him once when he wasn’t this… this powerful man. You didn’t remember – couldn’t remember this memory he’d been reminiscing so fondly of. A fog of uncertainty and fear had covered your mind, rendering you unable to recall the past. You’d thought that he was being delusional, but the possibility was too far-fetched for you to consider. Besides, Chrollo was too… logical to make up such a ridiculous story, so you had no choice but to believe in him.
 For now, at least.
You regarded the gleaming blade, thirsty for that crimson liquid. Slowly and shakily, you pointed the tip to your vein. Your heart began to pick up at each second passed in doubt.
 Could you do this?
 Would you do this?
Were you ready to do this?
Gulping, you gripped the wooden handle and prepped for the inevitable doom. You could do this. You would do this. You had to do this. There was no other way to save you from your anguish. This was the right choice.
 It was now or never.
“What do you think you’re doing?”
You froze, the knife almost pierced through the thin skin. Your mouth went dry when you heard footfalls casually approaching you from behind. Sucking a deep breath through your gritted teeth, you whipped around and mustered up a disarming smile.
“F-Feitan-san,” you glanced at his taller partner, nodding in greeting. “Phinks-san! You guys… came back early, huh?”
“Had you listen to our meeting last night, you would’ve known that our mission took less than two hours to complete.” Feitan retorted, hands buried inside the pockets of his baggy clothes.
You flinched a little at his acrid tone, yet still smiling nonetheless. It was beginning to hurt your cheeks, but you needed to maintain the act to dispel their suspicion. “A-ah, sorry. I had a bit of a... headache last night. That’s why I couldn’t remember much from the meeting.”
“More importantly,” Phinks changed the topic and took a step forward. “What the hell were you doing?”
“I…” You gulped, averting your gaze from his probing look. “I was just… experimenting.”
Feitan squinted his already small eyes until they appeared as mere slits. “Experimenting for what?”
Damn it! Why did you have to give the wrong answer?! Now he became more suspicious with you. Think fast, [Name]. If they caught on of what you did, they would surely report this to Chrollo.
“I just… I just wanted to slice some bread.” You grinned nervously, waving the knife around to emphasize your point. “Yeah, I was hungry so I decided to make my food!”
There was a long, weary sigh before Phinks disappeared from your sight.
“I must say, [Name]-san, you are a bad liar.” You gasped once you realized that Phinks had disarmed you; the same way Chrollo did when you attempted to murder him in his sleep.
Yes, you were that bold. You were that cruel to secretly attack a person during their slumber. Then again, why should you be guilty? Why should you apologize for what you’ve done? After all, he was the one who had robbed you of your freedom.
Even though it meant that you had to be put under closer supervision.
It was a miracle that none of the Spiders tried to kill you as a payback or became wary with you due to their loyalty to Chrollo. Maybe because you were under his protection. Maybe because he was their leader. Or maybe because he hadn’t bothered to tell them about what had happened during your ‘first night’ together.
Feitan twirled the knife on his pale hand, scrutinizing a drop of blood that coated the tip. You didn’t even notice that, nor the stinging pain in your wrist. You were too scared of the consequences that loomed over your head now that you’ve failed to convince them.
Then again, why did you expect them to believe in such a terrible lie? Why did you expect, for just one second, that you could fool people who were smarter than you?
But it didn’t hurt to hope, right? Although you didn’t succeed, and probably could never succeed, as long as you were still under their watch. At least you’d tried, right? The fact that you’d been brave to proceed with your plan and lie to them should be more than enough.
 ... Right?
“Leader will surely be disappointed with your rash action,” he drawled. “[Name].”
 “What action?”
Your breath hitched at his voice. Chrollo calmly entered the kitchen, as though he hadn’t interrupted an important conversation that he shouldn’t have heard. There was no need to give him the benefit of the doubt that he hadn’t listened earlier. He had ears and eyes everywhere, that much you realized. This hideout was his web, and you were the trapped butterfly that struggled to escape. The rest of the Spiders followed, each displaying either curious or cold expressions.
Oh, great. They were all here now. Guess you could kiss your freedom goodbye, then.
