Rewatching some of my fave scenes from s4 and I don't see anyone talking about Max's blatant objectification of Steve and how fucking cute it is. Like something something this tomboy character who could easily be one of those "not like other girls" trope who loves shopping and is loudly and proudly and obviously very into pretty boys even when she's Obviously Going Through It like I love it. It was such a startling scene, her taking the binoculars just to ogle a hot guy during the worst time of her life? Idk it was so endearing and cute and just.... as much as i love the scoops troop dynamic as is in season 3, i really wish will and dustin had gotten a plotline together. they both had similar themes of feeling sort of cast away by the rest of the main group and will even brings up that he kind of understands dustin not wanting to hang out with mike or lucas even though he’s just gotten back from camp. like i so wish we had seen them bond a little more.
