how do ppl like... have emotions

like each day I go through so many emotions I don't want in my fucking head and hating people or things I don't want to hate and I don't know why or how or what I can do, and then being possessed by the emotions completely aand i'm not even in control of my own brain to stop myself from saying anything or doing anything, the part of my brain that holds reason is gone completely, how do people wake up and don't devolve into the worst possible version of an emotion at even a tiny bit of it and I can't tell which of the emotions are real, and any tiny thing can send me back into it

I can't even apologize because I know I'll do it again and again and again because I don't know how I can stop because every single day I have tried to not do this and then I do it again, without my own permisson

and I don't want people to forgive me if I keep continuing this way, because even if they really didn;t care even though they shouldn't and shouldn't trustg me after all thisi time, even if they really didn't care and really forgave me I would always believe it was just a lie to stop me from feeling bad or hating them, and I would still be stuck

I want to be able to love people and people feel the same to me, but every single time this happensa nd I dont know what to do and theres something seriously wrong i think, and I don't know if its my fault this happened to my head because this has happened before