Feitan stole a glance over his shoulder, still twirling the once harmless tool. You wondered if it was possible to beg him to kill you right this instant, on this spot so you didn’t have to deal with Chrollo.
“[Name]-san tried to kill herself, but we managed to step in,” Phinks explained on his behalf. “She was just seconds away from stabbing her wrist.”
“‘Experimenting’, she said.” Feitan piped up, mockery laced his deep voice.
Out of the others, he was probably the only one who liked you the least. Machi came in second, but she’d learned to accept you over the time. However, she still harbored a slight suspicion that you’d escape one day and report them to the Hunters.
Yeah, like you could freely waltz out of this hideout without having to fight a gang of highly skilled thieves.
As for Feitan, he just plain disliked you; mostly because he thought that you were a burden for them. A dead weight, he’d said. You didn’t even feel the slightest bit offended. Why should you be offended when you’d already accepted the truth? Other than that, he never harmed you. Aside from some sarcastic comments that would've deeply wounded your soul had you didn’t acknowledge your flaws, of course.
Honestly, you could care less about their feelings. It wasn’t as though you were fond of them, either. If given the chance, you would gladly be homeless than living with them. Sure, they had a close relationship with each other to the point where they could be considered a family, but you weren’t a thief like them. You didn’t share the same drive, greed, and loyalty. In fact, you’d felt like you were intruding on their lives the first time Chrollo ‘introduced’ you to them.
Shalnark whistled and smiled a bit too happy for someone who had listened to the story of a young suicidal lady. This was probably something ordinary for him. “My… You’re brave, [Name]-chan! Seems like the shackles didn’t do their job correctly, huh?”
“Really…?” Chrollo ignored Shalnark’s snide remark and peered towards your direction. His expression was still calm and composed as always. “Is that true, [Name]?”
You ducked your head from his gentle yet intimidating stare, swallowing the thick saliva on your throat. It didn’t matter if the others were watching you right now; none of them could come close to the intensity of his scrutiny.
“I…” Should you stay quiet? Should you lie again? But Feitan and Phinks already knew the truth, anyway. And besides, Pakunoda was here too. It would be impossible to come up with a plausible excuse. “… Yes.”
In the end, you could never hide anything from him.
Chrollo smiled and nodded in understanding. Of course, he understood. He was the reason behind your near-suicide. He wasn’t delusional. He probably had thought about this before. You were stubborn, and he knew that you’d rather die than submit to him.
 That bastard.
“I see…” Chrollo closed his eyes, that cold smile remained. “Well, everyone, you can take a rest now. I’m sure you’re tired from that mission earlier. [Name] and I need to discuss something in private.” He opened his eyes and held out a hand, his smile softened slightly. “Shall we go to our room, [Name]?”
A single tear dripped from your left eye as you put your hand on his. Chrollo intertwined your fingers together and gently tugged you towards your shared room. Even if you were to turn around and beg for the Spiders to help, you knew that they were more obedient to him.
 Not you.
Because you were merely his lover. Your safety wasn’t and would never be their top priority unless stated otherwise. And Chrollo was strong, anyway. He could either protect or harm you more than you could bear. More than you could stand.
You were alone. Utterly, hopelessly, and helplessly alone.

Hello Admin Shy! I was wondering if you could do yandere/possessive HC for the adult trio? Thank you!!
Sure thing! Yandere or possessive adult trio isn’t hard to imagine.  They each have a bit of a dark side. And You’re very welcome! I love my yandere boys. Her/She pronouns used and some NSFW/some noncon mentioned Below.
 Illumi
Illumi is by far the most possessive out of the three. If he sees the person he has fallen in love with talking with any other man in a way he sees as ‘flirtatious’ his goal would be to trap his crush, so she can be forever with him and never talk to any man that could take her away from him. Whether it be forcing marriage upon them using threats to do so or locking them in a room with everything they needed to survive he would do it.
Even if she began to hate him and told him this, he would see it as love in his delusional mind. Anytime she would scream “I hate you” at him he would just respond by giving her a creepy grin daring them to say it again  “I love you too (Name). Don’t worry.” If they constantly told him this or even used violence against him, he might grow a bit volatile with them and threaten to chain them to the walls next, taking the last bit of their freedom away.
