disabled intersex trans person getting evicted, needs help

hello there. i am physically & mentally disabled trans person who is currently applying for disability, and i am about to lose my housing. I use a wheelchair & cane and cannot walk unassisted. i make $245/month while i'm waiting for my approval. i make a moderate amount of income on the side with my various online stores, but things have been tight.

i have been doing my best to pay my portion of the rent when and where possible, but i had no idea we had fallen this far behind as i have received very little communication about being behind rent, as my roommate is the only one who gets communication from the landlord and i have to go through them. some months my roommate hasn't collected from me, which lead me to assume they were covering or finding other funding.

i have also been the primary source of income and food for the household, which has completely depleted my resources and health and well being, causing my already poor health to spiral out of control, making it difficult to stay on top of paying rent when I am also responsible for paying for and providing for our other needs as well.

i feel stuck, terrified, and unsure of what to do. i need help either find a way to set aside funds to pay this off, or just leave in the event that we do get evicted. i was living in a hotel for 2 weeks before i got here and i thought staying here would be stable, but it is not. i have nowhere else to go in the event that the eviction goes through. my roommate can live with his family, but i have nowhere to go. i am in desperate need of help. thank you for listening, reading, and interacting with this post.

URGENT help with vet bills needed!

My cat Louis has a bad gum/teeth infection and he can't eat. I've been trying to manage his condition at home, but it's gotten to the point that he needs professional help fast or I'm worried I'm going to lose him.

I'm so scared for him and since I lost my job and my car got stolen I don't have the resources to get him help right now. Care Credit is also not an option.

I'm trying to raise a couple hundred dollars so I can get him to the vet and back. I have an appointment on Thursday I just have no idea how I'm going to get there and pay for it.

He's been my best friend for 9 years, he's been there for me through my gender transition, we barely escaped a house fire together last year, and I can't handle the thought of losing him. It's killing me seeing him in pain and not being able to help.

im ready to move forward and get a surgery that will change my quality of life for the better. for those who don’t know, the surgery I’m planning on getting is called top surgery, or double mastectomy. This means they will remove my breast tissue and such to give me a flat, or more masculine chest.Considering the cost for anesthesia, actual surgery, recovery necessities, and visits, I will have to raise around $6,000. Though the total cost I’ve been told is $8611

my friend harmony is a disabled trans lesbian who has been homeless for almost two months now , relying solely on the kindness of strangers to make ends meet . after all this time , she’s finally caught a break – her cousin has extended an invitation to live with her and has offered to help her get a job at her place of work . this is absolutely fantastic news and i’m so so excited for harmony to get back on her feet !! 

the only issue is that her cousin lives roughly 2000 miles across the country . harmony is ready to go whenever , she just needs a little more help: she’s disabled and cannot drive for super long periods of time , so she will need to stop and stay at a hotel a few times along the way ( ~$200 ) . she also needs gas to fill up her tank ( ~$250 ) and food to eat ( ~$50 ) .

all together , she only needs about $500 to make this trip . if you can spare anything at all , please send a few dollars her way ! i know we’re all struggling , so if you can’t afford to help monetarily , please boost this post !! harmony is so so close to finally being in a stable situation again . thank you for reading !!!

I'm a disabled trans woman. My dad is temporarily unable to work and so my mom is our family's only breadwinner.

And her employer stole her entire last paycheck.

And things have gotten worse since. After a mental health crisis caused by this situation, mom spent three weeks sitting and lying in the same position - and had to be hospitalized for infected bedsores.

I'm about to be homeless...

Mentally ill, out of work, struggling trans girl here. Things have taken a turn for the worse and I am about to be kicked out of my apartment. I was short on rent again, and my housemates had been helping cover me but they have nothing left. We're trying to get an extension on the rent but I'm not sure that's even an option. They're doing what they can but it's going to be extremely tight. They've given me the ultimatum of coming up with the rest of my portion of rent by the end of the week or I'm on the street. It's a lot to ask and I know all of you are paying rent right now too but I'm out of options.

I have 1 week to raise $600 or I'm homeless.

Heyyyy Besties! One of my long term Facebook friends is an unhoused Black trans woman who does mutual aid organizing for Black trans women. She raises funds and redistributes them to a list of people she helps who are all Black and transfemme. She's done this every month for 3 years! Last month she hit a record in terms of redistributing and hit 1470 dollars, but she has a bunch of recipients so it doesn't go as far as people expect. Please reblog, I see a lot of people talk about supporting Black trans women but I wanna see action.

Today is Trans Day of Visibility and Mira Bellwether's second anniversary (after her death) on her own birthday. She passed away two years ago from a stroke on Christmas while immuno-compromised from chemotherapy and unprotected from COVID transmissions from the medical staff.

Keep Mira's memory alive by making sure every trans person is fed. Or housed (eg. rent support), giving direct aid or whatever needs required to be met.

Homeless LGBT Couple Needs Help!

Hello everyone.

My partner and I have been homeless for a bit and we recently had to move cities after losing employment. We have been struggling to keep sheltered as the weather gets colder and wetter and, with me being increasingly ill, we need all the help we can get to meet our basic needs. We have no food and we are struggling day to day to cover bills and shelter costs while we look for work.
