so, if we can assume these are at least somewhat legit, let's discuss!

Chapter One: The Crawl - Directed by the Duffers. Post-apocalyptic Hawkins. we check in on the gang and where we left off in season 4.

Chapter Two: The Vanishing of Holly Wheeler - Directed by the Duffers. This is where the hospital filming comes in. The Wheelers (minus Ted) are at the hospital for some reason. I believe Robin and Vickie are there too.

Chapter Three: The Turnbow Trap - Directed by Frank Darabont (excuse me, the Frank Darabont? Green Mile Frank Darabont? SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION FRANK DARABONT??) Now I'm not sure about the plot of this one. But I think it might have something to do with that fancy-ass mansion they've been filming at.

Chapter Four: Sorcerer: Directed by the Duffers. For sure this is going to be a Will-centric epsiode. And Vecna will be involved somehow.

Chapter Five: Shock Jock - Directed by Frank Darabont (again, FRANK DARABONT? HOW DID WE GET SO LUCKY?) I have a good feeling that the radio station and station van that we've been seeing are going to have a big role to play in this episode.

Chapter Six: Escape from Camazotz - Directed by Shawn Levy. Aside from this title making my Wrinkle-In-Time nostalgia happy, I think this will be the episode where Max wakes up. Lucas and El are going to rescue her.

And chapters seven and eight are a complete mystery! Which is fine with me. It only heightens the intrigue.

Let's talk about this.

"The Vanishing of *** Wheeler." - So... Which Wheeler? Mike, Nancy, Holly? I'm leaning towards the last one, but! They all make sense. One can imagine how Vecna, could be after Mike, to at the same time, hurt Will, Al. Or, he could be using Mike as bait to lure them into a trap.

It's also conceivable that Vekna would come after Nancy for revenge because his plan didn't work out as planned, and Nancy, who knew more than anyone, almost killed him at the end of season 4.(But also, it would be as bait for others, a trap to lure them into the Otherworld.)

And the best part. What if it was Holly? Let's look back through all the seasons and realize the fact that she was somehow but connected to the Yznan, she saw a lot of things.

Season 1 - Holly was the one who went to the Byers house to get light bulbs and saw in Demogorgon style (saw somewhere a suggestion that it could even be Vekna, who even then wanted to kidnap her.).

Season 3 - On the Ferris wheel, Holly noticed that the trees were moving and apparently didn't believe her mom that it was the wind. I think Holly sensed something wrong, you know what they say, kids see more than adults.

Season 4 - We're shown that Holly is the first to notice ash from the sky, calling it snow. Once again, she's the first to notice something weird and it's not weird?

I think she's going to play a big role. Holly, Ted's favorite and father, Ted even fell asleep with her in his arms. We're told that Ted and Mike will have some kind of interaction, so why wouldn't it be a conversation like Ted is worried and starts asking Mike what the heck has been going on for years and where is the youngest daughter missing? Also, Holly's disappearance could strengthen the family as everyone will be on the lookout for the girl.

"Escape from Camazotz" - I think this is going to be a clash of the Bylers. We all know that the Bylers will likely have some sort of tension, but we know that they will most likely be Endgame this season. There are rumors and theories that the Bylers will become canon in episode 7. I think this all makes sense since we haven't been given the title of the last two episodes because they could be a huge spoiler.

" Sorcerer." - I can very likely tell you what was going on in Yznanka with him 1983. We'll be shown this with flashbacks that may show Vecna for some purpose, perhaps to get him to his side and show how similar they all are. Also, maybe it will show us that Will has the ability to hear and sense Vecna. Because of that, everyone might be afraid of him, since he can play both sides, or even if it's not him anymore, they might be afraid of him being evil. Mike and Joyce will be reminded of the events of season 2 and assure them that Will is fine.

