I wanted this piece to be about the things that Lucy and Delphei find charming about each other - so Delphei is charmed by Lucy's keen eye and caring heart, and Lucy is charmed by Delphei's musical skill and sweetness.
Rozalia was very close with her elder sister, Rilianne, but she passed away when Roza was young. She inspired Roza to take up and study magic but when Rillianne passed from the plague that spread across Faerghus, Rozalia decided to take up faith to keep people from passing early.
Rozalia always makes sure to travel back to her sister’s grave, praying and keeping her up to date on her studies.
I kind of forgot this comeback was happening, but here we are and I am so excited. le sserafim's first mini album showed so much potential in my opinion, the title track was good (if a little boring at times) but the b sides were outstanding. What I wanted from their next album was a more creative title track, and for them to continue their record of great b sides.
This title is so fun. It's leagues ahead of 'Fearless', and the members' (especially those not previosuly in izone) confidence has clearly increased so much.
I love Eunchae and Chaewon's 'anti ti ti ti fragile', and i especially love how sarcastic they sound throughout the whole song. Where 'Fearless' sounded like teen girls discovering themselves for the first time, 'Antifragile' is five young women telling you to get the hell off their runway.
Everything about the song is elevated - the production is more interesting, the melodies are more experimental (especially in the chorus and prechorus), and the general ideas of self confidence are more developed. My favourite thing about girl groups of the fourth generation is that they have all somehow carved out a niche for themselves. NewJeans, IVE, lesserafim, they all have a unique sound, and I love that.
In terms of the b sides, none of them were really stand out to me. Girl groups, including Lesserafim, have been releasing amazing music, so this is a semi let down. They weren’t bad, but they weren’t as good as the debut b sides.
I’m really proud that these girls are finding their sound, this style really suits them and although it’s not entirely to my taste, I’m excited to see where they go with it.
8/10 for me, but I know that for many it’s a 10/10 so be sure to check this comeback out of you haven’t already.
when u get this u have to put 5 songs 🎵 u actually listen to, publicly. then, send this ask to 10 of your favorite followers (non-negotiable, positivity is cool)✨
I feel like AMVs are a very specific kind of love letter to the media they’re based on solely bc as an art form they sort of necessitate that you’ve seen the original property multiple times and have an intimate knowledge of it when it comes to selecting scenes that fit the timing of the music, the current lyric of the music, the vibe of the song, etc. especially when the AMV is set to a full song. Like the soul eater this is halloween AMV I would guess the person who made it has seen soul eater or parts of it a bare minimum of 10 times, and was clearly paying very close attention. Which is its own kind of rewarding way to consume something I think. - watching it that closely and then being able to create something new from what’s already there
Hello Trigunblr, happy WooWoo Wednesday! I drew a poster for Tristamp for one of my class finals, really pleased with how it turned out! There's an animated version where the markings glow and fade away, I'll add it under the cut.
(Note for this version, I made it before I realized that I forgot to add Meryl and Vash's earrings, but I'm too lazy to fix it rn)
i personally think character permadeath is one of the most interesting things that can happen in a dnd narrative, and the fact it was something actively chosen to be done by sam for such an insanely clutch move. i will never get over this. i am so excited for what comes next.