If she behaved for Illumi he might ease up a bit and take them out for walks like some pet of his. Plus he might use the excuse being out of the sunlight sometimes can be harmful to her. If she tries and escape during these times, Illumi will just use Mike to hunt her down. Mike, of course, won’t kill her, just perhaps rough her up a bit. If Mike fails, then Illumi himself will track them and will do anything, and I mean anything to get her back.
If she ever succeeds in fleeing from Illumi and ran away from him. There will be hell to pay if he finds her and he will use friends or even family to get her back. The first person he would kill be someone like a friend, using them as an example and that next would be much worse. The next thing he would do is to threaten her family, and if she hasn’t come to him with him using that threat, then they would be dead in the next 24 hours.
He likes picking outfits out for his ‘wife,’ and he would be very picky on how she dressed around him, and he would do her hair/makeup to even choosing what jewelry she would wear that day.  If she wasn’t wearing the outfit he picked out for her, he would forcibly undress them, and make them wear the clothing he picked out for that specific day.  If they struggled with him, he wouldn’t use much violence on them, the farthest he would go would be a push/shove to even a harsh slap on the cheek.
To further trap his so-called ‘lover’ he might try and impregnate them as soon as possible, so sex or even rape (it wouldn’t be rape to him even if she were screaming/saying no) would happen often. In his eyes, if he gets her pregnant with his child, then she will be forced to stay with him to take care of the child with him. To him, his ultimate fantasy is having one big and ‘happy’ family just like his own family, the Zoldycks.  The more kids, the better.
Hisoka
The man is a full-blown stalker, and he won’t hide it either, he will make sure his crush sees that he’s always lurking. Whether they’re at the market, going out to eat, shopping, going to school, work, going home, he won’t be far behind them. If she notices the clown trailing behind her and asks him to stop or holds any conversation with him, it will just make it worse. He would just go, ‘my my my, my little birdie finally noticed me.’ and start saying other weird or creepy lines.
Everyone knows Hisoka is naturally a pervert, so as a yandere this trait would be tripled by a thousand. This man for hours stares at pictures snapped of the woman he is currently ‘obsessed’ over, and he would use these to masturbate and moan too. All he needs is a little bit of skin on her legs to be revealed to masturbate too, or even a picture of her bent over picking something up. Hisoka’s imagination can and always will run amock.
He is a big time dirty panty sniffer. Hisoka is not a big thief, but he would find ways to obtain a pair of her dirty panties by ways of breaking into her residence to even forcefully removing her underwear by ripping them off using his nails after he forced her down someplace like an alley or even her own home.  He might even have a collection of her dirty panties wherever he is staying in a box labeled ‘Y/N  Chan.’  Or ‘Mine’ with a heart.
Gropes and fondling her privates in public would happen very often from Hisoka. It doesn’t matter where she is, as long as there was a large crowd he would use this to his advantage by groping her ass or even her breasts from behind. He might even get a little frisky and try to slip his hands into her underwear.
Rape could definitely happen with Hisoka if he were a yandere. He gets a sexual thrill off the struggle and the fight she would give him. It wouldn’t be fast either, this could go on for several hours. The more she hurts him by biting or scratching or punching at his chest, the more turned on he becomes, and the more he stretches out the length of intercourse. Though if she were completely still and didn’t put up much of a fight, he might lose his interest in short notice and leave.
Other past or current lovers/crushes of the girl he is in ‘love with’, he would find unacceptable.  He would track every single one down to kill and murder them brutally especially if he finds out one of her lovers are strong. It would only push the factor of wanting a fight to the death over ‘love’ and whose love would prove stronger in the end. Which of course, would be Hisoka’s love.
Chrollo
Chrollo is by far the darkest and most manipulative out of the three.  He is a smart man, and he uses words and his natural charismatic behavior to try and ensnare the girl he has his eyes set on. Obviously, his charm might not always work if the girl sees right thru him, and that’s when he takes desperate measures and means.
He is a professional thief and a mastermind. So break-ins and things going missing from the woman’s/girls apartment would happen often. First, he would steal little and unnoticeable things. Such things as a piece of jewelry of hers, to things such as clean pantries or bra, to even a couple of her favorite books to read in his spare time. Then he would steal bigger things like her phone, laptop, or any tech that holds personal information.
