Guys, I totally recommend Stellar Blade! I downloaded the demo and within the first five minutes I yelled "holy shit!" and was pretty much in love with it after that.

Obvs I play on story mode, so combat is a little easier, but even then you gotta know your strategies to survive. I did actually die to a sub boss, but when it respawned I either had my strategy down or the difficulty staggers to match your skill levels so it becomes easier. After all, they want you to keep playing.

There's lots of platforming and exploring elements. You can customise Eve's hair length and her appearance changes depending on accessories and whatever you pick up. You can also scavenge dead bodies for key codes to gates and locked loot boxes.

I've got English voices set up and they sound great, although very enunciated. Eve is beautiful, so is Tachy, and Adam is pretty slick too.

The monsters are hideous and if you're squeamish with blood then this definitely ain't for you.

Minor story spoiler below:

The thing that made me go holy shit was seeing a very graphic cut scene of Eve's ally, Tachy, having her arm cut off. And I'm talking blood spraying and you can see in the stump and the bone and everything! The severed arm goes flying across the screen and it was so cool!

Before that was typical gameplay blood splatter and allies dying, although it was also pretty heavy. Eve's unit get wiped out, so lotta graphic deaths by stabbing and getting smashed by a space ship.

I haven't finished the demo yet, but I'm definitely getting it ❤️❤️❤️

An ethereal and wraithlike being with a body with demon hide that was covered in fur, scales, & feathers was standing on the hull of a giant flagship. (Imagine the Sin Devil Trigger of Dante and Vergil and the Devil Bringer of Nero from Devil May Cry 5.) He/she/they were a celestial and stellar entity and divine and heavenly being with three sets of wings. He/she/they had an ethereal pair of gold and ivory angelic wings, a wraithlike pair of sapphire and ebony demonic wings, & a supernatural pair of ruby and charcoal fallen angel wings. He/she/they had a prehensile demon tail covered in feathers. His/her/their forehead had devil horns bathed in hellfire. His/her/their demonic arms were covered in scales and his/her/their demonic legs were covered in scales. He/she/they had clawed hands with opposable thumbs and clawed feet with opposable toes. He/she/they had a divine halo covered in holy fire. He/she/they were finally wearing a mixture of wraithlike divine and devil armor with a long violet cape. Strapped to the back of his/her/their divine and devil armor was an esoteric odachi two handed greatsword and a nodachi two handed broadsword. Strapped to the back of the devil and divine armor was a tachi long sword, strapped to the left hip was a katana, & strapped to the right hip was a wakizashi short sword. He/she/they were on top of a giant flagship. He/she/they were blazing scarlet, burning sapphire, radiating charcoal, glowing ivory, & smoldering gold. He/she/they are a celestial and stellar entity of courage, valor, heroism, honor, glory, altruism, compassion, & love. He/she/they are a divine and heavenly being of truth, justice, & wisdom. He/she/they exited out of the anomaly known as the Breach and the Void. Some of them dropped to their knees to worship him/her/them as a celestial and stellar entity or divine and heavenly being. He/she/they were wearing a full mask of a snarling red kitsune nine tailed fox demon that covered his/her/their face with mouth, nose, & eye openings. 

The witnesses in power armor asked,  “Who and what are you?” “I am the Celestial and Stellar Entity of the Breach and I am the Divine and Heavenly Being of the Void.” “I was born a metahuman and superhuman.” He/she/they were shapeshifting into his masculine male form, into her feminine female form, into their gender less nonbinary form, & into their androgynous genderfluid form. “I am a shapeshifter, metamorph, & changeling.” “While in this form I am currently a divine and heavenly being and a stellar and celestial entity.” In his/her/their clawed hand was a hard light nth metal halberd spear with dried blood. A spear with a blade forged with nth metal, adamantium, vibranium covered in element zero, kryptonite, inertron, & element x. The same one used to strike down the hero/heroine of the Battle of the Andromeda Galaxy and the Battle of the Milky Way Galaxy when the metahumans and superhumans of the universe, multiverse, & omniverse struck him/her/them down in the final reckoning. In an act of dishonor and treachery he/she/they were dealt a mortal blow by the ones he/she/they swore to protect and defend.
