this episode reminded me of how taylor acted in season 1 and I know a lot of people were annoyed about it, but I always saw it as her being insecure and afraid that belly would find shayla, nicole and the other girls more interesting, just like the experiences they, and cousins in general, could offer her, and this pretty much confirms it. 

taylor constantly is throwing shade at cousins, but it’s not because she hates the place, but because every time belly and steven went there she kinda lost them to a world she wasn’t part of. And it may seem a little stupid, but i think it’s very in character to a teenage girl who only has one best friend.