As a yandere, he would use everyone’s abilities in the Phantom Troupe at his fingertip. For example, he would use Shalnark to hack into any computers/phones of the woman to learn everything about her. There would be not a single text message or photo on her computer/phone, that would go overlooked by Chrollo.  He would also use Phinks and Uvogin, as a couple of thugs to scare her on her way home so she falls right into his arms or he could be the prince to swoop in and save her.
Chrollo can be extremely creepy in times when he breaks into her apartment/home. Sometimes he would even get so daring to break in while she is currently inside of her home and active.  During these times, he would either watch her from behind the shower curtain, staring at her curvy silhouette like prey,  to even watching her sleep soundly and grazing his fingers lightly against her arm. All the while his face remains neutral, and his eyes predatory.
Uses the date rape drug often. Chrollo is quick, and if he sits next to her or even behind her at a restaurant, he can easily slip something into her drink when she or her friends weren’t looking. He uses such drug in cases where she is getting too close to the opposite gender to make her sleepy, and he wants her to go home. He would use it not to rape her (He is to ‘classy’ of a man for that), but to actually watch her sleep so he could stare and lie next to her.
He is prone to snapping behavior if the woman he currently is ‘seeing’ is active in a relationship and dating websites like Tinder. His true side would slowly start to creep out, and that’s when he would use Feitan, to get rid of the person she is dating. And as we know Feitan, he is active in the art of torture. So a video would be filmed and sent to her thru email of Feitan torturing the poor victim and attached to the email sent would be ‘Do not betray my trust like this again or someone else’s blood is on your hands.’

The Three Tipsy Spiders
To prepare for a Troupe party, Shalnark, Phinks, and Feitan are sent out for alcohol. This goes about as well as can be expected.
From start to finish, it was a bad idea.
Of all the groups to have to send out for beer, those three were by far the worst combination. The only reason they were even sent out together was because Phinks was the pickiest when it came to booze and therefore always had to be there to choose what to drink and that for their safety, Shal and Feitan were sent far from the other members. Feitan had found it amusing to convince Shalnark to post Machi’s phone number on several dating websites and the female Troupe member was out for blood, so Chrollo had sent the duo along with Phinks.
In Phinks opinion, the job had started off rather well. Shalnark was completely preoccupied by a new game on his phone and Feitan seemed content to just stare out the window, so Phinks was free to adjust and listen to the radio of their new (stolen) car however he wished.
The Troupe was currently stationed in an abandoned hotel on the outskirts of a town that seemed rather abandoned itself. It was so small that none of the buildings had actual names and they had to stop for alcohol at a charming little store called “Store”.
It was at that paragon of shopping establishments that things began to go downhill. Or at least escalate in that direction.
The “Store” had an inexcusably small selection, only offering three cases of beer. It should not have been that shocking to the trio, given that around ten people still lived in the near empty town, but Phinks still felt personally slighted at it.
“What the hell are we supposed to do with this?”
“Drink it, idiot.” Feitan claimed to not know much of the Troupe’s native language, but it certainly seemed to come naturally to him when he was insulting Phinks.
“No, he’s right.” Shalnark looked up from his phone and sighed. “As soon as we get back, Uvo and Nobu are going to take them and it’s not even enough to get one of them drunk.”
“Dealing with an almost drunk Uvogin is better than a sober one who’s upset we didn’t get him any beer.” said Phinks more than a little irritably.
“Ah, that’s fair.”
Resigned to having to settle for the few cases of beer, Phinks was almost hoping for a fight. He didn’t live for it as savagely as Uvo did, but he did look forward to brawls. Unfortunately for him, the Store’s sole employee was an exhausted (and rather senile) old man who waved them out of the store without even looking at them.
“Does this even count as stealing?” asked Shalnark at full volume while staring directly at the old man, who neglected entirely to respond. “Oh well.”
The job could have ended very simply after that, with the three bringing back the three cases (that were admittedly large but nowhere near the unholy amount needed to get the entire Troupe even buzzed).
However. The amount was just right for getting three of the Spiders very nicely inebriated.