okay so after that video was posted of the screams at the radio station, i remembered i wanted to look up info on what these episode titles mean and i think it gives some insight as to what the hell is going on at that radio station. so yeah let’s get into it 👇

first things first: the episode titles of the first 6 episodes has been released via jeff sneider. apparently sneider is an award-winning film critic so idk i imagine this would be legit considering he wouldn’t want to lose his credibility considering his status?? but who knows

episode 1: the crawl ( i wrote about this episode when they first announced the title)

episode 2: the vanishing of ***** wheeler (personally i think it’s karen going missing. it just makes so much sense to me. she had her own poster for s4. she has had contact with the mindflayer when she tried to have an affair with billy when he was a host. there’s interesting parallels between karen and the creel family. like karen is going missing i just know it. and nancy also said in s4 that something happened to her mom in one of the visions vecna showed her!)

episode 3: the turbow trap (ok so apparently a turbo trap is an acoustic tool?? so my assumption after reading up on it, is that a turbo trap basically absorbs the bass through the tube of it because there is a hole on the top of it and depending on the size of hole, dictates the air flow which then puts out a certain frequency. basically, the more air a turbo trap can “trap”, the lower the frequency it can reach. i imagine they are going to be creating a big turbo trap involving music and/or sound since that is a deterrent for vecna and it also attracts the demo bats?? and they’re also filming at the radio station a lot and radio stations are frequencies (think FM and AM radio stations you go to to listen to music or the news or whatever))

episode 4: the sorcerer (i mean my immediate thoughts went to el, but then after reading some D&D lore about the connection a sorcerer has with dragons (imagery/mentions of dragons throughout the seasons and the painting was of the party up against a dragon), a possible touch of a demon (vecna/mindflayer), and the mention of how they’re competitive to the usefulness of wizards (will the wise) in a party… i’m like holy shit is the sorcerer potentially WILL????? like will finally evolves to becoming a sorcerer in s5?? or the sorcerer is el and will remains the wizard and we get the super duo willel???)

episode 5: shock jock (this is the definition of a shock jock. i’m thinking which character would fit this description and i say it’s murray. that would also make sense as to why he’s filmed there at the radio station. remember murray’s character was introduced as someone who was investigating the russians and the lab and all that, so for him to start a radio station being the “humorous, controversial guy” in all this mess makes 100% of sense to me lmao)

episode 6: escape from camazotz (i feel like this title gives some insight as to what the hell was going on in the new footage of screaming at the radio station. a camazotz is basically a death bat. i assume it’s the demo bats making a comeback from s4. but here’s the thing: a camazotz is described in one description from some computer game to have a very specific screech. if this screech, hits an enemy god then the sound wave will echo. just think back to the explanation of the turbo trap and what that does. so yeah, i think camazotz are at the radio station and the screeching was THEM. the screams sounded so chilling thinking it was steve or someone else, but i don’t think it was human screams! i think they were demo bat screeches 😎 also, steve was attacked by one of these things so idk does he have some connection with them now and that’s why they’re after him???)

Sorry for being so inactive but Im sorta back😭. Anyways I wanna talk about this-

Ep. 2. : The Vanishing of BLANK Wheeler, directed by Frank Darabont : I know people are saying it’s gonna be Mike and believe me I want it to be Mike too and I think there’s a lot of proof, but at the same time I am not as positive it will be Mike. From the bts photos we saw like the ones when their hands are together and stuff like that, I’m unsure of the episode that was but wasn’t it ep. 3? I honestly don’t know so if you guys do I would love to hear also why you think it could be Mike vanishing. I don’t do as much research as some awesome people that analyze SUPER well, but I do remember something about episode 3! My theory is that Vecna could also be targetting Nancy, because people do sometimes not remember that Nancy was Vecna’d but not killed. Again, I do also think there’s a much larger change that Mike will be the one getting taken to the upside down, but I don’t know.

Ep. 6 : Escape the Camazotz, directed by Shawn Levy : And let’s move on episode 6. Episode 6, well, I think that’s going to be the byler fight. We all know we will definitely be getting byler angst, and there is a rumored that ep. 7 will be the episode byler will become canon. I think it would make sense because they probably didn’t give us the last two names of the episodes because they may mean something and be a big spoiler. Maybe… the Paladin and the Cleric?
