Something really just. Nice that I noticed with the bros is that each of them has shown off some pretty interesting skills.

Raph is the one who fixes April’s ceiling fan for her, Mikey takes on half the work when making the new puppy rescue for Todd, and Leo is outright able to reprogram Shelldon’s AI (he messed up, but the fact he was able to do this at all is like??? Raph and Mikey were there too did they know Leo could do that because they were not surprised-)

Of course, this is nothing compared to Donnie’s own immense talent and skill for inventing and science in general, but it shows that the others are not incapable of assisting in his field if need be.

What I like to think with all of this is that they listened to and likely helped with Donnie’s various ideas growing up. Sure they may not get the specifics, and complex science talk goes right over their heads, but in a pinch they’d be able to get Donnie the right tool or set a wire back in place. It’s not as necessary now that Donnie is much more independent when he makes things, but it’s cute to imagine there being a time where the others had to pitch in and learned some stuff because of it.

Here are the things I know/think about Dungeon meshi without ever looking it up:

-Its about 4 Adventurers in a fantasy dnd esk setting cooking things and being neurodivergent

-so far the only side characters I've seen are the big monster (i think chimera) lady and a cat that's so gender i adore it. The line between fannon and cannon is so blurry on these two. Is the chimera a lesbian for the elf lady?? Is the cat adopted by the dwarf guy??

-Im pretty sure it's one of those that starts happy and nice but gets very fucked up by the end to the point of giving people acctual crisis

-I??? Don't think??? The Blonde guy??? In the armor??? Is okay??? Like, I've never seen anyone be like "this one! He deserves cuddles!" In the same way as litterally every other character. Like, is he fucked up and weird? Is he just boring? Is he secretly evil? I dunno, but I wanna pat him gently on the head to include him.

-Pretty sure it has to do with cooking... I think. Maybe. Might be the Meshi part. Jury still out.

-theres an anime,,, and I don't know if I should watch it or read the manga at this point??? People keep showing gifs of it and it seems nice but like,,, is this a dangranronpa situation???

-Saphic shit happens. Or the Fandom *unanimously agrees it should*.

-the bilbo looking one is my favorite so far, in terms of every time I've seen his face, he's looked like whatever situation he's been cropped out of is mildly inconvincing in him.

there is something sooo fucking good about early seasons ian and mickey, about watching this summer fling turn into something more, the fear that elicited from mickey but him being unable to stop, finding those little moments hidden away and taking all this meaning from small gestures and persevering in dugouts and under bleachers and barely pressed confessions in the back of a church that is soo good for my brain

like i am very glad mickey gets to shout his love for ian from the mountain tops and also beat his love for ian into his dad's face but when he was clenching his teeth shut and his love for ian was coming out regardless ohhhhh baby i was eating

Uhhh very messy sketch dump of my magical boys with various levels of cleaned up (but still very scratchy overall)

Wanted to scribble them a bit more in their everyday look/university uniforms ! each year has a different uniform color and they follow each other in a rainbow gradient order until year 8, year 9 and 10 students wearing all white and all black uniforms. (yknow like black belts and white whistles are for highest grades in martial arts/ made in abyss) Also added my main boy's rival ! He's really mad that Gloire gets to go on missions already and not him despite being as good as him at fencing ! Musketeers help the hearts in distress, an both may be good at swordfighting and dumb but Az is emotionally dumb which is why he cannot go on missions. (and usually very few to no first years can already go on official missions, which is quite normal, and there are emotional intelligence classes alongside fencing)

And relationships chart ofc ! I've always wanted to draw one with my own characters hehe. These are how it is between them in the beginning of the story. Idk if I should write their names or nah everytime, I'll add a link to the magical boys art specifically on my pinned post though ! (I'll do clean caracter sheets when I get the time to)