Feitan was the one who commented on it first. “If we bring only this back, all we will do is make them angry. So whatever we do after this, someone’s going to be mad.”
Shalnark caught on first. “You have a point.” All three pairs of eyes focused on the beer currently stored in the trunk of their car. “If we’re going to get yelled at anyways, we may as well not be sober for it.”
“That will be easy enough for you, Shal, you smell alcohol and get tipsy.” Phinks eyed the liquor critically. Enhancers were notoriously good at drinking and he especially was very, very good at it.
“You afraid?” Though Feitan’s mouth was covered by his collar, he was obviously grinning.
Phinks couldn’t open his first beer fast enough
Though the Spiders were very good at most illegal actions, driving while drunk was not one of them. Phinks made it exactly ten meters out of the “Store’s” gravel parking lot before trashing the car completely in a ditch he swore was new.
Shalnark and Feitan were completely useless by that point, Shal a collapsed pile of laughter in the passenger seat while Feitan sat in a still somewhat menacing silence behind them both. Phinks stared at the smoking hood of the car in front of him and punched the steering wheel, forgetting for a moment that he was much stronger than the average, non Nen-using drunk.
So now not only was the hood on fire and the front of the car crumpled like one of the beer cans littering the floor, but the steering wheel was also unrecognizable and spewing sparks.
Shalnark hummed in thought, leaning forward to inspect the wreckage, “I don’t think that steers anymore.”
Phinks groaned (which Shalnark helpfully called whining) and pulled out his phone. He clicked on their boss’s name and sent the following text:
“Send hep cars on fire not feitans fault”
And then they waited.
Usually when the three of them were out drunk somewhere, Pakunoda was the one sent to retrieve them. She acted stern with them, but she was also patient and would get them food and water. So that is who they were expecting as their rescuer, not the far meaner woman who rolled down the driver’s window to fix them all with a trademark icy glare.
Machi somehow looked both apathetic and furious as she watched at the three tipsy Spiders on the side of the road. “Get in.”
“Mmmm, no thank you.”
“Shut up, Shalnark.”
“No, we’ll wait for Paku.”
“Now!”
The now slightly shamed trio crawled into the car Machi had “acquired” to pick them up, Phinks making sure she knew that his stolen car was nicer than hers. Machi didn’t even look at him as she started to drive, she just stated dryly, “Your car is also a pile of metal as trashed as you are.”
Feitan and Shalnark sat in the back of the car, both of whom were extremely delighted to find Kortopi sitting with them. Shal gasped very quietly. “Topi, you too?”
“No, Kortopi is not drunk. Chrollo thought it would be good for him to see how stupid alcohol makes people act, so he sent him with me to pick you three up.” She looked almost pityingly at the young Troupe member. “I probably should have warned him more.”
Kortopi just laughed, an almost silent sound that no one else heard. Phinks stared very hard at the Conjurer (he was wearing a mop on his head, he was absolutely sure of it), but felt the safest option was to not say anything.
Feitan, on the other hand, felt that this was the time for him to make his first drunken comment of the evening. He leaned across Shalnark, who sat between them, to stop mere inches from Kortopi’s face and say, “I will shave you, mouse man.”
Sighing in complete exasperation, Machi looked back at the other Transmuter, “Feitan, what does that even mean?”
“It means keep Feitan the hell away from scissors.”
“Shut up, Shalnark.”
The rest of the ride went a bit smoother, aside from the fact that Kortopi was now terrified and had moved the slightest bit away from the others. Shalnark was staring intensely at his phone (which turned out not to actually be his phone and was really a stranger’s he had happened to find somewhere) and Phinks kept trying to lunge forward to change the radio station only for Machi to tap the brakes and make him fly against his seat restraints.
The others were all getting battered too, but knew by now to just stay quiet.
That intelligent decision did not last long.
“Maaachi.”
“What.”
“Maaaaachi.”
“I swear, Phinks, if you don’t shut the hell up-”
Shalnark sniffled in the backseat, his laughter turning very quickly to booze fueled sadness. “I miss Paku. She got us snacks once.”
Feitan was still watching Kortopi, catlike in his fixation. “And she did not bring the mouse man.”
