Pontiac Bonneville Custom Convertible, 1959. The second generation Bonneville marked two important milestones for Pontiac. As well as becoming a full line with hardtop sedan and wagons (previously the Bonneville had only been available as a coupe or convertible) it introduced the split grille and the "Wide Track" slogan. The Wide Track wasn't just ad copy, it had a front tread width of 63.7in and rear tread at 64in as opposed to other GM products with a 61in width front and rear. In doing so, Pontiac created what were considered to be the best-cornering full-size cars in the industry. Both features remained central to the Pontiac brand up until it's demise
I'm sorry, just sent in 62 for the ask game because I'd overlooked that it's the amazing scifi thing!

okay so... you know whats really funny here. i think made this while for the first time polls popped up on tumblr. and i had this werid idea of like... "choose your adventure" kind of story telling. but... lets be honest i don't have much... time to draw all the options?
but this is still like... a sort of darker AU which is deer to my heart. and till today i don't know if they should have a happy end or not.
sokka got shipwrecked. and to make his situation even worse zuko poped up and and took a bite of him.
the whole siren idea is more based on the sinister one. the one drowning and eating seamen. and zuko is now out to eat sokka.
i have some plot lines written out.
-sokka playing with zuko a game of riddles to buy himself some more time
-zuko being unable to stay in the sun so sokka has to decide if he lest him take shelter underneath his make shift raft or lure him out of there to burn him.
at the end sokka does get saved and can escape for some time?
because zuko did end up biting him. and now sokka cant stop hearing him in his head, and zuko can still follow him. so... watch out sokka! zuko is on his way to eat you up but i still don't know if he means it literally or in a more plessurable way...
Pondering Ghosts are Dragons, and just rotating each design in my head I have for them. That is the ghosts we see in the show more than just once or twice lol. Just pondering each of them and potential types and descriptions and how the people of Amity see them, as they’re used to the dragons around, vs say someone from Outside, crossover or no, who are Not used to the maybe slightly eldritch undeath interdimensional dragons around everywhere.
That is not normal for other people.
To the Amity Parkers? Boxy is simply a chonky dragon with small boxy wings and covered in blue scales. To people just coming into the city, it’s like seeing a giant komodo dragon when you’re just walking home- not something you exactly want to see and something that is dangerous.
Kitty’s and Johnny’s weekly relationship tussle? Par for the course really. But to visitors? Two giant wyverns tearing into each other, shimmering greens that could be scales, could be tendrils, and shadows lengthening and thrashing like a living beast all its own.
And this is just the small dragonlings, not even beginning with larger ones like Pandora and Fright Knight, chill as they may be.
Outsiders don’t understand that they’re more than just animals. Amity is used to this, but people who have no clue what’s going on? They don’t.
They call the police, the heroes, the government, for help, for answers. And that? That the GIW can use.
i have fallen deeper in the jujutsu kaisen hole than i ever wanted or anticipated but now that i am here and can't seem to shut up about it, i will once again post on ol' reliable here
these axolotl images spoke so much to me, and also led me to horrifying axolotl behavior discoveries that actually make the sukuita comparison even more fitting, so here they are - ugly bastard sukuna and little babie creature yuuji
Alfa Romeo B.A.T. 7, 1954, by Bertone. One of a series of Berlina Aerodinamica Tecnica concepts designed by Franco Scaglione. Nuccio Bertone also added ideas from his experience working on wing profiles in the aeronautical industry resulting in the shape of the large, curved tail fins. The car's drag coefficient was 0.19, still impressively low, for the time, revolutionary.
The humble (and hungry) rainbow trout, Oncorhynchus mykiss! I wanted to draw one as I will be conducting research on rainbow trout during this year, no doubt I will get very familiar with them :]
I also have a version without the thick outline. I don't usually do it (because usually I draw linelessly), which way looks better?
