I am backk. Didn't really have time these last days but here i am.

As much as I'm interested in the main plot and Aaravos' era incoming, i first need to know what happened in the camp after architect put out the fire.

Honestly such a beautiful funeral? Simple and tranquil.

Rayla u can't come back after two years and act like nothing happened! I mean i know she says how much things changed but she really hurt him.

Our boy is cryingg. Random but we haven't really got an answer on whether she was unbanished? Also I need to see some Ethari. Like now.

I really like that even tho Soren is a comic relief most of the time, they didn't make him dumb.

I kinda don't get why Viren got so desperate to practically beg that creature? Only excuse i can find is his fascination and obsession with magic. Otherwise they just did it for comic relief I'm sure is coming. I just feel it. Building it up and then an anticlimactic 'surprise'.

Yep. There it is. Viren just being tired of their shit is so funny to me. He didn't ask to be brought back. Can't he just go back to being dead in peace?

I really liked Soren-Zubeia bonding moment. So cute?? And she appreciates his wit!

Ahhhh what happened with the elf??? From the camp? The arhitect is hurt okay but. Aaaa. Imagine just. Being him. And believing that your mother's spirit/soul is lost forever. I want answers! Also Amaya-Gren moments are always so wholesome i love them.

Dunno why but it's surprising to see Zubeia as an active figure. I feel like those in power are often shown as these really passive figures. Idk.

Lmaoo I'm loving these guardians/doormen or whatever they are. 'We accept your argument.'

Their guide is really givin me gollum vibes from Hobbit. Viren's exasperation continues.

Love how Soren connects with everyone he spends two minutes with. I have a hunch which may be completely wrong but that this hole is the entrance?

Soren being observant about people's emotions? Yes. Giving advice? I feel sth anticlimatic coming again. His lecturing reminded me of Zuko's silver sandwich.

Aren't they trying to lay low? A campfire? Really?

O.M.G. yes. It's not always just love trouble (even tho it's that also). Another PTSD moment. Honestly when he said 'You know, when he took over my whole body and used me like a puppet,' sounded like he was talking to every screenwriter ever. One of those posts on here or insta or just anywhere ranting about how there are consequences and ptsd after stuff like this.

Wish it lasted longer tho.

I kinda hope this lil dragon adopts Soren. He deserves his own animal companion.(did u notice everyone has one? Like Rayla has that monkey-y thingy which i shamefully forgot the name of, Ezran has Zym and regretfully passed Bait to Callum which not okay you can have two animals and share love equally?)

it’s like asking me to pick between amaya and janai and i’m not about to pick one or the other to love, but when it comes to the actual plot of the show i’m more interested in the elf side of the war. i want to know what they think of the impending conflict at the border, why they pushed out all the humans, why they dont like Aaravos, what they do so their hair is always luscious and shiny??

on one hand Runaan is a paid killer, on the other hand Aaravos did help kill a lot more people just for standing at the door for too long.

i talk a big game but i’m gonna have to admit that i probably don’t have the guts for dark magic. i’m okay with personally preparing a catch i’m going to eat, but to use living things to make my hair glossy or someone’s armor especially fab doesn't sound like a sustainable business practice to me.

i dont know what happened after the “on your knees” scene but he changed (as foreshadowed by him saying goodbye to Claudia) so i’m not labeling him as any of those things until we know why he’s doing what he’s doing.

After talking to a few Viren fans i realized that not everyone hears the manipulation in his voice when he talks about the throne, and wanting to protect  Katolis, and loving humanity itself. i’m not saying those fans are wrong, or that they’re missing a point, but it’s possible that the voice acting is just so good and some of us are so jaded by our own past experiences that we don’t believe him even when he’s telling the truth.

I’d say earth, because I love exploring and learning new things.

Humans, ‘cause I am one. 

#3. If you had to choose, would you rather free Runaan from the coin or Aaravos from the mirror?

I’d free Runaan from the coin; he needs to be reunited with Rayla and get that arm of his taken care of. Plus, he must be traumatized. Aaravos has been in the mirror for centuries; he’ll be fine staying in there longer. 

#4. Best animal companion?

Bait. 

#5. Best humanoid companion?

Hmm...this is a tough one....

I’ll go with Rayla. She’s protective and so compassionate. 

#6. You can revive one character, who is it and why them?

Either Harrow or Sarai. Harrow because he deserved better, and Callum needs to get to call him “Dad” to his face. Sarai because she also deserved better, and Ezran should’ve gotten to know his mom.

The Dragon King had it coming, and kidnapping Zym, though objectively wrong, actually helped in the long run because now he’s friends with two human princes (well, a human prince and a human king) and can promote peace after a thousand years of hostility.

My favorite headcanon is that the Earthblood elves and the ocean elves were against the humans’ exile from Xadia, and did not participate. (I also like to think that they hid some humans away in Xadia and protected them from being exiled. Most likely not canon, but a fun idea for fanfics.)

Callum and Ezran, followed closely by Claudia and Soren.

Aanya. She’s a girl after my own heart.

Leaf flavored water. Hot brown morning potion is too bitter for me.

Healing, building, and exploration/discovery.

It’s a three-way tie between Runaan, the older girl assassin, and Aaravos.

#18. Viren; misguided, evil, or actually the good guy?

I think he’s misguided. He thinks he’s the good guy, and his heart and his motives are in the right place, but he’s going about it all wrong with his methods.

#19. Would you rather fly with Phoe-Phoe, hike with Corvus, sail with Villads, or stay home with Opeli?

Staying home with Opeli would be my first choice, but hiking with Corvus sounds fun, too.

Gren. He’s so sweet and loyal, and cute.

I’d be frozen in shock for a moment. Then I’d try to run around behind it and try to eat it.

Aaravos. He’s so powerful. Plus his magic would give a pretty light show.

I have so many, but I’d have to pick when Callum is reading Harrow’s letter. I absolutely love the line, “in my eyes, and in my heart, you are my son. I see myself in you. I’m proud of you. And I love you unconditionally.” My heart.

Viren isn’t attractive but he doesn’t deserve that much hatred either (aka, I’m one of the few Viren defenders that doesn’t find him attractive at all) (younger viren cute tho. but that’s not unpopular opinion)

Also, at this point, Aaravos is overrated. I disagree with a lot of the ways people portray him— I think he’ll be (or maybe I just really want him to be) morally grey af, even leaning towards the darker side.

Gren talked (and sang probably) to Runaan a lot while in the dungeon. And maybe Runaan replied, just once...

Misguided. Definitely not evil. An antagonist, but not necessarily a bad guy. He has ideas that the “heros” don’t agree with, but in war, decisions always come with a gain and a loss. What are you willing to lose to gain?

I wanna say hike with Corvus, but I fvcking love flying, so Phoe-Phoe it is.