“Alright, enough with that mouse man stuff, you’re making him nervous.” She shrugged apologetically at Kortopi before looking back to Phinks with a far less warm expression. “Paku isn’t feeling well so I’m the one who got sent out to fetch you idiots.
Shalnark gasped again at that, a look of complete horror on his face. The next few minutes of the ride had to be spent on reassuring the blond that Pakunoda was not in fact dying. His personality did another complete turn around afterwards, now cheerily watching their surroundings outside the car.
The trip finally concluded in silence, the only other noteworthy event being that Machi had to briefly shield Kortopi from Feitan as they exited the car. She then strode away from the stumbling group of drunks without a backwards glance, ignoring Shalnark’s heartfelt “I love you!” as she did so.
Then, giggling like schoolchildren, the three then launched an attempt to sneak into the safe house, forgetting that everyone inside was an angry, almost overpowered thief ready to beat them to a pulp.
Franklin was the first to spot them, though all he did was smirk and turn away, laughing to himself. Uvogin and Nobunaga were both noticeably absent, most likely because Chrollo did not want them to kill the three, but there was a punch mark in the wall probably caused by one of them. Bonolenov stared at them (mighty judgey, thought Phinks, for a man who was like eighty percent hole) and Kortopi peered at them from behind the holey (pffffft holy) man.
Chrollo was the final Spider they spotted, though his gaze was the hardest to hold.  For a moment, the three felt enormously guilty and stared at the ground, Shal in particular feeling devastated.
Then Feitan reached into his coat to pull out a single, dented beer that none of the men had touched and handed it to their leader, an apology and an offering all in one.
Chrollo’s lips twitched from the flat line they had been pressed into and smiled very faintly. “You do all realize that tomorrow you’ll all be hungover and chased by two Enhancers who want nothing more than to maim you?”
Phinks waved dismissively, trying (and failing) to seem tough and extra macho, “That’s what they’re always like.”
The leader of the Phantom Troupe laughed indulgently at that and gestured for the trio to go find a space to pass out in. “Good luck, you three.”
God knew they needed it.

Sooo here we go another hxh seance!
(again, Her = A., Him=T.)
We watched from Colt’s birth to the King’s birth, we stopped mid episode on that latter.
-They definitly find the CA arc far more intense so far, and consider it already went downhill. I quote “Children are dead, the queen is losing control over her soldiers, the soldiers are losing control between each other, Ponzu and Pokkle seems to handle the situation so far but it won’t seem to last, and on Kite’s side they are doomed to go downhill because Gon is with them”
-They are still thrown out that none of the other three (Kurapika, Leorio and Hisoka) are in there. They think Hisoka would have fun being part of his own, while they actively argue that Leorio would be the only one with common sense and with some survival instict he could help the other with.
-A. Wants a showdown between the Ants and the Troupe and T. wants a showdown between the Zoldyck and the Ants.
-When it comes to the Troupe i find absolutly hilarious that they barely remember their names but remember Feitan, Chrollo, Machi and Shal at least. Nobunaga is also one of the name they remember but they keep stumbling on it. Meanwhile, I mentioned Phinks at some point and A. didn’t remember who I meant so i said “the guy Kurapika hang off the phone to” and she was “aahhhhh yes, his real impact on the serie.”
-They want Hisoka to show up, just because at least, there’s worse than him in front of them, and regardless of who gets hit, you will cheer anyway. They argue Hisoka’s only quality is that at least he’s the only one to be like himself.
-They called Kite “Legolass” or “The Guitarist” during the full episodes. They love his weapon system.
-They were really grossed out by the ants we met in NGL.. They are cheering to see the Koala again.
-*when Gyro’s backstory started* “Gyro killed his dad.” A: “Well that was completely for free *the backstory happens* A: “ye nah he deserved itn is hxh having a contest for who is the worst dad?”
-They expect Gyro to come back and play a bigger role later.
-When Killua, Kite and Gon fought against the ants from the Lion’s team, Gon’s way to destroy the ant had A. go “this kid scares me”.
-As Pitou appears: “wait so Killua with Cat Ears is an actual character and a villain?”
