🪞I was so intimidated in the beginning. Cause you were such an amazing writer in a community that I was so new to. Then we started talking, and now I consider you one of my best friends! You’re such a delight to know and talk to! And such an inspiration as a writer and generally as a person! ❤️
I LOVE YOU! ❤️
Staaaahhhppp!!! You are one of the kindest, most genuine folks here. You always have my back (and others) and I am so appreciative. You always know what to say to cheer someone up when they’re down. I’m so glad we are friends! And I always get so excited when I tell people about my awesome friend Norway. 💁🏼♀️💅🏻 And of course, I love your writings!

11, 12, 55? 😊
Hey, there!
11. Do you write scenes in order, or do you jump around?
Hm, it depends. If a really good scene pops in my head I'll go ahead and write it, but generally I go beginning to end.
12. Do you outline your fics? If yes, how detailed are your outlines? How far do you stray from them?
For long fics, yes! My outlines generally include the big plot lines--for One Day it included all the big milestones in their lives and the arcs for Sloan and Lux. But the little mini arcs like adopting Lucky and Ahsoka going on a business trip were not included.
55. Have you noticed any patterns in your fics? Words/expressions that appear a lot, themes, common settings, etc?
Oh. So many. It drives my bonkers. Firstly, I feel like my writing has a very identifiable cadence (idk maybe that's just my ego). I kind of like it, but other times I'm like staaaahhhppp. Secondly, if I had a nickle for every time someone nods or shrugs in my stories I'd be a very wealthy woman. As for themes, I think just love of everyone and family comes through a lot. Like at the end of the day, I suck at writing angst because I just want families to turn toward each other in times of crisis (which is why my current wip is so hard, it goes against everything I stand for as an author lolol)
Thank you so much for the ask! This was so much fun!

1, 2, 7, 8, 15, 18, 20, 32, 40, 41, 43, 50, 55, 62. I could go on if you want but obviously I went straight to full Crazy Mode lmao. Feel free to skip any of these if you wanna
Dottie! Thank you so fricking much for sending these in. I really needed it, so of course I’m not going to skip any.
1. coffee mugs, teacups, wine glasses, water bottles, or soda cans?
Probably coffee mugs? But I use them to drink tea, lol. I just love holding a mug in both my hands and pretending I’m some badass lady from the 1800s staring out over the wildflower fields in front of my prairie house. It’s a real vibe.
2. chocolate bars or lollipops?
Blue raspberry lollipops over literally any other candy, but I prefer most chocolate bars to any other lollipop flavor.
7. earbuds or headphones?
I feel like earbuds look better aesthetically-speaking, but they also fall out of my ears whenever I’m working out, so probably headphones. Also because headphones can be wireless, which makes everything so much easier (no I’m not forgetting airpods, I just don’t like them.)
8. movies or tv shows?
I’m a fan of romcoms in any form I can get them, be it movie or tv show.
15. favorite book you read as a school assignment?
I’m sure this comes as no surprise to anyone, but either The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls or Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.
18. ideal weather?
Sunny, but cool out. A temperature where you’re comfortable in a light jacket and knee-length dress.
20. preferred place to write (i.e., in a note book, on your laptop, sketchpad, post-it notes, etc.)?
I love writing in my notebook or on loose-leaf. I plan out all of my stories on paper and then transfer that outline to my computer to actually write them.
32. top five favorite vines?
Ooh, what a perfect, and difficult, question. In no particular order:
YOU BETTER STOP. STOP. BITCH, STOP. STAAAAHHHPPP.
Ey you know dis boi got his free tacoooo
Chris, is that a weed??? 911, what’s your emergency?
So I am confusion! Why is this one… Kansas, but this one is not Arkansas?? America, EXPLAIN! EXPLAIN!!
So, basically, um, what I was thinking was– Aw, FUCK. I can’t believe you’ve done this.
40. weirdest thing to ever happen at your school?
Oh god, so much fucked up shit. But the weirdest thing would probably be that we had repeated bomb threats when I was a freshman in high school and so the school had to be evacuated every single time, including once when it was snowing out. We had to wait for hours on a playground at the nearby elementary school while our school was searched. Some kids had pizza delivered to them while we were waiting.
41. last person you texted?
My mom. She texts me every night.
43. hoodie, leather jacket, cardigan, jean jacket or bomber jacket?
I look absolutely hideous in jackets (even though I think they look so good on other people) and hoodies are super comfy so I’m gonna go with hoodies.
50. what made you laugh the hardest you ever have?
My sister makes me laugh harder than anyone ever has. Whenever I go home we just can’t stop making each other laugh, and my parents get so annoyed at us, but I love it. TMI but one time we were in our bathroom and we made each other laugh so hard that she peed on the floor before reaching the toilet, even though it was less than a foot away. I can’t even remember what we were laughing about.
55. favorite fairy tale?
I don’t know if I have a favourite fairy tale exactly, but I’ve read some Italian ones and they’re all so wild. The story of Constanza doesn’t really end well, but it’s quite interesting.
62. seven characters you relate to?
Betty Cooper, Elizabeth Bennet, Annabeth Chase, Leslie Knope, Amy Santiago, and Elsa (yes, from Frozen, I currently am drawing a blank and this is the only other character I could think of. I’ll leave the seventh one up to you to decide).
Thank you again. I love you so much.
