if the theory of sam reich being replaced by .. evil wizard dalton reich (and i cant believe i am partaking in this discurse) is true..

i've seen some people asking the question about what those childhood tapes mean. Well i am one of the ancient ones that owned vhs tapes and you know you could replace whats stored on those tapes with overwriting it with new material but it would slowly degrade the quality as the magnetic tape the information is stored on isn't necessarly made to be re-recorded on indefinetly which would also explain the degrading quality of the gamechanger episode.

So my theory is that dalton reich wants to erase sam from history and to do this he is slowly erasing any proof that could hint on sam and dalton being two different people. One thing he appearantly needed to do is overwrite these old vhs tapes of sams childhood.

i know sage didnt exist yet at the time team sonic racing was made . like she didnt exist in universe and she probably hadnt been created out of universe yet either. so they couldnt have put her in there. but she would have been such a better third member of eggmans team than zavok if she Had existed at the time . tbh

my unpopular opinion is that i’m not really bothered that actors cannot talk about their shows rn

i mean i feel bad for them that they cannot do anything if they want to, and that they are stuck in uninteresting conversations for cons etc. of course, most of all that they are in a strike that affects their ability to work and projects that they might be excited for etc etc. like absolutely don't get me wrong i support the strike and i hope it ends soon with an amazing deal

but i also think it's refreshing in a way. like fandom is so obsessed with the cast these days, which i definitely get. but like. those people are not our friends, shouldn't be on pedestals and imo don't really belong in fan spaces.

and i also think it's unfair to actors that they are expected to do promo or be online at all. i'm sure it's fun to some degree, but also the amount of actors who leave or partly leave social media after gaining popularity tells us something.

#i also don’t think most actors neccessarily love doing promo and interviews etc #like that isn’t their favourite part of the job they might not be too upset about 'missing out' on that #like im sure there are quite a few actors who are kinda glad they don't have to guest x amount of radio shows and random talk shows etc etc #this isnt just about ofmd but like in general #i absolutely am a hypocrite here though like i have lost my mind over michael sheen interviews and jam reiderson as much as the next guy #but in general. i think it's healthy not be too attached to a cast #being a wwdits fan makes this easy lol