-They were disgusted by Ponzu and Pokkle’s death. A. especially dislike when you kill couple, so she was upset. They found it really terrible
-When Pitou attacked Kite, they were horrified, but they cheered on Killua’s reaction, they considered it was best to do this this way.
-They were really glad Gon was asleep when Morel started talking to Killua about what they should have done, as they think it would be the kind of things to encourage Gon on a bad path
-When Gon woke up after the Kite attack and immediatly thanked Killua, T. jokingly said “but no homo”. But as the scene kept going, when Killua started to look at Gon the way he does, they went “oh.... he has it bad....” and as soon as he started the “You are Light” sequence, A. actually stood up and grabbed T.’s arm as she went “oh no this is ways too cute!!” T: “Killua is actually in love there oh my god” A: “So this is serious Killua is!! really in love!!”  They are not exactly the shipper style, they don’t make shippy comments a lot, and a few times before, they did comment on how Killua looking at Gon was sweet, or how some scenes were really sweet between them and joked a little about it. But there, they were reacting really seriously to the scene, and A. even confirmed “Here I completely see what everyone is talking about when they say Killua is in love with Gon”. I’m s o g  la d
-They are not sure if Kite is really dead or no, but they are worried of Gon’s reaction if he comes to learn about it considering how determined he is to save him.
-They are glad Bisky is back!
-They don’t really know what to think of Palm yet, she scares them. They find it neat though that she’s supposed to be an ally while her design is frightening and that say, Hirn, the girl staying at Hyaga’s side, looks super cute while she’s an enemy.
-But they fell in love for Knuckle when he started to cry when Gon and Killua went to fight them, and when they saw all the dogs around him.
-Meanwhile the first reaction while seeing Shoot was from A: “He has no eyebrow.....”. They laughed when they realized he was scared to fight the kids but were feeling pity for him. Meanwhile his power kinda scares them.
-Before the fight against Knuckle, there was a huge conversation about “how can you guess when you put 50% of your strength in your blow, how can you be sure you didn’t put 70% or something”. Once Knuckle’s power was revealed, they couldn’t stop laughing.
-When Shaiapouf appeared, T. went “oh but he’s pretty though, like, he’s kinda cute.” while A. went “this is going to be so troublesome” and I still laugh about it.
-They are really glad to see Netero fight. They say Morel’s fighting is to Smoke Weed while Knov’s is basically Portal.
-They consider Killua to be the most rational when it comes to fighting, but Bisky’s lessons about it made them a little reconsider, and they worry a lot for Killua since then. A. made notice tho that she had the same mindset as Killua when it comes to his reasoning in case of trouble.
-They find Bisky’s way to encourage him understandable but not appropriated and it would just hurt Killua more. When he reacted to Bisky’s “you’ll let Gon die”, T. went “Look at his face it’s too painful for him to hear”
-Also when it comes to Killua’s mental health, A. is getting more and more worried because she realizes what Killua is going through but he never adresses it, and so now, it makes sense it’s adressed, but since he keeps it quiet it makes it even more painful to see.
-The King appeared finally and A. Freaked out because she sees my blog and was sure he was an ally or a good guy, so she seriously didn’t expect him to be a villain, and even less to just kill his owns in the begining. Peggy’s design and the Turtle’s design had been cracking them up since the begining of the arc, so seeing the two of them die horribly had them yell a “oh no!”
-”Please stop killing children why is that happening”
-They thing that there will be a King’s supporter group and a Queen’s supporter group, but we only reached to the moment Colt came to ask for help, and they were just starting to realize a lot of the ants were ready to leave and create their own kingdom.
-We didn’t watch the end of the fights against Shoot and Knuckle yet. A. is hoping Gon won’t pass because she’s scared of what awaits them in NGL.
So as a conclusion, they liked it but are kinda grossed out by the events. They like the new characters for the most part and they still have a lot to see.
We reached up to episode 91, which is so impressive considering they didn’t want to start the serie at first because they thought it was too long and they weren’t used to get into long series like that; But they enjoy watching it.
They are REALLY missing Leorio though and they often bring him up as for how he would probably make sense of the situations at hand in a way that wouldn’t put anyone in danger, and I love them when they do that, I love how much faith they have into Leorio.
So ye that was neat o/
We’ll see more laaatterrr
